We introduce and study notions of expansivity, topological stability and persistence for Borel measures with respect to time varying bi-measurable maps on metric spaces. We prove that on Mandelkern locally compact metric spaces expansive persistent measures are topologically stable in the class of all time varying homeomorphisms.

It is shown that if S is a positively expansive endomorphism on a one-sided mixing SFT (X,T), then (X,S) is conjugate to a one-sided mixing SFT, and the Parry measures of (X,T) and (X,S) are identical.

Investigating local dynamics requires precise control to effectively manage the subtle differences that distinguish it from global dynamics. This paper aims to study the localized perspective of the recently proposed continuum-wise expansive measures [13]. Let f : M → M be a diffeomorphism on a closed smooth manifold M and let p be a hyperbolic periodic point of f. We prove that if the homoclinic class H_f (p) of f associated to p is C¹-robustly measure continuum-wise expansive then it is hyperbolic.

The major goal of caring the elderly is not to cure the patient, but rather to improve or maintain the individual functional ability. With the aged population increases, there is increasing consensus among health care workers about the importance of developing a tool to measure and evaluate the health status of the elderly. As many writers is pointing out, care of the elderly embraces the spectrum of physical-social-psychological problems and an enormous number of variables could be introudeced into the health worker's routine measurement. But such an expansive approach to measurement could have disadvantages. The purpose of this study is to introduce the measurement tools of physical functioning, perhaps the most important measure required in long-term care, which are separated into three categories of measures; general physical health, ADL, IADL. It is important that all health workers who provide care to the elderly incorporate the concepts of functional health status into the routine assessments. And continuous study about reliability and validity is needed to apply those foreign tools to Korea.

The study is aimed to analyze the influence of FTA(Free Trade Agreement) between Korea and Japan on tourism and to suggest ways to increase tourists exchange between them by considering countermeasures of Korea's tourism based on the analysis and deriving political significance. The results of the study showed that the expected effects of FTA between Korea and Japan on tourism would overall be positive. There would be increases in employment and a higher rate of foreign-exchange earning, which plays a critical role in the cash flow. Therefore the government is required to prepare for several political measures as follows. First, ways to promote investment in tourism have to be established in a systematic way for FTA. Second, restructuring of tourism has to be considered seriously for tourism to be a high value-added industry after FTA. Third, the tourism information industry needs to be included in the tourism promotion act to promote e-tourism using information technology. In addition to this, an expansive cluster strategy needs to be developed, which relates tourism to other industries like culture and movies and to find ways to re-locate and re-educate manpower currently engaged in the tourism industry. Though the study investigated the influence of FTA on tourism through a practical analysis, it was restricted only to Korea. So the influence of FTA between Korea and Japan on the tourism of Japan should be included in further study. Furthermore, in subsequent studies the CGE(Computable General Equilibrium) model will be applied for objective analysis of the effects. Or measuring the ripple effect with multinational inter-industry relation table will be made for the study to make practical contributions to the development of government policy.

정부의 다양한 노력에도 불구하고 재난으로 인한 피해가 지속적으로 증가함에 따라 효율적이고, 과학적이며, 체계적인 재난관리체제의 강화를 위해서는 최근에 급속히 진보되고 있는 유비쿼터스 정보기술의 활용이 필수적이라 할 수 있다. 2008년 지령관제 GPS시스템과 유비쿼터스 119 신고시스템이 도입되어 시행되고 있지만 그 효과성은 크게 나타나지 않고 있다. 본 연구에서는 유비쿼터스 119 신고시스템의 실태 분석과 선행연구, 실증분석 등을 통해 효과적인 재난관리 방안을 제안하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 연구결과 활용도, 적합성, 정보획득 용이성, 사용의향은 높은 인식을 하고 있는 것으로 나타나 재난관리 분야에 UIT를 확대 적용하여도 큰 문제점이 없을 것이다. 지령관제 GPS시스템은 정보 전달에 있어 신속성이 확보된다면 큰 효과를 기대할 수 있다.
