Identifying the factors that influence the formation of the entrepreneurial intention is important in cultivating entrepreneurs and inducing entrepreneurial innovation in the country. Previous studies have mainly examined the direct effects of social cognition attributes as predictors on entrepreneurial intentions or entrepreneurial activities. However, the fundamental factors that these social cognition attributes are derived from have not been sufficiently addressed in the field of entrepreneurship. Based on social cognitive theory and schema theory, this study assumes that an individual's entrepreneurial experience is an important antecedent factor in forming social cognitive attributes, and reveals the mechanism for how experience forms entrepreneurial intention. To this end, this study analyzes the influence of entrepreneurs' prior experience of entrepreneurial activities on entrepreneurial self-efficacy, opportunity recognition, and fear of failure which are considered to be the main variables that shape entrepreneurial intention. And it analyzes how these factors have a significant effect on entrepreneurship intention. Along with this, the mediating role of these social cognitive attributes is analyzed in order to understand the path that leads from entrepreneurial experience to entrepreneurial intention. This study also suggests how gender moderates the effect of entrepreneurship experience on social cognitive attributes. As a result of the analysis, it was found that entrepreneurial experience increase entrepreneurial self-efficacy and opportunity recognition of entrepreneurs, and decrease the fear of failure. These social perception attribute significantly mediate the relationship between entrepreneurial experience and entrepreneurial intention. This study also found that there are significant moderating effects of gender on the relationship of entrepreneurial experience and both of entrepreneurial self-efficacy and fear of failure. This study also analyzed the impact of the entrepreneurial experience of failure, which corresponds to the detailed experience. Similar to the results of entrepreneurial experience analysis, entrepreneurial experience of failure plays a role in enhancing entrepreneurial self-efficacy. However, its effect on opportunity recognition and fear of failure were not significant. An empirical analysis of data related to 25,047 entrepreneurs from 87 countries, using the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor (GEM), shows the differences in the formation of individuals' entrepreneurial intentions according to entrepreneurial experience and the mediating role of social cognitive attributes. The study has embodied the social cognitive theory on entrepreneurial intention by shedding light on the variables that are important but alienated for increasing entrepreneurial intention. Moreover, the study enhances the understanding of cognitive processes leading from individual experiences to entrepreneurial intentions. This study also emphasizes the importance of differentiated approach by gender for boosting entrepreneurial intention through analysis of moderating effect of gender.
Patients who had claustrophobia tend to feel fear when they were scanned by an MRI, CT, PET-CT, or using a gamma camera scan. In this paper, claustrophobic patients were tested to find effective ways by changing patient's positions. For this paper, PET-CT scan in patients who had claustrophobia were used in the prone position. Prone position helped to maintain stable position and to get a h0igh quality of inspection without failure. Thus, as claustrophobic patients were requested taking prone position, they could feel comfortable. In a confined space, prone position for the claustrophobic patients who had a fear of the PET-CT examination would be expected to reduce the failure rate of inspection.
The study was attempted to investigate the factors influencing the academic procrastination of nursing college students. The subjects who participated in this study were 215 nursing students at one college in the Ulsan were surveyed using a structured questionnairs. Independent t-test, one way ANOVA and Pearson's correlation coefficient, Stepwise regression were performed on the collected data using SPSS 25.0 program. Study finding revealed that fear of failure(β=0.65, p<.001), socially prescribed perfectionism(β=0.29, p<.001), about academic procrastination were significant predictive variables(F=26.68, p<.001). This variables accounted for 28.8% of the variance in core nursing competency. The results of this study can be used as basic data for developing a program to lower the academic procrastination level of nursing students.
Purpose - This study aims to exploratorily analyze relationship among pressure on business failure, social safety net perception, and entrepreneurial intention targeting potential business founders - pre-entrepreneurs and re-entrepreneurs. Research design, data, and methodology - Out of 450 collected surveys, 386 were used for analysis. Among these, 216 were from pre-entrepreneurs and 170 were from re-entrepreneurs. Frequency analysis, reliability and validity analysis, and regression analysis were performed. Results - In analysis of pre-entrepreneur and re-entrepreneur's pressure on business failure and social safety net perception, objective environment perception - a subfactor of social safety net perception - had statistically significant difference between the two potential entrepreneur groups. Conclusions - We categorized potential entrepreneurs into pre-entrepreneurs and re-entrepreneurs. Also, the current study suggests importance of social safety net to vitalize food service business startup by validifying its mediating effect between pressure on business failure and attitude towards restaurant business establishment. This research also established groundwork for future studies on ways to improve entrepreneurial intention or startup business sustainability by deducing social safety net perception difference between pre-entrepreneurs and re-entrepreneurs. This study was able to analyze relationship between those two groups in terms of entrepreneurial intention and startup business sustainability.
An animation film, , is a work that declared a perfect revival of Disney. It is considered that the success was the result of its impressive theme song and characters working influentially. The main characters let audience experience empathy as well as catharsis by building the image of women making their own future without relying on men, and among the characters, Elsa is still popular even if one year has passed since its premiere in Korea. In the narrative genre, the character's degree of completion is regarded to be so important that it can even determine the work's success or failure. Accordingly, to analyze the personality structure among the major components of character rising, this study focuses on the psychodynamics of fear and desire which determines the directions of thought or behavior. Fear is the emotion attributed not to a real threat but to an ominous assumption about the future. Because fear that is originated from the memory of any deficit or suppression distorts our sound needs, escaping from fear means facing the reality. To verify the unique psychodynamics of the characters, the researcher analyzed the hierarchy of their attitudes, psychological dispositions, and psychic functions by using 'MBTI Personality Typology'. According to the results, (1) Elsa and Anna are in a conflicting relationship in terms of psychic functions. Although they are the combination that shows the highest possibility of conflict, the two sisters overcome it basically grounded on fellowship and family love. (2) Although Hans and Kristoff, too, are against each other in terms of psychic functions, the two male characters do not interact with each other in the work. (3) Hans is a person equipped with psychic functions that can complement both Elsa and Anna the most effectively, but he abuses it and turns into the most fatal opponent to them. (4) Olaf is a type of person combining Anna's attitudes with Elsa's psychological dispositions. And according to the results of analyzing the frequency of expressing fear and desire, (1) Elsa employs overwhelming fear and Anna and others characters use desire as the major drive of their behavior. (2) Fear is the underlying deficit internalized in every character and is attributed to 'the deficit of family love', and as a result, they all share the pain of 'loneliness and isolation'. It is thought that analyzing psychodynamics will help us understand the character's growth tale, that is, the narration that they distort their desire for the first motive to avoid fear and end up being ruled by it, and also, they realize the underlying reason for the distorted desire in the process of getting rid of their own fear and reach self-healing. Lastly, regarding character rising in the animation, it is expected that the directions and analysis results of this research will be referred to as a database in creating characters and setting up relations among them.

The present study identified several antecedents that create perceived resistance to supply chain management (SCM) change. This work particularly emphasizes SCM change, which is notable given its central role in reacting market orientation and varied environmental and managerial conditions. A careful case study on a small and medium sized food production company in South Korea leads to the formulation of our framework including one second-order construct of 'resistance' as well as eight first-order constructs of 'implementing the payment terms', 'balancing of business process', 'fear of responsibility', 'business sustainability transparency', 'past experience of failure', 'competence of work personnel', 'cooperation with third parties' and 'sharing personnel information with partner'. The hypothesized relation of first- and second-order construct was validated using survey sample data collected from 350 respondents who completed their questionnaire instrument. Results from confirmatory factor analysis revealed that nomological validity was established at statistical significance level by identifying six first order constructs of 'implementing the payment terms', 'fear of responsibility', 'business sustainability transparency', 'past experience of failure', a conbined construct of 'competence of work personnel/cooperation with third parties' and 'sharing personnel information with partner'. The findings from our work are expected to provide important insights to the strategy for SCM risk management for small and medium sized company.

The purpose of this study is, first, to empirically verify the relationship between the influences of the start-up performance and the inherent fear factor of failure on the start-up performance through the preparation of the start-up. Second, this study aims to prove the influence of the moderating effect of social support on the relationship between start-up preparation and the burden of start-up failure. The research subjects were sampled and analyzed by 298 start-ups who are currently starting their own businesses. This study founds that preparation of start-up items, which is a subordinate theory of start-up preparation, had a significant effect on start-up performance, and that anxiety about failure had a significant effect on start-up performance. Using the SPSS statistical program, the hierarchical regression analysis proved the moderating effect of social support in the relationship between star-tup preparation, start-up failure burden and startup performance. Furthermore, the moderating effect of social support among start-up preparation, start-up failure burden and start-up achievement was analyzed, but no significant results were found for start-up failure burden. Besides, the effect of the opposite concept of independent variables on the dependent variables at the same time is to be analysed.
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the subjective relapse experiences of patients with alcohol use disorder in one's life context. Methods: A Q methodology was used to analyze the subjectivity of relapse experiences among 55 participants with alcohol use disorder. Fifty-five Q-statement were derived from interviews and literature review. Q-statements were classified into normally distributed shapes using a 9-point scale. Data were analyzed using the QUANL program. Results: Four types of relapse experiences were identified: failure to self-regulation drinking cravings, fear of relapse and awareness of the need for treatment, drinking as a coping mechanism and defensive coping, and lack of motivation to change drinking behavior. Conclusion: The results of this study suggest that patients with alcohol use disorder need a differential approach based on four types of relapse experiences in the recovery process.

Start up a company is critical to the regional economy and job creation and so get support from government and other organizations, but there are still exist of high rate of failure and CEO's stressful fear of failure. New firms are of utmost importance for the vitality of national economic driving forces but for those failed firms, they caused social and economic problems directly and indirectly, and brought frustration to the founders. The many education and research programs about entrepreneurship and venture creation were undertaken by the country and organizations, but the education and research about the vigilance of failed to start up company were almost ignored. If the attention can be put into the research about failed companies and the research can make the founders and pre-CEOs aware the failure of establishing a company, that would be very valuable as scenarios to see the company risks. This case study shows the finding the reasons which caused the failure of small venture companies and it's implications in the filed of establishing companies. The technology based venture company which had run 10 years in Daedeok's IT field was selected as the research object. The results show that the important factors such as entrepreneur characteristics(lack of communication and management knowledge), business management(lack of business expertise) and technology(loss of unique feature of product and lack of product extension) were the root cause of failures.
RPA (Robotic Process Automation) technology has recently been spotlighted to preemptively respond to the 4th industrial revolution without spending a lot of time and money to improve various existing business and IT processes. In this study, variables affecting intention to use RPA technology were representatively identified into three positive factors and three negative factors, and the causal relationship between the effects of these variables on actual RPA acceptance intention was examined. After conducting an email survey for general office workers, structural equation analysis (SEM) was performed using SPSS 27.0 and SmartPLS 3.3.5. The second order factor of a positive perception consisting of security, accuracy, and efficiency, and the second order factor of a negative perception consisting of job security, execution error, and fear of introduction failure. The positive perception affected the intention to use RPA through perceived usefulness and perceived ease. It was confirmed that the negative perception has a mediating effect on the intention to use RPA through acceptance conflict. In addition, it was confirmed that the presence or absence of experience in using RPA interacts with perceived ease and has a moderating effect on intention to use RPA. It can be said that there is practical and theoretical implications from the point of view of knowledge management in that it allows companies to recognize and respond to which factors are important from the point of view of companies that want to use RPA.
