내적 조절점 강화를 위한 자기 조절 관리 전략의 효과 (The Effect of 'Self Control Management Strategy' on the Reinforcement of Internal Locus of Control)

  • Locus of Control of Reinforcement (LOCR)' is considered as one of the most important factors on responsible environmental behaviors(REB). It is defined as 'an individual's perception of his or her ability to bring about change through his or her behavior'. This psychological construct is divided up into two directions: the external locus and internal locus. The internal locus is important as a predictor of REB. Recently, 'The Environmental Action Internal Control Index: EAICI' has been developed and it is a valid and reliable instrument to measure the relationship of two variables. The purposes of this study were to develop a strategy to reinforce the internal locus or to converse external locus to internal locus. and to verify the effects by EAICI. A new strategy, 'Self Control Management Strategy' was based on the characteristics of internal locus and the key idea of this was to self-control and to manage the courses by themselves. EAICI scores of the control group was 99.83. All of them were internal and the LOCR of females was more internal than that of the males. This strategy was applied when the instructions were carried out on seven environmental issues by the experimental group. According to the results. the seven points of the EAICI were increased significantly. Therefore this strategy is helpful in reinforcing the internal locus or to converse external locus to the internal locus.

  • This study aims to document empirically the individual factors that influence the intention to do whistleblowing. This study uses several variables, including internal locus of control, external locus of control, and whistleblowing intention. The use of the theory of Planned Behavior in this study is to explain and analyze the perception of behavior control as a determinant of whistleblowing intention. A quantitative research approach is used. The type of data in this study is primary data in the form of a questionnaire. The data collection method in this research is using the survey method. The sampling technique used a nonprobability sampling method, namely, the census method. The census method is the entire population sampled. The population in this study was all employees of the Pratama tax office in West Semarang. The research was conducted by distributing 111 questionnaires. Ninety-one valid questionnaires were returned appropriate for analysis. The data were processed using Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling ((PLS-SEM) using the Warp PLS 7.0 program. WarpPLS 7.0 was used to test hypotheses and the relationship between variables. The study results showed that both internal locus of control and external locus of control affect whistleblowing intention.

The Effect of Distance of External Attentional Focus on the Performance of Balance Task in Upper Extremity

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of attentional focus and distance of external focus on the performance of balance task of upper extremity. Subjects (N=30) held a stick (2 m) and maintained it horizontally. All of the subjects performed balance task of upper extremity under four different attentional focus conditions: focus on hand (internal focus), marker at 10 cm inside of hand (external focus 1), marker at 10 cm outside of hand (external focus 2), marker at 20 cm outside of hand (external focus 3). The mean velocity of the bar (mm/s) and the muscle activity of biceps brachii (%RVC) were measured. They were decreased when the subjects focused on external focuses compared to internal focus and decreased as distance of attentional focus from body increased (p<.05). There were significant differences between groups (p<.05); internal focus-external focus 1, internal focus-external focus 2, internal focus-external focus 3, external focus 2-external focus 3. These results showed that external focus is more effective than internal focus in enhancing motor performance and focusing on more distant attentional focus results in enhanced motor performance promoting the utilization of more automatic control mechanisms.

퍼지 제어 시스템과 RGB LED 모듈을 이용한 선박 실내용 조명 제어 시스템에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Lighting Control System using Fuzzy Control System and RGB Modules in the Ship's Indoor)

  • 현재 기존에 상용화 되어 있는 LED 조명기기의 경우, LED 동작 시퀀스가 고정이 되어 있는 상태로 판매되고 있다. 이와 같은 상태로는 외부 환경 요인이 고려되지 않고 오직 장소에만 적용되는 조명 환경 용도로서의 기능만을 수행한다. 현재는 선박 내 외부 환경 요인의 변화에 따른 최적의 조명 환경 조성이 어렵게 되어있다. 그러므로 외부 환경 요인의 변화에 좀 더 유기적이고 능동적으로 적응할 수 있도록 외부 환경 값을 입력받아 실시간으로 최적 조명 값이 반영될 수 있도록 해야 될 필요성이 있다는 결론을 얻게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 마이크로프로세서를 선박 통합관리 시스템으로 활용하여 기존의 외부 환경 요인에 의하여 실시간으로 변동되는 환경 데이터를 다루며, 외부 환경요인을 확인하고 또한 퍼지 추론 시스템을 접목하여 RGB LED 모듈 조명 제어가 가능한 제어기를 구성하였다. 이를 위하여 퍼지 제어 알고리즘을 설계하고, 퍼지 제어 시스템을 구성하였다. 외부 환경 요소인 피사체와의 거리, 조도 값을 센서로 통해 입력 받고 이 값들을 퍼지 제어 알고리즘을 통하여 최적 조명 값으로 변환하여 RGB LED 모듈 조광 제어를 통하여 표현하고 퍼지 제어 시스템의 실질적인 효능을 확인하였다.

  • Synchronization of unidirectional identical FitzHugh-Nagumo systems coupled in a ring structure under ionic and external electrical stimulations is investigated. In this network, each neuron is only connected and transmit signals to its next neuron via synaptic strength called gapjunctions. Adaptive control theory and Lyapunov stability theory are used to propose a unique control scheme with necessary and sufficient conditions which guarantee the synchronization of the neuronal network. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed scheme is shown through numerical simulations.

  • In this paper, an Iterative learning control algorithm is presented for a class of non linear system which have external inputs or disturbances. The acceleration of error signal is used to update the next control signal. It is shown that the feedback gain can be deter.ined so that the overall errors are convergent.

  • The counter-fire operation system performs its mission exchanging information with other related systems such as command & control systems and military information systems. In the process of exchanging information, the counter-fire operation system uses a type of data message which contains exchange data information in the format of KMTF. The requirement of data exchange of count-fire operation will continue to evolve. But the EDX(External Data eXchange) configuration item of the current counter-fire operation system can not effectively cope with the variation of data exchange requirements due to its fixed software structure. In the paper, a solution for improving flexibility of external data exchange in counter-fire operation system is proposed.

  • To achieve a cooperative work between human and robot, it is thought helpful to estimate the states of human mind, which originates his behavior. In this paper, human mind was considered to modify instinctive desires according to the conditions of external world surrounding the instinct. A simple human mind model was designed so that it finds a balance between instinctive desire and restriction from the external world. The external world is divided into three sub-worlds like subject´s whole body, its partner and concerned periphery. Proposed mind model has three-layers construction.   • A bi-directional and multi-channel wireless telemetry capsule, 11mm in diameter, is presented that can transmit video images from inside the human body and receive a control signal from an external control unit. The proposed telemetry capsule includes transmitting and receiving antennas, a demodulator, decoder, four LEDs, and CMOS image sensor, along with their driving circuits. The receiver demodulates the received signal radiated from the external control unit. Next, the decoder receives the stream of control signals and interprets five of the binary digits as an address code. Thereafter, the remaining signal is interpreted as four bits of binary data. Consequently, the proposed telemetry module can demodulate external signals so as to control the behavior of the camera and four LEDs during the transmission of video images. The proposed telemetry capsule can simultaneously transmit a video signal and receive a control signal determining the behavior of the capsule itself. As a result, the total power consumption of the telemetry capsule can be reduced by turning off the camera power during dead time and separately controlling the LEDs for proper illumination of the intestine.

  • The predictive control is one of the nonlinear three-axis rotation methods. The desired trace of a satellite is pre-determined, and the control inputs are designed so that the satellite follows the ´predictive´ trace. The predictive control has been adapted to the research for the three-axis attitude control. In that case, the control variables are the quaternion represented the angular rates and attitude angles of the body about the three-axes. The objective of this paper is to propose to design a predictive controller for the three-axis attitude control under external disturbances. In order to do that, this paper proposes how to construct a predictive control law including disturbances and to discern them.
