본 연구의 목적은 질적 연구방법인 내러티브를 바탕으로 학교상담사의 삶 속에서 자녀양육 경험은 어떠하였으며 자녀양육 경험의 의미는 무엇이었는지 탐구하는 데 있다. 연구를 위해 8년 이상의 경력이 있고 학교상담사로 근무하며 자녀를 청소년 시기에 양육한 경험이 있는 두 명의 여성을 연구 참여자로 선정하였으며, 인터뷰를 거쳐 다음과 같이 연구 결과를 도출하였다. 3차원적 내러티브 탐구공간이라고 지칭되는 시간성 사회성 장소에 집중하여 학교상담사들의 자녀양육 경험을 구성하였는데 결과는 다음과 같다. 먼저 학교상담사들은 원가족에게 양육 받은 경험이 자녀에게 영향을 미치고 있음을 "통찰" 하였다. 상담공부 후 훈육과 강압적인 태도로 양육한 것에 대해 "반성과 사과"의 과정을 거쳐, 자녀를 이해하고 바람직한 부모-자녀관계를 형성하고자 노력하는 "충분히 좋은 양육자 되어가기"를 탐색할 수 있었다. 그리고 체험적 통찰을 통해 "진정한 상담사로 거듭나기"로 변모해 가고 있었으며, 이는 "온전히 기능하는 나"의 의미를 담고 있었다.

본 연구는 전화상담자들이 상담 현장에서 경험하는 직무스트레스와 심리적 소진을 감소시키기 위해 IFS 이론 근거로 프로그램을 개발하고, 그 효과를 검증하는 것이다. 9명을 사전 선정하여 요구조사를 시행한 후 프로그램 세부 활동 및 내용조직과 타당성을 검토 하였고, 전문가들에게 예비연구를 실시하여, 평가 및 수정·보완을 하여 최종 프로그램 구성하였다. 프로그램 효과검증을 위해 자발적으로 참여한 전화상담자를 대상으로 실험집단 10명, 통제집단 10명을 선정하였고, 실험집단에게 주 2회기씩 집단프로그램을 실시하여 효과 검증을 하였다. 연구 결과는 첫째, 전체 직무스트레스와 그 하위요인인 '업무과다', '어려운 내담자', '상담자에 대한 사회적 기대' 점수가 통계적으로 유의하게 감소하였다. 둘째, 심리적 소진의 하위요인인 '신체적 피로감', '비협조적 업무환경', '내담자 가치 저하', '사생활 악화'가 유의하게 감소하였다. 셋째, IFS 적용 프로그램에 따른 IFS 점수가 유의미하게 감소하였다.

To give additional assistance in education for family time use and time management a computer program based on the time-related theories was developed. For this purpose the study consisted of three main stages. First various theories of family time use time management strategies and household work time were investigated and the assumptions were suggested. Second the module for predicting family time use was designed and the program using the module was developed. Third to evaluate the program's benefits the program was used at introductory class of undergraduate course. As the results the sophisticated software program could be used as an educational instrument to help not only students but also individual and family member to become knowledgeable about managers of family time resource. furthermore this program could be useful for the educators and counselors to help individuals and households with time use problems.

본 연구는 상담전문가의 직무스트레스 및 극복력이 심리적 안녕감에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 구글 설문지를 통해 전국의 상담관련 직종에서 근무하고 있는 상담전문가를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 총 250명의 자료를 분석하였다. 자료분석을 위해 주요변인들 간의 기술통계분석과 상관분석을 실시하였고, 인과관계를 검증하기 위하여 IBM SPSS Statistics Version 24.0 프로그램을 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 인구통계학적 변수(성별, 연령, 학력, 상담경력, 수퍼비젼 빈도)에서 심리적 안녕감에 미치는 요인은 나타나지 않았다. 직무스트레스 요인중에 상담자에 대한 사회적 기대가 상대적으로 큰 영향을 미쳤으며, 극복력 요인은 자신과 삶의 수용이 적극적일 때 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과는 상담전문가의 심리적 안녕감을 높이는 다양한 방안의 기초자료로서 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

Modern society has become an aging society, and the National Statistics Office(NSO) expects that Korea will be also an aging society by 2019, that is, people over the age of 65 will account for 14 percent from the total population. In addition, the increase of labor flexibility is also one of the dramatic features in modern society. However, this social shift have unpredictable results, that is, the advent and increase of grandparent and grandchildren family. Modern medical technology has given Koreans longer expectancies, and structural and economic changes in society have brought early retirement. One of the main reasons that grandparent and grandchildren family increase is below an average of two children per family. There are various services available such as Health support center, Dream start center, Youth support center, Community child center, and Community welfare center. Besides, schools operates various programs for grandparent and grandchildren family with social workers and school counselors. But, most of all, what is necessary is a change of perspective on them. Basically, we need to develop a clear perspective on grandparent and grandchildren family as a not dismantling family type but alternative family type with creating a separate program or service

가족을 중시하던 우리나라에서도 요즈음 이혼율이 급증하고 있다. 그런데 대부분의 상담자들이 부부를 상담할 때 서구에서 발전된 가족 및 부부 상담이론들을 우리나라 사람들에게 그대로 적용하고 있다. 그러나 한국문화는 무교, 불교, 유교와 같은 종교의 영향아래 독특한 가족주의적 특성을 보이고 있어 서양문화의 가치를 반영하는 기존의 주요 상담접근으로는 충분한 상담효과를 기대하기 어렵다. 특히 한국사회에는 서양의 핵가족 형태인 부부중심 가족관계와는 달리 전통적으로 가계를 잇기 위한 혈통을 중시하고, 자녀교육에 우선적인 가치를 두며, 장유유서와 같은 서열을 강조하는 부자(父子)중심의 가족관계가 팽배해 있다. 이러한 문화권에서는 상담자가 개인 자체에 역점을 두며 부부간의 친밀성을 최우선으로 하는 것만으로는 부족하고, 부자중심의 가족관계 관점에서 자신의 위치에 따른 역할을 살펴보도록 초점 맞출 필요가 있다.

The purpose of this study was to develop the new marital intimacy enrichment program. Some family counselors(or therapists) and 3 couples'interviewees helped to design this program. This program intended to increase couples to understand one's personality, feeling, and behavior each other. For the purpose of it, two psychological theories and two family therapy theories were provided for the base of this program. This program is consisted of 6 sessions that are Sharing, Real Understanding of Our Personalities 1, Understanding of Our Personalities H, Understanding of Our family of Origins and Habits, Understanding of Our Recent Life, and Understanding of Our Feelings, aiming for increasing couple's cognitive, affective, and sexual intimacy.

본 연구는 교정전문가 및 상담자의 인식을 통해 출소자의 사회재적응 경험을 탐색하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 범죄학 교수, 판사, 교정시설 종사자 등 교정전문가와 한국법무보호복지공단의 교정 상담자, 총 18명을 대상으로 반구조화된 심층면접을 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 Krippendorff(2003)가 제안한 내용분석 절차에 따라 분석이 이루어졌다. 연구 결과, 출소자들의 사회재적응 경험과 관련하여 '교육', '심리치료', '취업 및 구직활동', '봉사 문화 여가 활동', '사회 국가적 지원'의 5개 영역에서 보호요인, 장애요인, 정책제언의 요소를 15개의 차원과 36개의 범주, 77개의 의미단위로 도출하였다. 연구결과에 기초하여 논의와 제한점을 제시하였다.

This study examined differences in counseling work and work performance in a firm by the individual characteristics of counselors. This study also investigated the effects of consumer counselor's reaction and stress from counseling work on counselor satisfaction in regards to counseling work and work performance. The results of this study are as follows. First, consumer counselor's work satisfaction was high for female counselors, university-educated, with middle or high status occupations, had short work years, had a higher tendency towards consumerism, worked in a counseling department with an active reaction policy towards consumer complaints, and had a lower level. Second, the work performance of a counselor was high for those who were older, university-educated, had short work years, worked in large-size counseling departments in a firm, had a higher tendency of consumerism, and worked in counseling departments with active reaction policies toward consumer and consumer's complaints. Third, consumer counselor's work stress effected work satisfaction but did not influence work performance. The counselor's reaction towards consumer's complaints influenced the work performance but did not influence the work satisfaction of a counselor.

본 연구는 현재 다문화상담지원의 문제점을 분석하고 이에 따른 효율적인 다문화상담자 교육 방안을 제시하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 서울 경기지역의 다문화 현장 전문가 11명을 대상으로 3개의 포커스 그룹 인터뷰를 실시한 후 자료를 분석하였다. 자료 분석은 박사 2인과 석사1인이 실시하였으며, 외부 다문화 전문가 1인에게 검수를 받았다. 연구 참여자들과의 포커스 그룹 인터뷰를 통한 자료 분석 결과 5개의 범주의 13개 하위영역 46개의 개념이 도출되었다. 5개의 각 범주는 다문화상담의 문제점, 효과적인 다문화상담전략, 필요한 다문화적 지식 요소, 다문화적 태도와 인식을 갖춘 상담자 자질, 효과적인 다문화상담의 교육방식이었다. 마지막으로 본 연구결과의 활용방안, 연구 의의 및 후속연구에 대한 제안을 하였다.
