The influences of Art nouveau and Art Deco are as follow: The first, in the side of silhouette, hourglass style and bell shaped skirt influence on mordern fashion chiefly and S-curve style was mollified. Empire style, hobble style in art deco age are all showed diversely, in these styles especially boyish style give an outstanding trasts to modern fashion. The second, the color of art deco, characterized by pastel in art nouveau's color tone, original color and black and gold was reflected on the textile design and showed diversely in the color fo modern fashion. The third, in the field of textile and pattern, flower and plant which was a motive of art nouveau style, organic curve and geometrical pattern and exotic motive was seperately used with motive in the pattern and design of mordern. Textile of goldish and silver tone, metal stuff, lace embroidery, fur, artifical flower, feather etc. showed up on the many parts of clothing. Like this Art Nouveau and Art style not only had a great effect on the costume but also decorations and formative arts.

The desire of our contempories who wish to recover humanities fading away and get back recover humanities fading away and get back to the nature is emerging as a main theme of the fashion today the decade of facing 21st century. The prevalence of naturalness-ecology ru-ral peasant look-and ethnic look shows the tendency mentioned above. Kenzo Takada' works which exhibit this naturalness and ethnic look were picked and investigated. The objective of this research is to study the beauty of form and internal and investi-gate in what form the naturaless and Ethnic look in Kenzo's work. The result were as followings : <1> Draped form are mainly used as form and they are made neglecting the body line by straight-cut and provide the wearer ease and freedom of movements <2> As for the color fantastic original colors (red, blue, etc) and natural colors are used. And Strong color contrast is seen. In ethnic look original colors(red, blue, etc.) natural colors and ethnic colors are used. <3> As for the fabric Cotton neat skilk and wool etc are used mainly and use of such natural fibers represents the return to the natural well. <4> As for ornament natural things-straw hat flower feather pebble, shell-are used and exhibit natural feelings strongly. For the ethnic look ornaments representing each country's ethnic atmos-phere by hat scarf and neckcloth made of natural fibers. <5> As for naturalness Flower deer butter-fly leopard and plant etc, are used as motif. As for ethnic look flower geometric motif are used.

The flow-excited Helmholtz resonance phenomenon was investigated numerically using Reynolds averaged Navier-Stokes approach. The fundamental cause of the Helmholtz resonance phenomenon is known as shedding of a single discrete vortex from orifice edge that travels during one period of the oscillation. In this study, serrated deflector, which is biomimetic design of the owl's feather, is used to split a single vortex into small vortices. Rectangular deflector and serrated deflector are compared with numerical results of pressure and streamline inside the cavity. Consequently, the serration breaks the shedding period of vortex core and eliminates the resonance. Also, it changes the flow pattern in according to the location of different serration height. By making inflows and outflows occur simultaneously in spanwise direction in the cavity, the period of Helmholtz resonance disappears. Comparing between rectangular deflector and serrated deflector, the serrated deflector can deal with the Helmholtz resonance more effectively.

전 세계적으로 방대하게 배출되는 도축 부산물인 우모는 높은 영양적 가치를 가짐에도 불구하고 현재 사용하는 물리화학적 처리법의 여러 단점으로 효율적으로 이용되지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 그 결과 2차 오염을 발생시키지 않는 경제적 방법인 생물학적 처리에 대한 연구의 필요성이 커지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 그러한 방법 중 대표적인 방법으로 미생물이 생산하는 keratinase를 이용한 생분해에 대해 연구를 하기 위해 경남 일대 퇴비화 볏짚에서 keratinolytic protease 생성능이 우수한 균주인 RS7을 분리하였고 생화학적 동정법과 16S rDNA를 이용한 동정결과 B. pumilus로 동정되었다. 본 실험에서 분리된 B. pumilus는 기존에 활발히 연구되어 있지 않는 균주로써 native feather 분해도가 기존에 알려진 Bacillus 속들이 3일 정도에서 분해 완료되는 것과는 달리 36시간 ${\sim}$48시간 내에 깃대까지 완전히 분해하였다. 또한 분리 균주의 경제적인 분해능을 토대로 분해산물이 식물 생장에 주는 영향과 아미노산 함유량을 검토한 결과 기존의 화학적 분해에 의한 분해산물보다 아미노산 함유량이 4배가량 많았으며 식물 생장에 있어서도 생장율과 개화시점으로 미루어볼 때 비료로써의 역할을 수행할 수 있었다.

GENDISCAN study (Gene Discovery for Complex traits in Asian population of Northeast area) was designed to incorporate methodologies which enhance the power to identify genetic variations underlying complex disorders. Use of population isolates as the target population is a unique feather of this study. However, population isolates may have hidden inbreeding structures which can affect the validity of the study. To understand how this issue may affect results of GENDISCAN, we estimated inbreeding coefficients in two study populations in Mongolia. We analyzed the status of Hardy-Weinberg Equilibrium (HWE), polymorphism information contents (PIC), heterozygosity, allelic diversity, and inbreeding coefficients, using 317 and 1,044 STR (short tandem repeat) markers in Orkhontuul and Dashbalbar populations. HWE assumptions were generally met in most markers (88.6% and 94.2% respectively), and single marker PIC ranged between 0.2 and 0.9. Inbreeding coefficients were estimated to be 0.0023 and 0.0021, which are small enough to assure that conventional genetic analysis would work without any specific modification. We concluded that the population isolates used in GENDISCAN study would not present significant inflation of type I errors from inbreeding effects in its gene discovery analysis.

현재 인터넷 아키텍처가 가지고 있는 가장 큰 문제는 routing과 addressing의 핵심으로 사용되는 IP 주소의 의미의 중복 (overloading semantics)이다. 즉 IP 주소는 라우팅을 위한 정보 (how), 단말의 위치 정보 (where), 그리고 이 외에 전송 계층 상위에서 사용되는 단말의 식별자 정보(who)로 사용되며, 이 의미 중복은 결국 global routing의 scalability문제를 발생시키게 된다. 즉 이러한 IP 주소의 의미 중복을 분리한다면 멀티호밍, Traffic engineering, 그리고 renumbering 등을 scalability에 영향을 주지 않고 이것들을 지원할 수 있게 되는 것이다. IETF는 이러한 라우팅과 어드레싱의 확장성 문제를 해결하기 위하여 68차 IETF 회의에서 ROAP (ROuing and Addressing Problem) BoF (Birds of a Feather) 회의를 공식적으로 개최 하였으며, 이를 통해 결정된 사항은 새로운 인터넷 아키텍처를 설계하기 위해 식별자(Identifier)와 위치정보(locator)를 분리하는 구조(ID/Loc 분리) 또는 다중 계층의 위치정보 획득이 가능한 구조(Multi-level locator design)로의 새로운 아키텍처를 만드는 것이다. 이 작업은 ROPA BoF회의 이후 IRTF의 RRG (Routing Research Group)에서 계속적으로 진행되고 있으며, 현재 관련 많은 솔루션들이 나온 상황이다. 본 논문은 이러한 ROAP에 관한 기본적인 설명과 함께, 문제점 그리고 논의되고 있는 솔루션들의 분류, 목적, 그리고 공통 이슈들에 대한 최근 동향을 설명한다.

The purpose of this research is to find out the role of shaman's costume in Yakut Yukachir Goldi. The results are as follows: 1. Yakut shaman's costumes are decorated by their worship symbols made from metals-wild ducks crucian carps diving beetles and fishes. They believe that these costumes help shamans to travel the heaven underwater or underground systems to collect wanted infor-mation transforming them into the shape of decorated animals. 2. Yukachir shaman's costumes are decorated by symbolized cross medals in the shape of birds and human designed backbone which give shamans much power and many different kinds of medals and tassels representing all sorts and conditions of shaman's power. They consider their cstumes as feather and believe they give them new power and make them to fly anywhere they want. 3. Goldi shaman's costumes have paintings of animal guradians-leopards tigers bears birds snakes lizards and so on. Birds represents freedom of the spirit and eternity. snakes represents rebirth and immorality and lizards represents the trees of underground the earth and the lifetrees of the heaven. Shamans ascend through th holy tree to th heaven and to the world of underground in a comatose condition. Shaman costume itself plays the role of the spiritual safeguard. Wearing their costume shaman get all animal's supernatural authority and power. This makes the shaman to contact with the spirit and to travel the heaven and the under-ground world.

The purpose of this study is to understand what the Glam Style is, focus on the movie "Velvet Goldmine". The Glam Style is refered early 1970s Glam rockers' costume, typified by silver lurex, corksoled platform, men in make-up, personified, for example, by David Bowie, Marc Bolan, New York Dolls, Roxy Music and Iggy Pop. To approach the Glam Style comprehensively, I have divided the formative background of Glam Style into the improvement technology, the advent of the young generation and the diffusion of mass media, the rock music fever and influence on Pop art. Following is the result of analyzing of the character in the movie. First, Brian Slade has the flamboyant transsexual image by skin-tight space suit, glitter pants, lurex, satin and sequined stretch fabrics, vivid color, gauze make-up, feather boa. Second, Curt Wild expresses the outrageous sexual image by black leather jacket, emphasized black eyes make-up. Third, Mandy Slade appears the exaggerated and frivolous image by gold leopard patterned one piece, fur coat, ornamented with beads, tropical make-up, spangles and the costume jewelry. Forth, Auther Stuart has the complex image by black leather jacket, velvet jacket, skin-tight bold shirt, glitter pants, glitter make-up, silk scarf, cherry-red sunglasses. The characteristics meaning of Glam Style implied in this formative characteristic could be presented as the experimental expression of androgynous, the hordes of outrageous alien and kitsch parody.

The purpose of this study is to examine actual design cases of decorative detail in the Art Nouveau style from the end of 19th century to the beginning of 20th century, and create designs and fashion works to meet our contemporary fashion trends by means of over-decorative style, a characteristic of decorative detail. The characteristics of decorative detail in the Art Nouveau style can be outlined as follows: First, pleats appear with two major feels of solidity, undulated and curvilinear solidity based on gather(ruffle, frill/ flare and flounce) and regular and linear solidity based on linear pleats or tucks. Second, embroidery appears in various patterns developed with stitch of solid feel as well as a variety of coloration effects. Third, attachments are expressed by means of independent motif(applique, gloss effects(beads, sequins), affluent texture and mobility(fur, feather). Moreover, according to technical characteristics and expressive aspects of pleats, embroidery and attachments, it is found that decoration detail in the era of Art Nouveau is over-decoration style. Indeed, it appears in major expressive aspects such as rhythmical solid type, detailed prominence type, superficial touch type and profound volume type.

A filamentous virus was isolated from taro (Colocasia esculenta Schott) showing mosaic and chlorotic feather-ing symptoms in Chuncheon, Gangwon province in 2002. Based on ELISA, its appearance in electron microscope, serological relationships, and RT-PCR using specific primer and nucleotide sequence analysis of the CP gene, the isolated virus was identified as Dasheen mosaic virus (DsMV) and designated as Korean isolated (DsMV-Kr). DsMV was not serologically related to Zantedeschia mosaic virus (ZaMV), which has been reported to infect an Araceae plants. Since the coat protein revealed electrophoretic heterogeneity, about 42 kDa, 39 kDa and 31 kDa by SDS-PAGE, an improved purification method was established for the production of antisera against DsMV-Kr. The purification method used in this study may be effectively applied to the purification of other filamentous viruses.
