A Study on the Positioning Strategy of Wood Cultural Experience Center

  • The increase in atmospheric carbon dioxide concentrations is known to be closely associated with climate change and global warming. In this sense, considering that facilities for appropriate education and experience on wood, which is a carbon pool, have been required, this study targets the Wood Cultural Experience Centers, which are in current operation, examines and evaluates their operation status and policy changes, and ultimately derives a successful positioning plan. To this end, it conducts a survey, and the results are as follows. First, as a result of the similarity analysis (KYST: Kruskal-Young-Shepard-Torgerson program) with facilities with leisure activities and educational functions, the Wood Cultural Experience Center have competition with natural recreation forests in terms of naturalness, and it has competition with the career experience center and youth training center in terms of experiential observation. Second, the result of positioning analysis of the attribute space map indicates that the Wood Cultural Experience Center is positively perceived in terms of such attributes as naturalness, experiential learning or recreation, and preservation of natural environment, but is negatively recognized in terms of accessibility, escape from daily life, and things to see.

  • The purpose of this study is to classify customer experience components using Bernd H. Schmitt's Strategic Experiential Modules and explore the relevance between fashion lifestyle and customer experience components. A survey was conducted on 400 adults between the ages of 20s to 50s who had experience in sportswear stores. The results obtained are as follows. First, according to fashion lifestyle, the respondents were divided into an individuality-valued pragmatic group, a trend-oriented brand-seeking group, a fashion-interested group, and a conservative pragmatic group. Second, customer experience components were divided into sensory experience, emotional experience, cognitive experience, behavioral experience, and relational experience. Third, on analyzing the relationship between customer experience and fashion lifestyle, it was found that a fashion-interested group has the highest value in all experiences; therefore, it can be considered that the higher the interest in fashion, the more important is the customer experience. On the other hand, the conservative pragmatic group represented generally smaller values than the other three groups in all customer experiences. Fourth, there were significant differences in the customer experience components that were considered to be important depending on the fashion lifestyle type. An individuality-valued pragmatic group valued cognitive experiences, a fashion-interested group valued all experiences, and a conservative pragmatic group showed low scores in all customer experiences. The results of this study will allow companies to build more customer-friendly experiences and enable consumers to engage in satisfactory purchasing activities through better customer experiences.

부산지역 양호교사의 업무분석에 관한 연구 (A Study on the analysis of activities of t?e 5.H.T. (5.H.T. in Pusan City))

  • The purpose of this study was to find out the general characteristics of school health teachers, the status of school health resources and the degrees of self-confident performance for the 124 school health teachers in Pusan City. Data was collected by means of questionaires from Aug. 1986 to Mar. 1987. The data were analyzed by use of percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, ANOVA and Pearson-correlation coefficient. The results of this study were as follows: 1 . General Characteristics of School Health Teachers (SHT) 1) The average of age of the SHT was 32.8 years old and 39.5% of them were from 30 to 34 years old. 2) The average for school nursing experience of the SHT was 7.9 years and 37.9% of them were from 5 to 9 years. 3) The 45.2% of them have not the clinical experience. 4) The 74.2% of them were graduated from the 3 years college of nursing. 2. Status of school health resources and nursing activities. 1) The average of student number was 2497.3 and class number was 45.2. 2) The average of school health budget was 1039000 won and 27.7% of school health budget expended on examination cost. 3) Only 29.0% of all schools have organization for school health. 4) The 84.7% of all schools have health clinic separately and 69.1% of schools have less than $33m^2$ sized. 5) The average of clinic visitor number was 2111.8 for 1 year. 6) Major problem was on digestive system. And other problems were skin, respiratory, musculo-skeletal system and dental problem. 7) The number of literal message was 14.4 times for 1 year. 3. The degree of the school health teachers' self-confidence. Dynamics of Extra-Vehicular Activities in Low-Gravity Surface Environments

  • Human spaceflight experience in extra-vehicular activity (EVA) is limited to two regimes: the micro-gravity environment of Earth orbit, and the lunar surface environment at one-sixth of Earth's gravity. Future human missions to low-gravity bodies, including asteroids, comets, and the moons of Mars, will require EVA techniques that are beyond the current experience base. In order to develop robust approaches for exploring these small bodies, the dynamics associated with human exploration on low-gravity surface must be characterized. This paper examines the translational and rotational motion of an astronaut on the surface of a small body, and it is shown that the low-gravity environment will pose challenges to the surface mobility of an astronaut, unless new tools and EVA techniques are developed. Possibilities for addressing these challenges are explored, and utilization of the International Space Station to test operational concepts and hardware in preparation for a low-gravity surface EVA is discussed.

여가활동의 감성적 반응에 관한 연구 (A Study on Emotional Response of Leisure Activity)

  • The role of emotional responses is an important subject of study in consumer behavior. Although the perceived performance and satisfaction related emotions have been studied with increasing quantities in leisure studies or fields of outdoor recreation and tourism, issues concerning the appropriate way to measure these emotional responses remains unresolved. This article reviews the emotion measuring scales, and testify the usefulness of PAD scale based upon 349 questionnaires by users of Phoenix Park(Ski Resort) and Seoul Land(Theme Park) in Korea. It was found that, users' emotional response was closely related with satisfaction in Phoenix Park(Ski Resort); however, users' perceived performance was closely related with satisfaction in Seoul Land (Theme Park). This article argues that the meanings of these findings is due to different characteristics of consumption typology between ski resort and theme park. In conclusion, users' emotional experience may be more useful in understanding skiing activities and in formulating management strategies for ski resorts than theme parks.

낙상 예방 프로그램이 농촌지역주민의 낙상 효능감과 활동 특이적 균형 자신감에 미치는 효과 (Effects of Fall Prevention Program on Fall Efficacy Scale and Activities-Specific of Balance Confidence Scale in Rural Residents)

  • Purpose: The study evaluated the effects of a fall prevention program in a Korean rural area. Methods: A single pretest-posttest design group was studied. Thirty nine residents in the same rural area participated in a program comprised of education and exercise. The 5-week fall prevention program was performed for 60 minutes, once a week. Results: Fall Efficacy Scale (FES) score and Activities-specific of Balance Confidence Scale (ABC) score were significantly increased after the program, but the pre-and posttest FES and ABS scores were not significantly different between the fall experience group and non-fall experience group. Conclusion: The fall prevention program can improve rural residents' FES and ABS, and is recommended as a fall prevention intervention.

여성농업인의 경영주 등록 결정에 대한 일·생활 분야 영향요인 (Factors Influencing the Registration as Managers of Female Farmers on the Field of Work and Life)

  • This study aims to identify the factors influencing the registration of managers or co-managers in agricultural management in the field of work and life of female farmers and to derive implications for expanding the registration of female farmers as managers and securing the status of women. In this study, binomial logit analysis was conducted with 1,043 questionnaire responses collected on&offline to achieve the research purpose. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the duration of farming, decision-making initiative, the experience of the supporting policies for farming activity, the activities of the crop group/research or female farmer's group, and the experience of supporting policies for self-development and leisure activities had a statisticallty significant effect on the registration of female farmers.

과학 분야의 창의적 체험활동을 통한 고등학교 과학동아리 학생들의 과학관련 태도 변화 (The Changes of Attitude Related to Science of Students in the High School Science Club through the Creative-Experience Activity of Science field)

  • 이 연구에서는 창의적 체험활동 모델 프로그램을 수정하여 고등학교 과학동아리 학생들에게 운영 후 학생들의 과학관련 태도의 변화를 조사하였다. 이를 위하여 창의적 체험활동 모델 프로그램을 학교실정에 맞게 수정하였고, 수정된 프로그램을 부산소재의 고등학교 과학동아리 학생에게 운영하였다. 학생들의 활동 결과지와 면담을 통하여 학생들의 과학관련 태도의 변화를 분석하였다. 과학관련 태도의 변화는 긍정적인 변화를 보였다. 과학에 대한 흥미와 과학과 관련된 직업에 대한 흥미, 과학에 대한 취미적 관심이 대다수의 학생에게서 증가하였다. 과학에 대한 취미적 관심은 망원경으로 관찰한다든지 실험기구를 만져보는 것과 같이 사용했던 관련 도구에 의해 영향을 많이 받았다. 창의적 체험활동은 과학 수업에 대한 즐거움을 긍정적으로 변하게 하는 데는 효과적이지 않았다. 이는 창의적 체험활동 프로그램이 과학 수업 내용과 연계되지 않았기 때문으로 보이며, 교육과정을 고려하여 체험활동을 실시한다면 그 결과가 달라질 수 있을 것이라고 생각된다. 또한 창의적 체험활동 프로그램은 참관형 프로그램 보다는 참여형 프로그램이, 또한 과학 지식을 요하는 프로그램이 과학관련 태도 변화에 긍정적이라는 것을 알 수 있었다.

공학중심의 융합프로젝트 교수학습모형의 교육적 효과 (Educational Effects of an Instructional Model for Engineering-Centered Convergence Project)

  • The purpose of this study is to propose a teaching and learning model that can effectively manage convergence education, which is one of the concerns of university education, at the level of course. The pre-collaborative instructional design stage is to prepare the operation of the convergence project course. It shares the common goal and establishes a team of relevant professors to set up the actual convergence project topic and establishes cooperation relationships with industry or community as needed. In the convergence project activity, students will be able to understand the learning objectives, learning activities, evaluation methods, and explain the subject of the convergence project by proceeding with the whole orientation. Students organize teams of interest and conduct learning and design activities on convergence technologies and present their results. In the educational improvement activities, professors will share the lesson process and results and discuss improvements through the improvement seminar. As a result of analyzing the effectiveness of the proposed convergence project based teaching and learning model, the convergence project experience has improved the cooperative self - efficacy for the learners and the results were confirmed that students perceived to achieve the expected learning goal and satisfied with their experience.

20-30대 해외여행자의 여행활동과 쇼핑행동에 관한 연구 (A Study on Travel Activity and Shopping Behavior of 20's-30's Korean Overseas Travelers)

  • This study confirmed shopping behavior of Korean young overseas tourists and its effect on travel evaluation. I first identified core factors of travel activity preference, travel shopping propensity, and shopping products. The effect of shopping product satisfaction on tour satisfaction and post-tour intention was then investigated. Based on travel activities, tourists were grouped, and their characteristics were compared. An online survey method was performed to obtain data of 20's-30's Korean unmarried people, while factor analysis, regression analysis, chi-square test, analysis of variance (ANOVA), and cluster analysis were applied to analyze data. The results were as follows. First, six travel activities (city life, art/shopping, cultural experience, entertainment, field experience, and friendship), three shopping propensity (novelty/uniqueness, utility, and prestige), and four product groups (fashion goods, household goods, crafts, and foods) were found by factor analyses. Second, travel activity tended to influence shopping propensity, which then influenced shopping products preference. All factors of travel activity seemed to affect the three travel shopping propensities. Third, shopping satisfaction was shown to affect tour satisfaction, and posttour behavior. Finally, four tourist groups (active, social, pleasure, and passive) differed in terms of preferred tour activities, shopping propensity, and tour behavior. Active tourists rated the highest scores and passive ones rated the lowest for most evaluations.
