현장계측을 통한 기존선 철도 구조물 접속부의 거동분석 (Dynamic Analysis of Structure's Approaches through Field Tests in the Conventional Railway)

  • Korean trains pass many mountain areas, so the volume of structures like bridge and tunnel has large part of railway lines. Train speed-up naturally needs a straight line in railway, then structures are increasing, and the length of structure has more than 70% in Kyongbu high-speed railway. The stiffness of bridge and tunnel is higher than the soil in the roadbed in spite of dynamic difference in vibration and displacement. Differences in stiffness have more dynamic effects and increase the deformation and destruction in the track and roadbed. This influences passenger's comfort and the safety of operation, and it needs more track maintenance. This study selected tunnel with ballast track, tunnel with concrete track, and structure's approaches with short maintenance cycle in the roadbed and had track acceleration tests and track liner inspections using track master in the field. This study will measure periodically to structure's approaches which have very fast track irregularity and analyze dynamic differences and track irregularity near structure's approaches, so realize the cause of track irregularity of structure's approaches and use basic data for reasonably strengthening method of structure's approaches.

웨이브렛 변환을 이용한 궤도틀림 분석 (Analysis method for the Measured Track Geometry Data using Wavelet Transform)

  • The regularity of railway track alignment is a crucial component fur maintaining travel safety and the smoothness of passenger ride. The conventional spectral analysis has been considered to estimate the severity of the track irregularity from measured data. The time domain data used to be changed into the frequency domain by Fourier transform. Because the measuring points can be regarded as the time points, the spatial-frequency can be introduced instead of the time-frequency. Although FFT(Fast Fourier Transform) and/or PSD(Power Spectral Density) function could provide fairly localized information within frequency domain, but chronical configurations of data could be missed. In this study, we attempt to apply the Morlet wavelet transform for the purpose of a frequency-time-domain analysis rather than a frequency-domain analysis. The applicability of wavelet transform is examined for the estimation of the track irregularity with real measured track data on the section of Kyoung-bu line by EM-120 measuring vehicle. It is shown that the wavelet transform can be an effective tool to manage the track irregularity.

  • While the environment of usage of information and technology is getting stable and technology is being developed more deeply due to the globalization, making information, standardization, in order to make a fast response to the new industry strategy and business environment, mutual communication and management of correct and fast information are focused on as fundamental elements of keeping competitive power. Accordingly strategic development of urban transit operation organization, storage of information technology of urban railroad, and buildup of standard information infra are very important, so that computerized information system has been built up standardizing efficient maintenance framework of urban transit facilities. To maintain these facilities efficiently, storing the real-time information by standardizing the maintenance organization and building up computerized information system are very important with management of information history of existing maintenance work. Therefore, for the efficient maintenance of track system among urban transit facilities, standardized facilities classification and definition of management elements, and the plan of designing and building standardized database about track. system through standardizing technology resources are described in this paper.

A Study on Track Record and Trajectory Control of Robot Manipulator with Eight Joints Based on Monitoring Simulator for Smart Factory

  • We describe a new approach to real-time implementation of track record and trajectory control of robotic manipulator with eight joints based on monitoring simulator. Trajectory generator uses the kinematic equations of the arm to convert the task description into a series of set points for each of the joint control loops, while the joint controllers, with simple algorithms for just one joint can move at a fast sampling rate, guaranteeing a smooth motion. The proposed control scheme is robust, fast in computation, and suitable for real-time control. Moreover, this scheme does not require any accurate parameter information, nor values of manipulator parameters and payload. Reliability of the proposed technology is veriefied by monitoring simulation and experimental of robot manipulator for the smart factory with eight degrees of freedom.

  • 본 논문의 목적은 보다 빠르고 수월하게 현장의 상황을 반영하여 NP-hard 철도 궤도 유지보수 일정계획을 최적화할 수 있는 Binary Artificial Bee Colony Algorithm (BABC) 휴리스틱 알고리즘을 제안하는 것이다. 본 논문에서 제시하는 방법을 사용하여 빠른 시간 또는 사용자가 제시하는 시간 내에 최적해 또는 최선 해를 제시할 수 있다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 방법을 사용하여 30, 60, 100, 200개 작업의 궤도 유지보수 일정계획 문제의 실험 및 분석을 통하여 목적식 값을 최대화할 수 있었다.

  • Asian countries, ranging from China and Japan to Korea and Taiwan, differ in their industrial development stages to support the aerospace industry, and market access conditions. Despite these differences, all these countries target the aerospace industry as one of their future industries. The phenomenon challenges the conventional view that entry into the aerospace sector follows a gradual path from simple hanger repairs to license production, and to international collaboration. This paper reviews current status of the Asian aerospace with a dichotomy of the conventional promotion and Fast-Track promotion strategies. Analysis revealed that multiple entry points, in terms of technological level, exist in the aerospace industry, while the conventional thinking still holds validity. Then the paper presents potential obstacles and challenges these Asian countries would face in the promotion of the industry.

캄보디아 시엠립 우회도로건설 사업 소개 (Introduction on the by-pass road construction for Siem Reap, Cambodia)

  • The project of Construction of Siem Reap bypass road in Cambodia consists of alignment improvement of existing route, extension of width of road and laterite paving. This project is carried out by fast-track method on the design and construction for bypass road of 15.2 km length and 8m width for five months. Though some difficulties for the construction works such as the location of borrow pit and rock source, rainy seasons etc, the construction could be completed successfully owing to the cooperation of related authorities, company and residents. This 2 way Angkor detouring road will function as industrial roads in Siemreap region. These new two roads will not only bring better logistics requirements and safety, but also impact to poverty alleviation and preservation the beauty of the ecological environment of Angkor region. The basic information related to geotechnical engineering of this project is introduced.
