The lunar exploration autonomous vehicle operates based on the lunar topography information obtained from real-time image characterization. For highly accurate topography characterization, a large number of training images with various background conditions are required. Since the real lunar topography images are difficult to obtain, it should be helpful to be able to generate mimic lunar image data artificially on the basis of the planetary analogs site images and real lunar images available. In this study, we aim to artificially create lunar topography images by using the location information-based style transfer algorithm known as Wavelet Correct Transform (WCT2). We conducted comparative experiments using lunar analog site images and real lunar topography images taken during China's and America's lunar-exploring projects (i.e., Chang'e and Apollo) to assess the efficacy of our suggested approach. The results show that the proposed techniques can create realistic images, which preserve the topography information of the analog site image while still showing the same condition as an image taken on lunar surface. The proposed algorithm also outperforms a conventional algorithm, Deep Photo Style Transfer (DPST) in terms of temporal and visual aspects. For future work, we intend to use the generated styled image data in combination with real image data for training lunar topography objects to be applied for topographic detection and segmentation. It is expected that this approach can significantly improve the performance of detection and segmentation models on real lunar topography images.

In the Southeast Sea of Korea, a cold water mass is formed intensively in summer every year, causing frequent abnormal sea conditions. In order to analyze the spatial changes of sea surface temperature distribution in this area, ocean fields buoy data observed at Gori and Jeongja and reanalyzed sea surface temperature(SST) data from GHRSST Level 4 were used from June to September 2018. The buoy data were used to analyze the time-series water temperature changes at two stations, and the GHRSST data were used to calculate the daily SST variance and weighted mean center(WMC) across the study area. When the buoy's water temperature was lowered, the variance of SST in the study area trend to increase, but it did not appear consistently for the entire period. This is because GHRSST is a reanalysis data that does not reflect sensitive changes in water temperature along the coast. As such, there is a limit to grasping the local small-scale water temperature change in the coast or detecting the location and extent of the cold water zone only by the statistical variance representing the SST change in the entire sea area. Therefore, as a result of using WMC to quantitatively determine the spatial location of the cold water mass, when the cold water zone occurred, WMC was located in the northwest sea area from the mean center(MC) of the study area. This means that it is possible to quantitatively identify where and to what extent the distribution of cold surface water temperature appears through SST's WMC location information, and we could see the possibility of WMC's use in detecting the scale of cold water zones and the extent of regional spread in the future.
Objectives : This paper aims to shed light on the change in Korean medicine's anatomical awareness through reviewing the locations and the interrelationship between back acupoints, live, and spleen as revealed in Suwen Xueqixingzhipian. Methods : The locations of the back acupoints described in the Suwen Xueqixingzhipian were compared with the information found in Neijing annotations, Lingsu, and other books on acupuncture, and the location of liver and spleen were compared with the figures of internal organs found in pre-Northern Song Period texts and with Neijing's other chapters. Results : According to Taisu, the acupoint UB18 and UB20 as described in the back acupoints of Suwen Xueqixingzhipian are located left side and right side of human body respectively, and this knowledge derives from an accurate anatomical awareness of the locations of liver and spleen. Although such anatomical awareness found in Taisu, which was published in the Sui Dynasty, was unable to influence the 10th century Oh Dynasty's Yanluozi Neijingtu, it was gradually revised in Northern Song Period's Qixifan Wuzangtu and Cunzhentu through autopsies. However, the Theory of Five Elements which described as seen in the other chapters in Neijing or Tang Dynasty Wang Bing's annotation that liver is located at the left side of human body and spleen at the center exerted an immense influence over the subsequent generations' future doctors. Even though Taisu disappeared in Korea and China at the end of Southern Song period, the accurate anatomical knowledge with regards to the locations of viscera and entrails were passed down through medical texts such as Ming Dynasty's Yixuerumen. Conclusions : Suwen Xueqixingzhipian's awareness on the anatomical locations of liver and spleen only continued until the end of Southern Song period through Taisu. Because of this, it's anatomical awareness did not have a chance to gain much following like the Theory of Five Elements' point of view that were introduced in Wang Bing's annotations.

When the disaster like earthquake in urban area occur, due to the collapse accidents for subway, tunnel space with buildings or underground area, enormous property and human damage are happened. Specially, since it is difficult to identify survived status of humans within collapsed debris and accurately buried locations of the humans, inputs of considerable time and manpower for rescuing them are required. Besides, secondary damage can be occurred by additional collapses. The aim of this study is to propose a stochastic location positioning method that enables to provide aid information by determining locations of mobile devices for buried persons in 2-D plane using wireless communication technologies. This study selected a detection method for buried persons based on Wi-Fi signal, and identified characteristics of signal strengths by distance unit. Using these methods, a stochastic location detection model in 2-D plane was built. It is expected that this technology will be utilized as a core technology that can protects safety and human life of the public by providing data for rescuing quickly buried persons in cases of national disasters for future.
This research refers to the importance of health care in relation to the establishment of health care facilities and health care facilities in the rapidly changing health care environment, and the influence of health care in relation to the customer's satisfaction with health care. Orthographic analysis First, a hypothesis was adopted that the attractiveness of building materials will affect the positive (+) impact of the customer's satisfaction. Second, the hypothesis that the transport infrastructure will have a significant impact on the customer's satisfaction with the customer's satisfaction has been denied. Third, the hypothesis that the building appeal will have a significant effect on the health of the medical industry is adopted. Fourth, the hypothesis that the transport infrastructure will have a significant impact on health care is adopted. Fifth, the hypothesis that medical integration will have a significant impact on the customer's satisfaction with the customer's satisfaction is adopted. Sixth, the hypothesis that the relationship between the building and the customer's satisfaction in relation to the relationship between the client and the client was found to be partly attributable to the fact that there was a partial role. The assumption that the relationship between the transport infrastructure and the customer's satisfaction in relation to the traffic infrastructure was established has been identified as a complete parameter. The results of this study could be applied to provide the basis for selecting the location for future health care facilities.
Along the advent of Internet technology, the computing environment has been considerably changed in many application domains. Especially, a lot of researches for e-Logistics have been done for the last 3 years. The e-Logistics means the virtual business activity and service architecture among the logistics companies based on the Internet technology. To construct effectively the e-Logistics framework, researches on the development of the Moving Object Technology(MOT) including GPS and GIS with spatiotemporal databases technique so far has been done The Moving Object Technology stands for the efficient management for the spatiotemporal objects such as vehicles, airplanes, and vessels which change continuously their spatial location along with time flows. However, most systems manage just only the location information detected lately by many reasons so that the uncertainty processing for the past and future location of the moving objects is still very hard. In this paper, we propose the moving object uncertainty model and system design for e-Logistics applications. The MOMS architecture in e-Logistics is suggested and the detailed explain of sub-systems including the uncertainty processor of moving objects is described. We also explain the comprehensive examples of MOMS and uncertainty processing in Delivery Parcel Application that is one of major application of e-Logistics domain.
Recently, there has been an increase in the number of people who use the smart-phone navigation for using various latest functions such as group driving and location sharing. But smart-phone has a limited storage space for one application, since a lot of applications with different purposes are installed in the smart-phone. For this reason, road network data with a large space of memory used for map matching in the device for navigation cannot be stored in the smart-phone for this reason map matching is impossible. Besides, smart-phone which doesn't use the external GPS device, provides inaccurate GPS information, compared to the device for navigation. This is why the smart-phone navigation is hard to provide accurate location determination. Therefore, this study aims to help map matching that is more accurate than the existing device for navigation, by reducing the capacity of road network data used in the device for navigation through format design of a new road network and conversion and using a database of driver's driving patterns. In conclusion, more accurate map matching was possible in the smart-phone by using a storage space more than 80% less than existing device at the intersection where many roads cross, the building forest that a lot of GPS errors occur, the narrow roads close to the highway. It is considered that more accurate location-based service would be available not only in the navigation but also in various applications using GPS information and map in the future Navigation.

The vertical garden is an environment where plants have many limitations in their growth. In particular, the upper and lower parts of the foundation are characterized by unbalanced moisture distribution. And although it may vary depending on the installation location of the light, generally the base of the light is not in desperate need for plants to grow due to shade. The purpose of this study was to identify the physical characteristics of the vertical garden based on Felt through experiments, classify the location characteristics of the media, and suggest the method of installing the water quantity water frequency, and lighting according to the location characteristics of the foundation. As a result, it was found to be most appropriate to use a 4mm base for the vertical garden and to have an irrigation of about 10 minutes once every 6 hours. In addition, it was found that in order to create a light condition for sufficient growth of plants, light bulbs should be installed at the upper and lower parts of the foundation. As a result of irrigation and lighting tests, the results of the above-mentioned plants need to be referred to in selecting plants that are introduced to vertical gardens, as the results show that the upper part of the foundation has a lower moisture rate and a stronger light than the lower part, and the lower part has a higher moisture rate and a weaker light than the upper part. In the future, we would like to present more accurate methods of selecting and maintaining plants by conducting plant experiments using the underlying characteristics found in this study.

Recently, the research is progressing on the SWE(Sensor Web Enablement) platform of OGC(Open Geospatial Consortium) to provide the sensing data and moving pictures collected in a sensor network through the Internet Web. However, existed research does not deal with moving objects like cars, trains, ships, and person. Therefore, we present a method to deal with integrated sensing data collected by GPS device, sensor network, and image devices. Also, this paper proposes an integrated processing method for image and sensing data based on location in mobile sensor networks. Additionally, according to proposed methods, we design and implement the combine adapter. This combine adapter receives a contexts data, and provides the common interface included parsing, queueing, creating unified message function. We verity the proposed method which deal with the integrated sensing data based on combine adapter efficiently. Therefore, the research is expected to help the development of a various context information service based on location in future.

This study is carried out to minimize the damage to the forest road when locating strip roads in the future for stability of timberland after afforestation by assessing the factors that affect the damage on the forest road surface and making appropriate constructing standards. Major factors that influence damage to the strip road surface were location, longitudinal gradients, soil types, cross-section shape in order of influence on damage. it is considered that structural road factors like longitudinal gradients, road width, location factors such as construction location, slope gradients and road material like soil types were greatly related to occurrence of road surface damage. Damage occurrences in the forest road were severe at the valley, longitudinal gradients of over 24%, weathered granite soil, concave of road position, road width of over 3.0 m. stability was high at longitudinal gradients of 4~24%, road width of under 3.0 m, ridge of road position, straight slope, soil materials. The evaluation table of damage possibility on forest road was manufactured by discriminant analysis using Quantification theory(II). The results showed that the discriminant ratios was 79.4% and this table was available for forest manager.
