중국 20대 남성의 슬랙스 패턴 개발 (Slacks Pattern Development for Chinese Males in Their 20s)

  • This study held physical measurement for male subjects in their 20s living in Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province in China, showing the biggest market in men's clothes. Their representative lower body types with average shapes and sizes were chosen so as to develop men's slacks patterns with better dimension fitness. The following are the results of the analysis: 1. Slacks patterns were made based on the mean measurement values of 5 people, who were closest to the representative body types, from the index*absolute group of 47 people. The dimensions of application for slacks pattern-making were 77cm(omphalion waist circumference), 91cm(hip circumference), and 103cm(slacks length). 2. For the comparison of high-fitness and more-room pattern dimensions, 5 styles of slacks were made: Korean, Chinese, British, Japanese, and industrial. In the dressing fitness tests, industrial patterns had excellent appearance and Japanese ones had the best function. 3. Based on the analysis results of slacks pattern comparison, the target slacks were experimentally made and received superior evaluation points to the compared slacks patterns in two times of evaluation for appearance and function. 4. The final slacks pattern in this research had the following dimensions: front waist circumference: W(1-2cm with room included)/4-1cm, back waist circumference: W/4+1cm, front hip circumference: H(9$\sim$10cm with room included)/4-1cm, back hip circumference: H/4+1cm, crotch length: H/4-1.5cm, hip length: crotch length-H/12, front crotch extension: H/16-1.5cm, back crotch extension: H/8+3cm, knee line: 33cm below crotch line, front tuck amount: 4cm, back dart amount: 2.5cm(center) and 1.5cm(side), and back dart length: 10cm (center) and 6cm(side).

SNS 활용이 수출마케팅 성과에 미치는 영향 (The Impact of SNS Use on Export Marketing Performance)

  • 최근의 소셜 네트워크 서비스 (Social Network Service)는 그 사용범위와 목적이 확장하고 있다. 초기의 이메일, 리스트서브, 뉴스그룹 등 비교적 동질적 집단 간의 네트워킹 중심의 SNS로부터, 이제는 기업들에게도 게시판, 개인의 미니홈피나 블로그, Facebook, Twitter를 이용한 소셜미디어 마케팅이라는 개념이 형성되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 소셜미디어 활용과 수출마케팅 성과의 관계성을 검증하는 것이 목적이다. 이를 위하여 SNS활용의 유형을 살펴보고, 이들과 수출마케팅 성과와의 관계를 검증하고자 하였다. 연구결과, SNS활용은 수출마케팅 성과와 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 제품의 온라인 적합성과 조직의 혁신수용성은 SNS활용에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 도출된 반면, 마케팅역량과 국제화역량은 SNS활용을 통하여 수출마케팅성과로 이어지지 않는다고 파악되었다. 따라서 SNS의 활용을 증진시킬 수 있는 제품과 서비스의 개발과 함께, 조직 내부의 SNS활용에 대한 적극적 관심과 수용이 필요하다는 점을 시사하고 있다.

  • Objectives : The aim of this study was to examined the mediating role of empowerment in relations to job and organizational factors, and job satisfaction and organizational commitment in hospital organizations. Methods : Job variety, clarity, significance, and fitness were examined as the job factors, and security, reward justice, and organizational support as the organizational factors. Data were collected from 8 national university hospitals with 1,289 data points used for the final analysis. Results : All the job factors were found to positively influence empowerment, as were all the organizational factors, with the exception of reward justice . As hypothesized, empowerment had significant effects on both job satisfaction and organizational commitment, and was the most influential variable of all those examined. Conclusions : In the relations to job satisfaction, empowerment completely mediated job significance, security and organizational support, and partially mediated all other variables, with the exception of reward justice. In the relations to organizational commitment, empowerment completely mediated job variety and job fitness, and partially mediated all other variables, with the exception of reward justice. The theoretical and practical implications of these results have been discussed.

A Study on the Development of a Torso Prototype for Chinese Women

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the characteristics and differences of Chinese adult women's torsos by sampling Chinese college women and measuring their torsos and thereupon, develop a torso prototype fitting their torso characteristics and thereby, improve the fitness of the clothing products exported to China. For this purpose, body sizes were comparatively measured between Chinese and Korean college women to determine the differences of body shapes between the two groups, and thereupon, a torso prototype was produced. Then, the prototype was checked with senses, and was modified and complemented three times. In the final torso prototype, waist front and back length was reduced in consideration of Chinese women's body shapes, and neck side - nipple length was extended because Chinese women's chests are pushed out, and additionally, front shoulder dart volume was readjusted. In addition, the fitness of the prototype was tested by setting the S and L size intervals as well as the basic size (M). It is hoped that the results of this study would be useful to the Korean clothing companies exporting their products to China.

신발사이즈가 신발 내적환경(內的環境)에 미치는 영향(影響) (Effects of Shoe Sizes on the Inner Environment of Shoes)

  • This study aims to reveal the effects of shoe size room on the inner environment of shoes by examining the changes of footskin temperature, temperature and humidity of the shoes, and psychological responses. The following conclusions were made: 1. Skin temperature had significant differences according to shoe sizes in the inner foot parts (right/left) and the outer foot part (left). As time went, skin temperature was distributed as follows: Type A > Type C > Type B. 2. Skin temperature appeared in the following order: instep > inner foot > outer foot. 3. The temperature within the shoes had significant differences: Type A > Type C > Type B. But no significance was recognized in the humidity within the shoes: Type B > Type C > Type A. 4. Some significance was noticed in the psychological responses of size fitness and comfortableness. In size fitness, Type B was responded to be fitting, Type A little small, and Type C rather big. Moisture had similar changes according to three shoe sizes, but humid was the response as time went. Comfortableness appeared in the order of Type C > Type B > Type A.

  • Web science, a general discipline of learning is presently at high demand of expertise with ideas to develop software-based WebApps and MobileApps to facilitate user or customer demand e.g. shopping etc. electronically with the access at their smartphones benefitting the business enterprise as well. A worldwide-computerized reservation network is used as a single point of access for reserving airline seats, hotel rooms, rental cars, and other travel related items directly or via web-based travel agents or via online reservation sites with the advent of social-web, e-commerce, e-business, from anywhere-on-earth (AoE). This results in the accumulation of large and diverse distributed databases known as big data. This paper describes a novel intelligent web-based electronic booking framework for e-business with distributed computing and data mining support with the detail of e-business system flow for e-Booking application architecture design using the approaches for distributed computing and data mining tools support. Further, the importance of business intelligence and data analytics with issues and challenges are also discussed.

등산활동의 건강관련 동기요인과 유인요인 분석 (Analysis of Health-related Push and Pull Factors in Mountain Climbing)

  • 본 연구는 등산객의 건강과 관련된 동기요인과 산림환경이 갖는 유인요인을 도출하고 이들 요인 간의 분석을 통하여 산림휴양공간에 대한 효율적인 관리방안을 제시하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 도봉산, 북한산, 관악산, 청계산을 찾은 등산객 440명에 대해 건강과 관련된 15개의 동기항목 및 11개의 유인항목을 설문조사한 결과, 등산동기요인으로 '질병치료 치유', '정신 사회적 건강', '신체적 건강' 등 3개 요인을, 등산유인요인으로는 '인문환경', '사회경제적 환경', '자연환경' 등 3개 요인을 도출하였다. 요인 간 영향관계 분석결과, 질병치료 치유요인과 신체적 건강요인에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 유인요인은 자연환경요인으로 나타났으며, 정신 사회적 건강요인에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 유인요인은 사회경제적 환경요인으로 나타났다.

Factors Influencing Global Expansion/Scalability of Small and Medium Enterprises: A Kenyan Case

  • The purpose of this research was to investigate the factors influencing global expansion/scalability of Kenyan Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). Factor analysis and multiple/multivariate regression analysis to determine the functional relationship between independent variables (factors) and the dependent variable was used. The independent variables were: innovation & technology, fitness/appropriateness of management, global marketing strategy; and support environment and the dependent variable, global expansion/scalability. Data was collected from a survey of randomly selected firms of 205, drawn from a population of 440 firms from Kenya Manufacturers Directory, with 175 firms responding. The key findings from the research in relation to Kenyan SMEs were that: there is a functional relationship between global market strategy and global expansion; there is a functional relationship between innovation and technology orientation and global expansion, there is no significant functional relationship between supportive environment of firms and their global expansion; and there is no significant functional relationship between fitness/appropriateness of management and global expansion/scalability. The implications for practice is that the ranking of the factors in order of priority supports focusing concern on the orientation of business strategy toward global market strategy, market research geared at obtaining foreign market intelligence, innovation and technology, product adaptation, service orientation, collaborative ventures, and long-range vision as key factors in making Kenyan firms successful in the international market. The implication for policy and practice is that there is need for collaboration between industry and government in pursuing policies for global expansion/scalability and among SMEs and large enterprises particularly in areas of rapid technological change.

기술혁신의 관점에서 RFID 도입 영향요인에 관한 연구 (A Research on the Affecting Factor for adopting RFID as a Technology Innovation)

  • RFID (Radio Frequency IDentification) is a wireless frequency recognition technology that can be used to recognize, trace, and Identify people, things and animals using radio frequency. Although current RFID technology can provide wide advantages in many fields, most companies do not consider widely adopting this technology yet. This paper presents RFID implementation as a technology innovation. This research selects three affecting factors of IT infrastructure, fitness of Tag, fitness of Frequency, and one moderator of the power of business partners, on RFID adoption based on innovation model, and then empirical survey is conducted among the companies using RFID technology or planing for RFID adoption to investigate the relationship of three affacting factors and one moderator factor. Reserachers can find the direction to activate RFID technology as a competitive advantage.
