현장체험에 터한 u-PBL 교수지원시스템의 핵심가치 및 설계전략 연구 (Study of u-PBL Support System Core Value and Design Strategy based on Field Experience Learning)

  • The purpose of this study was to extract an u-PBL support system core value and design strategy based upon field experience learning. To accomplish this the study, first of all, analyzed the core values, design strategy which was selected after needs analysis and literature review of theories and cases regarding the PBL, e-PBL, blended-PBL, Field experience learning based on ubiquitous environment, and learning model based on ubiquitous technology. This study identified the three core values as; systemic support for instructional activity, just in time support for instructional activity and support for interaction facilitation. As further research areas, it might be useful to develop u-PBL instructional support system based upon the model designed from this study. Also, research concerning the verification of the model based upon implementation of the program case might be necessary.

Field Education Model for Assistant Nurses using Edutech: Flipped Class

  • Purpose - This study is to suggest a model of field education in the Assistant Nurses curriculum using edutech and to produce competent Assistant Nurses students reflecting the requirements of various medical fields. This model expects to upgrade the quality of the field education and to provide an Assistant Nurses school with standardized field education tools using edutech. Research design, data, and methodology - Throughout the review of the related thesis, most of them were studied on Assistant Nurses' job satisfaction, conflicts with other jobs in hospitals, and Assistant Nurses' job area in nursing hospitals. To study the current field education for Assistant Nurses students in hospitals, it used interviewing the heads of the hospital nursing department and reflecting on their interview results to develop the model of field education. Result - The field education model with edutech is processed with flipped class. Each area in flipped class is designed by applications and webs which is friendly to both teachers and students. Conclusion - This study presents a simple and easy process of field education using edutech. In the next study, it needs to find the precious results of comparison between students educated by the new model in field education in the Assistant Nurses' curriculum or not.

고등학생들의 자기 주도적 야외학습의 효과에 대한 연구 (A Study of the Learning Effects by the Self-Directed Field Study of High School Students)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 야외학습을 효율적으로 운영하기 위한 방안으로 자기 주도적 야외학습을 할 수 있도록 자료를 개발하고 이를 교육현장에 적용하여 학습자들의 학습능력 수준에 따른 학업 성취도와 자기 주도적 학습능력에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 것이다. 본 연구를 위해 부산광역시에 소재하는 고등학교 6개 학급 196명을 대상으로 실험집단과 통제집단은 각각 3개 학급씩 98명으로 선정하였으며, 종속변인인 사전 학업성취에서 수준을 구별하기 위해 사전검사를 가지고 각기 상위 $25\%$를 상수준(24명), 중위 $50\%$를 중수준(50명), 하위 $25\%$를 하수준(24명)으로 상$\cdot$$\cdot$하 수준으로 구분하였다. 야외 학습장은 교육현장과 가까운 부산광역시 남부 일원의 두송반도 지역, 송도 지역, 몰운대 지역을 중심으로 야외답사 코스를 개발한 후, 이를 자기 주도적 학습과 야외학습의 이론을 토대로 구안한 자기 주도적 야외학습을 위한 탐구모형에 적용하였다. 연구의 결과를 고려해 볼 때, 학습자 중심의 자기 주도적 야외학습은 학습자의 학업성취 수준에 관계없이 모든 학습자의 학업 성취도뿐만 아니라 자기 주도적 학습특성을 신장시키는데 효과적인 것으로 나타났다.

이러닝 분야의 빅데이터에 관한 인식과 영향에 관한 융합적 분석 (Convergence Analysis of Recognition and Influence on Bigdata in the e-Learning Field)

  • 교육 분야에서의 빅데이터 활용이 선진국을 중심으로 확산되고 있다. 그러나 국내의 경우 이와 관련된 실험적 접근만이 있을 뿐 관련 연구나 현장의 서비스는 아직 나타나지 않고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 이러닝 업계에서 빅데이터의 응용이 저조한 이유를 파악하고 이를 개선할 연구와 대안 모색이 시급한 상황이다. 연구 결과, 이러닝 산업계에서는 빅데이터의 이해 수준이 높으면 빅데이터가 이러닝에 미치는 영향이 크다고 인식하고 있으며, 매출 규모가 큰 업체일수록 영향이 크다고 인식하고 있는 것으로 종합되었다. 이에 본 연구는 매출규모에 따라 다른 빅데이터에 관한 교육 및 활용 지원 정책을 펼 것을 제언하였다.

천문 영역에 대한 STAD 모형의 협동 학습이 초등학생들의 학업 성취도와 과학에 관련된 태도에 미치는 효과 (The Effects of Cooperative Learning through STAD Model on Elementary School Students' Learning Achievements and Science Related Attitudes in the Field of Astronomy)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the efforts of cooperative loaming through a student team-achievement division(STAD) model on elementary school students' learning achievements and science ,elated attitudes toward the field of astronomy. This study was conducted using 72 students of the fifth-grade class in a elementary school in Busan. The 18 science lessons of the 'Family of the sun' were executed over 6 weeks in the fifth-year students classes. In this study, the experimental group were exposed to cooperative learning through STAD and the contrast group were exposed to a traditional teacher-centered class. The results show that the STAD class of the experimental group had a greater effect upon the elementary school students' science learning achievement and science related attitudes toward the field of astronomy than those of the comparison group. Additionally, the students recognized that cooperative learning provokes both interest in loaming and in their studies generally and also they expressed a desire to continue with cooperative teaming methods.

Research on Influencing Factors of Continuous Learning Willingness in Online Art Education Based on the UTAUT Model

  • As the Internet rapidly evolves, online learning has emerged as the third largest scenario in the field of education. Online education, different from the two traditional learning scenarios of the school and society, is characterized with broader learning types and higher freedom. In today's post-pandemic era, art education, which relies on face-to-face teaching, is of particular significance to expand online education methods. Based on the UTAUT model, this paper posits seven hypotheses about the willingness to continue learning in online art education. After collecting valid data through a questionnaire, a detailed empirical analysis was conducted via SPSS and AMOS. The results of empirical analysis show that less than half of the respondents had experienced the online art education, mirroring that this is a market worth developing. Based on the findings, learning habit does not significantly impact art learners' willingness to continue learning online. This result and other verified hypotheses are detailed in the discussion part of this paper. This study proves that UTAUT can better explain user behavior than the traditional information system model prior to the improvement, and also has strong explanatory power in the field of art education. The conclusion also posits some operational suggestions from the perspective of practitioners in this field, thereby providing a theoretical basis for art education practitioners.

치위생과 재학생의 학습유형에 따른 비교과 교육에 대한 수요 비교 (A study on the demands of dental hygiene students on extracurricular programs, according to learning style)

  • Objectives: The aim of this study is to investigate extracurricular program needs according to the learning styles of dental hygiene students, and to develop and organize non-subject programs that strengthen student competencies. Methods: The subjects in this study were dental hygiene students from three colleges located in Chungbuk, Chungnam, and Ulsan, respectively. The survey tools were composed of learning style, a non-subject field, and non-subject teaching and learning methods. Lastly, 313 data points were analyzed. Results: Learning styles of subjects were as follows: assimilators, divergers, convergers, and accommodators, at 44.6%, 33.0%, 16.0%, and 6.4%, respectively. Preference of the non-subject field, according to learning style, showed that accommodators were higher than divergers on startup, and the difference was found to be statistically significant (p<0.05). Preference of non-subject teaching and learning methods, according to learning style, shows that both divergers and convergers prefer special lectures, while assimilators prefer tours, and convergers prefer experience/exercise. The results had achieved statistical significance (p<0.05). Conclusions: This study shows that dental hygiene students had different learning styles, and their learning methods varied depending on learning style. Therefore, a method should be identified to develop and run non-subject programs suitable for each learning style.

평균 필드 게임 기반의 강화학습을 통한 무기-표적 할당 (Mean Field Game based Reinforcement Learning for Weapon-Target Assignment)

  • The Weapon-Target Assignment(WTA) problem can be formulated as an optimization problem that minimize the threat of targets. Existing methods consider the trade-off between optimality and execution time to meet the various mission objectives. We propose a multi-agent reinforcement learning algorithm for WTA based on mean field game to solve the problem in real-time with nearly optimal accuracy. Mean field game is a recent method introduced to relieve the curse of dimensionality in multi-agent learning algorithm. In addition, previous reinforcement learning models for WTA generally do not consider weapon interference, which may be critical in real world operations. Therefore, we modify the reward function to discourage the crossing of weapon trajectories. The feasibility of the proposed method was verified through simulation of a WTA problem with multiple targets in realtime and the proposed algorithm can assign the weapons to all targets without crossing trajectories of weapons.

국내학회지 논문 리뷰를 통한 원격탐사 분야 딥러닝 연구 동향 분석 (Analysis of Deep Learning Research Trends Applied to Remote Sensing through Paper Review of Korean Domestic Journals)

  • 우리나라 원격탐사 분야에서는 2017년을 기점으로 딥러닝의 뛰어난 성능을 바탕으로 연구 성과를 나타내기 시작하여, 현재는 영상 전처리부터 활용까지 원격탐사의 거의 모든 분야에서 딥러닝을 적용하는 연구가 수행되고 있다. 원격탐사 분야에 적용된 딥러닝의 연구 동향 분석을 수행하기 위해, 2021년 10월까지 출판된 원격탐사 분야에 딥러닝이 적용된 국내 논문들을 수집하였다. 수집된 60여 편의 논문들을 바탕으로 딥러닝 네트워크 목적, 원격탐사 활용 분야, 원격탐사 영상 취득 탑재체별로 나누어 연구 동향 분석을 수행하였다. 또한, 논문에서 훈련자료 구축에 효과적으로 이용되었던 오픈소스데이터들을 정리하였다. 본 논문을 통해 현시점에서 딥러닝이 원격탐사 분야에 자리잡기 위해 해결해야 할 문제점들을 제시하면서, 향후 연구자들의 원격탐사 분야에 딥러닝 기술을 접목하기 위한 연구 방향을 설정하는 데 도움을 제공하고자 한다.

기업의 e-Learning에 대한 학습효과 및 전이에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors Influencing the Learning Effectiveness and Transfer of e-Learning in Business Organlizations)

  • The recent development of IT, consolidation of communication and multimedia technology have brought enormous changes in many organizations. Theses changes are enabling the new educational opportunities such as distance teaming and virtual class room. Recently, e-Learning has grown rapidly in business training field, In the context of companies, e-Learning has merits in terms of access convenience, costs reduction self-directed learning, reciprocity, and flexibility. In this regard, the primary purpose of this study is to investigate which factors of e-Learning influence the effectiveness of education and transfer of loaming in business organizations. Based on the prior studies of the education and business training field, research model and research hypotheses were developed. Factors studied in this paper were as follows: 1) learners' characteristics, 2) organizational support and 3) system environments. The results of our study are as follows. (1) Motivation perceived usefulness in Learner factors had an significant influence on both learning effectiveness and transfer of teaming, whereas Ability, expectation had an influence on transfer of teaming. (2) Support from peer, support from supervisor in Organization factors had an significant influence on both Loaming effectiveness and transfer of teaming, whereas support from organization had influence on learning effectiveness. (3) Appropriate contents in system circumstance had an significant influence on both teaming effectiveness and transfer of teaming, whereas interface design had an influence on learning effectiveness.
