The information technology(IT) development of telecommunication, along with the information analyzation over the world, enables the firms to process their inner and outer operations through Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) system. And the concept of logistics has become more important to the enterprises in strategic sense because it had aggrandized itself to more comprehensive and integrative concept. Also the world shipping market is more competitive than any other market. In these environment, to maintain competitive power, shipping firms process operations by Logistics Information system(LIS), And then, reduce the working processes, working time and its costs. So the LIS has become more important in developing our national logistics system and industry. Therefore, this study purposes on empirically analyzing the activation factors of shipping LIS and the relationship these, factors with logistic performances in the shipping industry. Considering environments of Shipping logistics information system, this study sets up the research model and hypothesis to examine the activation factors of shipping LIS and the relationship these factors with logistic performances. We used the field data on the 163 numbers of firms(29 overseas shipping companies and 133 forwarding Agency) to get the empirical evidence. According to the study results, The shipping LIS activation factors which the sample firms recognized as important: were top managers support, well structured communication channel, strategic plans connection and inner information analyzation level. And IS organization & human resources, IS discipline & training, software development, IS organizational alignment, database management system, information standardization, competitive advantage, financial support and government support represent partially significant. Also, the current shipping LISs main problems are expensive system cost, standardization of working processs, institutions imperfection and systems interaction defect. So these problems must be improved to activate shipping LIS.
Depending on changes in industrial structure, industrial accident preventive measures have been developed in various forms. The focus for prevention of industrial accidents had been changed from part of the hardware to behavior and consciousness of workers. According to the change of focus, Korea's industrial accident preventive measures also has been adjusted to voluntary safety and health considering the safety culture and such attempts of preventive measures has contributed for reducing the accident rate. Safety culture is difficult to access due to the fact that factors that make up the safety culture are comprehensive and varied and there are many of external factors that affect to the safety culture. Moreover, there is a limit for applying specific preventive measures. Because, management culture or value of enterprises is various depending on each country or region. Nevertheless, looking at previous studies of advanced countries, they are presenting the fact that safety leadership has greater influence to formation of the safety culture. As a result, we study the Influence of manager's safety leadership that effect on safety culture. we want to propose the way to activate safety culture in workplace and to contribute for safety culture research.

The main goal of higher education institutions is to present a high level of quality education to its students. This study uses data mining techniques to extract educational data from cumulative databases and used them to make the right decisions. This paper also aims to find the factors affecting students' academic performance in Majmaah University, KSA, during 2010 - 2017 period. The study utilized a sample of 6,158 students enrolled from two colleges, males and females. The results showed a high percentage of stumbling and dismissed between graduate and regular students where more than 62.5% failed to follow the plan. Only 2% of students scored distinction during their study of all graduated since their grade point average, secondary level, was statistically significant, where p<0.05. Dismissed percentage was higher among males. These results promoted some recommendations in which decision-makers could take them in considerations for better improvement of academic achievements: including of specialized programs to follow-up in regards to stumbling and failure. Utilization of different communication tools are needed to activate academic advisory for dismiss and dropout evaluation.
The Community Center is a location designated to enhance the spirit and unity of the residents in the community, through construction and promotion of entertainment, welfare of citizens, and cultural activity. Recently, the roles of the Community Center has become far more diverse, and multiple gadgets and apparatus to encourage the participation and usage of the programs offered at the Community Center. Therefore, the general consensus predicts that the Community Center will continue to encourage further interaction and cooperation, and perform its functions accordingly. The function of this plan is to enable the usage of the basic blueprint of the current Community Center, if in the near future, new buildings were to be constructed, by extracting and deducting the current innovations in the architectural blueprint of the Community Center and the comprising factors within. The specimen of this plan will be the case of Ansan City, and in order to activate this plan, we will contemplate about the functions and placement standards before we actually go through the process of interpreting and analyzing data of the case of Ansan City's Community Center, particularly its comprising factors and changes in their construction plan. We are planning to organize the programs that the Community Center is offering, and process information relating to the base of the edifice, in order to enhance the efficacy and efficiency of the process.
In this study we presented the plans to activate the Internet Shopping Mall for GWmart under its present situation recording a rapid growth in sales and recognized as a local new distribution channel since its early stage, using the analysis that affects the purchases of consumers. On studying the reliance of a shopping mall, only the shopping mall image and the efficiency in providing information are significant. Regarding the concentration on the shopping site by shoppers, what becomes significant are the efficiency in providing information and the convenience in searching for products, which is one of the important factors in increasing sales, does not affect the reliance of a shopping mall and the concentration on the shopping site by shoppers. Therefore, this finding suggests that it is not easy to access the internet shopping mall when consumers go shopping for certain products. Because of this, it is necessary to change the design and structure of internet shopping mall to focus on the consumers. Moreover, this study showed that the efficiency in providing information to customers and the image of the shopping mall do not affect the consumers' intention to purchase, which means that shopping mall lacks in its information service and the management of its structure. To address this, it is required to advance the User Interface and contents of internet shopping mall.
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the level of distress and posttraumatic growth in fathers of chronically ill children and also, to identify the relation between characteristics of the fathers and children and their posttraumatic growth and to investigate factors that influence posttraumatic growth. Methods: In this study, 48 fathers who visited a university hospital in Seoul, Korea and who gave written consent completed the questionnaire between September 23 and November 19, 2013. Data were analyzed using Mann-Whitney U test, Kruskal-Wallis test, Pearson correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression. Results: The level of distress in fathers of chronically ill children was relatively high and the majority of them were experiencing posttraumatic growth. Models including the variable (deliberate rumination, religiousness, optimism) explained 64.3% (F=26.38, p <.001) of the variance for posttraumatic growth. Deliberate rumination (${\beta}=.59$, p <.001) was the most influential factor. Conclusion: The findings demonstrate that it is essential for nurses to intervene and facilitate continuously so as to promote posttraumatic growth and relieve distress in fathers of chronically ill children. Furthermore, it is also necessary for nurses to find ways to develop ideal interventions to activate deliberate rumination and offer spiritual care and help maintain optimism in these individuals.
Interferon tau (IFN$\tau$), the pregnancy recognition signal in ruminants, suppresses transcription of the estrogen receptor (ER) gene in the endometrial luminal (LE) and superficial glandular epithelium (sGE) to prevent oxytocin receptor (OTR) expression and pulsatile release of luteolytic prostaglandin $F_{2{\alpha}}$ (PGF), Interferon regulatory factors one (IRF-l) and two (IRF-2) are transcription factors induced by IFN$\tau$ that activate and silence gene expression, respectively. Available results suggest that IFN$\tau$ acts directly on LE and sGE during pregnancy to induce sequentially IRF-l and then IRF-2 gene expression to silence transcription of ER and OTR genes, block the luteolytic mechanism to maintenance a functional corpus luteum (CL) and, signal maternal recognition of pregnancy. The theory for maternal recognition of pregnancy in pigs is that the uterine endometrium of cyclic gilts secretes PGF in an endocrine direction, toward the uterine vasculature for transport to the CL to exert its luteolytic effect. However, in pregnant pigs, estrogens secreted by the conceptuses are responsible, perhaps in concert with effects of prolactin and calcium, for exocrine secretion of PGF into the uterine lumen where it is sequestered to exert biological effects and / or be metabolized to prevent luteolysis.
The market structure and consumer characteristics are changing dynamically according to internet shopping industry developing based on Web 2.0. But, there is absent typical online service after 'Cyworld.' The social shopping sites based on social networking reflect to present phenomenon that collective intellect, information sharing, participate in making information. The social shopping sites are not limited in particular shopping sites but include all of sites in online. So, consumers can copy various products and display on their own blog provided from social shopping sites and make some purchase reviews and any comments about products can lead transactions among social shopping sites. So, it might be a one of meta-shopping mall like 'Naver.' As the social shopping sites are new form, we just applied to TAM theory to figure out acceptance factors using SEM. The perceived enjoyment affect to usefulness, ease of use and using intension. The perceived ease of use also affect to usefulness and the usefulness affect to using intension positively. But the perceived ease of use was for nothing in using intension. Finally, we provided managerial implications to activate domestic online shopping industry and theoritical meaning using extended TAM.
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify self-leadership and attitude to patient falls and fall prevention behavior in nurses. Methods: The participants were 178 nurses from two general hospitals in Seoul. Data were collected from March 20 to May 10, 2012 using structured questionnaires which included a Self-leadership scale, Fall attitude scale, and Fall prevention scale. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation and Hierarchial multiple regression with the SPSS/WIN 20.0 program. Results: The mean score for nurses' self-leadership was 3.48 (5 point scale). The average reported fall attitude was 3.59 (5 point scale) and fall prevention behavior was 3.26 (4 point scale). Self-leadership had a 18% explanatory power in fall attitude and a 5% explanatory power in fall prevention behavior. The factors which influenced fall prevention behavior were nurses' fall attitude (${\beta}$=.21, p=.009), fall prevention education (${\beta}$=.20, p=.007) and self-leadership (${\beta}$=.16, p=.047). All of the factors together had a 13.1% explanatory power. Conclusion: The results of this study suggest that provision of regularly fall prevention education to nurses is required and should include a program to activate their positive attitude and self-leadership in order to improve fall prevention behavior in nurses.
There is a growing interest for 'Cloud computing' to cut costs, and help the users focus on their core business instead of being impeded by IT obstacles. As it became IT version 3.0 which represents the era of cloud services and the dominance of a new kind of IT service provider, cloud service providers (CSPs)' role is more critical as a trusted IT advisor to include cloud migration and integration expertise. However, previous literatures related to cloud computing service have mainly analyzed from customers, although it is hard for customers to totally understand the complex and diverse cloud ecosystem. Therefore, it is an urgent task to mitigate the inhibitory factors in providing the cloud services for activating cloud industry. This study, an exploratory research based on interviews, has derived factors of promoting and hindering the activation of cloud computing from the provider's perspective, and has analyzed a sequence of cause and effect for each factor. For this, the casual loop diagram was developed to deduce key issues, and propose an alternative. The results of this study are expected to help activate 'Cloud computing' in Korea by minimizing the potential negative effects of activating 'Cloud computing' industry.
