제주지역 도로변 대기 중 에어로졸의 입경별 조성특성 (Composition of Size-Segregated Atmospheric Aerosol Collected at an Urban Roadside Environment in Jeju Area)

  • To determine the size distributions of water-soluble inorganic ionic species (WSIS) in roadside aerosols, sampling experiments were carried out in the urban roadside area of Jeju City on August 2018 and January 2019 by using the eight-stage cascade impactor sampler. The mass of roadside aerosols were partitioned at 57% in fine fraction, 36-37% in coarse fraction, and 6-7% in giant fraction, regardless of summer and winter. The mass concentrations of WSIS except for Na+ and SO42- in roadside aerosols were higher in winter than in summer. The size distributions of Na+, Mg2+, Ca2+ and Cl- were characterized by bimodal types with coarse particle mode peaking around 3.3-4.7 ㎛ and 5.8-9.0 ㎛. The size distributions of NO3- and K+ shifted from a single fine mode peaking around 0.7-1.1 ㎛ in winter to bimodal and/or trimodal types with peaks around coarse mode in summer. SO42- and NH4+ showed a single fine mode peaking around 0.7-1.1 ㎛. The MMAD of roadside aerosols was lower than that of Na+, Mg2+, Ca2+ and Cl-. Based on the marine enrichment factors and the ratio values of WSIS and the corresponding value for sea water, the composition of roadside aerosols in Jeju City may be practically affected by terrestrial sources rather than marine source.

  • The $PM_{10}$ and $PM_{2.5}$ particles over the Yellow Sea of Korea were collected by ship-borne observation during two cruises in spring, 2015. Their water-soluble ionic components such as $NH_4^+$, $Na^+$, $K^+$, $Mg^{2+}$, $Ca^{2+}$, $SO_4^{2-}$, $NO_3^-$, $Cl^-$, $F^-$, $CH_3COO^-$, $HCOO^-$, and $CH_3SO_3^-$ were analyzed, in order to examine the pollution characteristics of the secondary aerosol components. The comparative study of particle size distribution has resulted that $NH_4^+$, $nss-SO_4^{2-}$, $nss-Mg2+$, $nss-K^+$, $HCOO^-$, and $CH_3SO_3^-$ species mostly existed in fine particle mode. Meanwhile, nss-F-and sea-salt species were distributed in both fine and coarse particle mode, $NO_3^-$, $nss-Ca^{2+}$, $CH_3COO^-$ species were rich in coarse particle mode. The concentrations of secondary pollutants($nss-SO_4^{2-}$, $NO_3^-$, $NH_4^+$) increased in fine particles, and those of natural components ($nss-Ca^{2+}$, Sea-salt) increased in coarse particles. $NH_4^+$ exists as the form of $(NH_4)_2SO_4$ and $NH_4NO_3$, and mostly as $(NH_4)_2SO_4$ in fine particles. $NH_4NO_3$ has lower content compared to $(NH_4)_2SO_4$, and it mostly existed in fine particles at Yellow Sea I and in coarse particles at Yellow Sea II. The concentration ratios of $NO_3^-/nss-SO_4^{2-}$ for Yellow Sea I and Yellow Sea II were 0.52 and 0.16 in coarse particles, and they were 0.64 and 0.38 in fine particles, respectively, showing that the stationary source emissions were more important than mobile source emissions in Yellow Sea II (except Passage II-4).

  • This paper deals with a dual mode control system design for the starching work robot. From the feature of this work, the robot has redundant degree of freedom. In this paper, we try to split the whole movement the robot into a gross motion part ai. a fine motion part so as to achieve a good tracking performance. The preview learning control is applied to the gross motion part. The validity of the dual mode control architecture is demonstrated.

도시대기중 호흡성 먼지의 이온성분 거동 특성 (Characteristics of Ion Compositions of the Respirable Particles in Seoul)

  • Aerosol size distribution were determined in Seoul by Anderson sampler from October 1989 to September 1991 for the major ionic species(SO$_{4}$$^{2-}$, NO$_{3}$$^{-}$, Cl$^{-}$, Na$^{+}$, Na$^{+}$, K$^{+}$, Ca$^{2+}$ and Mg$^{2+}$) and TSP( Total Suspended Particles ). The seasonal variations in concentrations and size distribution have been investigated. The size distributions of TSP and each of ionic species were bimodal throughout the year. The size distribution of these ions were divided as follows; (1) fine- mode dominant for SO$_{4}$$^{2-}$ and N%'. (2) coarse- mode dominant for NO$_{3}$$^{-}$, Cl$^{-}$, Ca$^{2+}$ and Mg$^{2+}$. (3) both- mode dominant for TSP.

  • In order to successfully develop attitude and orbit control subsystem(AOCS), AOCS engineer performs hardware selection, controller design and analysis, control logic and interface verification on electrical test bed, integrated system test, polarity test, and finally verification on orbit after launching. Attitude and orbit control subsystem for KOMPSAT-2 consists of standby mode, sun mode, maneuver mode, science mode, and power safe mode to stabilize and to control the spacecraft for performing the mission. The sun mode is usually divided into sun point submode, earth search submode and safe hold submode. The maneuver mode is divided into attitude hold submode and ${\triangle}$ V submode, while the science mode divided into science coarse submode and science fine submode. Moreover, it is added to back-up mode which uses wheels as an actuator for sun mode and maneuver mode. In this paper, we describe the controller design process and the performance of the design results with respect to the sun mode and the maneuver mode based on thrusters as an actuator using on flexible model.

KOMPSAT-2 AOCS Control Mode & Power Safe Mode Design

  • KOMPSAT-2 is the second Korean earth observation satellite after KOMPSAT-l: the 1 meter GSD cartographic capability and planning to launch at the end of 2005 by ROKOT launch vehicle. The dedicated AOCS operational modes are designed for KOMPSAT-2 based on KOMPSAT-l experience All of AOCS operational modes requires gyro information. To compensate this drawback, Power Safe Mode is designed and implemented. Successfully AOCS on-board software is developed and extensively verified through a nonlinear simulation process. The simulation results of Power Safe Mode and Science Fine Submode are provided to demonstrate its functionality as well as its performance.

  • This paper presents experimental results of the fuzzy controller for DC servo motor. The fuzzy controller consists of 9 quantized levels and 25 fuzzy rules. The fine Controller is employed in the fine control mode when the value of error is between -0.03 and +0.03, whereas the coarse controller is used in the coarse control mode when the value of error is in the outside range of -0.03 and +0.03. The experimental results show that the fuzzy controller provides a better performance (lower overshoot and error) than the PID controller regardless of the load applied.

  • Much time and labor has been conventionally paid for fine adjustment of circuit elements by experience to improve the characteristics of Tap-off for CATV systems. To solve the problem, in this paper, the relations between the even- and odd-mode impedance. Z$_{oe}$ and Z$_{oo}$ of symmetrical 4-port coupled-line directional coupler and power dividing characteristics of Tap-off for CATV system have been derived. After the coupling, the reflectivity and the isolation are represented by Z$_{oe}$ and Z$_{oo}$ only, the fine adjustment of all S-parameters can be performed by controling the elements of Z$_{oe}$ and Z$_{oo}$ only. Furthermore, the validity of the new fine adjustment method proposed here has been confirmed by experiments.

  • 음성신호는 화자에 대한 고유한 정보와 주변의 음향환경에 대한 정보는 물론 감정과 피로도 등 다양한 정보가 포함되어 있다. 이에 음성신호를 이용한 연구분야에서 감정 상태를 파악하기 위한 연구가 지속되어 왔다. 이에 본 논문에서는 화자의 감정을 인식하기 위해 ETSI의 3GPP2 표준코덱인 Selectable Mode Vocoder(SMV)를 분석한다. 이를 기반으로 감정 인식에 효과적인 특징들을 제안한다. 이후 선정된 특징 벡터를 이용하여 Gaussian Mixture Model(GMM) 기반의 감정 인식 알고리즘을 개발하고 Mixture component 개수를 변화시키면서 성능을 검증한다.

  • 리더의 실제 명령인 payload 데이터의 시작지점을 찾아내는 비트 동기화를 위해 RFID 태그 수신부는 프리앰블을 이용한다. 국제 표준에 의해 RFID PJM(phase jitter modulation) 모드는 MFM(modified frequency modulation) 플래그를 프리앰블로 사용한다. 최근, PJM 모드 태그가 여러 개의 코릴레이터를 이용하여 비트 동기를 수행하는 기법이 발표되었다. 본 논문에서는 coarse synchronization 이후 violation 비트를 이용해서 fine synchronization을 수행하는 새로운 비트 동기화 기법을 제안한다. 시뮬레이션을 통해 제시된 기법이 하드웨어의 복잡도는 낮추면서 기존에 제시된 시스템과 거의 유사한 동기 및 복조 성능을 가짐을 보인다.
