  • This study is made to link lip the policy analysis theory flame and practice concerning the analysis of railroad tourism resources development policy and propose an alternative to feasibility for railroad tourism resources development policy in general. The specific objectives to achieve the purpose of this research are as follow; First. In consideration of railroad tourism resources development policy and theory of policy analysis idea and goals, for analysis of railroad tourism resources development policy analysis are to be instituted more systematically. Second, the theory of railroad tourism resources development policy analysis will be made more systematic and use it as basis of the said analysis for further.

  • Nitrogen in water is mainly composed of ammonium, nitrite and nitrate, and which can cause eutrophication. A lot of efforts were made to remove them and the accompanying efforts have been made for the development of analytical methods. Rapid and on site detection methods are required for the analysis of pollutants in water system. Thus, we focused on the development of analytical method for nitrite, and the feasibility study on the nitrite analysis by PVC adsorbent columns coated with BCDMA, Biphenyl and methanol. The adsorbents could effectively adsorb mixed reagent in the range of 4 to 20 $mgNO_2-N/L$ for nitrite detection and show linear relationship with color band length. The adsorbance was influenced by pH.

  • The Ministry of Construction and Transportation has estimated the reconsideration of economy in construction and the dullness of LCC forcast method which supports decision-marking in safety and maintenance of buildings. So, they have introduced LCC analysis method in steps of a feasibility study and design. Because of the introduction of LCC analysis process and method, it would be possible to make a logical decision from management maintenance, estimation, user point of view. In this study, it would bepossible to show a plan and alternative of design factors and structure in one building by using LCC analysis method and to compare and analyze the reduction of life circle cost bi the elapsed time.

  • This paper presents a method of sensitivity analysis for the infeasible interior point method when a new variable is introduced. For the sensitivity analysis in introducing a new variable, we present a method to find an optimal solution to the modified problem. If dual feasibility is satisfied, the optimal solution to the modified problem is the same as that of the original problem. If dual feasibility is not satisfied, we first check whether the optimal solution to the modified problem can be easily obtained by moving only dual solution to the original problem. If it is possible, the optimal solution to the modified problem is obtained by simple modification of the optimal solution to the original problem. Otherwise, a method to set an initial solution for the infeasible interior point method is presented to reduce the number of iterations required. The experimental results are presented to demonstrate that the proposed method works better.
