개인소비가치가 글루텐 프리 가공식품에 대한 태도와 구매의도에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Consumption Values on Attitudes and Purchase Intentions of Consumers towards Gluten-free Products)

  • Purpose: This study examined the influence of the consumption values on the attitudes and purchase intentions of consumers towards gluten-free products and compared consumption values, attitudes and purchase intentions according to the degree of health consciousness of the consumer. Methods: The data was collected from July 20, 2016 to August 2, 2016 through a questionnaire survey from three hundred and six consumers who had knowledge of gluten-free products. The data was analyzed by factor analysis, reliability analysis, multiple regression analysis, and an independent sample t-test using the SPSS program. Results: The regression results showed that the exploratory value (p<0.01) had a negative influence on the attitudes, and the functional value (p<0.001) and emotional value (p<0.001) had a positive influence on the consumers' attitudes. In addition, the attitudes (p<0.001) toward gluten-free products had a positive influence on the purchase intentions. Finally, the high health consciousness group answered with a significantly higher score on the consumption values, attitudes and purchase intentions than the lower group. Conclusion: These results highlight the causal relationship among consumption values, attitudes, and purchase intentions of consumers towards gluten-free products, and can provide a basic understanding of gluten free products regarding both marketing strategy and consumers' needs. The potential implications for gluten-free products manufacturers, limitations and future research directions are also discussed.

인터넷쇼핑몰 유형별 상호작용성이 만족도와 추천의도에 미치는 영향 (Influences of Internet Shopping Mall Pattern Interactivity on Satisfaction Degree and Recommendation Intention)

  • 본 연구에서는 상호작용성도 인터넷쇼핑몰의 유형에 따라 차이가 있을 것으로 보고, 오픈마켓과 전문몰로 구분하여 상호작용성을 비교 분석하였다. 인터넷쇼핑몰에서 최근 6개월 이내 구매경험이 있는 사람을 연구 대상으로 설문조사를 시행하여 통계분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 인터넷쇼핑몰에서의 상호작용성은 두 가지 차원으로 도출되었으며 쇼핑몰 유형에 따라 차이가 있음을 확인하였다. 오픈마켓에서는 '기업 소비자간', '소비자 소비자간'의 상호작용성 모두 만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있었다. 특히, '기업 소비자간'의 상호작용성이 만족도에 더 높은 영향을 미치고 있었다. 그러나 전문몰에서는 '기업 소비자간' 상호작용성만이 소비자만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 쇼핑몰에 대한 만족도는 향후 추천의도에도 긍정적 영향을 미치고 있음을 확인하였다. 이러한 연구결과는 기업이 인터넷쇼핑몰 시장에서 상호작용성을 효과적으로 활용하기 위해서는 쇼핑몰의 유형을 고려한 차별화된 전략이 적용되어야 함을 확인할 수 있다.

불타(佛陀)의 재가아동관(在家兒童觀) (Buddha's View on Children in the Family)

  • Research on children should be perferably made in reference with the past thinking if it is to be affirmed by the present and to predict the future. In this respect, Buddhism, which is one of the major original thinkings in the Orient as well as the most influential religion upon Koreans daily lives and attitudes, deserves to be researched in the light of education of children. In this thesis, I have made a trial to delve into the original Buddhistic scriptures to find out Buddha's outlook on home children and arrived at the following conclusions: 1. Concerning human development stages, Buddha regarded the starting point of human life from fertilization instead of birth, even at that ancient time, and the fetal life was devided into 4, 5, or 8 stages. 2. In spite of the numerous scriptures by Buddha, very little is written about children, and even these teaching did not regard the child as an independent entity. In addition, since Buddha was a person of superior enlightenment, he did not regard the age of human beings as of great importance. 3. On the relationship between parents and children, Buddha warned the extra ordinary attachment of parents toward children, because such attachment would be an obstacle in the search of truth. This idea was originated from his thought that the relationship between parents and children was not a single fixed one but of unlimited variation through numerous life times of reincarnation. This idea gives some illumination upon the problems of today's education where parent's exclusive attachment to their children and over-protection are hindrance for successful education. 4. Buddha put emphasis on parents' social duty, by which he meant that parents should care and accept not only their biological children but all children and all living things as if they were their own children. 5. Regardeding the children's role to their parents, Buddha taught that children should respect and support their parents under any condition. Buddha also emphasized that true filial piety was to help parents to improve their religious status by helping them attain the truth, morality, and wisdom. It is my intention to investigate Buddha's View tin children of entering pristhood.

  • 우리나라 이동통신 시장은 기술의 발전과 다양해지는 소비자의 욕구 등으로 가입자 수의 급증만큼이나 경쟁 양상도 심화되고 있다. 또한 HSDPA라는 3G 이동통신서비스의 등장으로 세대 간 고객전환을 위한 치열한 마케팅 활동이 펼쳐지고 있다. 이러한 상황 속에서 이동통신 사업자에게 장기적인 경쟁우위를 안겨줄 원천에 대한 해답으로 가입의 활성화와 함께 이용의 활성화가 대두되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 다중판별분석을 이용하여 이동통신서비스 시장을 가입의향과 이용의향이 모두 높은 고객과 그렇지 않은 고객으로 세분화하고 가입의향과 이용의향이 모두 높은 주요고객을 판별하는 판별함수를 도출하였다. 이를 통해 치열한 경쟁을 겪고 있는 HSDPA 서비스 시장에 유용한 전략 포인트를 제시하였다.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 최근 급부상하고 있는 O2O서비스의 특성을 이해하고 이를 활용할 수 있는 방안을 모색 하는 것에 있다. 최근 스마트폰의 ICT기술을 활용한 다양한 O2O서비스의 출현으로 소비자들로부터 각광을 받고 있다. 그러나 시장에 적응을 하지 못하고 사라지는 서비스들이 나타나고 있다. 그래서 O2O서비스의 특성요인을 분석하고, 그 특성요인이 사용자만족에 미치는 영향을 이용안전성이라는 매개효과를 통해서 어떻게 변화하는지를 알아보았다. 본 연구는 구조화된 질문지를 이용하여 수행하였으며, 전국에 있는 일반인 421명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하여 분석하였다. 가설을 검증한 결과 O2O서비스특성 4가지는 모두 사용자만족에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 이용안전성을 매개변수로 적용하여 회귀분석을 한 결과에서 정보정확성과 유희성이 유의한 영향을 미치고 있어 부분매개 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과들을 정리하고 이론적 실무적 함의를 논의한 후, 후속 연구의 방향을 제시하였다.

스마트 캠퍼스 실현을 위한 대학생의 디지털 기기/서비스 활용성 및 유용성 조사 (A Study on University Students' Use and Assesment with Digital Devices and Services for Realizing Smart Campus)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 스마트 캠퍼스 실현을 위해 캠퍼스 내 다양한 활동에 있어서 대학생들의 디지털 기기/서비스 활용성 및 유용성을 파악하는 것이다. 문헌고찰과 심층면접을 통해 설문문항을 개발하고 대학생 580명을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였다. 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학생들의 디지털 기기 보유율은 스마트폰, 노트북, 데스크톱pc, 디지털 카메라 순이며, 향후 구매의향이 높은 디지털 기기는 가상현실 기기, 스마트워치/밴드, 태블릿 순으로 나타났다. 둘째, 스마트 캠퍼스의 세 영역 중 '생활'에서는 스마트폰을 중심으로 한 모바일화가 실현되고 있으나 '교육'에서는 여전히 데스크톱pc와 같은 고정형 기기의 활용성이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 특히 정보를 탐색하거나 공유할 때 디지털 기기 활용을 유용하게 지각하였다. 셋째, 대학생들은 학습 시 검색엔진, 메신저, 온라인 도서관 등의 서비스를 많이 이용하며, 생활에 있어서는 메신저, 음악 및 비디오 서비스 등을 많이 이용하였다. 서비스 활용률과 지각된 유용성이 비례하지는 않는 것으로 나타났다.

임신 시 침 치료에 관한 인식 조사 - 한의사, 환자 대상으로 (A Survey on Practitioners' and Patients' Understanding of Acupuncture Treatment during Pregnancy)

  • Objectives : To investigate how Korean Medicine Doctors (KMDs) and pregnant women understand acupuncture treatment during pregnancy with a focus on safety. Methods : A survey was conducted in 163 KMDs and 157 women who were hospitalised in postnatal care clinics after childbirth. KMDs were asked regarding experience in acupuncture treatment for pregnant women and condition/disease for acupuncture treatment, intention to give acupuncture treatment to pregnant women and reason for yes/no, and consideration for acupuncture treatment for pregnant women. Patients were asked regarding their experience in acupuncture treatment before and during pregnancy and willingness to receive acupuncture treatment if necessary during future pregnancy. Results : 78% of KMDs have given acupuncture treatment to pregnant women if necessary, and it was mainly for pain. 63% of KMDs were willing to give acupuncture treatment for pregnant women with consideration of patient’s condition, specific acupuncture points, and stimulation methods. Pregnant women, however, were reluctant to receive acupuncture treatment during pregnancy (58%) in fear of miscarriage or needling itself. KMDs’ clinical experience, patients’ income level and level of education were not associated with greater use of acupuncture treatment during pregnancy (P>0.05). Conclusion : While many KMDs are willing to give acupuncture treatment to pregnant women if necessary, little evidence on its safety and effectiveness prevents patients from seeking acupuncture treatment during pregnancy. Further research on this issue is urgently needed.

병원경영 관련 분야의 연구경향 분석 (A Study on Recent Trends of Hospital Management Research in Korea)

  • This study examines academic research trends and the change of patterns by analyzing researches related to hospital management registered in Korea Citation Index(KCI) from 2010 to 2014 and offers basic information for interests and future research demands in the field of hospital management As research subjects, a total of 694 published articles were selected. It's to analyze them by dividing into research topics, methods and author's characteristics, and to present them by classifying the period into 2010-2011, 2012-2013, 3rd quarter of 2014 since there was no significant difference in the result between adjacent years. As a result, Korean Journal of Hospital Management has accounted for the highest published rate year after year. In the research topic analysis, it showed a decreasing trend in these research topics as medical marketing and patient satisfaction which became the biggest issue in 2010-2011 significantly were lower in 2014, but an increasing trend in job satisfaction, job stress, labor administration and workforce productivity. The most frequently cited keywords were hospital employees, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, job stress, turnover intention. According to the research method analysis, the survey was the most popular method for data collection. However, Interview and medical records as data sources showed a decline trend. As analysis methods, multivariate analysis of quantitative methods was most used. Finally, as a result of analyzing main author's characteristics, the ratio of the authors belonging to health administration and nursing departments of the academic world increased gradually. In the regional distribution, organizations in Seoul are most common, those in Daegu Gyeongbuk areas, foreign organizations showed a tendency to decrease. This is the first study to examine the annual trend on hospital management-related research issues among articles published in domestic journal and we found qualitative and quantitative advances in hospital management research filed.

시설노인의 삶 (Life of the Institutionalized Elderly)

  • This study focused on the understanding the life of the elderly in the institution by phenomenological method. The participants were seven. who were 4 men and 3 women living in the elderly institution in Taegu. The data were collected through the indepth interviews and participant observation from June 20. 1999 to January 10. 2000 and analyzed by phenomenological analytic method by Giorgi. The structure of the meaning were as follows: Unhappy life: irresponsibility. self-centered thought. hardness. Irresistible life: misfortune. unhealthiness. Reading their son's intention. Bitter life: unfair treatment from their sons and daughters, betrayed feeling for their being thrown away. Outside oriented life: a fear of others' attention, wrong information about institutionalized life, maladjustment. Self-consolation life: comfortableness, convenience, economic merit of low cost. Dissatisfied life: discomfort from communal living. unkindness of the institution staffs, depreciated tendency to the elder people, irrational social security system. economic distress, physical pain, restrained feeling. Tenacity to their sons and daughters longingness for their sons and daughters, regretableness, waiting, Regretable life: remorse for their past life. agony, guilty, loneliness, grief, self-abandonment, self-depreciation, other residents' death in common. Inharmonious life with other residents complaint, conflict, ignorance, selfishness. Yearning life for opposite sex: sexual interest. Preparing for their life: control over their body and mind, consideration for others. A life with hope: blessing death, forever healthfulness, affiliation to their family. From the results of this study an education and consultation should be done as soon as possible to remove the negative recognition of the institutional life to the facility residents. the family and the future consumers of elderly institution. To minimize the maladjustment to facility life of residents, a new program and interventions for the new comer's are needed. The thesis with above results will widen the understandings of institutional residents and an important guidance for a better nursing care in elderly institutions of korea.

모바일 의류광고유형 및 소비자 관여에 따른 광고태도에 관한 연구 (A Study of Consumer's Advertising Attitude Related to Mobile Fashion Advertising and Involvement)

  • The purpose of this study was to clarify differences in consumer's advertising attitude related to type of mobile fashion advertising and level of apparel and advertising involvement groups. This study surveyed consumers who have an experience of receiving mobile fashion advertising. The subjects of this study were men and women aged 10-20 years of age, living in the metropolitan area and judgments sampling was employed. The data were obtained from 480 questionnaires. The measurement instruments were modified and made up by researcher on the basis of previous studies in the same field. Data were statistically analyzed using SPSS 11. Major statistical methods were Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, t-test, regression analysis, and descriptive statistics. The results were as follows: First, differences in effectiveness of fashion ads in both images ad and text messages ad were shown in this study. Respondents preferred images ad to left messages ad only. Also purchase intentions were more preferred by images ad. Second, the differences of consumer's advertising attitude were shown according to level of apparel and advertising involvement groups. The high apparel and ad involvement group was more likely to have a preferable attitude to the ads than the low apparel and ad involvement group. Third, consumer's purchase intentions were influenced by consumer's advertising attitude on two type's ad. The conclusion is that images ad will have great potential for fashion ads by mobile phones in the future. Also consumer attitude between other mobile advertising types must be studied in order to gain further insight into fashion advertising by mobile phone.
