Objectives: The objective of this work was to investigate the hospital nursing care of oral and maxillofacial health in jeju province. Methods: 438 Registered nurses(RN) who were working at each of secondary hospitals in Jeju province had responded to the questionnaire. The data were analyzed via frequency analyses and one-way ANOVA to assess the state of RN on hospital nursing care of oral and maxillofacial health. Results: The class of education on density in formal density that marked '0 hour' and '1-3 hours' were 73.5% and 19.9%, respectively. The class of refresher training on density that marked '0 hours' and '1-3 hours' were 92.9% and 6.6%, aggregately 99.5%. The nursing education on appearance after tumor of maxillofacial area that marked 'formal education' and 'none' were 45.2% and 52.1%, respectively. The score of question 'function, effect and side effect of hexamedin gaggle' was $2.68{\pm}0.95$ by Likert 5-point scale. Likewise, the scores were $2.82{\pm}0.88$ on question 'management of removal denture', $2.83{\pm}0.95$ on question 'preventive dental treatment before anticancer therapy', $2.88{\pm}0.86$ on question 'function of saliva', $2.96{\pm}0.99$ on question 'oral management of tube feeding patient', $3.13{\pm}1.00$ on question 'bacterial endocarditis from oral microflora', $3.36{\pm}0.89$ on question 'dysphagia' and $3.62{\pm}1.03$ on question 'aspiration pneumonia'. RN replied that 'lack of knowledge' and 'delay of cooperation' formed 53.7% and 33.3% respectively, on question 'problem in dental consultation other diseased patient'. Conclusions: From this study, it is necessary for RN and student of nursing science to be educated on the oral and maxillofacial nursing. Authors suggest further co-study and nation-wide research.

In this research, in order to obtain teaching/learning implications for effective use of questions when teaching number and operation area, the types of questions presented in chapters of number and operation area of 2015 revised elementary math textbooks and the function of questions were compared and analyzed by grade cluster. As a result of this research, the types of questions presented in chapters of number and operation area showed a high percentage of occurrences in the order of reasoning questions, factual questions, and open questions not calling for reasoning in common by grade cluster. And reasoning questions were predominant in all grade clusters. In addition, in all grade clasters, the proportion of questions acting as a function to help guess, invention, and solving problems and questions acting as a function to help mathematical reasoning were relatively high. As such, it can be inferred that the types and functions of the questions presented in chapters of number and operation area are related to the characteristics of the learning content by grade cluster. This research will be able to contribute to the preparation of advanced teaching/learning plans by providing reference materials in the questions when teaching number and operation area.

This study focused on how to activate the fisheries high school and develop fisheries. This data was collected from 108 vocational high school teachers and 94 middle school teachers. The treatment of materials is classified by gender, level of academic career and teaching career. This research evaluated percentage to the frequency of reponses to each question and carried out ${\chi}^2$-test and t-test, for the benefit of reliability. This statistically significant level which was conducted by using SPSS10.0 in accounted for p<.05. The conclusions of this study were as follows: The middle school teachers and vocational high school teachers showed positive response when general contents were included in question items, the other hand showed negative response when definite and special contents were included in question items. The vocational high school teachers showed lower answer score in the fisheries consciousness then middle school teachers in spite of vocational educational function. Different degrees of fisheries consciousness of two groups were resulted from research areas.

The question answering system shows the answers that are input by other users for user's question. In spite of many researches to try to enhance the satisfaction level of answers for user question, there is a essential limitation. So, the question answering system provides users with the method of recommendation of another questions that can satisfy user's intention with high probability as an auxiliary function. The method using the fuzzy relational product operator was proposed for recommending the questions that can includes largely the contents of the user's question. The fuzzy relational product operator is composed of the Kleene-Dienes operator to measure the implication degree by contents between two questions. However, Kleene-Dienes operator is not fit to be the right operator for finding a question answers pair that semantically includes a user question, because it was not designed for the purpose of finding the degree of semantic inclusion between two documents. We present a novel fuzzy implication operator that is designed for the purpose of finding question answer pairs by considering implication relation. The new operator calculates a degree that the question semantically implies the other question. We show the experimental results that the probability that users are satisfied with the searched results is increased when the proposed operator is used for recommending of question answering system.

A Likert scale is an often used questionnaire format. It requests respondents to specify their level of agreement to each of a list of statements. A typical question using a five-point Likert scale might make a statement. The results shows vague values. We have five-point fuzzy membership function by fuzzy valued three-point for the question and fuzzy hypothesis test the membership function by 95% confidence interval.

In these days, SNCF replace the connector wire (M-T type) with a dropper has a equivalent role and function of the one in general lines of TGV, and change the connector wire (T-T-M-M-T-T, T-T-M-M-T type, etc) into a New one has more flexible cable in parallel lines (air section air joint, etc) of TGV. The Connector wire has many problems according to a flow of excessive circulation current (or traction current) and a sudden rise of temperature on catenary when electric locomotive is running in high speed. To solve the question at issue of the connector wire in high speed railway catenary system of Fiance, SNCF return their operating experience in TGV lines to design and execution of catenary system Therefore, we have to deal with the question in design and execution of catenary system for kyoungbu HSR line because we will spend a lot of time and more money for maintenance than for construction of that.

Due to the impacts of the current pandemic COVID-19 and the continuation of studying online. There is an urgent need for an effective and efficient education platform to help with the continuity of studying online. Therefore, the question bank system (QB) is introduced. The QB system is designed as a website to create a single platform used by faculty members in universities to generate questions and store them in a bank of questions. In addition to allowing them to add two types of questions, to help the lecturer create exams and present the results of the students to them. For the implementation, two languages were combined which are PHP and Python to generate questions by using Artificial Intelligence (AI). These questions are stored in a single database, and then these questions could be viewed and included in exams smoothly and without complexity. This paper aims to help the faculty members to reduce time and efforts by using the Question Bank System by using AI and Natural Language Processing (NLP) to extract and generate questions from given text. In addition to the tools used to create this function such as NLTK and TextBlob.
