정상교합자의 미소시 구순 형태에 관한 연구 (Evaluation of the Lip during Smile in Normal Occlusion Adults)

  • 이 연구는 악안면 영역의 심미적 개선에 필요한 미소의 형태에 대한 기준을 설정하기 위하여 시행하였다. 성인 정상교합자 62명(남자;30명, 평균연령;22.7세, 여자;32명, 평균연령;21.8세)을 대상으로 안정위시와 미소시의 얼굴 정면 사진을 촬영하였고, 미소시 입술의 형태변화, 그리고 입술과 치아와의 관계를 계측, 분석하였다. 이 연구로 부터 얻어진 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 하순 상연의 만곡과 상악 절단연과의 평행관계인 smile line ratio는 0.09이었고, buccal corridor ratio는 0.63, smile symmetry ratio는 0.96이었다. 2. 미소시 양 구각주 간의 거리는 안정위시 구각부 간 거리의 1.31배였으며, 얼굴 폭의 0.48배였다. 3. 미소시 상순의 수직길이는 안정위시 길이의 0.69배였고, 하순의 수직길이는 안저위시 길이의 0.96배였다. 4. 상악 전치의 노출량은 9.96mm이었고, 상악 전치의 노출은 미소시 상순의 수직길이의 변화율이 었고, 미소시 구각부 길이의 비, buccal corridor ratio등과 관계 깊었다.

2급 방진마스크 밀착도 평가 (Fit Tests for Second-class Half Masks)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study is to confirm whether there is a factor to affect the evaluation of fit test of a 2nd class half masks using a OPC test method. Methods: Total 34 adults including Males and Females were tested using OPC-based fit testing equipment while wearing a 2nd class half filtered mask. Results: 1. The result of measuring face dimensions using different tools such as a 3D scanner and digital calipers revealed that the variation of lip width was not statistically significant because there was only a difference of about 4 mm. However, it showed that a difference in face length was statistically significant enough with 10 mm(p<0.000). 2. The fit factor for each exercise stage according to gender was the highest at 124.54(p<0.001) in Step 3, and the fit factor was the lowest at 73.75 in Step 1. 3. In the evaluation of the degree of fit factor according to gender, female passed 67.44%, which was higher than the value in male(p<0.038). 4. The acceptance rate of the group having a face length of shorter than 110 mm was 91.67%. On the other hand, the acceptance rate of the group with a face length of longer than 110 mm was 47.27%(p<0.000). 5. The fit test was possible because the fit factor with 2nd class half masks corresponding to FFP1(Filtering Face Piece 1) was passed 55% or more. Conclusions: The test results showed that using a 2nd class half filtered mask, it is important to wear a properly designed mask so that face size does not affect the fit factor.

창의 형태 및 차양 계획에 따른 다인 병실의 에너지소비량과 주광조도의 평가 및 분석 (Energy Consumptions and Daylight Illumination levels of a Multi-beded Patient Room according to the Window Shapes and Shading)

  • Window and shading designs have a great influence on energy consumption and daylighting in buildings. As far as energy is concerned, small window area is advantageous. But it is not good to the patient healing in hospital. So it is important to find out the optimum window shape which is favorable for both energy consumption and patient healing. In this study, annual energy consumption and daylight illumination levels were analyzed according to the window shapes and shading devices for a multi-beded patient room in hospitals. The simulations were conducted for 19 different cases by COMFEN 4.0 computer simulation program. The results of this paper are as follows. First, window to wall area ratio and shading devices have great influences on annual energy consumption. But it is a problem in that they decrease significantly daylight level in bed room. Second, considering the same energy consumption, reducing the width of window rather than the hight of window is desirable for the secure of daylight level. Third, increase of the number of horizontal shade is not desirable in south face of the building for the energy consumption and daylight level. Fourth, sun shade is not necessary in north face of the building for the energy consumption and daylight level.

일렉트로가스 용접부의 조직 및 인성에 관한 연구 (A Study on Microstructure and Thoughness of Electrogas Weldments)

  • The microstructure of HAZ and the mechanical properties in weldments such as hardness and toughness were studied for mild steel and AH36 grade TMCP steel, as increasing heat input with electrogas welding process. The results of this study can be summarized as follow: 1) In the HAZ of mild steel, the width of coarse grained zone was larger than that of the nomalized zone, however in the case of TMCP steel, the nomalized zone was wider than the coarse grained zone. 2) The grain size of HAZ become coarse with increasing heat input. And at the same heat input, the grain size of TMCP steel was more coarser than that of mild steel. 3) According to the change of heat input, the deviation of hardness values was not significant, and the maximum values of hardness was not in HAZ but in the weld metal. And the hardness values in root part was higher than in face part. 4) Even though the HAZ grain size of mild steel was larger than that of TMCP steel, the impact values for mild steel was higher than those for TMCP steel, and the impact values in face part was higher than those in root part.

  • This study was undertaken to compare the main differences and its effects of the 4 first bicuspid extraction on the face and dental arch of the class II div 1 malocclusion. The subjects consisted of twenty two class II div 1 malocclusion, four males, eighteen females, were 14 Years 2 Months old at the stan of the treatment 16 Year 3 Months old at the end of the treatment. (mean age) Twenty one variables were observed by comparing the statistical data of the pretreatment records with postteratment records, which were consited of eight varibles on the study model digitation, thirteen variables on the tracing of the lateral cephalogram. The following results were obtained. 1. No significant change was observed in the intercanine width. 2. Intercuspal widths of the 1st. premolar and 2nd. premolar were decreased. 3. Change of the overjet was dependant upon upper anterior rather than lower anterior. 4. No significant changes were observed in facial plane angle and ANB angle. 5. Uprighting of the lower 1st. molar had an effect on the increase of the facial height.

119구조대원복의 기능성 향상을 위한 연구 - 서울시내 119구조대를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Functional Improvement of 119 Rescue Uniforms)

  • The purposes of this study were to investigate the current performance of 119 rescue uniforms and to improve them in terms of fitness, mobility, functionality, and convenience. This study was conducted a questionnaire survey on rescuers in 22 rescue squads in Seoul through direct. observations and face-to-face interviews to investigate the dissatisfaction of their uniforms. According to the results of this survey, respondents were highly dissatisfied with the fitness of uniforms, design, and functionality. liking into consideration of the problems found through this survey, an experimental uniform was developed as follows. The girth and width of the experimental uniform were designed to be more ample than the current uniforms and the jacket could be worn over pants. And the size and the number of pockets were increased in both the Jacket and trousers. In addition, the hems of the sleeves and trousers as well as the fly front of the jacket were improved. Furthermore, darts were added to the front and back of the knees to improve knee movement. Then an experimental uniform was evaluated through three sequences of wearing tests to compare it with the current uniforms: the evaluation of the appearance, mobility. and performance at field activity. According to these tests, the experimental uniform was found to be more satisfactory than former one.

지역적 이진화를 이용한 실시간 눈동자 검출 (Real-time Pupil Detection Using Local Binarization)

  • 본 논문에서는 영상에서 양쪽 눈 영역을 각각 검출하여 각 영역에 대한 지역적 이진화를 통해 눈동자를 검출하는 방법을 제안한다. 단일 저해상도 웹 카메라 영상에서 haar-like feature를 이용해 사람의 얼굴을 검출 한 뒤, 얼굴 영역의 너비와 높이의 비율에 따라 양쪽 눈 영역을 각각 검출한다. 각 눈 영역에서 지역적으로 전처리 및 이진화를 수행하여 눈동자를 검출한다. 눈동자 검출은 HCI(Human-Computer Interface) 시스템에 사용될 수 있다.

당대와 송대의 여자면식에 관한 연구 (A Study on Woman's Make-up and Adorment of Dang and Song Dynasty)

  • The customs of women s riding horse was prevalent in thriving period. The face toilet was mainly used by Gau Chang pattern. Wha Jun (chinen; Hwa-Qun(화전), make-up on forehead), was influenced nearly by Gua Chang and distantly by India. Penciling eyebrows with blue was transmitted from persia. Chinese cosmetics was most influenced during Tang Dynasty for it's colorful make-up and facial decorations such as Aek-Whang(액황), Wha-Jung(화전), Jang-Yob(장엽), Swa-Hong(사홍) and those made many Dynasty, since those kinds of styles were the result of mixture between traditional chinese and western styles, it became so unique and diverse. The Declining period of the Tang Dynasty has begun from the turning point, resulting from Rebellion of An Ru Sha'. Rebellion of An Ru Sha' made the chinese people have a sense of precaution, and an antipathy against babarian. Furthermore, the power of Tang Dynasty onto the countries bordering on western china unfortunately was declining due to the defeat at 99 the Talas war in 751. As the fashion of ‘Ho’ disappeared the costume pattern was restored to the traditional Chinese style of large sleeve and broad width. However, the Tibetan mode was appeared in women's hair style and face toilet since Yuan Ha (801-812). In Song Dynasty, women's make-up and adorment were originated from Dang Dynasty, but those were more simple than in Dang Dynasty.

RPUM 강관의 효율적인 설계기법에 관한 연구 (A Study on Efficient Design Technique of RPUM Steel Pipes)

  • Until now, NATM(New Austrian Tunneling Method) has been increasingly developed based on concept of making use of ground as support. Also, NATM in its essence is a method of risk based on monitoring behaviour of tunnel. This Monitoring is irreplaceable for the quality construction of tunnel, and safety of tunnel itself. Pre-reinforcement ahead of a tunnel face using long steel pipes in NATM, known as the RPUM(Reinforced Protective Umbrella Method), is the auxiliary method to sustain the stability of a tunnel face and reduce the ground settlements. Since design of RPUM has been dependent on the empirical design, it is necessary to develop the improved design methods. In this study, to understand behaviour of steel pipes, it is monitored displacement of tunnel crown, axial force of rock bolt, displacement and axial stress of steel pipes. Also, in order to clarify the mechanical behaviour and RPUM effects, 3-Dimensional numerical analysis is performed that various cases of different parameter combinations including original length and repeated length of steel pipes, installation width and angle, repeated length of steel. In the results of comparison monitoring with analysis, it is suggested more economical and efficient design technique than empirical design methods.

무치악 환자를 위한 참고점들의 효용성에 대한 연구 (A study on the validity of reference points for edentulous patient)

  • 목적: 한국 성인 유치악자를 대상으로 치아와 안모 사이의 크기 및 형태적인 상관관계, 구강 내 해부학적 기준점들과 치아배치 양상 사이의 관계를 조사하여 총의치 제작 시 무치악 환자 치료에 사용되는 기준점들의 효용성을 평가하고자 하였다. 대상 및 방법: 서울대학교 치의학 대학원생을 대상으로 상악 6전치가 정상적으로 배열되어 있는 성인 남성 270명 여성 280명을 선정하여 연구를 수행하였다. 악안면부의 해부학적 구조를 크게 변화시킬 수 있는 외과적 치료를 받은 경우, 교정치료를 받은 경우, 선천적으로 상악 전치부 치아 형태 및 수에 이상이 있는 경우, 상악 전치부 치관의 변형을 초래할 수 있는 수복치료를 받은 경우는 연구대상에서 제외하였다. 연구항목은 안모의 외형, 협골궁 폭경, 안모의 길이, 상악중절치의 형태 및 장경, 상악6전치의 치관 폭경, 견치간 거리, 절치유두 중심에서 중절치 순면까지의 거리, 절치유두 중심에서 양견치 첨단을 지나는 선까지의 수직거리이었다. 이를 바탕으로 안면계측항목과 모형계측항목간의 비율 및 상관관계를 통계적으로 분석하였다. 결과: 본 연구의 한계 내에서 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1) 안모의 외형과 상악 중절치의 형태가 일치하는 비율은 남성 55.56%, 여성 46.43%, 전체 50.91%이었다. 1) 협골궁 폭경과 상악중절치 폭경, 상악6전치 연합폭경의 비율은 각각 16.8 : 1, 3.0 : 1이며 통계적으로 양의 상관관계가 있었다. 2) 상모학상 안모의 길이(Trichion-Gnathion)와 상악중절치 치관 장경, 코뿌리점-턱끝융기점간 거리(Nasion-Gnathion)와 상악중절치 장경과의 비율은 각각 19.7 : 1, 11.6 : 1이었고 남성에서는 코뿌리점-턱끝융기점간 거리가, 여성에서는 안모의 길이가 더 큰 상관관계가 있었다. 3) 절치유두 중심과 양 견치첨단을 연결하는 선 사이의 수직거리는 $1.33{\pm}1.08mm$이었다. 4) 절치유두 중심에서 중절치 순면까지의 거리는 $9.23{\pm}1.20mm$이었다. 결론: 총의치 제작에 사용되는 기준점들은 한국 성인 유치악자의 경우에도 통계적으로 효용성을 가지며, 중요한 해부학적 지표가 임상적으로 의미를 가진다고 할 수 있다. 그러나 통계적으로 수치에서 차이를 보이고 개별적인 편차를 가지므로 인공치아의 선택이나 배열 후 환자의 동의를 받는 과정이 필수적이라고 할 수 있다.
