PU/MWNT 발포필름의 발포 특성연구 (The Characteristic of PU/MWNT Foaming Film)

  • This study surveys the characteristics of the PU/MWNT foaming film according to foaming conditions. For this purpose, firstly, 16 kinds of PU/MWNT forming films were prepared with 4 kinds of dispersion solutions (IPA/MWNT, DMF/MWNT, MEK/MWNT, and Toluene/MWNT) and 4 kinds of blowing agents (organic I, organic II, capsule, and inorganic). The electrical resistivity of these PU/MWNT foaming films according to the dispersion solutions and blowing agents were analysed and discussed with surface profile and cell morphology of measured by SEM. And secondly, 24 kinds of PU/MWNT foaming films were also prepared with 2 kinds of IPA dispersion solution contents and 3 kinds of blowing agents with variation of the blowing temperatures and film thickness. The physical properties of the PU/MWNT foaming films such as electrical resistivity (surface and volume) and triboelectricity with cell morphology were measured and discused through the quantities of IPA, blowing agent added and also physical conditions(temperature, thickness so on) for establishing optimum foaming conditions with good electrostatic dissipation.

  • Aluminium foam material is a highly porous material having complicated cellular structure defined by randomly distributed air pores in metallic matrix. this structure gives the aluminium a set of properties which cannot be achieved by any of conventional treatments. The properties of aluminium foam material significantly depend on its porosity, so that a desired profile of properties can be tailored by changing the foam density. Melting method is the one of foaming processes, which the production has long been considered difficult to realize becaues of such problems as the low foamability of molten metal, the varying size of. cellular structures, solidification shrinkage and so on. These problems, however, have gradually been solved by researchers and some manufacturers are now producing foamed aluminum by their own methods. Most of all, the parameters of solving problem in electric furnace were stirring temperature, stirring velocity, foaming temper:iture, and so on. But it has not considered about those in induction heating, foaming velocity and foaming temperature in semi-solid state yet. Therefore, this paper presents the effects on these parameter to control cell size, quantity and distribution.

  • 미생물 발효 생계면활성제인 람노리피드의 계면활성(CMC, 표면장력, 기포력 등)을 측정하였다. 람노리피드는 우수한 표면활성을 나타내었다. 람노리피드가 처방된 세정제도 우수한 표면활성을 나타내었다. 액체세정제의 성능평가 결과 지방산 대비 람노리피드가 사용된 제품의 성능이 미세하게 우세하였다. 그렇지만 기포 프로화일에서는 람노리피드가 처방된 제품의 기포량이 아주 많았으며, 헹굼과정에서 지방산의 억포작용과 같은 헹굼성 보조 작용은 나타나지 않았다. 람노리피드는 생계면활성제로써 주계면활성제 또는 보조계면활성제로써 사용될 수 있을 것이다. 그러나 지방산과 같은 억포제 또는 헹굼 보조 기능은 가지지 않은 것으로 판단된다.

  • In India, Gymnema sylvestre due to the unique property of the plant to antagonize the sweet taste is known as 'Gur-mar'. It has several ethnomedicinal values as various tribals/traditional communities and rural peoples of India find diverse medicinal uses viz. antidiabetic, stomachic, diuretic, and is useful in cough and throat troubles. Besides, it has strong effect on reducing blood sugar. The present communication deals with the detailed pharmacognostical evaluation of the aerial parts of G. sylvestre collected from three places of the country-Varanasi (U.P), Panchmarhi (M.P), Salem (Tami Nadu) and commercial sample procured from local market. The botanical and physico-chemical parameters of all the samples were quite similar though little variations were observed in foaming index, alcohol and water soluble extractives of local sample. The microscopic characteristics of the drug are horse shoe shaped petiole with 3 amphicribal vascular bundles, sieve tubes well developed; anomocytic stomata only on the abaxial surface of the leaf, the fan shaped amphicribal vascular bundle, presence of intraxylary phloem. The TLC fingerprint profile of all the samples was more or less similar only the quantity of some of the compounds varied.

칡잎단백질(蛋白質)의 분리(分離) 및 그 성질(性質)에 관한 연구 (Isolation and Characterization of Arrowroot Leaf Proteins)

  • 칡잎단백질(蛋白質) 식량자원화(食糧資源化)를 위한 기초연구(基礎硏究)를 목적(目的)으로 칡잎으로부터 여러 가지 용매(溶媒)를 이용하여 단백질(蛋白質)을 추출(抽出), 분리(分離)한 후 그의 아미노산(酸) 조성(組成) 및 기능적(機能的) 특성(特性)을 검토한 결과는 다음과 같다. 용해도(溶解度)에 따른 칡잎단백질(蛋白質)은 수용성(水溶性) 단백질(蛋白質)이 18.5%, 염용해(鹽溶解) 단백질(蛋白質)이 33.5%, 알칼리 용해성(溶解性) 단백질(蛋白質)이 34.0%, protamine이 6.2%, 불용해성(不溶解性) 단백질(蛋白質)이 7.8%이었다. 증류수(蒸溜水), 1M NaCl, 0.015N NaOH의 용매(溶媒)에 의한 추출액(抽出液)의 단백질(蛋白質) 침전률(沈澱率)은 pH 3.0, 2.5, 4.0에서 가장 높다. 84.7, 76.4, 86.4% 이었으며 80%의 ethanol과 acetone의 첨가에 의해서는 약 90%가 침전(沈澱)되었다. 단백질농축물(蛋白質濃縮物)의 일반성분(一般成分)은 수분(水分) $1{\sim}2%$, 단백질(蛋白質)이 $59{\sim}67%$, 회분(灰分)이 $4{\sim}8$이었으며 지질함량에 있어서는 투석(透析)한 것은 $5{\sim}6%$, acetone 처리한 것은 $1{\sim}2%$이었다. 농축물(濃縮物)의 아미노산함량(酸含量)은 aspartic acid, glutamic acid, glycine의 순(順)으로 높았다. 농축물(濃縮物)의 용해도(溶解度)는 pH5이하에서 acetone 처리구(區)가 무처리구(區)에 비하여 낮았으며 그 이상의 pH에서는 높았다. 또 농축물(濃縮物)은 acetone 처리에 의하여 용적밀도(容積密度), 수분(水分) 및 지방흡착도(脂肪吸着度)에 상관관계를 나타내었으며 용적밀도(容積密度)에 대한 수분(水分) 및 지방흡착도(脂肪吸着度)는 반비례적이었다. 유화성(乳化性) 포립성(泡粒性)은 acetone 처리에 따라 별 차이가 없었다.
