로봇의 동역학 제어를 위한 학습제어 기법의 구현 및 성능 평가 (Implementation and performance evaluatio of learning control method for robot dyamics control)

  • Recently, increasing attention has been paid to the application of learning control method to robot manipulator control. Because the learning control method does not require an exact dynamic model, it is flexible and easy to implement. In this paper, we implement a learning control scheme which consists of a unique feedforward learning controller and a linear feedback controller. The learning control method does not require acceleration terms that are sensitive to noise and has the capability of rejecting unknown disturbances and adapting itself to time-varying system parameters. The feasibility of the learning control scheme is soon by implementing the control scheme to a commercial robot manipulator and the performance of which is also compared with the conventional linear PID control method.

  • This paper presents a force control based on the observer without taking any force or torque measurement from the robot which allows realizing more stable and robust human robot interaction for the developed multi-functional upper limb rehabilitation robot. The robot has four functional training modes which can be classified by the human robot interaction types: passive, active, assistive, and resistive mode. The proposed observer consists of internal disturbance observer and external force observer for distinctive performance evaluation. Since four training modes can be quantitatively identified as impedance variation, position-based impedance control with feedback and feedforward controller was applied to the assistive training mode. The results showed that the proposed sensorless observer estimated cleaner and more accurate force compared to the force sensor and the impedance controller embedded with the proposed observer completed the assistive training mode safely and properly.

  • In this study, heating performance and energy consumption characteristics with control strategies for central heating system were researched by the simulation. The simulation analysis is made by TRNSYS ver. 15 with the actual data. The parametric study on proportional factor, control time interval and outdoor air temperatures changes were done to compare control characteristics and energy performance, respectively. As a result, the simulation results with various parameter changes show good heating performance and energy saving.

  • In this paper, a new hybrid position control algorithm for the direct drive arm is proposed. The proposed control is composed of discrete feedforward component and continuous feedback component. The discrete component is the nominal torque which approximately compensates the strong nonlinear coupling torques between the links, while the continuous control is a modified version of sliding mode control which is known to have a robust property to the disturbances of system. For the proposed control law, we give sufficient condition which guarantees the bounded tracking error in spite of the modeling errors, and the efficiency of the proposed algorithm is demonstrated by the numerical simulation of a three link manipulator position control with payloads and parameter errors.

  • A robust motion control method is proposed fur the point-to-point position control of a XY positioning system which consists of a base cart, elastic ben and moving mass. The horizontal motion controller consists of the feedforward controller to suppress the single mode vibration of the elastic beam and the feedback controller to get the high-accuracy positioning performance of the base cart. Input preshaping vibration suppression method based on system modeling with analytic frequency equation is proposed and integrated into the robust internal-loop compensator(RIC) to increase the robustness of the whole closed-loop system The vertical motion controller is proposed based on the dual RIC structure. Through experiments, it is shown that the proposed method can stabilize the system and suppress the vibration in the presence of uncertainties and disturbances.

  • The goal of this work is to create a new and improved GWO (Grey Wolf Optimizer), the so-called Robot GWO (RGWO), for dynamic and static target tracking involving multiple robots in unknown environmental conditions. From applying ourselves with the Gray Wolf Optimization Algorithm (GWO) and how it works, as the name suggests, it is a nature-inspired metaheuristic based on the behavior of wolf packs. Like other nature-inspired metaheuristics such as genetic algorithms and firefly algorithms, we explore the search space to find the optimal solution. The results also show that the improved optimal control method can provide superior power characteristics even when operating conditions and design parameters are changed.

수중음향통신을 위한 적응 결정궤환 등화기 (An Adaptive Decision Feedback Equalizer for Underwater Acoustic Communications)

  • 본 논문에서는 2007년 11월 거제 연안에서 실해역 실험을 통하여 취득한 데이터를 이용하여 수중음향통신을 위한 적응 결정제환 등화기의 비트 오율 성능 분석 결과에 대해서 논한다. 전방먹임 필터 길이, 되먹임 필터 길이, 훈련신호열 길이, 시간지연 등의 변수를 변화시키면서 RLS 알고리듬을 적용한 적응 결정궤환 등화기의 비트 오율을 분석한 결과, 오류정정부호를 적용하지 않았을 때, 전달 거리 9.7km, 4km에서 각각 $4{\times}10^2\;and\;1.5{\times}10^{-2}$ 비트 오율을 얻었다. 얻어진 $10^{-2}$ 수준의 비트 오율은 오류정정부호를 적용할 경우에 $10^{-3}$ 이하로 낮아지므로, 적응 결정궤환 등화기는 모뎀의 무게 및 부피가 작아야 하는 자율무인잠수정에서 고속의 통신 수단을 제공할 수 있는 기술로서 활용 가치가 클 것으로 예상된다.

  • In designing the anti-sway controller for crane system in the industrial field, one of the basic problem is to keep the stability of system, even if the mathematical model of the plant is not exact and disturbance exists. Form this point of view, a two-degree-of-freedom(2DOF) servo controller effact to the system in which the integral compensation is effctive only when a modeling error and/or a disturbance input exist. In this paper, the change of load weight and variation of wire rope length considered as the structured uncertainty, and design the 2DOF servo contorller using independently the informations of reference signal and control output with both feedforward and feedback. The effectivenss is proved through the results for the anti-sway system in the system with the position control of trolley.

  • 가압경수로형 원자력발전소의 저출력 및 과도상태에서의 개선된 증기발생기 수위 제어 방식을 제시하였다. 수축 및 팽창 현상에 의한 수위의 요동을 줄이기 위해 기존의 비례·적분 제어기에 증기발생기 압력 및 급수온도를 고려한 앞먹임 보상부를 첨가하였다. 원전 훈련용 시뮬레이터를 이용하여 시뮬레이션을 수행한 결과 기존방식에 비해 적은 수위오차, 훨씬 빠른 진정시간을 얻을 수 있었다. 제시된 알고리즘은 구현이 용이하고 실제 적용도 가능하리라 판단된다.

  • In this paper, control of a planar two-link structurally flexible robotic manipulator executing unconstrained and constrained maneuvers is considered. The dynamic model, which is obtained by using the extended Hamilton's principle and the Galerkin criterion, includes the impact force generated during the transition from unconstrained to constrained segment of the robotic task. A method is presented to obtain the linearized equations of motion in Cartesian space for use in designing the control system. The linear quadratic Gaussian with loop transfer recovery (LQG/LTR) design methodology is exploited to design a robust feedback control system that can handle modeling errors and sensor noise, and operate on Cartesian space trajectory errors. The LQG/LTR compensator together with a feedforward loop is used to control the flexible manipulator. Simulated results are presented for a numerical example.
