조선중기 솜텰릭(첩리) 구성에 대하여 - 순천 김씨묘 갈색명주솜누비털릭 중심으로 - (On the Construction of Cotton Tyeollik in Middle of Chosun Period - Through the Process of Reconstructing Tyeollik Excavated from Lady Kim's Tomb-)

  • This study is to understand cotton Tyeollik construction of the middle Chosun Period through the reconstruction of tyeoilik which was excavated from lady kim's tomb (from sooncheon). The form of excavated Tyeollik classified into two types by the location of waistline. The structure of excavated tyeollik classified into three types by the construction(one-layer, two-layer, cotton/quilt) The form type change according to the period. The change of the form type has the close relation structure type in the tyeollik. Cotton-tyeollik belongs to the form of the front time. The construction of cotton tyeollik is similar with the one-layer Tyeollik Exception the construction of git(collar) and the size and direction of the fold. The surface pattern is composed of two-pieces but the liner is one-piece in the Git(collar). and In The size of fold surface is o.2-o.3cm, and liner is 0.5-0.8cm. The direction of fold in the liner is the contrast with the surface.

Chlamydomonas sp. 유래 mycosporine-like amino acid 혼합물의 항주름 활성 (Anti-corrugation activity of micosporine-like amino acid mixtures from Chlamydomonas sp.)

  • 미세조류 유래 mycosporine-like amino acids (MAAs) 혼합물의 항주름활성을 분석하기 위하여 type I procollagen, elastin 및 involucrin 유전자 발현분석을 실시하였다. Chlamydomonas sp.를 80% 에탄올로 추출하고, 컬럼을 통해 분획물을 정제하고, HPLC 분석을 통해 asterina 330+palythine (A+P) 및 shinorine+palythine (S+P) 혼합물을 정제하였다. MTT assay 결과 A+P 및 S+P는 0.1 mg/mL까지 세포독성을 나타내지 않았다. UV에 노출된 섬유아세포에 대한 MAAs 혼합물의 영향을 분석하였을 때, 0.05 mg/mL A+P 및 0.01 mg/mL S+P 농도에서 각각 2.7 및 3.6 배 PCOLCE mRNAs 발현이 증가하였다. Elastin 유전자는 0.01 mg/mL의 A+P 및 S+P를 처리하였을 때 각각 5.59배 및 3.1배 발현이 증가하였다. 특히 0.01 mg/mL의 A+P 및 S+P 농도에서 involucrin mRNAs 발현이 UV 처리된 대조구와 비교하였을 때 5배 및 2.5배 감소하였다. 결론적으로 Chlamydomonas sp. 유래 MAAs 혼합물은 주름개선용 기능성 화장품 개발을 위한 소재로써의 가능성이 충분한 것으로 판단되었다.

매선침법을 이용한 비순구 주름 개선 5례 (Case report: Correction of nasolabial fold with needle embedding therapy)

  • Objective : Needle embedding therapy is a newly induced therapy which uses specialized tools. The purpose of this study is to report the nasolabial folds correction effect of needle embedding therapy on 5 cases. Method : Five women with no disease were received needle embedding therapy four to six times over one to two months. The photos of each patient were taken before and after the treatment. Also, Glogau photoaging classification were assessed before and after the treatment. Result and conclusion : Needle embedding therapy may be an effective and safe treatment for the correction of nasolabial folds.

들뢰즈의 주름 사유와 바로크를 중심으로 본 바로크의 복식미 (The Aesthetic of Baroque Costume Focused on the Gilles Deleuze's 'Le Pli' and Baroque)

  • Gilles Deleuze highly evaluated Baroque as the expression body that implements the fold theory, a philosophical thinking about the nature of beings. This can be seen as a meaning that Baroque implements the essence of the world, or the power constituting that essence. In addition, the beauty of Baroque focuses on 'New Harmony' the sum of partial forms caused by each element, and not Platonic harmony. he evaluated the aesthetic of Baroque costume as 'acquisition of liberation and autonomy', 'derived force from infinite spiritual forces'. This study analyzed the contents of the Aesthetic of Baroque costume based on the reviewed Deleuze's folding theory, Baroque aesthetics, and views of Baroque costume. As a result, it inferred the aesthetic of Baroque costume into four types, which are as follows: open structural openness, overlapping structural dynamics, integrated structural diversity, and relationship structural integrity. This study analyzed the aesthetic of Baroque costume based on Deleuze's philosophical thinking. The analysis showed that its aesthetics, which focused on "New Harmony", created energy of life and a venue for expression of power, as the aesthetics eliminated the prejudice of complexity and excessive decoration. In addition, Baroque costume is not the simple historical costume of the past. Instead, it is one of power and spirit, still existing in modern fashion. Baroque costume's formativeness and Paradigm can be said to provide the creative principle important for modern fashion because the aesthetics implemented in Baroque costume accepts free spirit, new challenge, difference and diversity, and is similar to the spirit pursued by modern art and fashion.

안면거상 및 팔자주름 개선을 위한 매선 시술 표준안 제안 (Preliminary Standard Procedure for Face Lift and Correction of Nasolabial Fold using Thread-Embedding (Maeseon) of Korean Medicine)

  • Objectives : This study aims to suggest preliminary standard procedure for face lift and correction of nasolabial folds using thread-embedding (Maeseon) of Korean medicine(KM). Methods : Three KM practitioners of facial correction and rejuvenation who have over hundred case of practice participated in establishment of standard procedure. Standard procedure contains preprocessing, main procedure for correction, and solution of side effects. Results : Standard procedure is comprised of twelve processes with preprocessing and postprocessing. Preprocessing has position, disinfection, and anesthesia. Main process consists of overall structure correction, face lifting, nasolabial folds correction, and mesh making on cheek. Postprocess covers disinfection, edema prevention. Conclusions : To our knowledge, this is the first work to suggest standard procedure of facial rejuvenation using Maeseon. It would contribute to standardized practice in clinical fields and future study of revealing Maeseon's effectiveness.

Abies koreana 유래 정유의 항주름 및 미백 효과 (Anti-wrinkle and Whitening Effects of Essential Oil from Abies koreana)

  • 구상나무로부터 추출된 정유가 개발되어 있지만, 피부와 연관된 연구 관점에서 효능이 아직까지 밝혀지지 않았다. 본 연구의 목적은 B16F10 흑색종 세포(B16F10)와 인간 피부아세포주(HDF)에서 멜라닌과 주름 형성 상의 구상나무 추출물 효과를 알아보는데 있다. 정유는 수첨 증류법으로 추출하였고 무수 황산나트륨으로 정제 하였다. $10^{-5}$배의 정유농도에서, 두 세포의 생존능은 세포독성 평가에 의해 확인 되었다. B18F10의 항멜라닌 효과는 티로시나아제 억제 분석과 티로시나아제, 티로시나아제 연관 단백질 -1과 -2(TRP-1, TRP-2)의 유전자 발현 검증을 통해 이루어졌다. 정유는 알파-멜라닌세포 자극 호르몬 유도 그룹과 비교하여 티로시나아제 억제 활성이 5배, 아르부틴 유도 그룹과 비교하였을 때 30% 정도 감소되었다. 3가지 멜라닌 유래 인자들의 mRNA 수준도 각각 증가하였다. 항주름 효과를 분석하기 위해, 프로콜라겐 타입 I c 펩티드 합성(PIP) 분석과 웨스턴 블록을 수행하였다. 정유를 처리한 그룹에서 PIP가 증가되었고 콜라겐 타입 1과 기질 금속 단백질 분해 효소가 개선 되었다. 또한 정유는 $60mJ/cm^2$의 자외선 조건에서, 자외선-억제 콜라겐 타입 1의 증가와 기질 금속 단백질 분해 효소 생성 억제를 통해 항주름 효과를 보여줬다. 따라서 구상나무 추출물은 미백과 항주름을 위한 안전하고 효과적인 피부 제재로서 가능성을 가지고 있음을 암시한다.

韓國의 민물가재(Cambaroides similis Koelbel)의 中腸上皮에 대한 走査電子顯微鏡的 考察 (Study on the Midgut Epithelium of Korean Fresh Water Crayfish, Scanning Electron Microscopy)

  • 節肢動物 甲殼類는 種이나 크기가 매우 다양하고 食性이나 攝食方法에 있어서도 크게 다르다. 특히 十脚目의 胃는 다른 일부 目과 더불어 濾過攝食의 構造的인 特徵 때문에 간수장이나 中腸前盲囊, 中腸後盲囊에 대한 연구는 많이 되어 있으나 中腸 자체에 대하여는 검토된 바가 극히 적다. 본 연구에서는 全羅北道 井邑郡 山內面 菱橋里 溪谷에서 1985年 5月부터 7月 사이에 채집한 민물가재 (Cambaroides similis Koelbel; 甲殼類, 十脚目)의 中腸上皮를 走査電子顯微鏡으로 관찰한 결과, 다음과 같다. 1) 中腸의 앞부분은 中腸上皮가 얕고 조밀한 주름이 불규칙하게 이루어져 있고 길이 1-3 $\\mu$m의 微細絨毛가 적게는 2-3개에서 많은 경우 10개 정도까지 1열로 배열되어 있다. 2) 中腸의 중앙에 이르면서 주름은 점점 얕아지면서 微細絨毛는 다소 굵어져 한 집단 1열 내지 3열정도의 배열을 이루고 隆起의 腸腔에 接한 면에서 주름진 골을 따라 깊어지면서 微細絨毛의 數는 30개 정도에서 점점 줄어 드디어는 나타나지 않는다. 3) 中腸의 中央部에서 後端에 이르면서 微細絨毛는 가늘고 길어지며(길이 2.5-4 $\\mu$) 많은 경우 한 줄에 12개까지 배열되어 있고 일부는 그 밑줄에 4-5개까지 추가된다. 4) 中腸의 後端에 이르면 다시 腸表面은 첫 부분과 같이 얕고 조밀한 주름이 져있는데 그 주름의 기슭마다에는 한 줄당 15까지의 가늘고 긴(길이, 2-7 $\\mu$m) 微細絨毛가 나 있고 어떤 것은 열외로 5개 정도까지 덧나있는 경우도 있다. 본 연구에서 관찰된 모든 微細絨毛는 뒤쪽을 향하고 있었다.

18세기부터 19세기까지 여성 복식스타일에 나타난 장식에 관한 연구 (A study on the Decoration of Women's costume style from the 18th century to the 19th century)

  • This study aims at looking into women's costume style seen in 18th century to 19th century, and reason out a major decoration, then the formative and aesthetic characteristics of the decoration were analyzed. Research results are same as follows. Firstly, the style of women's costumes in the 18th and 19th century includes the Rococo style, Polonaise style, Neo-classic style, Romantic style and Bustle-style. The main decorations shown in these styles are the gather pleats drape of Fold decoration, the flat embroidery quilting of embroidery decoration, and the ribbon braid fringe button feather and fur of attachment decoration. Secondly, the analyzed results found the formative and aesthetic characteristics of the decoration in the 18th and 19th century women's costumes. Fold decorations appeared as a voluminous property in the form of gown mantua jacket pelisse and dress. Especially, femininity and exaggeration were expressed through greatly inflated skirts. Embroidery decoration appeared as planarity by making patterns of gown mantua jacket stomacher overskirt coat dress shawl and dolman. Especially, exaggeration and extravagance were expressed through embroidered mantua surfaces with peony rose poppy primrose daffodil morning glory tulip leaf and lattice patterns in variety of colored silk threads. Attachment decorations were mixed with elements of heterogeneity added to jackets, coats, gowns, petticoats, stomachers, mantuas, pelisses, mantles, dolmans, capes, overskirts and dresses. In particular, exaggeration and extravagance strongly expressed through the decoration with white fox fur at the hemline, neckline and sleeves of cream colored silk dolman.

들뢰즈의 "주름 : Le Pli"을 통해 본 바로크 건축의 특성 (The Features of the Baroque Architecture viewed through the "Le Pli" of Deleuze)

  • The primary object of this study lies in reilluminating the meaning of the Baroque, through studying arts and architecture by means of the features of Baroque aesthetics suggested by Deleuze in his writing 'Le Pli' on the basis of Leibniz's 'Pli' concept. Through this study we can see the following. In the first place, the six features - pli, separation between the inner and the exterior, highs and lows, unfolding, texture and paradigm presented as the features of Baroque aesthetics - have to be understood not as being independent features but as those derived from a series of continuous process of folding and unfolding. In the second place, Deleuze's thinking ranging from the 'Pli' of the Baroque to the paradigm derived on the ground of Leibniz thinking is a dynamic world of folding and unfolding, ultimately seeking unity through the topological changes and succession repeating deterritorization and reterritorization. In the third place, most architectural trends claiming 'Fold Architect' or the 'Pli' of Deleuze as their architectural philosophy are committing errors of mass-producing standardized designs by confining the meaning of Deleuze's 'Pli' concept into a simple reproduction of plied superficial things. With this finding in mind, the concept of folding and unfolding examined through reilluminating the Baroque Architecture where the 'Pli' concept is embodied, suggests to us that the problems of contemporary architecture should be rightened, and shows us that it can become an architectural philosophy which can be concretely realized in architecture.
