Feeder Cable Assembly의 가속수명시험법 개발 (Test methodology of acceleration life test on feeder cable assembly)

  • Feeder cable assembly는 정보통신용 자동차부품이다 기능을 제대로 하지 않으면 자동차의 제어와 안전에 큰 문제가 발생한다. 가속수명시험은 시험시간을 단축할 목적으로 짧은 시간에 잠재적인 고장모드와 고장을 찾기 위하여 기속조건(스트레스, 스트레인, 온도 등)에서 실험을 실시하는 것이다. 고장원인은 부품의 품질과, 고장으로 유도하는 공정, 디자인에 의해 발생하는 결함이다. 열충격은 온도차에 의하여 부품의 열팽창 정도가 다른 것에 기인한다. 열충격시험은 부품이 급격한 온도차를 견디는 능력을 실험하는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 가속시험의 coffin-manson 식을 이용하여 정상조건(최고온도 $80^{\circ}C$, 최저온도 $-40^{\circ}C$)과 가속조건(최고온도 $120^{\circ}C$, 최저온도 $-60^{\circ}C$)을 이용하여 가속계수를 계산하여 2.25 값을 얻었다. 정상조건에서 1,000 사이클 실험이 가속조건에서 444 사이클 실험만하여도 됨을 알 수 있었다. Bx 수명 식을 이용하여 가속조건에서 시료가 5개, B0.04%.10years 조건에서 747 사이클 결과를 얻었다. 정상조건에서 1,000 사이클, 가속조건에서 747 사이클 실험한 feeder cable assembly 시료 5개를 각각 네크워크 분석기를 이용하여 성능시험을 실시하고, 와이블분포의 모수분포값을 비교한 결과 가속이 잘 되었음을 알 수 있었다. 동등한 신뢰도에서 가속실험을 통하여 시험시간을 1/4 정도 단축할 수 있었다.

  • Dimensional constants (k values) of single jersey fabrics made from $LincLITE^{(R)}$ and conventional yams are calculated under dry, steam, full relaxation treatments. Fabrics were made under different tightness factors such as high, medium and low with different twist factors, twist directions and feeder blending. $LincLITE^{(R)}$ yarns made to get soft and bulkier effects with yam count of 39 tex and conventional yams made into 39 tex and 48 tex yam counts. Various effects on K values are analysed using correlation coefficients. K-values are increased with relaxation progression and have shown some differences between in $LincLITE^{(R)}$ and conventional fabrics, and feeder blended fabrics. Loop shape factor is highly affected by tightness factor, relaxation and feeder blending in $LincLITE^{(R)}$ fabrics, whereas twist factor not significantly effects on loop shape factor in conventional fabrics. Stitch density significantly increases with relaxation in conventional fabrics and no significant effect shows with $LincLITE^{(R)}$ fabrics.

  • 본 논문에서는 위성을 이용한 디지털 위성방송 시스템에 적용하기 위한 고효율 평면안테나를 설계 및 제작하였다. 전통적인 접시형 안테나에 비하여 높은 개구효율, 용11한 설치 및 미려한 외관 등의 장점을 가지고 있는 평면 안테나를 설계하였다. 안테나 소자의 설계에는 마이크로스트립을 이용한 Annular Ring 공진기를 이용하였으며, 방사형 도파관을 이용한 급전구조를 채택하였다. 또한 수신신호를 중간주파 신호로 변환하기 위한 LNB를 안테나의 뒷면에 설치함으로써 전송손실의 최소화를 꾀하였다. 제작된 안테나는 직경 35cm, 이득은 31.8dBi 이며 개구효율은 약 $80\%$이다.

  • The continuing pace of technological change and the trend toward larger and faster ships is evident as shipping lines compete in seeking economies of scale in the global market and ports. become increasingly reliant on sophisticated equipment. Across the Asia and Pacific region some of the worlds most modern container ships are calling at an extensive network of mainline and feeder ports. This paper shows that during the period from 1999 to 2011, Asian container trade is expected to continue to increase more rapidly than the world average, i.e., 7.2 per cent per annum compared with the world average of 6.3 per cent. It is forecast that the total volumes of international containers handled at the ports in Asia and the Pacific will increase at an average growth rate of 7,2 per cent per annum. In order to handle the anticipated port container traffic in 2011, new container berths are required in nearly every country in the Asia and the Pacific region. This will entail very significant capital investment requirements. If countries in the UNESCAP region are to position their ports to meet the challenges of the next decade, there is an urgent need to implement more robust strategies to address important issues including prioritisation of port development projects, promotion of private sector participation in ports, emphasis on productivity and preparation for intermodal integration and logistics growth.

배전계통 재구성 문제를 위한 Harmony Search 알고리즘 응용 (Harmony Search Algorithm for Network Reconfiguration Problem in Distribution Systems)

  • This paper presents a application of new algorithm for feeder reconfiguration problem in distribution systems. Harmony Search (HS) algorithm, which is motivated from the musical performance, is used to reconfigure distribution systems so that active power losses are globally minimized with turning on/off the sectionalizing and the tie-line switches. In optimization processing, the HS algorithm has searching ability for the global optimal solution, simple coding of the iteration procedure, and fast convergence to get the solution. The HS algorithm is tested on 15 buses and 69 buses distribution systems, and the results prove its effectiveness to determine appropriate switching options without the occurrence of any misdetermination in switching and get the minimum power loss.

  • The bus as a feeder trip should supply equality service to the whole community. But in spite of the change of latent demand to the bus by the variety of regional structural change, the existing bus route can not supply effective feeder service. For cope with the latent demand to the bus, this study establish a concept that frame of the bus operation and management. This study tackled to evidence this fact by analyzing the bus transport problems in terms of the urban growth, and following issues were discussed: 1) the strategy for improvement of bus operation, 2) the land use control which is appropriate for the public transport network, 3) the economical range to justify the bus operation, 4) the allowance for the private transport mode. On the second part of this study, the difference on the bus operation was compared to determine the range within which the bus operation can be justified. This would provide the direction to improve the management for bus operation and fundamental information to develop the bus operation system.

  • In this report, a self-organizing fuzzy neural network is proposed to control chemical feeding, which is one of the most important problems in water treatment process. In the case of the learning according to raw water quality, the self-organizing fuzzy network, which can be driven by plant operator, is very effective, Simulation results of the proposed method using the data of water treatment plant show good performance. This algorithm is included to chemical feeder, which is composed of PLC, magnetic flow-meter and control valve, so the intelligent control of chemical feeding is realized.

  • This paper presents a novel objective function for distribution system reconfiguration for reliability enhancement. When islanding operations of distributed generators is prohibited, faults in the feeder interrupt the operation of distributed generators. For this reason, we include the customer interruption cost as well as the distributed generator interruption cost in the objective function in the network reconfiguration algorithm. The network reconfiguration in which genetic algorithms are used is implemented by MATLAB. The effect of the proposed objective function in the network reconfiguration is analyzed and compared with existing objective functions through case studies. The network reconfiguration considering the proposed objective function is suitable for a distribution system that has a high penetration of distributed generators.

  • This paper proposes a wireless management system for a pet dog using wireless sensor network. The developed intelligent wireless management system is compose of a central control system, auto-feeder, miniguidance robot, and wireless sensing devices. The developed system uses three types of sensed data such as light, temperature, md sounds from a pet dog and surrounded environment respectively. The presented design method using these data provides an efficient way to controlling and monitoring the pet dog. The implemented system can be used as a design framework of portable device for the pet management.
