서비스 회복에 대한 기대-성과 불일치와 지각된 공정성이 패션 상품 고객의 만족도 및 충성도에 미치는 영향 (Potential Influence of Expectation-Performance Dis-Confirmation and Perceived Justice for Service Recovery upon Fashion-Product Consumers' Satisfaction and Loyalty)

  • Due to fierce competition, many domestic fashion businesses are suffering difficulty in securing and maintaining customers. Accordingly, fashion companies are devoting all their energy to secure customers by using high quality and diverse strategies for distribution and promotion, and to secure loyalty by satisfying customers with the offer of excellent service. Thus, it is very important to provide systematic service recovery strategy available for handling service failure effectively. Therefore, the purpose of this study is comprehensively analyzing influences of expectation dis-confirmation and perceived justice for service recovery upon consumers' satisfaction and loyalty. The findings are as follows. First, as for the service failure that customers experienced, the more consumers who expect it to be recovered led to the higher formation of expectation-compensation dis-confirmation. Second, it was indicated that the higher seriousness in service failure that customers experienced led to the lower satisfaction and loyalty to service recovery. Third, as a result of examining influence of expectation-compensation dis-confirmation for service-failure recovery upon consumer satisfaction and loyalty, the customers who showed more positive dis-confirmation to expectation-compensation were indicated to form the more satisfaction and loyalty. Fourth, as a result of examining the influence of the perceived justice in the process of service-failure recovery upon customer satisfaction, all in 3 dimensions of justice had effect on customer satisfaction.

Conditional Expectation을 이용한 영상의 노출 보정 (Image Exposure Compensation Based on Conditional Expectation)

  • 사진기에서 고품질의 영상을 획득하기 위해서는 적절히 노출 시간을 조절하게 되는데 이로 인해 각각 독립적으로 얻어진 영상들의 노출 시간은 서로 달라진다. 이는 여러 영상의 열을 정렬하는 과정 등에서 부정확한 결과를 초래할 수 있으므로 영상들의 노출 시간을 동일하게 맞추어 줄 필요가 있다. 그런데, 노출 시간을 알지 못하는 경우에는, 하나의 영상을 기준으로 다른 영상들의 상대적 노출 시간을 추정하고 보정하는 알고리즘에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는, 사진기의 모델 함수를 고려할 필요 없는, 최소 오류 개념에서 최적의 예측기인 conditional expectation을 사용하여 노출 보정을 시도하였다. 나아가서, 불규칙한 노출 또는 히스토그램 특성을 위한 적응 노출 보정 기법을 제안하였다. 이때 blocking artifact 및 overfitting 등의 문제를 완화시키기 위한 인접의 화소를 사용하는 기법을 도입하였다. 디지털 사진기 및 투과전자현미경을 통하여 얻어진 실제 영상을 사용한 모의실험을 통하여 성공적인 노출 보정 수행을 확인할 수 있었다.

의료 서비스 실패에서 서비스 회복(보상)과 회복 공정성이 서비스 회복만족도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effect of Service Recovery(Compensation) and Recovery Fairness on Service Recovery Satisfaction in Medical Service Failure)

  • This study chiefly aims to examine the relations between customer's responsive behavior and service recovery satisfaction in medical service failure. Therefore, this paper deals with the effect of medical service failure severity perceived by customers on complaint behavior and service recovery expectation, the effect of complaint appealing behavior and service recovery expectation on perceived recovery and service recovery satisfaction, and the roles of service recovery(compensation) and recovery fairness as moderating variables. According to the result of this research, it was shown that service failure severity affects complaint behavior and service recovery expectation positively, and compliant behavior and service recovery expectation affects perceived recovery performance and service recovery satisfaction positively. Moreover, the moderating roles of service recovery(compensation) and recovery fairness indicated partially significant results and affected perceived recovery performance and service recovery satisfaction direct positively. The result of this study is expected to provide support when medical institutes establish service recovery strategies.

간호사의 셀프리더십과 간호업무성과간의 관계 (The Relation between Self-leadership and Outcome of Nursing Practice)

  • Purpose: This study was undertaken in order to suggest self-leadership as a way to promote organization efficiency of nursing organization. So the relation between self-leadership and outcome of nursing practice in organization was studied. Method: The subjects of study were nurses as a population who were working for the 2 of university hospitals which have over 500 beds in Kyong Ki Province as well as who have been working for over 6 months. The data was collected by questionnaires from 215 nurses and analyzed using descriptive statistics, perason correlation coefficient, t-test and ANOVA on SAS Program. Results: Self-leadership of nurse got 3.51 grade out of 5 as a mean point. Each of the segments got 3.74 in self-compensation, 3.57 in self-expectation, 3.53 in goal-setting, 3.45 in rehearsal, 3.37 in self-criticism and 3.30 in constructive thinking in order. Independent performance of nursing practice at each items of outcome of nursing practice showed the highest correlations with the self-expectation among self-leadership segments. Constructive thinking, self-compensation, rehearsal, goal-setting were related like this in order, but self-criticism was related just a little. Dependent nursing practice has the highest correlation with the self-expectation, goal-setting, rehearsal, constructive thinking, self-compensation were similar as aboves in order, but self-criticism didn't show any similar correlations. Relationship practice has the highest correlation with the self-expectation, and goal-setting, constructive thinking, self-compensation, rehearsal were similar, while self-criticism did not show any correlations. Conclusion: In conclusion the result was obtained that self-leadership is much correlated with outcome of nursing practice. Therefore, as a way to promote efficiency of nursing organization, the constant study about self-leadership with the various aspects is needed focusing on self-management and inner motivation as a new leadership paradigm.

혼합회귀모델을 이용한 의사의 선호보상체계 분석 (Segmentation of the Compensation Packages for Doctors by Mixture Regression Model)

  • The research objective is to empirically investigate the compensation packages maximizing the utilities of internal customers by applying the market segmentation theory. Data was collected from four Korean hospitals in Seoul, Busan and Gyunggi-do. The research is designed to seek the compensation package maximizing the utility of doctors by mixture regression model, which has been applied as latent structure and other type of finite mixture models from various academic fields since early 1980s. The mixture regression model shows the optimal segments number and fuzzy classification for each observation by EM(expectation-maximization algorism). The finite mixture regression model is to unmix the sample, to identify the groups, and to estimate the parameters of the density function underlying the observed data within each group. The doctors were segmented into 5 groups by their preference for the compensation package. The results of this study imply that the utility of doctors increases with differentiated compensation package segmented by their preference.

  • Without exception, diverse LULU(Locally Unwanted Land Use) facilities have been under the location conflict, especially between the public government units and local residents. In spite of repeated trials-and-errors, literally, the location conflict has shown no sign of improvement over time in Korea. As practical means to tackle these issues, this study focuses on divulging explicit and implicit relationships among key factors derived from the location conflict on the LULU facilities. Here, major research variables cover residents' agreement, residents' perception, compensation expectation, and public opinion. As the location conflict on the LULU facilities could be strengthened or resolved by the dynamic feedback system, it applies basic tools geared toward causal loop diagramming. After repeated experiments, the study highlights the fact that the residents' perception, compensation expectation, and public opinion, individually and collectively, exert significant impact on the residents' agreement ratio.

이동 평균법을 이용한 고층 건물의 부등축소량 보정 기법 (Average Correction for Compensation of Differential Column Shortening in High-rise Buildings)

  • 시간이 지남에 따라 건물의 수직부재가 수축하는 것을 기둥축소라고 한다. 건물의 고층화 및 비정형화 추세 때문에 수직부재들에 작용하는 축하중 크기 간의 차이를 피할 수 없게 되며, 이의 영향으로 인접 수직부재 간의 축방향 축소량이 차이가 나게 된다. 이러한 부등축소량은 수직부재와 수평부재의 접합부에 추가적인 응력을 유발시키거나 슬래브의 기울어짐 또는 간벽이나 창호 등 비구조재의 사용성에 문제를 초래하게 된다. 이러한 부등축소량의 영향을 감소시키기 위하여 시공 중 수직부재의 설치 시 예측된 보정을 하게 된다. 보정의 합리성은 각 부재별 축소량의 정확한 예측과 예측된 축소량을 이용한 각 부재들의 합리적 보정량 산정에 있다. 부등축소량의 예측은 점점 더 정확해지고 있으나 보정 기법에 관한 연구는 거의 없다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이동 평균법을 사용한 보정 기법과 보정하면서 발생하는 오차에 대한 합리적인 제한조건을 제시하였으며, 제한조건의 변화와 보정 그룹 수의 관계를 살펴봄으로써 제한조건 설정의 객관적인 판단 기준이 되었다. 그리고 이전에 연구되어진 SA 알고리즘을 사용한 최적 보정 기법과 결과를 비교해 봄으로써 이동 평균법 보정 기법의 효과를 검증하였다.

일부 치위생과 학생들의 셀프리더십이 스트레스 대처방식에 미치는 영향 (Effect of self-leadership on stress coping in dental hygiene students)

  • Objectives : This study examined the stress-coping methods used by Dental Hygiene students according to their degree of self-leadership to provide basic data for students' self-leadership training programs. Methods : Dental Hygiene students in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do were surveyed to measure their self-leadership in six categories-self-expectation, rehearsal, goal-setting, self-compensation, self-criticism, and constructive thinking-sand, in four categories-sproblem-centered coping, social support coping, emotional coping, and wishful thinking coping-son a scale of 1 through 5. Results : The findings of the study were as follows: The overall average score of self-leadership was 3.34 and the scores for each subfactor were 3.82 for self-compensation, 3.57 for self-expectation, 3.44 for rehearsal, 3.42 for goal-setting, 3.30 for self-criticism, and 3.12 for constructive thinking. The overall average score of stress-coping was 3.29 out of 5 and the scores for active coping were 3.14 for problem-centered coping and 3.38 for social support coping and for passive coping were 3.69 for wishful thinking coping and 2.95 for emotional coping. Self-leadership showed significant difference in terms of satisfaction with major and motivation for application. The six sub-factors of self-leadership and problem-centered coping and wishful thinking coping, the sub-factors of stress-coping, had significant correlations. Self-compensation and constructive thinking were significant factors of self-leadership that affect stress-coping. Conclusions : Based on the above findings, it was found that Dental Hygiene students' self-leadership is related to the use of efficient stress-coping. Therefore, it would be necessary to develop and apply educational approaches to improve their self-leadership so they can efficiently cope with various stressors that they will face after finding jobs.

산업재해 추간판탈출증 환자의 삶의 질에 관한 연구 (Health Related Quality of Life Among Herniation of Nucleus Pulposus Patients Caused by Occupational Accidents)

  • Purpose: This study was to investigate the factors influencing on the quality of life (QOL) among herniation of nucleus pulposus (HNP) patients caused by occupational accidents. Method: 203 patients of HNP were recruited. 106 patients were occupationally injured workers who benefited from workmen's compensation scheme (PWCS group), and 43 patients were non-occupationally injured workers benefiting from national health insurance (PNHI group). Questions of QOL items were used by Korean version of SBQOL (SmithKlein Beecham's Qality of Life). Result: The quality of life of PWCS group measured by SBQOL was significantly lower than that of PNHI group. In PWCS group, SBQOL was significantly lower in patients with 40s of their age, 5 years or longer of treatment duration, no expectation of return to work, no expectation of recovering subject's health, and with loss of employment than rest of the patients in each category. Expectations of recovering subject's health showed to be affect factors on QOL both the PWCS and PNHI groups. Conclusion: It suggested that betterment of expectation of recovering patient's health and an administrative system for returning to work of the occupationally injured HNP patients during treatment be necessary for improvement of their quality of life.

임상 간호사의 감성지능, 셀프리더십, 직무착근도가 간호업무수행에 미치는 영향 (The Influences of Emotional Intelligence, Self-leadership, and Job Embeddedness on Nursing Work Performance)

  • Objectives : This study investigated the influences of emotional intelligence, self-leadership, and job embeddedness on the work performance of clinical nurses. Methods : A survey was conducted with 258 hospital nurses. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-tests, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients, and multiple regression with SPSS/WIN 23.0. Results : The mean scores were $4.64{\pm}0.6$ for emotional intelligence, $3.41{\pm}0.42$ for self-leadership, $3.11{\pm}0.52$ for job embeddedness, and $3.49{\pm}0.51$ for nursing work performance respectively. Nursing work performance was positively correlated with emotional intelligence, self-leadership, and job embeddedness. Multiple regression analysis showed that the factors affecting nursing work performance were self-expectation, fit, understanding of self-emotion, links, self-compensation, and age. Conclusions : The results indicate that self-expectation, fit, and understanding of self-emotion are very important factors in nursing work performance. Therefore, nurse managers should enhance nurses self-expectation, fit, and understanding of self-emotion by developing various emotional sensitivity and support programs.
