This paper, the accumulation of foreign exchange reserves in the financial systems of emerging markets mid-to long-term impact on how investigated. The accumulation of foreign exchange reserves in emerging markets is a highly effective means to prevent the recurrence of another financial crisis as well as to minimizing risks of financial crisis. By examining the economic effects of excessive accumulation of foreign exchange reserves on factors such as foreign liabilities, domestic consumption, domestic investment and economic growth from a mid-to long-term perspective, it reduced domestic consumption, but on the other hand, led to the expansion of the trade-related industries based on increase of exports. Although China implements a policy to substantially increase domestic investment, other emerging market countries have stagnant domestic investment activities due to excessive accumulation of foreign exchange reserves. Such fact signifies that excessive accumulation of foreign exchange reserves increases potential risks by depressing the mid-to long-term economic growth through the scale down of trade-related industries.

Exporting plays the important role in reducing dependence on the domestic market by creating the new foreign markets. As a business strategy, exporting contributes to the national growth and provides firms with opportunities which enable economies of scale, economies of scope, and experience curve effects. Because of both the growth limitation of the domestic market and development of information technology, many firms enter in foreign markets by increasing exporting. Using firms located in Taegu, this study examined the factors of firms' exporting with industrial organization theory and strategic perspective. In the empirical results on industrial organization theory, systematic cooperation and governmental supporting positively affect firms' exporting and only systematic cooperation positively affects exporting performance. In the empirical results on strategic perspective, product differentiation foreign exporting network, and foreign entry nation positively affect firms' exporting, and foreign exporting network, and foreign entry nation positively affect exporting performance.

Several methods have been proposed to mitigate the market power in foreign electricity markets. In this paper, Hirfindahl-Hirschman Index(HHI) and supply margin assessment(SMA) are compared based upon the Korean future markets. The results show that SMA is better than HHI to estimate market power because it can reflect congestion and capacity reserve effectively.

This is a case study of induced innovation, especially the effects of regulations on the technology and market of cosmeceuticals. Korean government enacts a‘cosmetics law’in 2000, which force pre-inspection of cosmeceuticals before market entrance since 2001. This regulation makes brisk activities of technology and product development and the entrance of many firms in the market. This law is scheduled to be amended by the protest of foreign conn-tries such as USA and Europe.

Objectives : This study was conducted during the period from August 30 to September 9, 2011 in order to survey difference in the general perception of medical market opening and factors related to the choice of foreign hospitals among dental hygiene and nursing students at universities in Seoul. Methods : For this purpose, 438 students were surveyed using a questionnaire and collected data were analyzed using SPSSWIN 18.0. Conclusions drawn from this study are as follows. Results : 1. With regard to dental hygiene and nursing students' perception of medical market opening according to general characteristics, significant difference was not observed according to gender, experience in working at a hospital, medical institution used, and the frequency of using medical institutions, but significant difference was observed according to department, and interest in healthcare-related news. 2. There was significant difference in dental hygiene and nursing students'pro/con attitude toward medical market opening, but not in gender, experience in working at a hospital, medical institution used, and the frequency of using medical institutions. 3. With regard to intention to visit and revisit foreign hospitals, there was significant difference between dental hygiene and nursing students in intention to visit but not in intention to revisit. Conclusions : The results of this study suggest that more research on the medical market opening portion dental hygiene and nursing students' perception and attitude did not differ significantly, so the more accurate and open markets for a variety of medical education and school education and a variety of materials through hands-on experience be grasped should allow. Furthermore, students' acquisition of accurate prior knowledge about medical market opening is expected to be helpful to activate their employment in overseas.

Construction companies do not take necessary steps for sudden change in the Construction market, In order to over come the problem, it is necessary to make Corporate Strategy through correct Market analysis. If construction companies want to secure continuance profits, they must prepare proper strategy to advance into plant market. This research performs both external and internal environment analysis, External environment analysis is for overseas construction market and advanced foreign companies, and internal environment analysis is the current status of domestic companies. The research identifies some of the Key points, growth in foreign plant market is huge, but domestic companies do not have abundant construction experience on the same field and also they lack in high value-added techniques. They are far behind the advanced companies; they don't have proper skills of Procurement, engineering and project management. This study suggests a strategy for domestic companies to take necessary step to advance into plant construction market.

In this study, I examine mutual shock spillover effects among interest rate differences, won-dollar foreign exchange change rates, and stock market returns in Korea during the daily sample period from the beginning of 1995 to the October 16, 2015, using the multivariate GARCH (generalized autoregressive conditional heteroscedasticity) BEKK (Baba-Engle-Kraft-Kroner) model framework. Major findings are as follows. Throughout the 6 model estimation results of variance equations determining return spillovers covered from symmetric and asymmetric models of total sample period and two crisis sub-sample periods composed of Korean FX Crisis Times and Global Financial Crisis Times, shock spillovers are shown to exist mainly from stock market return shocks. Stock market shocks including down-shocks from the asymmetric models are shown to transfer to those other two markets most successfully. Therefore it is most important to maintain stable financial markets that a policy design for stock market stabilization such as mitigating stock market volatility.

The results of the studies of China and Vietnam are as follows. First of all, in China, the labor market in China has been fully completing laws and regulations since the implementation of the labor contract law in 2008. Specifically, we analyzed the labor market in China for labor contracts, recruitment, and minimum wage. Next, in Vietnam, which the tertiary and quaternary industries are rapidly developing. The labor market is expected to increase because demand for foreign manpower, as the advancement of retail, finance, tourism services, Smart factories in the textile and sewing- do. The limitations of this study, however, are that there is not enough data to utilize official data for labor market analysis in China and Vietnam. If a practical investigation is conducted for analyzing the labor market in Vietnam due to the changes in the labor market
