  • Learners show lower cooperation and responsibility at e-Learning(Electronic Learning) than face-to-face learners in class. Accordingly the LMS(Learning Management System) focus on collaborative learning design in order to promote the learner's interaction. In this paper, the Experience Learning Support System with JXTA-based P2P(Peer-to-Peer) architecture is proposed for an effective collaborative learning and a blended learning. It intends learners to develop a self-leading learning ability and a creative problem-solving ability through experience learning object's sharing. The experimental results described that the proposed system was more effective in an enhancing learner's learning ability and a cooperative learning than existing system.

  • In recent years, various virtual reality contents have been explosively developed, and the 'chance operation' in previous studies was mentioned. This study tries to implement the Step Sequencer in the virtual reality. Through the theoretical background analysis and case studies of virtual reality, three major experiential values such as Value of Overcoming Constraints, Value of Strengthening Experience, and Value of Creating New Experience were induced. A convergencestep sequencer with the presence and immersion elements was developed and presented so that the music contents divided into 4 areas can be understood easily controlled more conveniently while keeping the identity of the step sequencer. It is expected that various convergence VR contentscan be developed in the future studies.

  • With the continuous development of emerging technologies represented by VR technology, many game developers are declaring that they are constantly trying to break the "fourth wall" and break the boundaries between virtual and reality to create game immersion for players. new game. But for many gamers, a strong sense of immersion is not the focus of their pursuit. The sense of control and safe exploration during the game is also the game experience that many gamers are pursuing. Moreover, there is ambiguity in the definition of the concept of breaking the fourth wall in the field of academic theory. The purpose of breaking the fourth wall was to separate the real world from the virtual world, to remind the audience that the actors and the audience are in two different worlds, and to trigger the audience's thinking about drama and deeper philosophy. But in the current game, it has become a blurring of the boundary between virtual and reality, pulling players into the virtual world, and focusing on the immersive experience.   • This study examined the social discourse on consumer boycott and explored consumer experience using text mining of mass media and social media data and the in-depth interview. The result showed that the topics of online news related to the boycott included the causes of the boycott, the responses of each actor in the process of the boycott, and the effects of the boycott. In the result of the in-depth interviews, it was found that the boycott has been decentralized and the participants had the experience of exploring and verifying information on their own. In the boycott process, there were mixed experiences due to the absence of substitutes and the marketing influence, and positive experiences of expressing one's thoughts and strengthening beliefs through the boycott.

  • The purpose of this study is to verify the anthropomorphic design factors of pedagogical agents that can enhance user experience in learning foreign languages (English) through smartphones. In this study, when designing a pedagogical agent that delivers content, the presence or absence of the agent's image, the degree of human nature (HN), and role setting (leader vs. companion) among the anthropomorphic factors that influence facilitating learning, credibility, and engagement perception. As a result of the experiment, HN alone did not show a facilitating learning effect, and images and roles improved not only the facilitating learning effect but also other user experience factors. When HN factors were designed in combination with image and role factors, they were effective in overall user experience effects such as facilitating learning, credibility, and engagement.

  • This paper summarizes the characters of virtual reality contents and its design problems, and suggests user centered approach in design methodology of VR contents. Based on case study of former VR contents design project, I developed a new VR contents design process in experience design perspective. This design process was applied on Tangible Space Initiative project of KIST, which showed positive roles of this design process as a dear communication media between project players, and an active generator of user-centered interaction design.

  • A development of PP/ST is essential in CC environment. And, the KOREA is expected that PP/STs demand increases explosively by joining to CCRA hereafter. Specially, PP/ST development experience of the KOREA is lacking. So, development of security environment(assume, threat, policy) and security objective contents refer only PP/ST Guide(ISO/IEC PDTR 15446) are very difficult. In this paper, we propose a web service based common security environment and security objective repository model that make developers can run PP/ST creation to be simple. Through proposed model, developers who development experience is lacking are expected to achieve PP/ST development to be simple.

Study on Application of Interactive Contents for Effective Smart Education (효과적인 스마트 교육을 위한 인터랙티브 콘텐츠 적용에 관한 연구)

  • Education environment of modern society is rapidly changing along the usage of various device and development of contents. Learners of diverse age groups and genders are exposed in smart education environment. Thus in order to investigate effective smart education contents production, this study classified interactive types that affect learning satisfaction into CAI (Computer Assisted Instruction) based , NCS (Network Communication System) based , and NTS (New Technology System) based . Then we investigated how each interactive types affect immersion, utility, self-efficacy, practicality, and stimulation. The effects were measured according to the learner's gender and age. As the result, interactive types do affect smart education, where male had higher learning satisfaction for CAI based, game type, and wiki type while female had higher satisfaction for relationship establishment type and experience type. Also, for age group, the 10s preferred NTS based, 20~30s NCS based, and 40s and over CAI based interactive type. Thus, if satisfaction levels according to gender and age are considered when producing smart education contents, it may be possible to create educative contents that meet the dispositions of the learners.

  • Hwaseong Fortress was designated as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1997 in recognition of its architectural, cultural, and historical significance. In order to provide a compelling and active experience to the visitors of Hwaseong Fortress more effectively and intuitively, an augmented reality (AR) mobile application is developed. The main objective of this paper is to describe the implementation of AR technology in the developed application; and most importantly, how the application is designed for the visitors to actively and intuitively experience the various architectural and historical contents of Hwaseong. The tour routes and their point of interests were selected carefully after deliberation of their contents. To maximize the user interaction with the application and the architectural contents of Hwaseong, not only the conventional AR technology (marker method), but also the markerless AR method is adopted in the developed application. It is expected that visitors of Hwaseong Fortress enjoy the tour, while learning the architectural, historical, and cultural contents through the active and intuitive interaction with the developed AR mobile application.

  • This study has the purpose to review the way of experience element and property of space design appearing in vocational experience space and accumulate basic study material for children's vocational experience space and build systematic and specialized modules. Analysing the marketing elements of experience space through pilot research to arrange frame of analysis, and in a determined range, experimental marketing's property appearing in children's vocational experience center is analysed. This researcher analysed experimental displaying space's function of recognition, emotional, behavior, sense marketing and experimental marketing induced from pilot research on space design expressive elements of experimental marketing when it is applied to spaces through the frame of analysis with the combination of total 8 kind's experience display space function such as investigative, conceptional, aesthetic, entertaining, logical, relative, participating, and comprehensive experience based on 5 vocational experience spaces located in Seoul and Gyeonggi, opened after 2010, being operated at present with more than 500 pyeong (about 1,650 square meter) and targeted for children, after this researcher visited the site directly to make check list with the frame of analysis together with the staff and administrator in charge of vocational experience education. As a conclusion, vocational experience center is a space of edutainment helping children experience various profession more easily to find their interest and to bring up their dream. By analysing current vocational experience center through the element called experimental marketing, current status of vocational experience center could be known. the experience itself in vocational experience center becomes a merchandise. Instead of mere experience, so as to get professional experience and new information, new experiences should be provided by incessant variation and development. This study is to build basic research data for children's vocational experience space, however not only drawing specialty of vocational experience center through the connection of enterprises based on the contents arranged above but also systematic and specialized modules are expected to be built in next researches.
