Rain data and water-level data are importantly used for dam operation at flood period. Because dams are directly controlled by the water-level data, the characteristic of the water-level gauges is necessary to be managed. Thus, we developed the standard test facility and method for testing the water-level gauges which are a float type, a supersonic type and a radar type. And we calculated the uncertainty of the standard test facility to maintain the accuracy of water-level gauges. Through development of this facility, we could obtain the characteristics and the calibration factor of the water-level gauges. And, this study showed that the standard test facility can be widely used for dam operation and basin management.

Airport facility is infrastructure that become external creditworthiness and linear measure of country competitive power. Among them, receive and supply of electric power facility of airport is very important in peculiarity, trustability, safety side of airport. In this parer, sorted domestic airline as 4 classes by code to accomplish standardization for receive and supply of electric power facility of airport. And established justice and coverage about receive and supply of electric power facility using without any standard present and analyze problem for receive and supply of electric power facility of existing airport and presents standard. Finally, present standard single-line diagram by airport grade and system grade standard of receive and supply of electric power facility of airport.

Currently, there is no facility standard for a city public health center. The facility standard of rural public health center is referred to architectural plan of city public health center. This study is about architectural plan of the city public health center and have been in 7 public health centers in Daegu investigated. Conclusions can be summarized as follows: 1) The Mother and child hygienic section, area ratio which is presented by the facility standard of rural public health center must be increased in case of city public health center since function-reinforcement of the mother and child hygienic section is required. 2) Business section, the area ratio which is presented by the facility standard of rural public health center must be diminished for city public health center because it has been excessively allocated.

To realize the global standard of the assembly facility, one of key point is an influence of local characteristic. The global standardized information could be a useful input, especially at the beginning stage of the project. The content should be carefully checked against local requirements, in order to develop an Assembly Facility design to meet local regulations & characteristics. The level of input information required in each step is different depend on regions & countries. At an execution stage of the project, the global standard input needs to be updated as customized final input for the construction. There will be many issues to be clarified and coordinated so that the Assembly facilities meet the final requirements for the production technology. As a result, it is important to understand the timing to use the global standard information and the contents what is needed to adapt to the local characteristics. And close collaboration between production technology team and facility team is always required.

Recently, the necessity of rapid response to social problems such as disasters and quarantine arising from the complex and diverse social structures has emerged. As the number of large buildings increases, large-scale human damage is expected in the event of a disaster such as fire. To solve this problem, efficient control must be achieved through interfacing with various equipment and facilities installed inside the building. In this paper, we intend to study the interface method for various facilities in the building for efficient control. In detail, the facility standard model is defined by examining the status and specification of building. In addition, we intend to design and propose a standard facility communication data frame to support the protocol applicable to this model.

Objectives: Herbal dispensaries can be installed separately from medical institutions. This study was done to suggest directions of regulation on management of externally installed herbal dispensaries. Methods: In this study, we visited and investrigated 7 representative herbal dispensaries to understand current status of herbal dispensaries. After comprehending current domestic regulations on herbal dispensaries, we referred "Management Practice on Dispensary Facility of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Medical Institution", "Enforcement Rule of Decree on Institution Standard of Manufacturing and Importation for Drugs, etc." and "Enforcement Rule of Food Sanitation Act" to suggest improved regulations for herbal dispensaries. Results: We suggested reasonable regulations for facility standards including location of building, dispensary room, water supply facility, lavatory and storage facility, etc.. Conclusions: We hope that results of this study could be baseline data for developing regulations on facility standards of herbal dispensaries.

The present paper describes the setup of standard partial discharge calibrator for measuring partial discharge and estimating uncertainties. The standard PD calibrator was designed and set up, consisting of a digital pulse generator, capacitor modules, and a digital oscilloscope controlled by software developed in the laboratory. Using this software, averages of charges and rising times and their standard deviations in the measured pulses can also be calculated. The standard PD calibrator generates five types of pulses: single, double, random, oscillating, and long-rising. The coefficient sensitivities to estimate the uncertainties of pulses were extracted in the model circuit of the standard PD calibrator. The uncertainties of charges and rising times in pulses of the standard PD calibrator were estimated with single pulses. These values were 0.3%-1.4% in charges and 1.9%-7.0% in rising time; however, these values are lower than the limit values in IEC 60270.

This study investigates application cases of facility management system model for enhancing facility productivity of industry filed around medium and small facility processing companies and finds the inefficiency of the existing management model. Following items are researched to seek out methods and measures to maximize facility productivity through empirical analysis by exploring and establishing a new management model. First, the empirical analysis, it is found that the overall equipment efficiency index used for facility productivity management in the companies has a difficulty being used as the index for it in actual medium-small processing companies. Second, a new facility management system model applying standard cycle time is suggested among facility management index system to measure facility productivity. Third, the empirical analysis is used to verify that developed facility management system model is a useful method to manage the facility productivity by applying the model to actual medium-small processing companies. Finally, it is necessary to implement comparison analysis on whether actual productivity enhancement induces a distinctly different result by using a new facility management index system model to be inhibited in this study.

다학제적인 해양연구가 활발하게 수행됨에 따라 다양한 종류의 해양연구시설·장비가 매년 구입되고 있다. 그러나 해양 연구시설·장비 중, 환경자료 수집 및 시료채취 등에 사용하는 다양한 종류의 현장 관측장비들을 현재의 국가연구시설·장비 표준분류체계로 분류하여 관리하는 데 어려움이 있다. 한국해양과학기술원의 경우 미분류상태로 적절히 관리되지 않는 연구시설·장비가 약 30% 정도이다. 본 연구에서는 해양 연구시설·장비를 특성에 따라 중분류군 7개와 소분류군 36개로 분류하고, 국가연구시설장비 표준분류체계에 의해 해양 연구시설·장비를 효율적으로 관리하기 위해 '환경관측/분석장비'라는 대분류군을 국가연구시설장비 표준분류체계에 추가하기를 제안한다. 그리고 해양 연구시설·장비 중 실험실에서 운영하는 장비들은 기존의 국가연구시설장비 표준분류체계에 따라 분류할 것을 제안한다. 이를 통하여 우리나라 전체의 해양관련 연구시설·장비를 체계적으로 분류하여 효과적으로 관리할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the facility standards of the elderly welfare facilities applying the seven principles of the universal design. The facility standards of the elderly welfare facilities were limited to the provisions of the "Enforcement Regulation of the Elderly Welfare Act". There are few legal regulations applying the universal design in the construction of the elderly welfare facilities. The facility standards are set only with the minimum requirements such as securing the safety of the user, securing the space area, functional convenience, and risk prevention. However, the contents of the regulations are limited to the minimum standards for functional convenience and safety required for living. In conclusion, in the elderly welfare facilities, the notion of universal design, which considers not only the elderly, but also service providers, employees, and general visitors, should be considered.
