The primary purpose of this study was to evolve integrated design process for Experiential Design which is based on the former study, 'The Influence of Cognitive Factors on the Creative Abilities in Design'. Experience is a transformation factor to all of the design processes, which has three phase of problem solving; Input, Process, and Output. We regard Experiential Design is a transforming process from concept to experience, and set up a mode) of Holistic Design Process (HDP), which consists of four domains: Four Causes, Thinking Modes, Sensory Modalities, and Creative Abilities. Revolving Sensory Modalities (SM), Creative Abilities (CA), and Thinking Modes (TM) around Product Design Specification (PDS) through a design process, Design Concepts ripen and mature into Externalization. Each component of Experiential Design (TM, SM, and CA) turns around the PDS. Here, experience is first perceived by the five senses. Then, the knowledge is formed, and the CA works for a problem solving. And TM controls all of these procedures. We regard these are a phenomenon of Experiential Design. The HDP can be helpful to develop valuable solutions and create a good experience.

In the knowledge-based society which recognizes knowledge as a core value, knowledge management is one of the most interesting issues. The creation of knowledge within an organization occurs as a result of interactions of tacit and explicit knowledge, in process of knowledge conversion. One useful model of this process is the SECI model which stands for a process of socialization, externalization, combination and internalization of knowledge. The enterprise competitive power depends on how an organization accelerates the speed of the cycle of knowledge creation well. In this paper we introduce a knowledge management promotion system based on SECI model and proposal system to promote the cycle of knowledge creation in production fields, and study an enterprise case.

The headphone is regarded as the most effective means for reproducing 3-dimentional virtual sound due to its channel separation property. However, there still exist several serious problems in headphone reproduction, such as, 'front-back confusion' and in-head localization'. These well-known problems are in general assessed by the subjective test that is based on human judgment. In this paper, an objective test is conducted in parallel with the subject test in order to validate the objective reproduction performance. Such a combined approach may be a more scientific and systematic approach to the reproduction performance.

In this study, we investigate the possibility of deploying a recently emerging Internet-based technology, called Web log or Blog, to address the problems of knowledge transfer and sharing, particularly in the case of tacit knowledge. We examined the use practice of four blogs and then identified several properties relevant to knowledge transfer and sharing. They include the specific style of blog format, content ownership attribution, posted article organization, communication tools and method, news feed function, and various links from/to outside websites. These features were argued to facilitate knowledge transfer and sharing. In particular, we discussed a great deal about the structure of comments and links as tools for collaboration and idea sharing, which enables the knowledge conversion processes (socialization, externalization, combination, and internalization), We then provide several guidelines to develop blogs as a knowledge management tool.

This paper investigates a dynamic mechanism underlying the process of knowledge creation and evolution with a focus on the SECI model(standing for Socialization, Externalization, Combination, Internalization) as proposed by Nonaka and Takeuchi(1991) and broadly accepted especially among the practitioners in knowledge management field. The SECI model provides with intuitive logic and clear delineation of knowledge types between the tacit and the explicit, and embodies an interaction dynamic. However explanations of the propelling forces for the knowledge transfer over the four quadrants of the model is yet to be made. And the transmission mechanisms are not prescribed though the model mentions knowledge is created and evolved in a spiral process. This paper, therefore attempts first to extend and elaborate it into a dynamic SECI model by identifying those propelling factors and their relationships(linkages) based on the systems thinking.

Independence and impartiality are the operating core of an arbitration disciplinary mechanism. Due to many factors, illegalities and improper acts in arbitration cases are facts of life in our country, and have greatly damaged the credibility of arbitration. It is necessary for us to perfect the operating mechanism of arbitration discipline from the four pluralistic progressive aspects of disciplining the cause externalization, disciplining the subject duality, the quasi-judicature of disciplinary procedures and the disciplining measures so that the populace can experience fairness and justice in every case. We should perfect the supporting measures such as the strict selection conditions and procedures of arbitrators, improving the quality of the arbitrator team, exploring the management mechanisms and strengthening the evaluation dynamic. An examination is a general investigation and evaluation so as to provide encouragement for being continually engaged as arbitrators, but it does not provide an objective basis of arbitration discipline. It is urgent to perfect the arbitration guarantee system on the basis of meeting the material needs of the arbitrators so as to enhance the sense of professional rank and honour of arbitration.

After Asian financial crisis hit the Korea, Korean government and Korean firms need to restructure their system. Specially financial sector has to renew its system. One way renew its system was adjust company's labor system. The forms of labor adjustment are external numerical flexibility, externalization, internal numerical flexibility, functional flexibility and wage flexibility. These five forms based on two big categories which are wage flexibility and employment flexibility. This study only focus on th effect of employment flexibility in financial sector in Korea. Employment flexibilities can be practice as employment adjustment. Also we concentrate on separation and re-accessors to other financial institute after the separation. The result shows that Korean financial sector are in the range of 10.78% and the job destruction rates are about 11.26%. During the period from year 1998 to year 2002, the numbers of accession has down about 30%. The logit statistical analysis for separation shows that demographical variables and the reasons of separation affected separation and reemployment.

Baicalein (5,6,7-trihydroxyflavone), a flavonoid originated from the root of Chinese medicinal herb Scutellaria baicalensis, has been shown to exert anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects and hepatic stellate cells play an important role in the pathogenesis or hepatic fibrosis. In this study, we investigated apoptosis stimulation by baicalein in activated rat hepatic stellate cells (T-HSC/C1-6). Transformed rat hepatic stellate cells (T-HSC/C1-6) were treated with baicalein(100uM, 70uM, 40uM). Apoptosis was determined by detection of DNA fragmentation in gel electrophoresis, morphological alternations by flow cytometry and quantification of phosphatidylserine externalization by Annexin V labeling. Excretory-secretory products (ESP) of T. vaginalis have been shown to inhibit sperm motility, viability, and functional integrity, leading to a decreased fertilization rate in vitro. This study investigated whether T. vaginalis induce apoptosis and ultrastructural changes of sperm using flow cytometry and electron microscopy. Incubation of sperm with T. vaginalis ESP increased phosphatidylserine externalization and DNA fragmentation, and decreased mitochondrial membrane potential. Transmission electron microscopy of sperm incubated with ESP revealed abnormal features such as distorted heads, broken necks, and acrosomes exocytosis. This is the first report that demonstrates a direct impact of T. vaginalis ESP on sperm apoptosis and architecture in vitro.

Objectives: This study is to offer basic data to understand the relationships between mental health, level of depression, and internet addiction of high school students in farming communities for developing a mental health management program for adolescents. Methods: The survey was carried out on a convenience sample of 299 high school students in farming communities during May of 2008. Data analysis procedure included $X^2$-test, t-test, Pearson correlation among Adolescent Mental Health & Problem-behavior Screening Questionnaire (AMPQ), Children's Depression Inventory (CDI), and Scales of Internet addiction (K-scales). Results: First, the level of mental health according to the AMPQ for subjects from this study showed problematic behavior was lower when compared to other researches. There were statistically significant differences according to the school type for externalization problems and overall problematic behavior. Based on gender, it was even more problematic for male students in regards to externalization problems. Secondly, the level of depression was relatively low : 5.1% for potential risk and 0.3% for high risk. Thirdly, a total of 96.9% were considered normal for Internet addition levels. 1.7% for potential risk, 1.4% for high risk; however, there was no statistically significant difference between each variable. Fourthly, there was a strong relationship between subjects AMPQ, level of depression and Internet addiction. As depression worsens, Internet addiction also becomes stronger. Conclusion: There is a need for awareness of the mental health of adolescents and precautionary measures, the development of a program for early treatment, adequate management, and decisions on the direction of treatment.
