Silk has always been one of the most favored textile materials. Fully degummed silk fiber (i.e., silk fibers without sericin) shows better luster than raw silk fiber (with sericin); it is also softer. On the other hand, raw silk fiber feels cooler because of the presence of sericin, making it useful as a textile for the summer season. Recently, partially degummed silk has attracted researchers' attention because it provides better luster, feel, and dyeing properties. However, the partial degumming of silk is very difficult because it results in inhomogeneously degummed fiber. In the present study, silk yarns were degummed with surfactant aqueous solutions and the effects of each surfactant on the degumming ratio, crystallinity, and homogeneity of the degummed silk yarn were examined. The degumming ratio and crystallinity index of silk yarn varied depending on the type of surfactant. On the whole, anionic surfactants resulted in higher degumming ratios and better homogeneity than nonionic surfactants.

Human uses sight, tactile sense to evaluate Total Hand Value(FUUAI) of textile fabrics. Tactile sense is important factor which decided the Total Hand Value of a textile fabric. When human feels the FUUAI, physical and physiological phenomena are occurred in finger. We first found out physical variable that is happened in fingertip when human is feeling the FUUAI. Such physical variable means characteristic of action tactual motion of finger such as moving range, tactile time, moved distance, speed of finger and applied force by finger. We study the relationship between action tactual motion and the ability in which the human distinguishes the textile fabric. As a result, we could know the characteristics of the tactual motion of fingertip to get high distinguishable ability. The characteristics were different in men and women respectively. In the case of man, touched time and moving range influenced to distinguish, and moving range, and the moving speed of finger influenced, in woman's case.

As part of our search for less toxic antimicrobial substances from natural resources, naringin was isolated from feels of Citri fructus and then hydrolyzed to naringenin. The antimicrobial activity of naringenin was examined by measuring the minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC) against fourteen species of bacteria. The antimicrobial activity of narngenin in combination with rutin or hesperetin was evaluated by checkerboard method. Among fourteen species tested, the antimicrobial activity of naringenin was the most prominant against Staphylococcus aureus and Shigella boydii showing MIC of $100\;{\mu}g/ml$ for both species. Combinations of naringenin with rutin or hesperetin showed synergism against several species of bacteria, but no antagonism was observed.

This paper focuses on human adaptive HVAC system that can regulate the thermal comfort of the resident in intelligent buildings. The thermal comfort is represented in this paper by PMV (Predicted Mean Vote) as defined by ISO 7730. This PMV value indicates how hot or cold a resident feels by considering temperature, humidity, resident's metabolic rate, relative air velocity, and clothing insulation. In order to develop such a system, a location detection system based on ZigBee module was used along with temperature sensors, other environment sensors. The human adaptive HVAC system was evaluated experimentally on a test bed emulating a room.

The study was performed to investigate the present situation of sourceseparation, recycling of domestic waste and citizen's attitude to them. The selected study area were Dobonggu in Seoul, Siheung city, Kimpogun. The result showed that most of the citizen in the selected area is performing source separation effort by group activity basis. However, there is no strong economic incentives for continuous source separation effect since the price of the recyclables is relatively low. For the recycled products, most people appears to think that the diversification of the product should be necessary for a bitter market competativeness. For the disporsable product, most citizen feels that free that supply in the public facilities should be prohibited.

The importance of the recent manufacturing industry have been made to invest in a lot of assistance and human resource development at the national dimension in which to rise again. However Learned in actual school education kinetic, and the use to how product design structural knowledge, Often it feels vague unlikely whether it is possible to derive an optimal product. In this study, by using the simulation-based Jansen Mechanism designed a walking robot, after optimization of the numerical consideration when designing for optimum walking motion, through simulation through the actual production resulting numerical information is examined whether valid. In addition, through the actual production was walking robot, to verify the validity of the simulation-based design.

In this paper, we propose and implement VVVV base interactive advertisement. It has now expanded from the traditional marketing methods of television, radio, newspapers and magazines to become a digital marketing era. However, it is still in the form of infusion-type advertising, similar to traditional marketing techniques. For more innovative we put story and design elements into digital technology. Consumers will feel fresh excitement as they experience advertising. Emotional stories and image will also provide an element for customers to talk to each other. The propose advertisement is design to recognize the movement of people in the corridor by using Arduino and ultrasonic sensor installed in the passageway where many people pass. Arduino and VVVV takes people's movements for a values. This values change the advertising image. In this case, we applied the mask in VVVV so that the image to be reproduced and the image of the background role are displayed when the person passes the sensor. By realizing this interactive advertisement, the objective is to increase the buyer's purchasing power by approaching the buyer more effectively than the existing advertisement.

Recently, the interest and research on 360 camera and 360 image production are expanding. In this paper, we describe the feature extraction algorithm, alignment and image blending that make up the feature-based stitching system. And it deals with the theory of representative algorithm at each stage. In addition, the feature-based stitching system was implemented using OPENCV library. As a result of the implementation, the brightness of the two images is different, and it feels a sense of heterogeneity in the resulting image. We will study the proper preprocessing to adjust the brightness value to improve the accuracy and seamlessness of the feature-based stitching system.

Almost all 3D displays have a brightness reduction in the 3D mode comparing to the 2D mode. When the brightness is reduced, one of the color attributes, the colorfulness, is decreased. In this case, the viewer feels that the image quality is deteriorated. In this paper, we proposed a method to compensate for the degradation of colorfulness due to brightness reduction in 3D mode for high quality 3D image viewing using the CIECAM02 model and the color correction matrix. As a result of applying the proposed method, we can confirm that the colorfulness is improved in 3D mode.

This essay reconsiders the subject of Romantic self-consciousness in a post-de Manian perspective. Self-consciousness is an attribute of Romantic lyricism whereby the poetic speaker I remains conscious of how (s)he feels or lives here and now. This self-reflective feature of Romantic poetry has been controversially interpreted either as self-centered solipsism or as self-expressive objectivism. The question is stirring more disputes among Romantic critics after the advent of New Historicism and Feminism. These two historicistic approaches reprove Romantic poetry for a lack of the sense of history and ascribes it to Romantic self-consciousness. They argue that Romantic poets in general displace historical materiality into an object of internal consciousness, so negating absurd social realities "merely to gain their own immortal soul." This essay targets to overcome this negative stance on Romantic self-consciousness with a "subversive" return to Paul de Man's criticism of Romantic internality.
