I had an interview with some unemployed career staffs who had retired and worked for more than twenty years in order to research impacting elements on reemployment for l retired special security government officials. This interview included an officer and a consultant for supporting employment in order to explore compacting elements on retired security government official's reemployment. Looking over analysis results, first, there is a shortage of reemployment opportunities and information. The job applicant's employment requirements are not in accordance with the company's employment conditions. They don't have enough professional experience necessary for employment. There is no positive employment supporting counterplan or vocational education program in the organization. Second, their insight about finding a job is high for the current employment market condition. The reemployment offices have a very difficult task because job applicants prefer a full-time job which offers long term work and guarantees a social position. Third, it is a huge obstacle to undertake going into various enterprises and fields because they don't have the right mind set and enough preparation for reemployment. Moreover, they would prefer to depend on organization employment support rather than getting a new job by themselves when they don't possess other careers' qualifications. Finally, they know that social networks and personal connections are extremely important in obtaining vocations, but actually have poor social networks and few personal connections. Accordingly, Their organization and related persons need to reflect on analysis results about impacting elements on reemployment for retired special security government officials.
In the early industrial age which with high intensity of machine and labor, using financial measurement index was good enough to tie in company's mechanization and philosophy of management and been in efficiency. But being comply with "New Economic age," a new economic environment is full of knowledge and information, the enterprise competition had changed from tangible assets, plants to intangible innovation ability of knowledge. As recognizing the new tendency by enterprise, they value gradually the growth and influence from learning. Practice of organization learning not only needs firm structure and be in coordination with both hardware and software, but also needs an affect measurement model to offer enterprise to estimate learning performance. It's a good instrument of financial performance measure mold in the past years, But it's for measuring the past, couldn't formulate enterprise trend to future, hard to estimate investment for future, such as development of products, organization learning, knowledge management etc, as which intangible assets and knowledge ability just the key factors of being win around competition environment in the future. In 1992, Kaplan and Norton brought up Balance Scorecard (BSC) on Harvard Business Review, as an instrument helping enterprise to measure performance, which is being considered to be a most influence management instrument. It added non-financial index such as customer, internal process and learning growth besides traditional financial index, as offering enterprise an index to measure and manage intangible assets and intellectual property. As being aware of organization learning is hard to be ignored in the new economic age, this research is based on learning and growth of BSC, and citing one national material company try to let the most difficult measurement performance of organization learning, to be estimate through BSC, analyze of factor and individual case, to discuss the company how to make the related strategy and vision of organization learning to develop learning and growth of the structure of BSC, subject the matter of out put factors to be discussed, and measure the outcomes as a result of research. The research affect offers (1) the base implement procedure of carrying out BSC; (2) the reference of formulating measurement index while enterprise using BSC to estimate performance of organization learning; (3) the possibility bottleneck maybe forcing while carrying out BSC, to be an improvement or preventive for enterprise.
Seasonality of hydrologic extreme variable is a significant element from a water resources managemental point of view. It is closely related with various fields such as dam operation, flood control, irrigation water management, and so on. Hydrological frequency analysis conjunction with partial duration series rather than block maxima, offers benefits that include data expansion, analysis of seasonality and occurrence. In this study, nonstationary frequency analysis based on the Bayesian model has been suggested which effectively linked with advantage of POT (peaks over threshold) analysis that contains seasonality information. A selected threshold that the value of upper 98% among the 24 hours duration rainfall was applied to extract POT series at Seoul station, and goodness-fit-test of selected GEV distribution has been examined through graphical representation. Seasonal variation of location and scale parameter ($\mu$ and $\sigma$) of GEV distribution were represented by Fourier series, and the posterior distributions were estimated by Bayesian Markov Chain Monte Carlo simulation. The design rainfall estimated by GEV quantile function and derived posterior distribution for the Fourier coefficients, were illustrated with a wide range of return periods. The nonstationary frequency analysis considering seasonality can reasonably reproduce underlying extreme distribution and simultaneously provide a full annual cycle of the design rainfall as well.
This survey was conducted on KOSEF's research internship awardees (FY 1998 to 2001) in order to investigate the employment status of doctoral and master's degree holders in Geosciences in Korea. An unemployment rate of KOSEF's research internship awardees (FY 1998 to 2001) was 32.0 percent for the doctoral and master's degree holders in Geosciences. 37.2 percent of employed doctoral and master's degree holders only obtained employment as a full-time and part-time status in industry, research institutions and academia in Korea. The U.S. Census Bureau conducted the 2001 survey of doctoral recipients (SDR). Based on this survey, most U.S. doctoral holders were employed and an unemployment rate for 2001 was only 1.3 percent of the Geosciences doctoral holders. KOSEF or related academic societies should be able to provide a more precise information of the employment status for new doctoral and master's degree holders in Geosciences by conducting the survey of doctoral and master's degree recipients. The results of this survey will be used to understand and to predict trends in employment opportunities in Geosciences for doctoral and master's degree holders.

Beginning with retirement in 2010 of the leading group of baby boomer generation born in 1955, baby boomers are starting to retire from work in full-scale. Since retirement of baby boomers refers to increase in the senior class with longer life expectancies caused by development of medical technologies, enhancement of living standards, and improvement of surrounding environments, annually decreasing birthrate is further accelerating entry of our society into an aged society. Accordingly to examine baby boomer generation's preparation for retirement in relation to career self-efficacy, first, difference in retirement preparation according to mean monthly income and current occupation was analyzed. Second, the effect of career self-efficacy on retirement preparation was studied. The survey for this study was conducted for one month between January 17 and February 16, 2012 in Seoul, Gyeonggi, Gangwon, Chungnam, Gyeongnam, Jeonnam, and Jeju. 500 surveys were distributed to baby boomer generations through direct visit and mail, among which 443 responses were returned. 400 effective responses were selected as subjects of the study. As a result, preparation for retirement according to mean monthly income was verified to be significant in terms of economic and physical factors. Significant results were shown in all factors including economic, physical and social factors for retirement preparation according to current occupation. Career self-efficacy had greatest influence of 58% on retirement preparation with economic factors. It also influenced all factors including self assessment, objective setting, occupational information, and problem solving.

The motion estimation in video encoding system occupies the biggest part. So, we require the motion estimator with efficient structure for real-time operation. And for motion estimator's implementation, it is desired to design hardware module of an exclusive use that perform the encoding process at high speed. This paper proposes motion estimation detection block(MED), 41 SADs(Sum of Absolute Difference) calculation block, minimum SAD calculation and motion vector generation block based on parallel processing. The parallel processing can reduce effectively the amount of the operation. The minimum SAD calculation and MED block uses the pre-computation technique for reducing switching activity of the input signal. It results in high-speed operation. The MED and 41 SADs calculation blocks are composed of adder tree which causes the problem of critical path. So, the structure of adder tree has changed the most commonly used ripple carry adder(RCA) with carry skip adder(CSA). It enables adder tree to operate at high speed. In addition, as we enabled to easily control key variables such as control signal of search range from the outside, the efficiency of hardware structure increased. Simulation and FPGA verification results show that the delay of MED block generating the critical path at the motion estimator is reduced about 19.89% than the conventional strukcture.
Objective: Information regarding the vitamin content of silage is limited. This study investigated the changes in the vitamin content of alfalfa and Chinese leymus silages with or without a lactic acid bacterial inoculant. Methods: Alfalfa at the early flowering stage and Chinese leymus at the full-bloom stage were harvested. The treatments for each forage type were control (deionized water only) and $1{\times}10^6$ colony-forming units Lactobacillus plantarum (LP)/g fresh matter. After 45 days of ensiling, all silages were sampled for evaluating the vitamin content, fermentation quality and chemical composition. Results: The LP inoculant decreased the pH value and ammonia nitrogen content of the alfalfa and Chinese leymus silages and significantly (p<0.05) increased the lactic acid, acetic acid concentrations and Flieg's points. Prior to ensiling, the levels of five B-group vitamins (thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid, and pyridoxine) and ${\alpha}$-tocopherol in alfalfa were significantly (p<0.01) higher than those in Chinese leymus. Ensiling decreased the levels of the five B-group vitamins in both alfalfa and Chinese leymus while increasing the ${\alpha}$-tocopherol content of Chinese leymus. The thiamin, riboflavin, niacin and pantothenic acid levels in the LP-treated silage were significantly (p<0.05) lower than those in the untreated silage for the alfalfa and Chinese leymus. The ${\alpha}$-tocopherol content in the LP-treated alfalfa silage was significantly (p<0.05) higher than that in the untreated alfalfa silage. There was no significant (p>0.05) difference in pyridoxine content between the untreated and LP-treated silages for both forages. Conclusion: With or without LP inoculation, the levels of the five B-group vitamins (thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid, and pyridoxine) in alfalfa and Chinese leymus decreased after 45 days of ensiling, while the ${\alpha}$-tocopherol content of Chinese leymus increased. The LP inoculant improved the fermentation quality of both the alfalfa and Chinese leymus silages but increased the thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, and pantothenic acid loss in the two forages after fermentation.
This study is to examine the effects of Socially Prescribed Perfectionism on depression by Intolerance of Uncertainty and Unconditional Self Acceptance, and to well being to improve the positive life of college students. This study is conducted on 238 college students who are influenced by Socially Prescribed Perfectionism, Intolerance of Uncertainty, Unconditional Self Acceptance, and Depression. This study analyzed a questionnaire consisted of a sub-component of the Multidimensional Perfectionism Scale (MPS), a Intolerance of Uncertainty Scale(IUS), an Unconditional Self Acceptance Questionnaire-R(USAQ-R), and a depression scale (CES-D) and verified correlation analysis and structural equation model. The results of this study showed that socially prescribed perfectionism had significant negative correlations with intolerance of uncertainty, and had significant positive correlation with unconditional self acceptance. The results of the structural equation model showed full mediating effect of the intolerance of uncertainty and unconditional self acceptance between Socially prescribed perfectionism and depression, Finally, implications and suggestions are suggested in this study.
All-on-six concept can be used as one of the treatment options to maximize the use of available residual alveolar bone for implant-supported fixed prosthesis on edentulous patients. But this process is complex and cumbersome. Digital system can be used at multiple steps, from implantation to prosthetic restoration, to overcome this shortcoming. In this case of a maxillary edentulous patient aged 76, digital system was used for restoration of 1-piece design, screw retained fixed prosthesis from diagnosis, implant surgery to fabrication of provisional and final prosthesis. For preoperative diagnosis and treatment planning stage, intra-oral information of a patient was digitalized by direct intra-oral scan. Surgical guide and immediate provisional prosthesis was designed based on this digitalized data. Patient's inconvenience was minimized by applying immediate provisional prosthesis, which was delicately fabricated according to the location data of six implants on most suitable residual alveolar bone. Then, final prosthesis was designed and fabricated going through new interim prosthesis which was newly designed and fabricated, considering patient's requests, stable vertical dimension and occlusion, and esthetic factors using digital system. We hereby report a case successfully applying digital system to multiple steps including implant surgery to fabricating prosthesis, to simplify existing complicated implant treatment procedure to an edentulous patient.
The purpose of this research is to analyze the Spill-over economic effect of the cultural and creative industries(CCI) in Henan Province, China. The research object is the CCI of Henan Province, which is mainly based on five sectors out of 42 industries in the industrial association table of the Statistical Bureau of Henan Province, China in 2017 (culture, sports; recreation and research sector; experimental development and integrated technical services sector; information transmission, computer services and software sector; education sector, etc), and is analyzed through secondary integration and redefinition of the CCI of Henan Province. Through the analysis of Henan Province Industry Association Table, this paper provides some enlightenment to the future direction of the cultural and creative industries. The main analysis results are as follows. The total production inducement of the CCI in Henan province is 48,848 billion yuan, and in particular, the production inducement coefficient of the industry in Henan province is 2.72809, 2.23909 (total of columns and rows), Index of the power of dispersion is 0.26325, and the index of the sensitivity of dispersion is 0.87535. Income induction coefficient is 0.55211, production tax induction coefficient is 0.09291. Because CCI of Henan Province has full development potential, the government needs to provide active support and policy support, in addition to the need for legal provisions and supervision of market management. In order to improve the innovative development of the CCI, it is necessary to develop a new model of "CCI+X".
