해상 풍력 발전용 구조물 변화에 따른 고유진동해석 (A Study of Natural Frequency on Offshore Wind Turbine Structural Change)

  • The purpose of this paper is to investigate the Natural Frequency behavior characteristic of Wind Turbine Tower model, and calculated the stress values of thrust load, wave load, wind load, current load, and gravity load. The offshore Jacket Type Tower which was installed in Vitenam South China Sea is used for the study. Natural frequency and mode shape are calculated with commercial program using the measured vibration. The finite element analysis is performed with commercial F.E.M program(ANSYS) on the basis of the natural frequency and mode shape.

  • Theoretical and experimental drawing characteristics for the single circular and square drawbeads are discussed. During the blank holding process, the strain distributions of upper and lower skins of specimens, and the die reactional forces are analysed by F. E. M., and they are compared with the experimental results. The drawbead restraining forces and strain distributions for the drawn specimens by the various drawing length are also analysed and compared with the experimental results. It is concluded that the theoretical simulations and results could be very useful for the prediction of real cases.

  • The purpose of this paper is that investigates the Natural Frequency behavior characteristic of wind turbine jacket type tower model, and calculated that the stress values of thrust load, wave load, wind load, current loda, gravity load, etc., environment evaluation analysis during static operating wind turbine jacket type tower model, carried out of natural frequency analysis of total load case to stress matrix, frequency calculated that calculated add natural frequency to stiffness matrix for determinant to stress results. The finite element analysis is performed with commercial F.E.M program (ANSYS) on the basis of the natural frequency and mode shape.

쉐도우마스크의 열변형 해석 -온도분포 (Thermal Deformation Analysis of Shadow Mask : Temperature Distribution)

  • A Shadow mask in C. R. T. (Cathod Ray Tube) undergoes a temperature increase due to impinging electron beams emitted from guns, and thermal deformation from such temperature rise may cause the electron beams to island on the panel, and thus give rise to depolarization. Hence the analysis of temperature distribution for a shadow mask is an important procedure for designing the shadow mask. In this paper, we are concerned with nonlinear finite element analysis of the temperature distribution on a shadow mask. First of all, we replace shadow mask, containing numerous apertures of a slit type, by an orthotropic shell without apertures, and calculate the apparent thermal conductivities. Because of thermal radiation, which is one of the major heat transfer mechanism for shadow masks, the resulting finite element equation is nonlinear and solved by the Newton method. Finally numerical examples are illustrated for a 21" FST(Full Square Tube) shadow mask, and followed by discussion.sion.

  • In this study, we performed finite element analysis for the design of a medical centrifuge and two-types of centrifuge were compared with each other. The types of centrifuge are 2-arm straight type and 3-arm type. Structural analysis was done with respect to the change of the rotational speed of the rotor of a centrifuge. When the rotor of centrifuge was rotated, the von Mises stress of 2-arm straight type-rotor was compared with the von Mises stress of 3-arm type. The margin of safety was estimated from the result. We found the critical speed of centrifuge from the campbell diagram by modal analysis.

  • We calculate characteristics of the linear synchronous propulsion system by the finite element analysis. The finite element method using voltage source can consider the ripple factor caused by the core shape and the distored wave of stator currents caused by the core shape and the back e.m.f. The TRANSRAPID-06 system developed by Germany is adoped for the numerical example.

유한요소법에 의한 결함 주위의 응력분포와 피로크랙의 간섭효과 (Analysis of the stress disribution around flaws and the interaction effects between fatigue cracks by finite element method)

  • In order to analysis of the stress distribution around flaws and the interaction effects between fatigue cracks, stress around micro hole was analyzed by Finite Element Method(F.E.M.) and micro hole specimens were tested using rotary bending fatigue machine and twisting fatigue machine to identify stress effects for fatigue cracks initiating from micro holes and interaction effects between micro holes. The results are as follows : Interaction effects of .sigma. $_{y}$for the micro hole side is larger than the large micro hole side when the interval between micro holes is near. Stress concentration factor increase as the diameter of micro hole becomes smaller. But, stress field of micro hole is smaller than that of large micro hole at h .leq. r (h:depth of micro hole, r:radius of micro hole) and that of large hole is larger than that of small micro hole at h >r expect the small range from micro hole.e.

  • 본 논문에서는 Chen, Kobayashi에 의한 강소성 유한요소법 프로그램을 이용하 여 마찰조건 및 형상비(H$_{O}$/D$_{O}$)가 0.75, 1.0, 1.5에 따른 금형 접촉면상의 응력분포 및 반경방향 증분량 그리고 번형률 분포 등을 고찰하고 실제로 알루미늄과 .alpha.-황동의 두 종류 재료를 사용하여 이론과 동일한 마찰조건과 형상비에 대해 실험함 으로써 그 변형 특성을 F.E.M. 결과와도 비교 고찰하였다. 또한 시편 실험에서 파괴 시까지 실험하여 그 형상도 살펴보았으며 이전 연구와도 비교하여 보았다.

  • 본 논문에서는 정열계 해석을 위해 유한요소법(F.E.M)을 이용한 열전달 해석 기법에 대하여 다루고 있다. 특히, 열전달의 주요 쟁점인 혼합 경계조건을 띄는 대류 경계조건을 자계 문제와 비교하여 갤러킨법(Galerkin Method)으로 정식화하였다. 그리고 해의 신뢰성을 확보하기 위해 자계 해석을 통해 열원이 되는 손실을 구한 후, 반복적 알고리즘을 통해 에너지 평형 방정식을 만족하는 열전달 계수를 산정하여 열전달 문제를 고려하는 자계-열계 결합 해석을 하였다. 마지막으로, 측정치와 비교하여 제안된 방법의 효용성을 증명하였다.

  • 본 논문은 전하중첩법과 유한요소법을 결합하여 전계를 계산하는 것을 다루었다. 이 방법은 전하중첩법과 유한요소법의 단점을 보완하고 장점을 살리기 때문에 무한원을 포합한 장, 다매질장, 공간전하장 등의 전계계산을 적용할 수 있다. 이방법에 의해서 축대칭장과 2차원장의 전계계산에 필요한 Computer Program이 개발되었으며 비교적 정확학 계산을 얻었다.
