항공사 승무원의 비언어 커뮤니케이션이 고객 인게이지먼트 및 브랜드 친밀감에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Nonverbal Communication of Flight Attendants on Customer Engagement and Brand Intimacy)

  • 위드 코로나와 함께 움츠렸던 항공 여행업계가 다시 날개를 달고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 국내 항공사를 통해 최근 1년이내 해외여행을 다녀온 승객을 대상으로 항공사 승무원과의 상호작용을 통해 경험한 비언어 커뮤니케이션 요인이 고객 인게이지먼트와 브랜드 친밀감에 영향을 미치는지 살펴보았다. 총 285명의 응답을 수집하였고, SPSS 28과 AMOS 26 프로그램을 이용하여 연구도구의 신뢰도와 타당도, 모델의 적합성, 가설을 검증하였다. 실증연구 분석 결과 항공사 승무원의 비언어 커뮤니케이션 요인에서 의사언어와 공간언어가 고객 인게이지먼트에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 코로나 19 이후 관점의 변화에 따라 기존 연구 결과와는 다르지만, 승객과의 접점에서 대면 서비스를 제공하는 데 있어 항공사 승무원 커뮤니케이션의 중요성을 다시 한 번 확인했다. 또한 새로운 고객만족 경영 지표인 고객 인게이지먼트를 유도하기 위해서는 항공사 승무원의 비언어적 요소에 대한 지속적인 교육과 관리가 필요하다. 또한 고객 인게이지먼트가 브랜드 친밀감에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 결과는 기존의 가격 인하나 충성도 확보 중심의 마케팅에서 감정과 관계 마케팅의 새로운 고객 관리 지표를 정립할 필요가 있다는 견해를 뒷받침한다. 항공사 승무원과의 상호작용이 고객 인게이지먼트에 기여할 수 있음을 확인하였으며, 이러한 결과는 항공 운송 산업 종사자에게 중요한 의미를 갖는다.

O2O 플랫폼 품질이 자영업자의 디지털 전환에 미치는 영향: 배달앱을 중심으로 (Study on the Influencing Factors of Business Performance and Loyalty in O2O Industry: Focusing on the Food Delivery Apps)

  • Purpose - With the increase of non-face-to-face activities due to the spread of COVID-19, O2O industry has grown rapidly which reduces contact points between suppliers and consumers. O2O platform is now recognized as an indispensable channel of distribution, but the voice is getting louder that it is necessary to check how it contributes to the performance of suppliers or how its fee system or contract terms affects the expansion of O2O industry as the leading companies tend to monopolize the market. Design/methodology/approach - In this study, the scope was limited to the restaurant industry in which transactions are the most active among the O2O industry and a regression analysis was done on 775 businesses that had used guarantor service from the Seoul Credit Guarantee Foundation. Findings - Analysis on the impact of O2O platform system, information, and service quality on the business performance of the sole proprietors revealed that the system quality represented by ease of use and the information quality determined by level of timely, accurate and reliable information provided to the consumers have a statistically significant effect on the improvement of business performance. In addition, the effect of business performance on the loyalty measured by the likelihood of users continuing to use the service as well as recommending it to others was moderated by the satisfaction with contract terms, not by the fee system. Research implications or Originality - Although the number of O2O platform providers has increased manyfold, the membership rate is no more than 20%, which means that the small business owners are still struggling with digital transformation. In order for the O2O industry, which is now commonplace, to form a healthy ecosystem that satisfies both suppliers and consumers, the standard contract guidelines that are acceptable to both parties must be established and the O2O providers must offer services that help suppliers to improve performance.

성향점수매칭법을 이용한 정주공간 유형별 주관적 삶의 질 수준 비교 (Comparison of Subjective Quality of Life by Settlement Type Using Propensity Score Matching Method)

  • 이 연구는 도시-농촌, 수도권-비수도권 등 서로 다른 정주공간 속에서 주민들이 인식하는 주관적 삶의 질 수준의 차이를 비교분석 하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 2018년 국가균형발전위원회가 전국 시·군을 대상으로 조사한 '균형발전을 위한 삶의 질 만족도 설문조사' 원자료를 이용하고 성향점수매칭 방법을 도입하여 정주공간 유형 간 차이를 비교하였다. 분석 결과는 지역생활에 대한 만족도에서는 모든 유형 간 유의한 차이가 발견되지 않고, 행복도의 경우 농촌 주민이 수도권 도시와 비수도권 도시 거주 주민에 비해 더 높은 수준임을 보여준다. 영역별 삶의 질을 살펴보면, 기초생활환경, 의료, 문화·여가 영역에서는 수도권 도시 주민의 삶의 질 수준이 대체로 가장 높은 반면, 일자리·소득, 환경, 공동체, 복지 영역에서는 농촌 주민의 삶의 질 수준이 수도권 및 비수도권 도시 주민보다 높다. 흥미롭게도 비수도권 도시가 강점을 보이는 영역은 발견되지 않는다. 이 결과는 점점 더 고도화되는 도시화 경향 속에서도 농촌이 갖는 가치를 보여주며, 농촌 발전을 위해서는 농촌지역만의 가치를 강화해야 함을 시사한다. 농촌의 환경·경관 가치를 훼손하는 난개발 문제에 대응하고 농촌 정주환경을 조화롭게 정비·개발해가기 위해 공간계획에 기반한 농촌재생과 같은 정책적 노력이 확대될 필요가 있다.

  • 2000년대 이후 국내 외국인 유학생은 크게 증가하였다. 2010년대 후반 정부의 고등교육 국제화 전략으로 인해 2019년 현재 외국인 유학생 수는 14만 명이 되었으며, 2023년에는 20만 명에 이를 전망이다. 우리 사회의 국제화와 인구절벽의 사회적 문제 앞에 외국인 유학생의 수가 증가하고 있는 것은 상당히 고무적인 일이며, 앞으로 이들의 행복한 유학생활은 상당히 중요한 문제가 되었다. 최근 한국에서 유학하는 베트남 유학생 수가 증가하고 있는데, 이들의 행복한 유학생활에 대해 관심을 가질 필요가 있다. 이에 이 연구에서는 베트남 유학생들의 행복한 유학생활을 위한 방안을 제안하고자 하였다. 한국 사회에 유입되고 있는 외국인 유학생들도 우리 사회의 한 구성원으로 인식하고 행복한 유학생활을 할 수 있도록 생활·경제, 복지, 교육 등의 측면에서 함께 노력해 가야 할 것이다.

The Evaluation Model for Interior Design Organizational Technology Integration: The quality of the design aid and economic evidence and factors

  • Technological substitution is the process by which a radical technology replaces the dominant technology in an industry. The processes of diffusion and substitution have been modeled extensively (Technology & innovation, 2010). However, the formulation of classical quantitative models encompasses only part of the theoretical space. These models impose many simplified constraints to the achievement of analytical resolution. The interior design organization needs to establish a set of technical system requirements by describing the scope of the accessibility needs of the organization against current technology use. Because of complicated design resources and ongoing advances in design technologies, design systems face the challenge of prioritizing new technologies for supporting. The problem is small design organization administration often displays a lack of concern toward the evaluation of technology integration. In this paper, I will identify the influence of a design organization's technology, and predict how future technology will inform, support, and potentially hinder productivity, culture, and work satisfaction within a design organization in the industry. In addition, I will use current design organizational behavior and leadership models to support my predictions. Finally, I will examine a proven approach to assist designers with evaluating technology integration in interior design organization. The goal is to develop a high quality, professional development scorecards for the evaluation. I will conduct both the evaluation of technology integration and CRM performance evaluation is recommended to assess the effectiveness of technology integration. Therefore, the evaluation of integration technologies oriented design hold the promise of solving the organization application integration challenge. The evaluation of integration technology is a significant pattern for processing such a vision. The careful selection of an integration technology for this purpose is crucial in contributing toward the success of such an interior design organization endeavor.

BPO 제도의 유용성에 관한 연구 -L/C 제도와의 비교를 중심으로- (A Study on the Usefulness of the BPO System - Focusing on Comparison with L/C System -)

  • A BPO is an irrevocable undertaking given by an Obligor Bank acting on behalf of the buyer to a Recipient Bank acting on behalf of the seller to pay on satisfaction of certain specified conditions. There have been a Trade Service Utility(TSU), a Transaction Matching Application(TMA) and ISO 20022 TSMT messages that core electronic technical systems linked to the BPO. As a key usefulness of the BPO, it brings to market an alternative means of satisfying the risk mitigation, financing and information management needs of banks and businesses engaged in trade. That is, corporates can spread the risk among multiple Obligor Banks by requesting multiple BPOs for the same trade transaction not to exceed the value of the initial transaction. Since the BPO replaces the manual document checking process with the electronic matching of data, buyers and sellers will benefit from significantly increased accuracy and objectivity. By using BPO, buyers and sellers can become trusted counterparties by demonstrating reliability and giving sellers the assurance of being paid on time as per the payment terms and conditions agreed. When compared to L/C, the BPO requires submission of data only. This requires a change of practice of those accustomed to dealing with physical documentation. The beneficiary of a BPO is the Recipient Bank which is always the Seller's Bank. In the meantime, banks will need to agree between themselves that the URBPO 750 will be applied, modified or excluded. However, customers of banks will face low transactional costs due to a fully automated process and standardized data formats used in international trade documentation. There is no amendment and cancellation rules in the URBPO 750s, but only have Assignment of Proceeds rules. As a result, the BPO is likely to enable new business opportunities, lower costs, fast transaction process and strengthen key customer relationships.

산업장 안전보건교육 프로그램 평가지표 개발 (Development of Evaluation Indicator on Industrial Safety and Health Education Program)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study was to verify the validity of the evaluation indicators on safety and health education programs provided to Korean industrial workers, by developing further. Methods: To develop the early evaluation indicator, the secondary analysis was made on 'Survey on Industrial safety & health trends', the national wide survey data product by Korea Occupational Safety & Health Agency, as well as the various examinations on literatures. To validate such developed evaluation indicator, 13 safety and health managers in Focus Group discussion to prove the reliability of the contents were composed. To confirm the face validity, the interview with 6 industrial safety and health education experts was held to study the appropriateness of the content. With the cooperation from Korea Occupational Safety & Health Agency, the structured survey was performed with the safety and health managers from 588 businesses who participated in the education program for the later half of 2006. In this study, the number of responses was randomly divided into 1:1 two groups, in which one group was for the Exploratory Factor Analysis and the other group was for the Confirmatory Factor Analysis. Results: The results were as follows. First, for the Structure category, 18 evaluation indicators were developed into 4 evaluation categories such as a preliminary examination, education staff and organization, education environment and rules/ regulation. Secondly, the Activity category was comprised of 10 evaluation indicators with respect to 2 areas of curriculum satisfaction and program evaluation. Finally, for the Output category, 9 evaluation indicators were developed into 2 evaluation areas such as documentation and information share and education effects. Conclusions: The evaluation indicators developed through this study will possibly develop and be applied to evaluation tools on safety and health education program, which may further become the standardized indicators to better operate the industrial safety and health education programs.

보건소장 행정처리의 특성에 관한 조사연구 (A Study on the Characteristics of Administrating Practice of the Directors of Health Centers in Korea.)

  • On the stage of transition from highly centralized government to local self-government in Korea, administrating practice characteristics of the directors of Health Centers is essentially required to be found. This study was conducted in order to find the administration patte군 of the directors of Health Centers in Korea and their opinion on the environment of health administration including personnel management regime for them. The materials were collected from 149 directors of Health Centers with a structured questionaire by mailing. The major findings of this study were as follows. 1. About two-thirds of the directors(69.1%) make plan through the consensus between public service perosonnel in programme department and them in budgt control department. And 75.0% of the directors maintain the planed by the predecessor. 2. More than two-thirds of the directors (71.1%) take subordinates opinion into consideration in case of the programmes facing objections. 3. When the directors face obstacles in pursuing health programmes they usually consult other public service personnel than inhabitants. 4. Only 10.8% of the directors were satisfied with the support of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for health administration while more than half of them were satisfied with the support of health institution in higher level. 5. The directors evaluated the job attitude of the public service personnel in low level as more favorable than that of there higher level public service personnel who work for central government. 6. Only 18.1% of the idrectors were satisfied with their saley. And more than half of them expect the promotion of their position. On the ground of this result the administration attitude of the directors of Health Centers would be evaluated as improved and as more positive than that of other public service personnel in health authorities. However, they are required to consult the inhabitants more frequently for health administration. An the public service personnel in high level who work for central government are required to improve their job attitude.

일부 치위생과 학생들의 셀프리더십이 스트레스 대처방식에 미치는 영향 (Effect of self-leadership on stress coping in dental hygiene students)

  • Objectives : This study examined the stress-coping methods used by Dental Hygiene students according to their degree of self-leadership to provide basic data for students' self-leadership training programs. Methods : Dental Hygiene students in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do were surveyed to measure their self-leadership in six categories-self-expectation, rehearsal, goal-setting, self-compensation, self-criticism, and constructive thinking-sand, in four categories-sproblem-centered coping, social support coping, emotional coping, and wishful thinking coping-son a scale of 1 through 5. Results : The findings of the study were as follows: The overall average score of self-leadership was 3.34 and the scores for each subfactor were 3.82 for self-compensation, 3.57 for self-expectation, 3.44 for rehearsal, 3.42 for goal-setting, 3.30 for self-criticism, and 3.12 for constructive thinking. The overall average score of stress-coping was 3.29 out of 5 and the scores for active coping were 3.14 for problem-centered coping and 3.38 for social support coping and for passive coping were 3.69 for wishful thinking coping and 2.95 for emotional coping. Self-leadership showed significant difference in terms of satisfaction with major and motivation for application. The six sub-factors of self-leadership and problem-centered coping and wishful thinking coping, the sub-factors of stress-coping, had significant correlations. Self-compensation and constructive thinking were significant factors of self-leadership that affect stress-coping. Conclusions : Based on the above findings, it was found that Dental Hygiene students' self-leadership is related to the use of efficient stress-coping. Therefore, it would be necessary to develop and apply educational approaches to improve their self-leadership so they can efficiently cope with various stressors that they will face after finding jobs.

신세대 지향적 제품개발과 전략에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Product Development and Strategy of New Generation Oriented)

  • 개인주의와 개방주의 가치관으로 무장한 21세기형 신세대이며 정보화의 선도계층인 Y세대, N세대, N세대 등이 X세대에 이어 새롭게 등장하였다. 이 신세대들은 그 어느 때보다 자신들만의 감성을 중요시하며, 자신의 개성적인 이미지 창출과 욕구해소를 위한 방편으로 감성을 만족시켜주는 제품만을 선호하는 구매행동이 나타나고 있다. 이들 신세대의 디지털제품에 대한 선호는 과거의 획일적, 규격적인 제품으로부터 관심이 멀어지고 좀 더 새롭고, 자신들만이 가질 수 있는 다종다양한 상품의 요구로 인해 그들의 감성에 대응할 수 있는 신 개념의 제품차별화가 필요하게 되었다. 과거에는 부모님의 취향이나 제품의 가격에 의해서 구매가 결정되었지만, 21세기에는 거의 모든 제품들은 이들 세대에 의하여 구매되거나 주 사용대상이 되므로 디자인 전반이 그들의 소비감성에 맞추는 방향으로 될 것이다. 그러므로 제품을 개발하는데 있어 대상 소비자의 의식적 상태, 즉 욕망(Wants)과 욕구(Needs)를 충족시킬 수 있는 소비자 지향적이고 인간의 감성에 중점을 둔, 새 천년의 소비와 유행의 주역이 될 신세대에게 만족을 줄 수 있는 디자인개발과 전략연구가 절실하다.
