수산물도매시장의 한·일 비교를 통한 거래제도 개선방향 연구 (A Study on the Improvement Direction of Trading System by Comparing Fishery Products Wholesale Markets between Korea and Japan)

  • In this study, the differences of institutional development processes of fishery products wholesale markets were compared between Korea and Japan in order to suggest improvement direction of trading system in Korea. The wholesale markets have shrunk while wholesale and distribution has been becoming larger in size in both countries. A summary of differences in the wholesale market trading systems between Korea and Japan is as follows: first, middle wholesalers play pivotal roles in wholesale transaction in Korea, and wholesale corporations take such roles in Japan. Second, most wholesale corporations take charge of listing in Korea whereas such corporations are in charge of buying in Japan. Third, Korea has high proportion of auction for transactions, in contrast to Japan with high proportion of relative transactions. Forth, Korea maintains more sales within the wholesale markers and has more small and medium customers than Japan. Finally, Korea investigates inside causes to find solutions for the decreased competitive power of the wholesale market, whereas Japan copes with the problem by searching for outside customers. To seek solutions for the decreased competitiveness of Korean fishery products wholesale markets, middle wholesalers' consignment should be limitedly allowed, and improvement direction of wholesale corporations should be investigated in the future study.

Quantitative Analysis of Puerarin and Daidzein in Domestic and Imported Puerariae Radix by High Performance Liquid Chromatography

  • This study was carried out to investigate the quality control of domestic and imported Puerariae Radix. It was analyzed by HPLC using ${\mu}$-Bondapak C$\sub$18/ column with 35% MeOH containing 1% CH$_3$3CO$_2$H system as the mobile phase at UV 254nm. Good linearity showed over the range of 10 to 200$\mu\textrm{g}$/$m\ell$(r$^2$=1) for Puerarin, and 0.5 to 10$\mu\textrm{g}$/mg(r$^2$=0.9999) for Daidzein. The average contents of Puerarin and Daidzein were 5.5${\pm}$1.2%(Domestic), 5.3${\pm}$0.7%(Imported), and 0.05${\pm}$0.02%(Domestic), 0.08${\pm}$0.02%(Imported).The average recovery rates of Puerarin and Daidzein were 101.8${\pm}$1.9% and 97.2${\pm}$0.7%, respectively.

수산물가공식품의 선택속성 및 추구혜택에 관한 연구 (Selection Attributes and Pursuit Benefits of Processed Fishery Products)

  • Consumers are highly interested in processed fishery products that are healthy and superior in terms of convenience, nourishment, and taste. However, current domestic research on processed fishery products is marginal. We systematically analyzed consumer consumption patterns and the relationship to pursuit benefits, selection attributes, satisfaction levels, and reasons for purchase. Consumers considered product information the most important selection attribute, whereas convenience scored highest for pursuit benefits. Furthermore, the influences of selection attributes and pursuit benefits on satisfaction level and the reason for purchasing an item were analyzed using demographic properties as control variables. The variables that affected satisfaction level were residential district (region: B= -0.268, p<0.05.), recipe (B=0.098, p<0.05), nutrients (B=0.124, p<0.05), convenience (B=0.283, p<0.001), and economics (B=0.138, p<0.05). The variables affecting the reason for purchasing were nutrients (B=0.173, p<0.001), convenience (B=0.277, p<0.001) and satisfaction level (B=0.163, p<0.001). Pursuit intention had significant effects on purchase intention; however, selection attributes had no significant effect on purchase intention. Therefore, consumer satisfaction had a significant effect on purchase intention. This result showed that if consumers were satisfied, they intended to repurchase. Attempts to increase repurchases by consumer are needed by fulfilling consumer satisfaction. These data can be utilized as a fundamental reference for sales promotions.

울산지역 유통 발효주의 잔류농약 및 중금속 실태조사 (Monitoring of Pesticide Residues and Heavy Metals in Fermented Liquor in Ulsan)

  • 발효주의 잔류물질 실태조사를 위해 울산지역에서 유통되는 발효주 150건을 수거하여 잔류농약 400종과 중금속 납, 카드뮴, 수은을 분석하였다. 잔류농약 분석 결과, 102건(68%)의 검출을 나타냈으며 검출된 농약 종류는 35종으로 그 중 원료 농산물의 기준이 없는 농약은 4종이 검출되었다. 발효주 종류별로 비교하면 와인이 60건의 검사 중 54건(90%)으로 가장 많은 잔류농약이 검출되었고 맥주는 60건 중 37건(61.7%), 막걸리는 30건 중 11건(36.7%)이 검출되었다. 발효주에 대한 중금속 분석 결과는 납 73건(48.7%), 카드뮴은 9건(6.0%), 수은은 36건(24.0%)을 나타내었다. 납은 73건의 검출 중 와인이 57건(78.1%)을 차지해 가장 높은 검출을 나타내었고 카드뮴과 수은은 검출된 9건, 36건 중 막걸리가 7건(77.8%), 13건(36.1%)으로 가장 많이 검출되었다. 각 품목에서 검출된 잔류농약 및 중금속 항목에 대해 인체노출량 평가결과는 모두 1% 미만으로 안전한 것으로 나타났다.

장과류의 방사능 안전성 평가 (Evaluation of Artificial Radionuclides in Berries)

  • 장과류의 방사능 안전성 확보를 위해 2016년부터 2018년까지 경기도 내 유통 중인 장과류 및 가공식품 15품목 258건을 수거하여 방사능 오염을 분석하였다. 방사능 분석은 게르마늄 감마핵종 분석기를 이용하였으며, 인공 방사성 물질인 요오드(131I)와 세슘(134Cs, 137Cs)을 분석하였다. 모든 제품에서 131I와 134Cs은 MDA (Minimum Detectable Activity)값 이상으로 검출되지 않았고, 39건에서 0.69-808.90 Bq/kg 범위로 137Cs이 검출되었다. 국내산 제품 6건은 0.70-3.29 Bq/kg 범위에서 검출되었지만, 원재료는 모두 수입산이었다. 수입산 제품 33건은 0.69-808.90 Bq/kg 방사능 농도를 나타내었으며, 폴란드산 블루베리 분말 제품 1건(808.90 Bq/kg) 및 링곤베리 분말 제품 2건(103.93, 188.46 Bq/kg)은 국내 방사성 세슘의 허용 기준을 초과하였다. 이러한 결과는 식품 안전 확보를 위해 수입산 장과류와 장과류 가공식품에 대한 방사능 검사 강화와 함께 수입 과정에서 더 철저한 관리가 필요한 것으로 판단된다.

서울 북부지역 유통 농산물의 잔류농약 실태 및 위해성 평가 (2022-2023) (A Survey on Pesticide Residues and Risk Assessment for Agricultural Products Marketed in the Northern Area of Seoul from 2022 to 2023)

  • 본 연구에서는 서울 북부지역에서 유통된 1,737건의 농산물을 대상으로 잔류농약 실태 조사 및 위해성 평가를 하였다. 분석 시료는 QuEChERS 법으로 전처리한 후 GC-MS/MS 및 LC-MS/MS를 이용하여 분석하였으며, 다빈도 부적합 성분을 대상으로 직선성과 정량한계, 회수율, 상대표준편차(RSD%) 구한 결과 OECD 및 Codex의 기준에 적합하였다. 또한 모니터링 결과 72품목 560건(32.2%)에서 잔류농약이 검출되었으며 22품목 38건(2.2%)이 잔류농약 허용치를 초과하였다. 잔류농약이 많이 검출된 품목은 과일류 53.8%, 채소류 33.0%, 허브류 28.6%, 두류 15.4%, 곡류가 10.5% 순이였으며, 잔류농약 허용치를 초과한 품목은 채소류 중 엽채류, 엽경채류, 근채류, 향신료 및 버섯 등이었다. 검출된 농약은 105종으로 그 중, dinotefuran, fluxametamide, chlorfenapyr, azoxystrobin, carbendazim이 가장 많이 검출되었으며, terbufos, carbendazim, fluxametamide 등 23종의 성분에서 잔류 허용기준이 초과되었다. 잔류허용기준을 초과한 농약에 대해 위해 평가를 수행한 결과 위해 지수가 0.00003-1.31406%로 매우 낮은 수준으로 산출되어 안전한 것으로 평가되었다.

수산기업의 사회적 책임과 고객충성도에 관한 연구 - 일반기업과 수산기업의 조절효과를 중심으로 - (A Study about Social Responsibility of Fishery Company and Customer Loyalty - Focused on Moderating Effect of General Firms and Fishery Firms -)

  • The social responsibility of companies helps to produce profits through the brand asset provoking consumers' purchase intention. This study examines the perspective of the social responsibility of fishery companies and empirically analyzes the relationship between the social responsibility and customer loyalty. The study shows the four main results. Firstly, the social responsibility of fishery companies significantly affects the brand asset. Secondly, the brand asset and bland image partially affects the customer loyalty. However, the brand awareness and perceived quality of products do not significantly affect the repurchase intention. thirdly, the social responsibility of fishery companies significantly affects the customer loyalty. Finally, the social responsibility of fishery companies and the customer loyalty have a moderating effects by general firms and fishery firms(fishery distribution, fishery processing and production company).

우리나라 주요 FTA협정의 수산물 원산지 규정에 관한 비교 연구 - 한·미 및 유럽권 협정을 중심으로 - (A Comparative Study on the Rules of Origin of Fishery Products in South Korea's Major FTAs : Focused on the Korea-US FTA and European Agreements)

  • FTA 원산지 규정은 품목의 특성에 맞게 산업별 특성 및 양 당사국간의 상황을 고려하여 양 당사국간의 협상에 의해 정해지고 협정문을 통해 규정하고 있으며, 수산물의 원산지결정기준은 크게 완전생산기준을 적용하는 협정과 2단위 세번변경기준을 적용하는 협정으로 나눌 수 있다. 수산물은 HS code Chapter 3에 속하며, 일반적으로 양식 또는 어획에 의한 획득을 통해서 생산된다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 관점에서 각 협정을 비교 하였다. 어획된 수산물의 경우 공해어업과 관련한 배경 지식이 없는 상황에서 업무상 판단 오류가 발생 할 수 있다. 원산지 판정을 위한 선박의 인정 요건과 관련하여 국제 협정에 의해 선박은 등록국의 국기를 게양하고 항행 할 수 있으므로, FTA 원산지규정에 적용할 수 있도록 하는 기국주의 등에 대한 연구를 진행하였다.

A Comparative Study of Fishery Industry Competitiveness in China's Coastal Provinces

  • Fishery industry is an important part of agricultural industry in coastal countries. The purpose of this study is to use the theory of industrial competitiveness for reference, use Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Delphi method to establish the evaluation index system, and analyze the fishery industry competitiveness of 11 coastal provinces in China. This study data came from China Fishery Statistical Yearbook 2020. The results show that Shandong Province is the most competitive province in fishery industry among the coastal provinces. The inter-provincial differences are great. Not only the resource endowment is the factor that affects the fishery industry competitiveness, but also the long-term profitability is too. The proportion of recreational fishery in the fishery economic output value has become one of the main indicators to measure the competitiveness of the fishery industry. The findings of this study suggest that all regions should adopt measures in accordance with local conditions, promote the integrated development of the fishery industry, enhance the added value of fishery products and enhance the competitiveness of fishery industry. The disadvantage of this study is that the fishery industry competitiveness of China's coastal provinces is only compared and analyzed. The future direction is to carry out a comparative study on the international competitiveness of fishery with other east Asian countries.

자연재해로 인한 어업피해 전보방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Indemnity System of Fishery Damage by Natural Disasters)

  • This study has seen about a indemnity system of fishery damage by natural disasters such as a problem and improvement methods of government aid system and system on accident insurance for cultured fishery products. Recently, in the situation that the demage of aquaculture industry caused by frequent typhoon resulted from global warming and abnormal changed of weather is nasty, the accident insurance for cultured fishery products is necessary to show its true quality and to protect fishers against natural disasters owing to the limitation of government's aid for them. However, The objects of accident insurance for cultured fishery products which is progress on, is too short to apply, so that it is absolutely insufficient to fulfill the demands of culturing fishermen. Therefore, It could be a certain preparation to magnify the range of object items of it and to convert the trial industry being adjusted to limited area into full scale industry to adjust over all nationally. Furthermore, This insurance is complicated and strict to join rather than other insurances. As it can be seen by examples that got in trouble, despite culturing fishermen applied to join the insurance, they took all demage because the insurance was not realized. So, It is hard to say that causes impute the responsibility of it to the authority of insurance, not culturing fishery. They should simplify the registration process, limit the period each registration process and consider a countermeasure to complete it. Concerning compensation for the loss, agriculture part is easier to investigate the loss due to remained dead crop damaged by natural disaster, meanwhile, in fishing part, especially in case of cultivation of fish, it is difficult to investigate the loss and demage because crops are blown all together with typhoon when it comes plus the facilities of them are also very old. Consequently to solve the problem needs more positive attitude as it is policy insurance.
