In this study, damage resulting from internal flaws was investigated by finite element analysis for the safety evaluation of a non-destructive testing platform for hydrogen pressure vessels. A specimen was modeled and calculated using finite element analysis to determine material properties in accordance with the parameters of the composite material in order to assess the safety of the Type 4 hydrogen pressure vessel. Through this, flaws in the hydrogen pressure vessel were modeled, and test conditions were provided in accordance with rules to look into whether there was safety. Delamination, foreign object, and vertical cracks were modeled for internal flaws, and damage was examined in accordance with failure criteria. As the delamination defect approached the interior of the hydrogen pressure tank, it became more likely to cause damage. Additionally, as the crack depth grew in the case of vertical cracks, the likelihood of crack propagation rose. On the other hand, it was anticipated that the foreign item defect would suffer more damage from the outside in. A non-destructive testing platform will be used to assess the safety of fuel cell vehicles that are already in operation in future research.
The amount of the Korean export & import in 1987 reached $88.3 billion which was 1.75% of the total world trade and the proportion of foreign dependence to G.N.P was 74.5%. From these facts, we can infer that the development of national economy is largely dependent upon trade. Therefore the role of transportation, especially Ocean transportation, as a basis of economic development through trade is one of the main factors that can not be passed over. Here, We can define that a port as a subsystem of transportation determines the efficiency of the total transportation system. Thus, the purpose of this paper is to contribute in improvement of the efficiency in port, reinforcement of the international competitiveness for exporting goods by the analysis of the cargo handling charges. In order to do this, this paper deals the case of B.C.T.O.C. Furthermore, this study gives some important informations related to the level of tariffs for establishing an autonomous port administration. The Summary of the conclusions of this paper is as follows ; 1) The object of port administration in Korea has been emphasized on the maximization of efficiency in using the port facilities. Nowadays, however, it should be moved to a direction that port is operated under the compound aims considering the public interests and economy. 2) For a criterian of tariff calculation, A tariff system based on the cost accounting is desirable. In general it is recommended that the cost for construction, management, and operation of port is compensated by the revenue from port operation. Therefore, it is necessary for the administration bodies of each port to establish a tariff system on the basis of the independent profit system. 3) For the investigation of actors of tariff adjustment by the Break-even point analysis, (1) When we conducted the B.E.P analysis using total cost as cost term, we got 3.8% discount in tariff at 12% of target profit rate and 1.5% discount at 15% of rate. when we set the target profit rate as 17% we could have the proper tariff level. (2) When using operating cost as cost term, we got 13.1% discount in tariff at 12% of target profit rate and 10.9% discount at 15% of rate. When setting the target profit rat as 28%, we could have the proper tariff level. 4) Comparing with the tariffs of foreign ports for the basic terminal rate, The tariff level of B.C.T.O.C showed 33% of stevedoring charge and 80% of marshalling charge incurred at Kobe port. The comparison with Singapore port gave 50% of transhipment charge and 17% - 20 % of stevedoring charge. 5) We found that the financial structure of B.C.T.O.C was better than those of other companies and the worth fixed assets ratio was too low. The fact of low worth fixed assets ratio implies that the cargo handling facilities should be increased. Moreover, The return of assets for B.T.T.O.C was good but non-operating expenses were still contained too much in. Therefore, we think that it is necessary for B.C.T.O.C. to rationalize business management. Although the present cargo handing charge for B.C.T.O.C is a proper level in terms of a public corporation, for the final recommendation in connection to the results, It is required to take the rationalization process for business management.
Since the end of 1960s, an era of internationalization, Interculturalism has been reflected in intercultural plays which borrow concepts of foreign-cultural aesthetics for the performance and create a new stage language. Among many writers and performers, Oh, Tae-seok created his own unique aesthetic performances through experimental and avant-garde methodologies connected with various areas of art. His plays are worth studying since they suggest us a point of view which helps us to get out of the ordinary, fixed thought and try to see variety of reality. Therefore, our study categorized Oh, Tae-seok's play into four areas according to grotesquery interculturalism : Evil sprit, Abhorrence, Exaggeration and distort, and Heterogeneity. Based on this category, we analyzed plastic artistic characteristics of his plays' stage costume, for example, shapes, materials, and color, and tried to enhance the aesthetic value of his plays. We made a conclusion that the play showed grotesquery features in stage costume, which represented death, tragedy, evil sprit of human negligence, surprising and grotesquery abhorrence by deformity of the body, exaggeration and distortion, ridiculousness, and heterogeneity, the mixture of abnormality and unstableness. Our study could help produce adequate stage costume matching the features of the performance, and be the cornerstone of grotesquery aesthetic interculturalism study reflected in stage costume.
Objectives : This study reviews the latest articles in Korea and other countries that studied oriental medicine treatment on poststroke depression. Methods : Korean articles were retrieved from the 9 major Korean web article search engines. Foreign articles were retrieved from PubMed. Article published date was from 2000 up to September 2012. There were no restrictions on the types of publication, but articles not available in full text were excluded. The methodological quality was assessed according to Cochrane's assessment of risk of bias and Newcastle-Ottawa quality assessment scale. Results : Twenty-two articles were included in this study. Eleven articles were published in Korea, the rest were published in China. Nine articles were randomized controlled trials (RCT), one article was a non-randomized study (NRS), four articles were case reports, three articles were cross-sectional studies, two articles were comparative studies. In RCT articles, risk of selection bias and performance bias were generally high, risk of detection bias was unclear. The NRS article took four stars in Newcastle-Ottawa quality assessment. Comparison Hamilton rating scale for depression score between oriental medicine treated group and western medicine treated group revealed that there was no remarkable difference in mean score changes after treatment on PSD. Conclusions : The results of this study suggest that oriental medicine treatment is as effective as western medicine treatment for PSD. In the future, more rigorous oriental medicine treatment studies should be conducted.
The aim of this study is develop a state-funded education and training curriculum to contribute to the development of the fashion industry infrastructure. This will be achieved based on the service sector by the competitive clothing sales personnel and fashion startups. The study was conducted using a qualitative research method. The participants were 20 representatives of fashion-related companies and employees from one traditional market and two fashion outlets in Seogu, Gwangju. Data was collected from September 2015 to January 2017 by demand surveys and in-depth interviews. These were conducted on the same day at each clothing store office. In addition, existing literature was also reviewed. The collected data were first summarized into 64 meaning units from which three themes were derived by arranging, classifying, and analyzing the data. The findings of the study are as follows. First, the education and training curriculum for fashion job creation is aimed at job-oriented field-types with the objective of cultivating professional skills for online to offline fashion professionals. Second, the curriculum for fashion advisors was developed to consisted of 8 courses of 150 hours, including job knowledge, a foreign language, fashion-specific knowledge, fashion marketing & VMD, store management know-how, clothing repair, field trip, and internship. Third, the curriculum for fashion entrepreneurs consisted of 8 courses of 106 hours, including entrepreneurship, fashion practice, startup, field trip, finance & taxation accounting, marketing, social enterprise course, and internship.

The consumption trend of fashion in modern industrial society is developing from the rapid changes, and the lifespan of fashion products becomes shorter due to the various industrial wastes. Due to the attitude change caused by the ethical consumption consciousness and environment awareness, the up-cycle fashion products got to receive attention, and it is in the limelight as a new trend to realize the sustainable fashion products in the domestic and foreign fashion. The purpose of this study lies in drawing the expression characteristics by investigating and analyzing the cases of each type on the fashion bag products of up-cycle brand, and contributing to the diversification of product family fitting to the characteristics of fashion bag product of up-cycle brand, systematic strategies of up-cycle fashion products, and activation of up-cycle fashion market. In research methods, the theatrical researches were conducted centered the relevant domestic literature materials, preceding papers, etc., which ran paralleled with the actual case analysis study. Through the preceding research and websites related to selected products, websites of up-cycle companies, relevant books, related articles, etc., the expression characteristics of up-cycle fashion bag products were drawn. The results of this study are as follows: First, as it has the feature of historicality, the designs can be created by containing the designer's story, story of materials, and consumer's story. Second, since it has the characteristic of sustainability, the application of manufacturing process and materials, extension of product life, conversion of original material's function, etc. can be sustainable. Third, as it's a trait of scarcity, all products may be produced by hand, and it can have the specialty which the original materials have. Fourth, since it has an eco-friendly trait, even while saving the original materials, the aesthetic needs could be met according to the consumers' continuous demand.

The purpose of this study is to clarify of the distribution routes of cosmetics by their types and differences in choosing them according to ages with the ones in choosing brand by the type according to them. The subjects of the study were females aged 20 plus living in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province between January and February 2008, and 427 questionnaires were used for analysis. For data analysis SPSS 17.0 statistical program was used, and principal component analysis, frequency analysis, ${\chi}^2-test$, ANOVA test and Duncan test were conducted. The results and conclusions of this study are as follows: first, cosmetics store use by product type was examined. Department stores were used most often to purchase skincare, base and color products, while large cosmetics stores were used most frequently to buy hair and body products. Second, The result of the differences in choosing brand by type of cosmetics has found that there are the meaningful differences between Korean low and middle priced brands and foreign high priced ones in skincare and base products. The Korean low and middle priced brands of skin care products show that various distribution routes are simultaneously and highly used as choices in internet, cosmetics specialty stores and large general ones are higher than other distribution routes. Color products have found that there are the meaningful differences in the entire brands. Hair and body products have found that there are the meaningful differences in three brands except the Korean high priced brands. Third, the differences in cosmetics store selection by age were investigated. As for online purchasing, people in their 20's were most likely than other age groups to purchase online. Meanwhile, in case of other stores including door-to-door sales and home shopping, people aged 40 and older were more prone than other age groups to purchase base, color and body products through these stores.

Recently RBI softwares have received widespread interests from various industries. The available RBI softwares have variety of levels of analysis, fields of applications and damage mechanisms considered, which depend on the software developing institutes. In this paper results of a GSP(Group Sponsored Project) entitled 'Study on Surveying Functions of Foreign RBI Softwares' are summarized. A part of the study is explained in detail as a sample case for showing the contents of the project. Based on the demo softwares as well as the open documents and contents obtained in the web pages of the developer critical comparisons of the well-known RBI softwares were made. The required functions of the optimal RBI software is also discussed from the review results of this study.
The objective of this study is to find out whether Korean main banks may have efficiency against Indian major banks. For this purpose, DEA analysis is used for checking relative efficiency levels. The study proposes, as a result, Shinhan bank, Woori bank and Kookmin bank in Korea may consider entering into Indian banking industry because these three banks have relative efficiency against main Indian banks like Yes bank, ICICI bank. The results of the study comply with actual facts since Shinhan bank already came to Indian banking market at first. Shinhan bank have three branches like Mumbai, NewDelhi etc. Wooribank also entered into India in 2012 as second case among Korean banks. But Kookmin bank did not come to India yet so they should consider coming to India. As a preliminary measures, they can send one person as a expatriate to survey the Indian banking industry like KDB in Korea. If they can utilize their core competence in real estate field at India, they may positively think about entering into India as quickly as possible. Although many Korean firms have penetrated into Indian market recently, they almost belong to manufacturing sectors so Korean service firms like banks should consider more coming to India because the most hot sector for FDI in India remain service sector and many foreign service firms already rush to Indian market. If Korean service firms like banks delay FDI further, good market opportunities would not be there any more. DEA analysis can be one of tools to check investment feasibilities. Since India becomes a compulsory subject for most of Korean firms, to increase possibilities of success in India, such Korean banks may consider applying fast-mover investment strategies to the Indian business fields.
The purpose of this study is to pinpoint currently arising issues concerning cyber fashion mall by analysing present status and contents of its web design, management and planning within the limits o business to customer (B2C) commerce, and to suggest a direction for building an ideal fashion mall on the internet. As for the study method, conceptual definitions were given based on previous studies. And a positive study was implemented, in which the cases of 23 chosen cyber fashion malls among 60 or so domestic and foreign malls selling fashion products were found by internet search engines and analysed. Results of the case analysis of cyber fashion malls are as follows : 1) cybermall must provide customers with an integrated service as well as e-commerce. 2) various products assortment and price differentiation must be developed, 3) the techniques of graphics, coloring and texturing, and layout design must be adopted to process and express product information, 4) the legislative system is needed to deal with the security, and 5) design and management of customer oriented interface are needed to process and express product information matter of electronic payment and customer protection. Considering the issues in internet fashion cybermalls, are suggested the important factors that are necessary or web design, planning and management to build an ideal cyber fashion mall. These results will contribute to the development of fashion e-commerce.
