농산물 통합 자가 홍보 시스템의 설계 및 구현 (A Design and Implementation of an Integrated Self-Advertisement System for Farm Produces)

  • 식품 유통단계에서 농산물의 안전성 확보는 매우 중요하기 때문에, 모든 나라가 이를 위해 다각적인 노력을 기울이고 있다. 최근, 온라인 쇼핑몰을 통한 농산물 판매 시장 규모가 크게 증가함에 따라, 판매되는 농산물의 이력 정보를 소비자에게 정확하고 편리하게 제공할 수 있는 방안이 다양하게 연구되고 있다. 본 논문은 농산물에 대한 통합 자가 홍보 시스템을 설계하고 구현한다. 제안하는 시스템을 통해 생산자는 자신의 생산자 정보와 함께 자신이 생산한 농산물의 이력정보를 직접 제공함으로써, 농산물 이력정보의 안전성을 높일 수 있으며, 소비자는 검증된 생산자로부터 구매한 농산물에 대한 품질의 신뢰성을 확보할 수 있다. 특히, 제안하는 시스템은 홍보를 위한 큰 비용이나 복잡한 절차가 필요하지 않기 때문에, 소규모 농민들에게 편리한 홍보 수단으로 사용될 수 있으며 판매수익 증대에 도움을 줄 수 있다.

  • 한국인을 위한 식품중 유해성분의 기준설정 및 안전성 평가에 필요한 식품계수를 제안하기 위하여 $1986{\sim}90$년에 걸쳐 국민영양조사에 의한 식품섭취량과 식품수급표에 의한 공급량 자료로부터 농축산식품 원료에 대한 식품 종류별 섭취량을 최적화 하였다. 농축산물의 1인당 1일 평균 섭취량은 1.0kg으로 조정하였으며 곡류 422g, 감자류 29g, 두류 17g, 견과종실류 5g, 과일류 97g, 채소류 300g, 육류 49g, 난류 20g, 우유류 72g 이었다.

  • The wind power generation is an eco-friendly clean energy that produces almost zero $CO_2$ emission, and has a good economic feasibility. As for the location, the installation of large turbines and construction of large-scale wind farm is easier on the offshore than on the land. In Korea, it is inevitable to generate offshore wind power through the offshore wind farm, and the radio interference of larger wind power generators and offshore wind power farm to broadcasting, communication and radars is becoming a core issue for constructing the offshore wind farm. In this study, the wind power generation status and rotor blade technology trend were presented, along with the technical trend of radar radio interference reduction relating to construction of the offshore wind farm.

대학생들의 친환경농산물에 대한 가치관이 친환경적 태도 및 구매의도간의 구조적 영향 관계 - 소비자 신뢰의 조절효과 - (Structural Influence and Relationship between the Environmentally-friendly Attitude and Purchase Intention based on the College Students' Values towards Organic Produces - Moderating Effect of Consumer Confidence -)

  • 친환경농산물의 생산은 생태계 보호와 자연환경을 보존하여 인간이 살아 갈 수 있는 자연환경의 지속적 유지에 궁극적인 목적이 있다고 할 수 있겠다. 이와 같은 사회적 분위기에서 미래의 주역이 될 대학생들의 친환경농산물에 대한 가치관과 환경적 태도는 매우 중요한 의미가 있다고 할 수 있겠다. 본 연구는 대학생들의 친환경 소비가치관, 친환경적 태도, 구매의도간의 인과관계를 검정함에 친환경농산물의 신뢰의 조절효과를 검정하기 위하여 부산지역 대학생들을 대상으로 설문조사를 진행하였다. 2016년 10월 15일부터 30일까지 설문지를 나누어 배포하고, 그중 261부를 SPSS(V 23.0)와 AMOS(V 21.0) 프로그램을 사용하여 빈도분석, 신뢰도 분석 및 확인적 요인 분석, 구조방정식 모형(Structural Equation Modeling)과 두 모형사이의 자유도를 고려한 Chi-square를 비교하여 구매횟수의 조절효과성을 검정하였다. 분석결과, 대학생들의 친환경농산물에 대한 가치관은 친환경적 태도와의 인과관계를 확인할 수 있었고, 소비자 신뢰는 친환경적 태도와 구매의도사이에서 조절효과를 나타내었다. 따라서 정부나 지방단체에서는 미래의 주역이 될 대학생들의 친환경농산물에 대한가치관과 친환경적 태도 및 구매의도와의 인과관계가 확인되었기 때문에, 미래의 친환경농산물 정책을 보다 적극적으로 추진하는 것이 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

  • This paper describes a remote monitoring system of temperature control for cold-storage of farm produce. In cold-storage, it is important that farm produces are stored as fresh. Unfortunately, when an operator goes out from the cold-storage, the temperature could be changed due to the various reasons, for an example, a valve of cooler is broken. The temperature change results in a serious problem of the quality of farm produce. To prevent the problem, the operator has to look to the current state of the temperature of the cold-storage, even he is in long away. Thus, the monitoring system to show the temperature is required to the operator who can move away. Therefore, this paper describes the remote monitoring system of the temperature. The proposed system is expected to help the operator's facilities, and the management of farm produce.

유기농산물 생산농가의 최적영농조직 (A Study on Optimal Farming System for Organic Farm Products)

  • Producing organic farm products is one of the high-payoff farming practices considering the rapid increase of consumer's purchasing power. The purpose of this study is to identify the optimal organic farming system in relation to farm income. To cope with the above objectives, present farming conditions and profitability of 15 farmers producing organic products including rice and leaf vegetables as lettuse and cabbage were surveyed in Hongsung and Ahsan Gun, Chungnam Province. Based on the surveyed data, maximization of organic farm income were analyzed under the constrained conditions such as limited monthly labour inputs and competitive use of land by Linear Programming Model. The results of this study can be summarized as follows. 1. In the profitability analysis of 15 farmers producing organic products, rice farmers could earn their farm income more than that of conventional farmers by 50%. On the other hand, the controlled lettuce farmers could get more about 100% than that of it. But the controlled cabbage farm could get more about 40% of it. These organic farm products were saled at high prices comparing with the prices of conventional farm products by 170% ~ 230% even though the crop yields produced by organic materials had decreased. 2. According to the labor requirement of the organically produced crops, rice cultivation was needed more labour inputs than the conventional farming method by 130%. On the other hand lettuce and cabbage could saved labour requirement by 40% and 80% of those respectively. Especially for the rice cultivation concern, higher labor requirement was due to the activities as organic fertilization, soil preparation and pest and weed controll, etc. 3. With the surveyed data from farmers who produced farm commodities, L.P. analysis was implemented to find out the optimul farming system and the maximum income. According to the results of L.P. analysis, 58% of total farm income could get more than the conventional farming system In the case of rice cultivation, one ha of paddy was recommendable to save more labour inputs than the controlled leaf vegetables such as lettuse and cabbage. However, in the controlled leaf vegatables, only 73% of total upland equivalent to 0.3 ha should be cultivated under the condition of labor shortage as the restricted 4 workers. And increasing the size of hogs raising should be recommened to achieve self-sufficiency of organic fertilizer. As pointed out the possibility of organic farming, present farmers producing organic farm products could be able to maximize their income by expanding organic farm size with regard to all conditions of our organic industry. Of course, there are many difficulties in the course of developing organic agriculture. So Government should effort to support the development of our organic agriculture considering the various aspects of production, marketing, Quality certification of organic produces.

  • 이 연구는 한국형 양송이버섯 재배 배지 후발효 시스템의 개발을 통해 양송이버섯 농가의 노동력 절감, 생산 사이클 단축을 통한 농가 소득 증가를 목적으로 두고 있다. 한국형 양송이버섯 재배 배지 후발효 시스템은 국내 양송이버섯 농가의 현실을 반영하여 설계되었으며, 후발효 시스템 내의 발효 배지의 온도 차를 줄여 균일한 품질을 보장하는 양송이버섯 재배 배지를 생산할 수 있다. 또한, 성능 실험 결과 배지 후발효 시스템이 40시간의 작업 시간이 단축되었으며, 양송이버섯 배지에 도움이 되는 호기성 세균 및 방선균은 증가함을 알 수 있었으며, 양송이버섯 품질을 저하시키는 사상균은 살균됨을 확인하였다.

Expression of manB Gene from Escherichia coli in Lactococcus lactis and Characterization of Its Bifunctional Enzyme, Phosphomannomutase

  • Phosphomannomutase (ManB) converts mannose-6-phosphate (M-6-P) to mannose-1-phosphate (M-1-P), which is a key metabolic precursor for the production of GDP-D-mannose used for production of glycoconjugates and post-translational modification of proteins. The aim of this study was to express the manB gene from Escherichia coli in Lactococcus lactis subsp. cremoris NZ9000 and to characterize the encoded enzyme. The manB gene from E. coli K12, of 1,371 bp and encoding 457 amino acids (52 kDa), was cloned and overexpressed in L. lactis NZ9000 using the nisin-controlled expression system. The enzyme was purified by Ni-NTA column chromatography and exhibited a specific activity of 5.34 units/mg, significantly higher than that of other previously reported ManB enzymes. The pH and temperature optima were 8.0 and $50^{\circ}C$, respectively. Interestingly, the ManB used in this study had two substrate specificity for both mannose-1-phosphate and glucose-1-phosphate, and the specific activity for glucose-1-phosphate was 3.76 units/mg showing 70% relative activity to that of mannose-1-phosphate. This is the first study on heterologous expression and characterization of ManB in lactic acid bacteria. The ManB expression system constructed in this study canbe used to synthesize rare sugars or glycoconjugates.
