  • The focus of this study was on service recovery process of domestic internet fashion shopping mall, the purposes of this study were to extract perceived interaction effort and service justice with the recovery factors according to service failure by literature review, and to empirically examine the effect this variables on customer satisfaction with complaint handling and loyalty. The questionnaires was administered to 256 internet shopping mall customer, who has experiences of dissatisfaction and complaining behavior after buying fashion products. The data was analyzed by Cronbach's a, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equation modeling using LISREL 8.30 program. The results were as follows. First, perceived interaction partly affected serviced justice consumer. Interaction effort on the part of consumer negatively affected interactional justice, but didn't affected distributive justice and procedural justice. However interaction effort on the part of shopping mall positively affected all justice. Second, distributive, procedural and interactive justice positively affected customer satisfaction with complaint handling and loyalty. Finally, customer satisfaction with complaint handling positively affected customer loyalty. The implications of the research and directions for future researchers were discussed.

  • Nowadays, IT that leads information era is closely connected to our lives. The importance of training human resources for global empowerment on IT is being emphasized all over the world. With the growth of international society, the cultivation of global human resources now includes the cultivation of future human resources and the educations related with the career development program. However, the programs that colleges are operating for the cultivation of global human resources have been limited only to supporting the participation in international training program, operating camp and conferences, etc. On the contrary, to give many learners chances of experiencing courses for global empowerment and employment capability, We are operating the Internet of Everything online education program with Cisco Networking Academy Korea. Based on the management cases of Internet of Everything online education program, this thesis is suggesting a career program on global empowerment that many learners can experience, different from the limitation of the existing program.

  • Integration of mobile networks and Internet has started with 2.5 generation of mobile cellular networks. Internet traffic is today dominant traffic type worldwide. The hanger for higher data rates needed for data traffic and new IP based services is essential in the development of future wireless networks. In such situation, even 3G with up to 2 Mbit/s has not provided data rates that are used by Internet users with fixed broadband dial-up or through wired local area networks. The solution to provide higher bit rates in wireless access network has been found in wireless LAN although initially it has been developed to extend wired LAN into wireless domain. In this paper, we propose and describe a solution created for interoperability between mobile cellular network and WLAN. The integration between two networks, cellular and WLAN, is performed on the authentication, authorization, and accounting, i.e., AAA side. For that purpose we developed WLAN access controller and WLAN AAA gateway, which provide gateway-type access control as well as charging and billing functionalities for the WLAN service. In the development process of these elements, we have considered current development stadium of all needed network entities and protocols. The provided solution provides cost-effective and easy-to-deploy PLMN-WLAN Internetworking scenario.

  • The purpose of this paper is to derive the categories of negative e-WOM (electronic word of mouth) via consumer review. Disclosing the details of negative e-WOM based consumer reviews has never been done before. For this reason, a content analysis was adopted to provide knowledge and understanding of the phenomenon. This paper analyzes the content of 630 consumer reviews posted on the open market internet site, www.auction.co.kr. The analysis was conducted from October 20th, 2008 to March 10th, 2009. The results indicated that the negative e-WOM based consumer reviews can be divided into two categories: the cognitive evaluation and the expression of consumer's emotion. The category of cognitive evaluation is consisted of negative e-WOM of product, negative e-WOM of service, and warning about the risk of purchasing products. The category of expressing consumers' emotion are composed of venting customers' dissatisfaction and passive response of dissatisfaction. Investigating the details of negative e-WOM has a number of implications. Most importantly, the results revealed multidimensional structure of negative e-WOM. This understanding of negative e-WOM communication allows marketers to improve products and services that better meet customers' current and future needs.

  • The objective of this research is to develop a measurement instrument for service recovery quality in the Internet commerce setting. To this same end, Parasuraman et al.(2005) have devised a scale called E-RecS-QUAL, which we revised and supplemented to develop another instrument named eSR-Q. To guarantee its reliability and validity, this instrument went through the refinement and validation processes for internal consistency and construct validity in terms of convergent, discriminant, and nomological validity. Our final scale consists of four dimensions including responsiveness, compensation, contact, and apologies altogether with fourteen measures. Overall, this research deals with the related research background, the scale development and validation processes, its limitations, and future research directions.

  • This study investigated consumers' multi-channel behavior for fashion product purchases and compared perceived risks by channel type. A survey involving male and female college students was conducted in the Daegu and Gyungbuk area in December 2013. A total of 400 responses were analyzed using descriptive statistics, chi-square analysis, independent sample t-test, paired t-test, factor analysis, and reliability analysis. An internet shopping mall was the most frequently chosen retailer type for fashion product purchases and information searches. In addition, respondents also preferred independent branded stores, department stores, and non-branded stores. The number of retailer types for clothing item purchases ranged from 1 to 6 and the average was 3.06. The number of retailer types was significantly higher in women groups according to gender variables. Perceived risk had the highest evaluation score for internet shopping malls. Department stores were recognized as a reliable retailer type. The construct of perceived risk was shown as similar in off-line stores such as department stores, independent branded stores, and non-branded stores. Instead, the construct was differentiated from the case of internet shopping malls. Some insightful suggestions were suggested for future research and industrial marketing plans based on the results.

  • This article examines the current status and future trends in library and information services in USA, with particular emphasis on the library automation system, library cooperation, Internet andinformation services, activities of information services organizations. Client/server computing and integrated Web-based technology make it possible for libraries to build a new generation of automated library systems, and digital libraries project is the highest priority. As a cooperative effort among libraries, they formed consortia such as ARL/AAU on the national level. and CIC on the regional level, and GALILEO, LLN, OhioLink, Texshare, VIVA, ILLINET on the state level information netwok. The Internet and the World Wide Web have a huge impact, so American libraries are developing new skills to provide value-added information services using Internet resources. • The access to web applications has continuously evolved toward the adoption of content centric interfaces. Services and information items are much of user's concern than web sites. For an efficient accommodation of increasing needs of content oriented operations, the scope of domain names is extended in two directions. A naming scheme is derived that is suitable for resource level access units and the semantics of domain names is conceived as very flexible functions. First extension regards the removal of unnecessary TLD's of domain names for resource level binding. Second extension makes the resource level domain names rich in functional binding and consequently various applications can be directly triggered by the invocation of domain names without intervening medium. These extensions may lay a certain direction for the future internet evolution.

  • Since mobile internet technology emerging from late 1990's provides anytime and anywhere accessibility to information, mobile is adapted in the various field to increase efficiency of work. After looking into the trend of mobile contents services, case studies of information services using mobile were investigated in this paper. Library information services are providing retrieval of library OPAC and verifications of circulation and return date using mobile internet technology. In addition, various notice services using short message service(SMS) of mobile are available. Considering growing mobile users and advancement of related technology, more information services utilizing mobile should be developed in near future.
