일 대학 신설간호학과 1회 졸업예정자들의 대학생활 경험에 관한 연구 (First-Year Graduate Student Experience of University Life in an Unfamiliar Department of Nursing)

  • Purpose: This study explores the experience of university life in an unfamiliar department by first-year graduate students. Method: Data were collected from participants through focus group interviews between July and August 2013 using phenomenological research methods. Colsizzi's method was used for analysis after the institutional review board of the university approved the study and informed consent was obtained from the participants. All interviews were recorded on an MP3 recorder and transcribed. Results: The analysis revealed 51 meanings that were categorized by 15 key words into 6 themes: "sense of isolation," "feeling of solidarity," "limitations," "benefits," "overcoming" and "renewing." Conclusion: First-year graduate students experience both positive and negative feelings toward "university life"; however, they eventually overcome their difficulties and adapt to the conditions of their field of study and new department.

극지과학문화 확산을 위한 극지연구소 체험형 견학 프로그램 개발 (Development of KOPRI's Experiential Field Trip Programs for the Spread of Polar Science Culture)

  • 본 연구는 최근 부각되는 극지연구의 중요성을 알리고 극지과학문화 확산에 기여하기 위하여 극지연구소 체험형 견학 프로그램을 개발하고자 수행되었다. 이를 위하여 현행 극지연구소 견학 프로그램 진단 및 극지연구소 연구·전시 시설 분석을 바탕으로 프로그램 개발 방향 및 견학 코스를 정립했다. 이를 바탕으로 극지연구소 및 극지과학 분야에 대한 전반적인 소개를 위한 기본형 견학 프로그램 1종과 선택형 체험 프로그램 1종, 극지과학 분야별 연구 시설 견학 및 전문적 체험 학습 활동이 가능한 수요자별 선택형 견학·체험 프로그램 4종 등 총 6종이 개발되었다. 개발된 프로그램은 총 2회 시범적용을 통해 수정·보완되었고, 견학 시설별 안내 스크립트와 체험 키트, 활동지 및 강사 가이드를 포함한 견학 프로그램 매뉴얼이 제작되었다. 마지막으로 개발 프로그램의 의의와 연구결과를 바탕으로 한 후속연구를 제안하였다.

전문교과 교원이 인식한 양성단계에서의 산업체 현장실습 경험 및 필요성 분석 (The Analysis of Experience and Requirement of Field Practice in Pre-service Education Perceived by Vocational Teachers)

  • 이 연구는 전문교과 교원 양성단계에서 산업체 현장실습 참여여부 및 필요성을 파악하고, 산업체 현장실습 참여경험이 있는 전문교과 교원의 참여경험 및 만족도를 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 연구목적 달성을 위해 서울대학교 농업생명과학대학 교육연수원 및 충남대학교 교육연수원에서 직무 및 자격연수를 받고 있었던 전문교과 교원을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 총 689부를 회수하였으며 부정확하게 표기한 4부를 제외하고, 최종적으로 685부의 설문지를 사용하였다. 분석 결과, 교원양성 단계에서 '4주 이상 산업체 현장실습을 참여하였다'고 응답한 전문교과 교원은 112명(16.5%)에 불과하였다. 그런데 양성단계에서 현장실습이 필요한지에 대해 전문교과 교원은 대체로 필요하다고 인식(평균 4.07)하는 것으로 나타났다. 산업체 현장실습의 참여 여부에 대해 '4주 이상 산업체 현장실습을 충실하게 참여하였다'와 '산업체 현장실습 관련 서류는 제출했으나, (4주 미만) 며칠만 참여하였다'고 응답한 143명을 대상으로 참여 경험을 조사한 결과, 참여기관으로는 중소기업, 거주지는 자택 또는 친척집, 이동수단은 버스 또는 지하철이라고 응답한 교원이 많았다. 산업체 현장실습에 참여한 교원의 34.8%가 금전적 보상을 받았으며, 80.3%가 학점을 인정받았던 것으로 나타났다. 전문교과 교원의 산업체 현장실습 만족도에 대한 인식은 보통수준(평균 3.51)으로 나타났다.

  • In the knowledge and information society of 21st century, 'Creativity' which is the core of national competitiveness and an important foundation for the development of the country has been emphasized on the importance of it. As a result, the convergence educational programs, as known as STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts, mathematics) became more and more needed to children for cultivating creativity. As a follow-up study on STEAM program combining robotics and design for children developed by Design Promotion Committee of KIID, this study intends to modify and reanalyze the program and to seize the educational effectiveness of the groups of university students as mentors and children as mentees, The results are as follows; First, although the importance of STEAM education is highlighted, short-term educational programs tend to consist of only the contents of each field: design or science. Second, pre-training and mentoring were helpful to both mentors and children. Third, Children expanded the perception of STEAM concept and increased their interests in career. Mentors recognized the importance and the necessity of STEAM education, and were very satisfied with team activities which gave a new experience of working with other field of people. Therefore, this program provide to children an experience of logical thinking, having interests on uninterested field, and encouraging teamwork. Also, it provides to mentors a chance to develop their potential and experience, and set up a new vision for future.

제주 오름 체험학습 프로그램이 초등학생의 환경소양에 미치는 영향 - 초등학교 6학년을 중심으로 - (The Effects on Environmental Literacy of Elementary School Students by the Jeju Oreum Experience Learning Program: Focused on Sixth Graders of Elementary School)

  • This research was aimed at developing the program using the natural circumstances in Jeju Oreum as the basis of environmental education. The students were inquired about how these activities influence the environmental literacy of elementary students. The result of this study were as follows; First, the experimental group applied experience activities to the developed program to contribute to the improvement of environmental literacy. This was then compared to the control group to which theoretical classes were conducted. Second, Jeju Oreum Experience learning program has evenly influenced the elements of environmental literacy divided by the four goal levels of environmental education. As a result of the research, the Natural Experience Activities on the basis of natural circumstance is considered to affect the elementary students' environmental literacy in positive, effective manner. Consequently, the Environmental Education in a school or society should develop programs that apply to natural circumstances as a field of Environmental Education.

인터넷 의류쇼핑몰의 가상모델 특성이 소비자의 쇼핑경험과 충성도에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Virtual Model Characteristics of Internet Clothing Shopping Mall on Consumer's Shopping Experience and Loyalty)

  • Motivations to engage in internet shopping as well as traditional off-line shopping include both utilitarian and hedonic dimensions. It is important that online fashion retailers offer the sense of the real shopping experience that offline fashion retailers do. This article is to assess empirically virtual model impact on consumer's online shopping experience. To test hypothesis, an experiment was executed a field study on foreign internet shopping(www.landsend.com). Prior to administering the experiment, a pilot test was conduct among 20 undergraduate students to pre-test for computer system trouble and delay problem. The experiment was conducted to 90 studetns. The participants were instructed to answer all the questons based on their experience when using that particular internet shopping mall. The LISREL 8.50 was used for statistical analysis. The results indicate that the virtual model characteristics such as vividness, customization, and interactivity are important factors in affecting consumer's shopping experience. Online shopping experience have a strong positive effect on shopping mall loyalty.

습지 생태 체험 학습이 초등학생의 환경 친화적 태도에 미치는 영향 (Effects of the Wetland Field Trip on the Pro-Environmental Attitudes of Elementary School Students)

  • The purpose of the present study is to develop ecological experience learning program for the wetland so that elementary school students can recognize the significance and values of wetland and have the attitudes to protect it through their ecological experience learning, and investigate changes in elementary school students' perception for wetland. The experimental class was composed of 26 elementary school students and took the ecological experience learning. The comparison class was also composed of 26 students who took theoretical learning for wetland. It was found that knowledge and attitudes for wetland of the experimental class were significantly high not only in the knowledge area but also in the affective area than those of the comparison class. And it was found that interest and curiosity into wetland were elevated also in the results of the qualitative evaluation, suggesting that we could get the effect of ecological experience learning. Therefore, it is thought that above all, more experience learning programs for wetland are needed to develop for elementary school students' right view of nature and minds to love it by continuously finding and providing materials of experience learning like those of this research in the future.

Breakdown field strengths were simulated by using FEM with the experience data of surface breakdown of Epoxy composite. A Study on the Direction of Improvement Based on the Survey of the Status of Field Practice

  • This study attempted to grasp the current status of field training in the Department of Library and Information Science and the training institutions of the students of the Department of Library and Information Science and to propose a development plan based on this. To this end, a questionnaire survey and survey were conducted on the status of field practice in the Department of Library and Information Science at 4-year and 2-year colleges. As a result of the study, first, it was analyzed that field training has an effect on the employment competitive- ness and employment competency of students, and the field training environment has an effect on career decisions of students in the Department of Library and Information Science. Second, it was found that the library with the most field training was found to be a public library, and it was investigated that in order to allow students to experience various institutions and choose their career path, it was necessary to jointly discover and use field training institutes. Third, the evaluation contents or evaluators of the field training did not show a big difference by school, and it was found that most universities are evaluating the field practice using various scales. Lastly, in order to maintain the level of on-the-job training to some extent, it is necessary to develop a training manual and distribute it to each university.

A case study on the effect of musical experience through Korean music, Samulnori with abdominal breathing on liver cirrhosis

  • The purpose of this article is to argue that the joy of musical experience through Samulnori with abdominal breathing plays significant role in improving liver cirrhosis. Samulnori is one of the most popular programs in music education in Korea. It helps fully express the player's emotions. The data are based on interview and observation drawn from field experience. Interviewee has continued to practice in charity performances of Samulnori in nursing homes once a month since 2011. Through learning and practicing, musical experience of Samulnori produces a large measure of physical health and psychological satisfaction. This article concludes in-depth interview, a patient with liver cirrhosis that has shown gradual improvement through Samulnori with abdominal breathing from 2011 to 2014.
