  • Recently, as the amount of data collected by drones has rapidly increased, it is necessary to support cloud computing technology that can securely and efficiently store and process data. However, various security threats such as stealing, leaking, or tampering with data communicated by drones can occur due to attackers. Therefore, there is a need for security technology to provide secure communication of data collected from drones. Among various security technologies, the KP-ABE scheme, which is attribute-based encryption, is a security technology that satisfies two characteristics: data encryption and user access control. This paper researched the KP-ABE scheme and proposed a secure data access control scheme to the drone environment. This proposed scheme provides confidentiality and integrity of data communicated in a drone environment and secure access control and availability. In addition, it provides a fast ciphertext search and constant size ciphertext among the requirements to be provided in the KP-ABE scheme.

  • There is hare and tortoise racing algorithm(HTA) for single-source(SS) singly linked list(SLL) with O(n) time complexity. But the fast method is unknown for general graph with multi-source, multi-destination, and multi-branch(MSMDMB). This paper suggests linear time cycle detection algorithm for given undirected and digraph with MSMDMB. The proposed method reduced the given graph G contained with unnecessary vertices(or nodes) to cycle into reduced graph G' with only necessary vertices(or nodes) to cycle based on the condition of cycle formation. For the reduced graph G', we can be find the cycle set C and cycle length λ using linear search within linear time. As a result of experiment data, the proposed algorithm can be obtained the cycle for whole data.

  • Sharing of online videos via internet is an emerging and important concept in different types of applications like surveillance and video mobile search in different web related applications. So there is need to manage personalized web video retrieval system necessary to explore relevant videos and it helps to peoples who are searching for efficient video relates to specific big data content. To evaluate this process, attributes/features with reduction of dimensionality are computed from videos to explore discriminative aspects of scene in video based on shape, histogram, and texture, annotation of object, co-ordination, color and contour data. Dimensionality reduction is mainly depends on extraction of feature and selection of feature in multi labeled data retrieval from multimedia related data. Many of the researchers are implemented different techniques/approaches to reduce dimensionality based on visual features of video data. But all the techniques have disadvantages and advantages in reduction of dimensionality with advanced features in video retrieval. In this research, we present a Novel Intent based Dimension Reduction Semi-Supervised Learning Approach (NIDRSLA) that examine the reduction of dimensionality with explore exact and fast video retrieval based on different visual features. For dimensionality reduction, NIDRSLA learns the matrix of projection by increasing the dependence between enlarged data and projected space features. Proposed approach also addressed the aforementioned issue (i.e. Segmentation of video with frame selection using low level features and high level features) with efficient object annotation for video representation. Experiments performed on synthetic data set, it demonstrate the efficiency of proposed approach with traditional state-of-the-art video retrieval methodologies.

  • Background: Demyelination has been observed in neurological disorders, motivating researchers to search for components for enhancing remyelination. Previously we found that Rb1, a major ginsenoside in Korean Red Ginseng (KRG), enhances myelin formation. However, it has not been studied whether Rb1 or KRG function in remyelination after demyelination in vivo. Methods: Mice were fed 0.2% cuprizone-containing chow for 5 weeks and returned to normal chow with daily oral injection of vehicle, KRG, or Rb1 for 3 weeks. Brain sections were stained with luxol fast blue (LFB) staining or immunohistochemistry. Primary oligodendrocyte or astrocyte cultures were subject to normal or stress condition with KRG or Rb1 treatment to measure gene expressions of myelin, endoplasmic reticulum (ER) stress, antioxidants and leukemia inhibitory factor (LIF). Results: Compared to the vehicle, KRG or Rb1 increased myelin levels at week 6.5 but not 8, when measured by the LFB+ or GST-pi+ area within the corpus callosum. The levels of oligodendrocyte precursor cells, astrocytes, and microglia were high at week 5, and reduced afterwards but not changed by KRG or Rb1. In primary oligodendrocyte cultures, KRG or Rb1 increased expression of myelin genes, ER stress markers, and antioxidants. Interestingly, under cuprizone treatment, elevated ER stress markers were counteracted by KRG or Rb1. Under rotenone treatment, reduced myelin gene expressions were recovered by Rb1. In primary astrocyte cultures, KRG or Rb1 decreased LIF expression. Conclusion: KRG and Rb1 may improve myelin regeneration during the remyelination phase in vivo, potentially by directly promoting myelin gene expression.

  • Rice varietal information exchange is vital for agricultural experiments and trials. With the growing size of rice data gathered around the world, and numerous research and development achievements, the effective collection and convenient ways of data dissemination is an important aspect to be dealt with. The collection of this data is continuously worked out through various international cooperation and network programs. The problem in acquiring this information anytime anywhere is the new challenge faced by rice breeders, scientist and crop information specialists, in order to perform rapid analysis and obtain significant results in rice research, thus alleviating rice production. To address these constraints, we propose an Online Analytical Query System, a web query application to provide breeders and rice scientist around the world a fast web search engine for rice varieties, giving the users the freedom to choose from which trial it has been used, trait observation parameters as well as geographical or weather conditions, and location specifications. The application uses data warehouse techniques and OLAP for summarization of agricultural trials conducted, and statistical analysis in deriving outstanding varieties used in these trials, consolidated in an Model-View-Controller Web framework.

  • What are the characteristics of firm executives who have led the fast-growing Korean entertainment industry since the Korean Wave in the early 2000s, and what management implications can be inferred from them? To search for the answer to these questions, we conducted a complete survey of 293 executives from 27 listed Korean entertainment companies. Research has shown that career path diversity has increased in order of general enterprise managers, IT experts, accountants, lawyers and artists, away from the limited human resources level around artists. Thirty three percent of the firms gave stock options to their CEO. This is a positive aspect as data implying that these companies have been striving to do specialization, transparent management, digital and network management, creativity management, and motivational management in the context of sustainablity. However, it was pointed out as an improvement task that the percentage of young(20s and 30s) and female executives is low, even though such people's creativity, sensitivity, initiative and dynamic quality are apt to bring out their advantages especially in the entertainment company, a typical knowledge-creative firms and that the period of the CEO's average tenure was relatively short to 4.02 years.

  • This paper proposes a tag indexing scheme for RFID tag using spatial index. The tag being used for the inventory management and the tag's location is determined by the position of readers. Therefore, the reader recognizes the tag, which is attached products and thereby their positions can be traced down. In this paper, we propose hTag-tree( Hybrid Tag index) which manages RFID tag attached products. hTag-tree is a new index, which is based on tag's attributes with fast searching, and this tag index manages RFID tags using reader's location. This tag index accesses rapidly to tags for insertion, deletion and updating in dynamic environment. This can minimize the number of node accesses in tag searching comparing to previous techniques. Also, by the extension of MER in present tag index, it is helpful to stop the lowering of capacity which can be caused by parent node approach. The proposed index experiment deals with the comparison of tag index. Fixed Interval R-tree, and present spatial index, R-tree comparison. As a result, the amount of searching time is significantly shortened through hTag-tree node access in data search. This shows that the use of proposed index improves the capacity of effective management of a large amount of RFID tag.

  • Based on the findings of Lee et al.(2020) and Lee & Oh(2021), this paper aims to fill the gap in our knowledge regarding the relationship between strategic choices and corporate growth by utilizing a novel dataset of 'Unicorn' and 'Hyper-growing' companies. Two previous studies provide coherent findings that the relationship between firms' strategies and their performance should be explored under a more comprehensive framework with consideration of both internal and external factors. Therefore, in this study, we apply a single conceptual framework to two different datasets, which considers the strategy factors as independent variables, and the industry(market) and the firm age as moderating variables. For our dependent variables, valuations for unicorn companies and revenue CAGR for hyper-growing companies are used after categorizing them into three uniform groups. The strategy variables include 'Generic (Cost-leadership, Differentiation, focus) strategies', 'Growth(Organic, M&A) strategies', 'Leading(Pioneer, Fast-follower) strategies', 'Target market(B2B, B2C, B2G, C2C) strategies', 'Global(Global, Local) strategies', 'Digital(Online, Offline) strategies.' For industry(market) factors, it consists of historical growth rate for industries and economic, demographic, and regulatory aspects of states and countries. To overcome the differences in their units, they are also uniformly categorized into multiple groups. Before we conduct a regression analysis, we analyze the industry distribution of the 'Unicorn' and the 'Hyper-growing' companies with descriptive statistics at the integrated and individual levels. Next, we employ hierarchical regression models on Study A('Unicorn' companies in 2019) and Study B('Hyper-growing' companies in 2019) under the same comprehensive framework. We then analyze the relationship between the 'strategy' and the 'performance' factors with two different approaches: 1) an integrated regression model with both the sample of Study A and B and 2) respective regression models on Study A and B. This empirical study aims to provide a complete understanding and a reference to which strategy factors should be considered to promote firms' scale-up and growth.

  • Recently, big data analysis has developed into a field of interest to individuals and non-experts as well as companies and professionals. Accordingly, it is utilized for marketing and social problem solving by analyzing the data currently opened or collected directly. In Korea, various companies and individuals are challenging big data analysis, but it is difficult from the initial stage of analysis due to limitation of big data disclosure and collection difficulties. Nowadays, the system improvement for big data activation and big data disclosure services are variously carried out in Korea and abroad, and services for opening public data such as domestic government 3.0 (data.go.kr) are mainly implemented. In addition to the efforts made by the government, services that share data held by corporations or individuals are running, but it is difficult to find useful data because of the lack of shared data. In addition, big data traffic problems can occur because it is necessary to download and examine the entire data in order to grasp the attributes and simple information about the shared data. Therefore, We need for a new system for big data processing and utilization. First, big data pre-analysis technology is needed as a way to solve big data sharing problem. Pre-analysis is a concept proposed in this paper in order to solve the problem of sharing big data, and it means to provide users with the results generated by pre-analyzing the data in advance. Through preliminary analysis, it is possible to improve the usability of big data by providing information that can grasp the properties and characteristics of big data when the data user searches for big data. In addition, by sharing the summary data or sample data generated through the pre-analysis, it is possible to solve the security problem that may occur when the original data is disclosed, thereby enabling the big data sharing between the data provider and the data user. Second, it is necessary to quickly generate appropriate preprocessing results according to the level of disclosure or network status of raw data and to provide the results to users through big data distribution processing using spark. Third, in order to solve the problem of big traffic, the system monitors the traffic of the network in real time. When preprocessing the data requested by the user, preprocessing to a size available in the current network and transmitting it to the user is required so that no big traffic occurs. In this paper, we present various data sizes according to the level of disclosure through pre - analysis. This method is expected to show a low traffic volume when compared with the conventional method of sharing only raw data in a large number of systems. In this paper, we describe how to solve problems that occur when big data is released and used, and to help facilitate sharing and analysis. The client-server model uses SPARK for fast analysis and processing of user requests. Server Agent and a Client Agent, each of which is deployed on the Server and Client side. The Server Agent is a necessary agent for the data provider and performs preliminary analysis of big data to generate Data Descriptor with information of Sample Data, Summary Data, and Raw Data. In addition, it performs fast and efficient big data preprocessing through big data distribution processing and continuously monitors network traffic. The Client Agent is an agent placed on the data user side. It can search the big data through the Data Descriptor which is the result of the pre-analysis and can quickly search the data. The desired data can be requested from the server to download the big data according to the level of disclosure. It separates the Server Agent and the client agent when the data provider publishes the data for data to be used by the user. In particular, we focus on the Big Data Sharing, Distributed Big Data Processing, Big Traffic problem, and construct the detailed module of the client - server model and present the design method of each module. The system designed on the basis of the proposed model, the user who acquires the data analyzes the data in the desired direction or preprocesses the new data. By analyzing the newly processed data through the server agent, the data user changes its role as the data provider. The data provider can also obtain useful statistical information from the Data Descriptor of the data it discloses and become a data user to perform new analysis using the sample data. In this way, raw data is processed and processed big data is utilized by the user, thereby forming a natural shared environment. The role of data provider and data user is not distinguished, and provides an ideal shared service that enables everyone to be a provider and a user. The client-server model solves the problem of sharing big data and provides a free sharing environment to securely big data disclosure and provides an ideal shared service to easily find big data.
