SNS 구매후기는 누구의 마음을 움직이는가? : 소셜 네트워크 서비스를 활용한 마케팅 전략 연구 (Who Can be the Target of SNS Review Marketing? : A Study on the SNS Based Marketing Strategy)

  • With the advent of SNS (Social Network Services), the product reviews by friends in SNS are intensively utilized for online marketing. However, there is a lack of empirical evidence on the actual marketing effect of SNS reviews, although we need to identify who can be the target of SNS marketing in terms of customer attributes, preferences, or experiences. In this study, we investigate the moderating role of customer attributes in identifying the effect of SNS reviews on customer purchasing decision. As the moderating variables, we adopt 'information search experience' and 'perception of information overload'. Research results evidence that, in order to understand the effect of SNS reviews in a comprehensive manner, we need to examine it in the context of various related factors such as 'information search experience' and 'perception of information overload'. The results show that the persuading effect of SNS reviews for product purchasing is stronger for the customers with the lower information search experiences as well as the lower perception on the information overload on the web. This result delivers managerial implications on who can be the target customers of SNS marketing.

중소병원 간호관리자의 직무경험에 대한 현상학적 연구 (A Phenomenological Study on the Job Experience of Nursing Managers in Small and Medium Hospitals)

  • Purpose: This is a phenomenological study to improve the quality of nursing and understand its essence by comprehensively analyzing job experience of nursing managers in small and medium. Methods: This study focused on deriving the common empirical attributes of all the study participants, rather than their individual attributes. Data on the job experiences of nine nurse managers in small and medium-sized hospitals were collected and analyzed using Colaizzi's phenomenological method. Result: The job experiences of nurse managers in small and medium hospitals were classified after analysis into 14 theme cluster sets and 34 themes in five categories. The categories derived were 'A feeling of pressure as if taking responsibility for the entire hospital', 'Taking on the difficulties of hiring a nurse alone.' 'Difficulty in mediating conflicts within the organization', 'Struggling to endure', 'To take root in the field with a sense of ownership'. Conclusion: This study is meaningful in helping nursing managers in small and medium hospitals perform their duties more efficiently and stably by understanding their job experience.

패션상표와 기업명 인지수준에 따라 모상표지식이 상표 및 기업명 확장제품 평가에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Brand Knowledge on Evaluations of Brand-name and Corporate-name Extension on the Levels of Brand and Corporate Awareness in Fashion Market)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of brand-related and corporate-realted knowledge on brand-name extension and corporate-name extension, respectively in fashion market. Here, it is designed into three types of brand and corporate awareness; 1) Higher brand awareness and corporate awareness, 2) higher brand awareness and lower corporate awareness, and 3) lower brand awareness and higher corporate awareness. For this study, questionnaires were administered to 700 single women in twenties. The questionnaires were designed to measure evaluations of brand-name extension and corporate-name extension and brand-related and corporate-related knowledge in terms of familiarity, use experience, self-assessed knowledge, evaluation of attributes and attitude. Employing a sample of 621 women, data were analyzed by Multi-Regression analysis. Major findings of this study are summarized as follows; 1) In level of higher brand and corporate awareness, the evaluations of brand-name extension were influenced by corporate-related knowledge such as brand use experience, evaluation of brand attributes and brand attitude. Also, the evaluations of corporate-name extension were influenced by both brand-related knowledge such as brand attitude and corporate-related knowledge such as use experience of product awareness and lower corporate awareness, brand-related knowledge such as evaluation of brand attributes and brand attitude was identified as the important factor in the evaluations of brand-name extension. 3) In level of lower brand awareness and higher corporate awareness, corporate-related knowledge such as attitude toward corporate was identified as the important factor in the evaluations of corporate-name extension.

통합된 산림휴양기능의 평가를 위한 사회 심리적 평가 모델의 개발과 응용 (Socio-Psychological Model Integrated Evaluations of Forest Recreation Values)

  • 본 연구는 산림 휴양객의 휴양경험에서 얻는 사회 심리적 이익을 규명하고 수량화 하며 또한 산림 휴양지의 각 속성들이 이들 휴양경험과 어떠한 관계를 갖는가를 알아보기 위하여 수행되었다. 426명의 월악산 국립공원 방문객을 대상으로 직접 설문에 의하여 1995년 5월과 6월에 거쳐 자료가 수집되었다. 자료의 분석결과 9개의 자원 속성과 12개의 사회 심리적 휴양이익이 규명되었다. 또한 이들 자원 속성 변수와 휴양 이익간에는 큰 연관 관계를 가지고 있었다. 본 연구에서 얻은 결과는 휴양자원의 설계 및 관리에 큰 도움을 가져올 것으로 사료되며 특히 휴양자원의 목록화, 관리 기법의 선택, 그리고 휴양자원의 가치 평가에 있어서 통합된 개념으로서의 가치를 인식하는데 큰 역할을 할 것이다.

라이프스타일에 따른 베이커리 카페 선택속성 및 이용행태에 관한 연구 - 20~30대 소비자를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Influence of Consumer Lifestyle on Consumer's Selection of Bakery Cafe Attributes: Focusing the Age Group of 20s and 30s)

  • This paper aimed to investigate the influence of consumer lifestyle on consumer selection of bakery cafe attributes. Data were collected through a self-administered questionnaire by 403 random consumers between the ages 20s and 30s in several bakery cafes in Seoul and Gyonggi area. Different methods of statistical analysis had been used such as frequency analysis, factor analysis, k-means clustering analysis, cross tabulation, one way ANOVA and Duncan's multiple range test with SPSS for Window 13.0 package. First, when analyzing the 16 questions of comsumer lifestyles, four factors were extracted: 'dining out-oriented factor', 'achievement-oriented factor', 'brand-oriented factor', and 'health-oriented factor'. Second, the respondents were divided into three groups by k-means cluster analysis: no interest group, dining-out & value oriented group, and health-brand oriented group. Third, consumer's bakery cafe attributes were categorized into five factors including 'food', 'convenience and image', 'store promotion', 'positive dining experience', and 'menu & merchandises'. Finally when analyzing the differences in the selection of bakery cafe attributes according to consumer's lifestyles, it showed a significant differences.

커피교육이 커피전문점 선택속성의 중요도와 만족도에 미치는 영향 - 광주·전남 지역을 중심으로 - (Influence of Coffee Education on Importance and Satisfaction of Coffee House Selection Attributes in Gwangju and Jeonnam Area)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the general characteristics of coffee house consumers as well as the importance and satisfaction of selection attributes of specialty coffee houses according to length of coffee education period. Applicants in the Gwangju and Jeonnam area who had finished their Barista 2 grade certificate examination participated in a survey on March 12, 2011. Further, university students living in Gwangju participated as subjects who had never experienced coffee education from March 15 to March 31, 2011. Two-hundred and one subjects participated in the survey, and 184 questionnaires were used for analysis. Regardless of coffee education experience, quality of coffee was important, but higher educated subjects showed the lowest satisfaction of coffee from a coffee house (p<0.01) in terms of attributes such as freshness of coffee beans (p<0.01) and overall taste (p<0.01). Further, subjects who received no or little education demonstrated high correlation between importance/satisfaction of 'brand' and 'employee' compared to subjects who studied more than 2 semesters. These results provide future coffee house entrepreneurs and baristas with market information and marketing strategies for understanding customers' coffee house selection attributes.

온라인상의 패션제품 구매의도에 영향을 미치는 온라인 점포 속성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effect of On-line Store Attributes on Consumers' Purchase Intention of Internet Fashion Product Shopping)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop fashion On-line store attributes for fashion On-line shopping mall and to identify significant On-line store attributes, influencing consumers'purchase intention of interned fashion product shopping. A questionnaire was administered to 456 adults who had purchasing experience at fashion On-line shopping mall. SPSS 9.0 package was used for data analysis. Factor analysis, $X^2-test$, t-test, frequency, percentage, one-way ANOVA, multiple regression analysis were utilized. The results were as follows; 1. The On-line store attribute dimensions of fashion On-line shopping mall were tangibility, variety, marketing promotion, responsiveness, reputation, price and convenience. 2. The purchase experienced consumers showed higher purchase intention of Internet fashion product shopping and highly perceived about all sub-factors, except reputation. in On-line store attributes that have significantly positive influence on fashion On-line shopping attitudes. The purchase experienced consumers showed more favorable attitudes toward Fashion On-line shopping than non purchase experienced consumers. Attitudes toward Fashion On-line shopping have directly impact on purchase intention of Internet fashion product shopping.

중국 닝샤 와이너리 방문동기와 선택속성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Motivation and Choice Attributes of Visiting Wineries in Ningxia, China)

  • This study aimed to elucidate the relationship between the selection attributes and visit motivations of Ningxia wineries and tourist satisfaction and intention to revisit. Utilizing multiple linear regression and simple linear regression models, the study quantitatively analyzed tourists' selection attributes and visit motivations for Ningxia wineries. Factor analysis categorized 12 visit motivation variables into four factors: 'Sensation', 'Educational', 'Companion-Friendly', and 'Experiential'. Additionally, 17 selection attribute variables were classified into four factors: 'Service Quality', 'Environmental', 'Facility', and 'Economic'. Through analyzing the impact of visit motivations on satisfaction and revisit intentions, we have identified the pivotal factors as 'Wine Cultural Education', 'Enhanced Companion-Friendliness', and 'Wine Cultural Experience'. In the analysis of the relationship between selection attributes and revisit intentions, crucial elements involve 'Service Quality provided by the winery"'and 'Environmental of the winery'. Conversely, key influencing revisit intentions include 'Environmental of the winery' and 'Costs and Pricing associated with winery visits'. To ensure the sustainable development of the Ningxia winery industry and promote the enduring growth of rural economies, wineries should place greater emphasis on cultivating wine cultural experiences, artisanal activities, and other project endeavors.

혁신제품으로서의 기능성 소재 유아복의 채택 단계에 미치는 영향 요인 -제품 특성, 소비자 특성, 커뮤니케이션 특성을 중심으로- (Influential Factors on the Adoption of Performance Infants' Wear -Focusing on Product Attributes, Consumer Traits, and Communication Characteristics-)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors that influence consumers' adoption of performance infants' wear made of functional textiles. Based on Innovation Diffusion Model, product attributes, consumer traits, and communication characteristics were considered. A survey was carried out with a convenience sample of 241 housewives who have infants under 4 year-old, living in the Seoul metropolitan area. To analyze the data, SPSS 10.0 was used employing ANOVA, Duncan's post-hoc comparison, $X^2$, and f-test. The participants were classified into 4 groups based on their levels of adoption of performance infants' wear: No-Cognition, Negative Attitude, Positive Attitude, and Purchasing groups. There were significant differences among the four groups in terms of their perception of product attributes, communication characteristics, and personal traits. In terms of product attributes, the Positive Attitude group and Purchasing group showed higher perception of relative advantage, compatibility, trialability and observability than other groups. These groups were also high in terms of their tendency of actively seeking for additional product information, and particularly relied on the information from experts on TV or the Internet, personal experience posted on the Internet, or their own experience. Those who were in professional, well-educated and high income brackets were more likely to be Purchasing group than Positive Attitude group, which means once the positive attitude was formed they are likely to purchase the product.

지역문화자산을 활용한 관광스토리텔링이 행동의도에 미치는 영향: 남원을 중심으로 (The Effects of Tourism Storytelling using Local Cultural Assets on Behavior Intention: focusing on Namwon)

  • 본 연구는 지역의 관광스토리텔링을 통해 지역의 정체성을 확립하고, 경제·문화적인 회복이 필요하다는 문제 의식에서 시작하였다. 이에, 관광객이 인지하는 관광스토리텔링의 속성, 관광지에서의 체험을 통한 진정성(authenticity), 그리고 행동의도 간의 구조적 관계와 변수 간 인과관계를 분석하였다. 연구결과, 관광스토리텔링의 감성, 교육성, 이해용이성, 흥미성, 테마성의 속성이 관광객의 진정성 체험에 유의미한 영향을 미친다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 그리고 관광객의 진정성 체험은 관광객들의 방문의도나 구전의도 등 관광객들의 행동의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구는 기존의 언어학 및 인문 분야에서 연구되어 오던 스토리텔링의 속성을 국내의 대표적인 문화관광 지인 '남원' 지역에 접목하여 연구를 진행한 점에 학문적으로 높은 의의가 있다. 또한, 남원 지역이 세계적인 문화관광지로 성장하기 위해서는 고유의 스토리텔링 속성과 지역의 자원들을 적극적으로 활용한 관광스토리텔링 개발이 필요하며, 더 나아가 이를 바탕으로 한 다양한 콘텐츠 및 서비스 개발이 선행되어야 한다는 점을 제시함에 있어 실무적인 의의가 있다.
