Vietnam is the easternmost country on the Indochina Peninsula in Southeast Asia. Many Korean companies have recently invested their factories to Vietnam from China. This Study measures the entry determinants and outcomes of Vietnam foreign direct investment of the Korea company. This study developed a research model to determinant factor in the Vietnam market entry and collected 98 survey responses from the Korean company to Vietnam investment. In the article analysis, Multiple regression results show that Vietnam investment outcome review are positively affected by "Scale of Investment company", "International Experience of Investment company", "Marketing Skill of Investment company" and "Vietnam's Market Scale", "Vietnam's Market Environment" factors in all a hypothesis. However, the result of this analysis showed that the "Financial management of investment company", and "Organization management of investment company" as independence is not statistically significant. This article suggests that the investment outcome of Vietnam foreign direct investment should take earned of the Korea company in Vietnam market.

This paper provides a theoretical setup for an analysis of strategic relationships inherent to activities of an innovative multinational enterprise (MNE) and a local company in a host country. Additionally, we explore the incentives of the host country's government to provide subsidies to attract foreign direct investment (FDI) and to protect outcomes of R&D activities conducted by the MNE. We show that the MNE's commercial interests may collide with local companies' over protection of IPRs. Therefore, the extent of knowledge spillovers from the MNE to the local company and the magnitude of incentives to the MNE perform a crucial function in determining the optimal policy mix of IPR protection and FDI subsidies of the host country's government.

This study examined the role of safety climate, organizational trust, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment. In addition, the study verified the mediating effect of organizational trust between safety climate, and job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Targeting population were the workers in the manufacturing sector. First, it was figured out that employees' recognition of organizations' safety climate has an effect positively on both job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Second, it turns out that individuals' safety awareness has a positive effect on the both job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Third, it was figured out that organizational trust plays a role as mediation when employees' recognition of organizations' safety climate has an effect positively on both job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Fourth, the result revealed that foreign investment company moderated the relationship between safety climate and organizational climate. Fifth, organizational trust mediates the relationship that the individuals' safety awareness are positively affected on the both job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Finally, The results of four hypotheses using intermediary variable in which organizational trust mediates the relationship between the safety climate and "work attitude" such as job satisfaction and organization commitment demonstrate significance of trust in organization in connecting safety climate and work attitude. Therefore, when trust in organization is enhanced, work attitude such as job satisfaction and organizational commitment could be improved.

The purpose of this study is to research the investment environment of Vietnam and analyze the actual investment state of Korean enterprises in Vietnam and seek for the points at issue. In general, the investment environment in Vietnam shows both a positive side and negative side. However Vietnamese market is a attractive one as ever for direct investment of Korean enterprises considering their constant economy growth, investment increase of foreign company for Vietnam, China risk. And the point at issue in investment of Korean Enterprises is as follows. That is, inclining to manufacturing, preference of independence investment, small-sized investment by small and medium enterprises, preference of greenfield investment, restricted purpose of investment, insufficiency of infrastructure for logistics, electric power, legal system. The results of the study indicate mainly that the investment of Korean enterprise into Vietnam needs a switchover of the third service trade-tertiary industry, collaboration with Vietnamese enterprise through joint venture investment, a large-scale investment for Vietnam domestic market and neighboring countries' market, practical use of M&A with existing Vietnamese enterprise and diverse purpose for investment.

This paper investigates how the agent specificity of economic infrastructure-related public company proceeds in overseas investments. At first this paper examines general features focused on investment region, project type, starting year, and then analyzes overseas investments based on specific cases with three classifications which are composed of special consulting type that do not accompany capital investment, FDI type, and type of overseas energy resources development that go with capital investment and business risk. Finally nationality issues that is generated by agent characteristics of infrastructure public company are interpreted in perspective of duality which is financial pressure and dependency of host county's position, and relationship with private capital of home country.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the Chinese investment environment and analyze the actual investment condition of Korean enterprises in China and examine the points at issue. In general, the investment environment in China shows satisfactory progress. China has a multiple and regional extension policy in investment. And the environment for investment changes to insufficiency of company profit, extension of service market, maintenance of legislative system, and insufficiency of preference about foreign company. There are situations of inclining to manufacturing, inclining of region, preference of independence investment, small-sized investment by small and medium enterprises, difficulty of financial assistance, excess of logistic cost, delay of logistic term, difficulty of settlement of legal dispute and difficulty of taking a relative information in investment of Korean enterprise in China. The results of the study indicate mostly that the investment of Korean enterprise into China needs turnover of service trade-tertiary industry, portfolio of investment territory, cooperation with Chinese enterprise through joint venture investment and a large-scale investment for extension of Chinese domestic market.

All countries of the world have been spurring foreign direct investment consistently for securing of economic growth and growth engines, and Korea is no exception. Korea has been stimulating investment of high quality through various political support and the government has been publicizing it as an achievement. Based on the most of previous studies analyzed the results of foreign direct investment only on the view of domestic economy, this study supposes that foreign direct investment influences positively on management and innovation performance on companies, and evaluated effects of foreign direct investment by using Propensity score matching method. Analysis shows that foreign direct investment has positive influence on management and innovation performance before matching them. However, after matching them, the most statistical significance disappears. Consequently, foreign direct investment has limited effect on company's performance comparison on initial assumption. 'This study indicates that incentive policy of foreign direct investment would need to be amended, because effect of incentive policy was limited for firm's performance.

Foreign direct investment is considered to be one of the important technology transfer channels from advanced countries to less developed countries. The purpose of the study is to find the answers for the problems: if there is any difference of technology absorption level between the foreign affiliate companies, and what are the major factors which explain the difference. It is shown that the technology absorption level of foreign affiliate company is negatively related to the management control level by foreigners, to the rate of exportation, but positively related to the number of competing company and to the nature of generality of the technology.

Korean firms have had a short history of foreign direct investment and export in China market entry. This present study empirically analyzed determinants of the choice of foreign market entry modes, Particularly forcusing on the China market entry on Korean manufacture firms. This study developed a research model to determinant factor in the China market entry and collected 77 survey responses from the Korean manufacture firms. This study model construct in the third factor, China market character, company character and product character. In China market character, the variance are China trade barrier, culture different, competition power. The variance in company character are internationalization experience, enterprise rage and entry motivation. Also the variance in product character are product different, customer service and cost advantage. It is researcher's main interest that which type of China market entry format brought most positive evaluation form the Korean manufacture firms. therefor, these research results turned out to be different a little both export and direct investment in China market of Korean manufacture firms.

The United States demands that the Korean Government include in the WTO GPA the privately invested projects of the BOT contract. Controversy surrounding BOT contract will continue. As of result of opening up of private investment market including BOT contracts, inflow of foreign capital will be expanded, and it will provide an opportunity for rectifying any unreasonable policies or regulations. With active penetration of foreign companies, there is a possibility for deepening of competition in the private investment market, and if a foreign administrative company is selected, possibility of assigning high value works such as design to foreign companies leaving labor intensive work such as construction to domestic companies exists, and also, difficulties resulting from agreement between the employer and the foreign administrative company exists. Large-scale construction companies must put forth their efficiency and creativity, and through revolutionary constructions by private sectors, reduction in construction cost should be made possible, and must also increase efficiency in maintenance, repair, and management of the facility. On the other hand, in order for Korean construction companies of BOT businesses to be able to enter the foreign BOT industry, the government needs to conduct studies in information and policies of various nations.
