The purpose of this study was to determine the relationships among brand awareness, switching intentions, purchasing behavior, and revisiting intentions. Brand awareness consisted of three factors: brand image, physical environment, and affiliation of coffee brand. Good brand image was associated with reduced switching intentions, whereas negative images were associated with higher switching intentions. Consumer purchasing behavior was most affected by interior decoration, including furniture, decorations, etc. Switching intentions had a negative relationship with revisiting intentions. Finally, purchasing behavior and revisiting intentions showed a positive correlation. As limitations, the only participants were university students, who are not representative of all consumers at coffee shops. Moreover, this study did not divide coffee shops into franchises and individually owned.

The taste satisfaction score was very high, and employed mothers were satisfied with taste significantly more than unemployed mothers. Online shopping has been undergoing significant developments in the South Asian region in the last decade. Using a representative sample of Sri Lankan consumers, this study explored online food purchasing behavior in Sri Lanka, a developing nation and island in South Asia. Data were collected from 562 respondents from all nine provinces in Sri Lanka using an online survey. Consumer attitudes were evaluated using factor analysis, and factor scores were added as explanatory variables to the final model. An ordered logistic regression model was used to examine the impact of consumer demographics, economic variables, and consumer attitudes on online food purchases. Online food purchasing intensity was categorized into four groups that suited ordinal rankings: zero for never, low for rarely, medium for occasionally, and high for regularly. Results indicated that age, income, education, and living in urban areas affect the online food purchasing behavior of Sri Lankan consumers. In addition, trust, convenience, and attitudes toward price were powerful drivers of online food purchasing. The findings have a number of significant managerial ramifications for creating strategies to promote online food purchases in developing South Asian nations like Sri Lanka. Moreover, promoting online shopping could be a potential solution for traffic congestion, ultimately helping to mitigate the negative externalities associated with it, such as carbon emissions and air pollution.

The study aims to understand the impact the consumption value changed by COVID-19 has on the purchasing behavior of industry foodservices dietitians and to provide baseline data in setting the marketing strategies for the food materials distribution companies in the future. The main survey was conducted for eight days from May 13th to 20th 2021 and 260 copies were collected and analyzed. Through the results of the study, the following conclusion elicited. First, consumption values that impact purchasing behaviors of industry foodservices dietitians are functional value and situational value. Second, for dietitians working at directly managed foodservice establishments, the higher the functional value of the food materials is, the higher the purchasing behavior. But such correlation was not found in the case of dietitians at consignment establishments. Third, compared to before and after COVID-19, the importance of functional value of food materials decreased, while the importance of situational value increased. Therefore, it is assumed that establishing marketing strategies differentiated by direct and consignment management will contribute to the energetic sales of the food material companies in the era of post COVID-19.

This study seeks to examine the effect of attitude, subjective norm, and perceived behavioral control on the purchase behavior of students enrolled in a private higher education establishment in Tangerang, Indonesia. This is a quantitative study and it employs samples by simple random sampling of 410 university students. The returned and valid questionnaire results totaled 261 samples. Data processing used the SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The findings of this study reveal that attitude, subjective norm, and perceived behavioral control have a significant effect on purchase intention. Meanwhile, purchase intention has a significant effect on working students' purchase behavior, and halal awareness had a moderating effect of purchase intention on purchase behavior. Purchasing interest has a positive effect on purchasing behavior, and this study proves that halal awareness is able to moderate the effect of purchase intention on purchasing behavior toward halal food products. The higher the awareness of halal products, the greater the relationship between buying interest and buying behavior of halal food. The results of this study also show the importance of paying attention to halal awareness factor in the form of increasing the relationship between buying interest and buying behavior of halal food products.
As many companies are performing brand management as a marketing strategy to establish long-term relationships with their customers, consumers decide the actual purchasing behavior by understanding the brand attributes of the relevant company based on an evaluation standard of the products. This paper provides the basic data for improving the competitiveness of the coffee shop market continuously, and analyzes the influential relationships between each variable by limiting the brand attributes of the coffee shop and the price fairness factor that would be expected to affect the consumers' purchasing behavior as the cause variables. The results showed that the-out of brand attribute factors of the coffee shop, the brand awareness and perceived quality had significant effects on the price fairness while the influence of the shop image on the price fairness was not verified. In addition, all the brand awareness, shop image, and perceived quality had significant effects on the purchasing behavior while the statistical significance between price fairness and purchasing behavior was verified. The rationality of the price presented by the coffee shop could be judged depending on the quality perceived by the consumers. Similarly, once consumers classified the propriety of price and then perceived that a suitable price had been set up regarding the quality and service provided by the coffee shop, it was highly possible for them to include it in their actual purchasing behavior, despite the higher price than other brands'. Further research on the psychological variables affecting the purchasing behavior by securing more diverse consumers to understand their purchasing behavior for a wide range of research subjects and the generalization of research results, will provide useful data for establishing marketing measures necessary to form strong relationships between consumers and brand in the currently-saturated coffee shop market.

This study examines how consumer attitudes toward food origin and health concerns influence beef purchasing behavior. Using data from the Korea Rural Economic Institute's food consumption behavior survey, we analyzed the frequency of purchasing domestic and imported beef. Results indicate that when not distinguishing between domestic and imported beef, perceptions of lower origin quality and higher health concerns are associated with an increase in purchasing frequency. However, such influences are statistically insignificant for imported beef. Further analysis reveals that for consumers exclusively purchasing domestic beef, these factors do not significantly impact purchasing frequency, while for consumers simultaneously purchasing both domestic and imported beef, these factors do significantly impact purchasing frequency.
