This study examines the fact-check coverage provided by the SNU fact-check center site(factcheck.snu.ac.kr). A total of 50 articles that were cross-checked by multiple news media organizations were analyzed. The study's variables were topics, types, characteristics, consistency of the news media organizations' judgement, and fact-check sources. This study found that fact-checking coverage was generally focused on presidential or general election candidates or politicians, as well as political topics. The types of fact-checking coverage primarily included factual information, as well as some opinions or interpretations. Fact-check coverage was mainly focused on the facts of the statements themselves, causal relationships, or the timing or target of the comparison criteria. On average, the fact-checking coverage most frequently assigned the judgment 'mostly false, and primarily used interviews of individuals or data from organizations involved in the issue, government data, and experts' statements as the bases for its fact-checking judgements.

In this paper, we introduce the model so-called Explainable Fact-Checking model based on attention mechanism which shows both the result of fact check of the news and the evidence of verdict. Recently, several news surge on media, so fact check attracts much attentions. However, in present fact check relies on the search made by journalists and members of fact check orgainzation, so there is some researchs about automated fact checking. Therefore in this paper we propose explainable automated fact checking model.

The aim of the present study was to compare the research trends on disinformation between Korean and abroad. To achieve this objective, a total of 283 author-assigned English keywords in 104 Korean papers and 3,551 author-assigned English keywords in 861 abroad papers were collected from the whole research fields and the publication periods. The collected data were analyzed using NetMiner V.4 to discover their 'degree centrality' and 'betweenness centrality'of the keyword network. The result are as follows. First, the major research topics of disinformation in Korea were drawn such as 'Freedom of Expression', 'Fact Check', 'Regulation', 'Media Literacy', and 'Information Literacy' in order; whereas, in abroad were shown like 'Social Media', 'Post Truth', 'Propaganda', 'Information Literacy', and 'Journalism' in order. Second, in terms of the influence of research topics related to disinformation, in Korea were identified such as 'Fact Check', 'Freedom of Expression', and 'Hoax' in order; whereas, in abroad were shown such as 'Social Media' and 'Detection' in order. Finally, in an aspect of intervention of research topics related to disinformation, in Korea were 'Fact Check', 'Polarization', 'Freedom of Expression', and 'Commercial'; whereas, in abroad were 'Social Media', 'Detection', and 'Machine Learning' in order.

We often feel the necessity to communicate with members involved in a project to remote discuss business activities, needs for the fast file transfer, and check the existence of members to talk with. There are some commercial applications in these problems. However, in addition to those existing functions, this study focuses especially on adding couple of functions such as automatic responding function, in which a sender of a message automatically knows if a receiver checks the message. Its application is that a project leader sends an important message and later on can check at his desk the fact that who have checked their messages. The prototype application, build in this study, will check the correctness of every sub-function, and then the interface of inter-sub-functions, finally the integrity of the entire system, so that important information will not be lost among members of a project in the real world situation.

In the last two decades, codes over noncommutative rings have been one of the main trends in coding theory. Due to the fact that noncommutativity brings many challenging problems in its nature, still there are many open problems to be addressed. In 2015, generator polynomial matrices and parity-check polynomial matrices of generalized quasi-cyclic (GQC) codes were investigated by Matsui. We extended these results to the noncommutative case. Exploring the dual structures of skew constacyclic codes, we present a direct way of obtaining parity-check polynomials of skew multi-twisted codes in terms of their generators. Further, we lay out the algebraic structures of skew multipolycyclic codes and their duals and we give some examples to illustrate the theorems.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the impact of mediator effect related to role-orientation of traditional newspaper editors in terms of role-cognition and role-orientation in aspects of real reportage attitude by classifying the newspaper editor's role-cognition with social stability, reform, check, on the other hand, role-orientation with reporter's intention, intention of actual fact, and reader's intention. The results were as follows: In terms of reporter's intention the research showed the fact that reporter's intentions was influenced by the role cognition of social stability and at the same time, it also made to reduce the attitude of real reportage. Compared with intention of actual fact and reader's intention, the intention of actual fact could be only influenced by the social stability, but it could not give any effectiveness to the attitude of real reportage, furthermore, the research showed the fact that reader's intention aroused some mediator effects which newspaper editor's role cognition gave rise to the attitude of real reportage much more strongly.
