We consider a zero coupon bond that is at the risk of multitype multiple defaults. Assuming defaults occur according to k Cox processes, we find a price process for zero coupon bonds. To derive this process we follow the Lando (1998)'s method which uses conditional expectations instead of the traditional methods.

Problem of testing linearity among general class of first order nonlinear time series models is discussed. The null hypotheses of linearity is identified via conditional expectations. A consistent test is then suggested and relevant limiting results are derived. It is worth indicating that any specific alternatives are not specified.

In this paper, using Zhang, Guo and Liu's comments in [17], we define interval-valued functionals and investigate their properties. Furthermore, we discuss some applications of interval-valued Choquet expectations.

Monte Carlo simulation was employed to study the phase transition in the classical Heisenberg ferromagnet with variable interlayer interactions. The measured transition temperatures show a strong logarithmic dependence on J/J'where J and J'are the intralayer and the interlayer exchange interaction, respectively. The results were compared with the theoretical expectations and an empirical formula for the critical coupling was stained.

The main goals of the Parkes Pulsar Timing Array (PPTA) project are to 1) detect ultra-low-frequency gravitational waves, 2) improve the solar system planetary ephemeris and 3) provide a long-term, stable time standard. In this paper, we highlight the main results from the project so far and discuss our expectations for the future.

The physical environment is one of several service characteristics that are important contributors to service quality. As far as public service buildings, public community facilities serve as arenas for education, social interaction, leisure, and health activities for community districts. The purpose of this study was to investigate the physical state of public community facilities and use of public community facilities in Seoul and Suwon and to identify expectations of users toward the physical environment and service aspects. Site visits to four public community facilities were conducted and surveys were distributed for this study, with one hundred ninety two questionnaires analyzed. Results suggest that in order to provide more equal benefits and service to the public, cities should provide several smaller instead of one large complex community facility. Additionally, facility users indicated large gaps between their expectations and the current state of facilities due to lack of storage, noise and difficulty of use. In general, physical characteristics should be improved rather than employee's attitudes and service behaviors, resulting in greater service quality.

A successful deployment of multimedia applications over wireless environments entails improving the quality of service (QoS), not only from a technical point of view, but also considering the quality of experience (QoE) from the final user's perception. Although objective QoE measure models avoid the difficulties of subjective surveys, subjective QoE assessments are essential to understand the way users evaluate the QoS. In this work, we study the effect of a wide range of parameters on the QoE of VVoIP applications in a real wireless scenario. Through a complete statistical analysis of users' ratings, we identify the following facts. Although the use of VVoIP in wireless networks does not yet represent an advantage for users, there are great expectations for all applications under study, and with greater popularity comes higher expectations. It is easier for respondents to identify good behavior than poor behavior. Whereas the respondents' frequency of Internet use does not impact on the scores, respondents' gender does. Finally, the most determining parameters of quality from a user's perspective were instability, video quality, voice distortion, usefulness, and graphical interface.

Purpose: This study was done to explore the relationship between expectations of the clinical ladder system (CLS), career commitment and turnover intention in nurses employed in small-medium sized hospitals. Methods: Participants were 154 nurses from 3 small-medium sized hospitals in Gyeonggi Province and Gwangju City. From February, 8 to April, 14, 2017, self-report questionnaires were collected and analyzed using frequency, t-test, ANOVA, $Scheff{\acute{e}}$ test, and Person correlation coefficients. Results: Of the participant nurses, 61% perceived the CLS as needed. The mean score for expectation of CLS, career commitment, and turnover intention on 5-point scale were 3.38, 3.17, 3.21, respectively. There were no significant differences in expectation of CLS according to general characteristics, but career commitment and turnover intention did show significant differences depending on age, position, type of work shift. Expectation of CLS correlated positively with career commitment (r=.23, p=.005), and career commitment correlated negatively with turnover intention (r=-.49, p<.001). Conclusion: The results of this study show that there is a need to adopt the clinical ladder system to improve career commitment.
