철도차량의 막판식 공기제동시스템의 해석 및 설계 (Analysis and Design of Diaphragm-type Air Braking System for Train)

  • In this paper, the case study of reducing rotational errors is done for a grinding spindle with an active magnetic bearing system. The rotational errors acting on the magnetic bearing spindle are due to mass unbalance of rotor, runout, grinding excitation and ed nonlinear dynamics of electromagnets. For the most case, the electrical runout of sensor target is big even in well-finished surface; this runout can cause a rotation error amplified by feedback control system. The adaptive feedforward method based on LMS algorithm is discussed to compensate this kind of runout effects, and investigated its effectiveness by numerical simulation and experimental analysis. The rotor orbit size in both bearings is reduced about to 5 pin due to lX rejection by feedforward control up to 50,000 rpm.

  • This paper deals with the issue of simple adaptive position control for a pump-controlled cylinder system. A fixed displacement pump is utilized instead of servo valve and its speed is controlled by AC motor. The whole control system is composed of a pair of interconnected subsystems, that is, a feedback control system and a feedforward control system. From experiments it is shown that position control using simple adaptive control can accomplish significant reduction in position tracking error comparing to a conventional PID control.

  • 선형복잡도(linear complexity)가 크고 균형(balance) 특성이 좋은 수열은 스트림 암호(stream cipher) 또는 보안성이 요구되는 대역 확산 통신(spread spectrum communication) 등에 이용될 수 있다. 이러한 수열을 발생하기 위하여, 최대길이 수열(m-sequence)을 계층 구조의 비선형 피드포워드 로직(NLFFL; Non-Linear Feed-Forward Logic) 필터 함수에 통과 시켜 랜덤 수열을 얻는 방법이 Groth에 의해 제안되었다. 본 논문에서는 Groth의 계층 구조를 변형하여 Langford 연결법과 같은 특별한 비선형 연결 방법 없이도 잡음 특성이 좋은 수열을 발생시킬 수 있는 방법을 제시한다.

  • A learning controller is presented for repetitive walking motion of biped robot. The learning control scheme learns the approximate inverse dynamics input of biped walking robot and uses the learned input pattern to generate an input profile of different walking motion from that learnt. In the learning controller, the PID feedback controller takes part in stabilizing the transient response of robot dynamics while the feedforward learning controller plays a role in computing the desired actuator torques for feedforward nonlinear dynamics compensation in steady state.   • This paper presents an individual cylinder spark advance control strategy based upon the location of peak pressure (LPP) in spark ignition engines using artificial neural networks. The LPP is estimated using a feedforward multi-layer perceptron network (MLPN), which needs only five samples of output voltage from the cylinder pressure sensor. The cyclic variation of LPP restricts the gain of the feedback controller, and results in poor regulation performance during the transient operation of the engine.   • In this paper, a controller design method for the DC motor driving system is described emphasizing the specified degree of accuracy undergoing large time varying disturbances, coulomb friction and arm-load resonance. A feedforward compensation technique using the current controller is proposed, and resulting in the performance improvement as well as the implementational simplicity. A time-weighted quadratic performance index is used in the optimization of the controller, which is a salient way of obtaining better closed-loop performance in a simple manner. Computer simulations are also given to show the usefulness of the proposed techniques.

  • 이 논문에서는 비최소위상(nonminimum phase) 채널을 등화할 수 있는 판정궤환(decision feedback equalizer)에 대한 자력등화 기법을 제안한다. 등화기는 선형필터와 예측에러 필터(prediction error filter)의 결합으로 이루어지며 각 부분에 대해 서로 다른 알고리듬을 적용한다. 즉 선형필터는 CMA(constant modulus algorithm)를 적용하여 계수를 추정하며, 예측에러 필터는 판정궤환 예측 알고리듬(decision feedback prediction algorithm)을 적용하여 필터의 계수를 추정한다. 제안한 알고리듬은 판정궤환 등화기의 FFF(feedforward filter)부를 이루는 선형필터가 수렴할 때 항상 작은 오율을 나타내는 계수로의 수렴을 보장한다. 모의실험을 통해 제안한 자력등화알고리듬의 유효성을 몇개의 채널에 대해 예를 들었으며 기존의 자력등화 알고리듬과 성능을 비교하였다.

  • This paper describes the application of the recently developed feedback linearization technique to designing a new Command to Line-of-Sight (CLOS) guidance law. We show that the CLOS guidance problem can be formulated as a tracking problem. Then, using the feedback input-output linearization technique, we find a new 3dimensional CLOS guidance law that can assure zero miss distance for a randomly maneuvering target. It sheds light on the feedforward acceleration compensation terms used in the conventional CLOS guidance laws to improve the performance. To illustrate further the significance of our result, simulation results are given.

  • This paper illustrates the feasibility and the effectiveness of the disturbance feedforward compensation control proposed in the previous paper. The compensator is designed experimentally by means of the Multiple Filtered-x Least Mean Square algorithm. A 2-DOF active magnetic bearing system subject to base motion is built and the compensation control is applied. The experimental results demonstrate that the compensation control reduces the air-gap responses within 10$%$ of those by the feedback control alone without increasing the control inputs.
