The steam generator, one of the major components in the reactor coolant system, plays an important role in transferring the thermal energy made in the reactor during normal operation to the secondary side and producing steam to drive turbine. A hydraulic snubber system is used in order to protect the steam generator under the dynamic loading condition and to absorb the thermal expansion transmitted by the reactor coolant piping due to high temperature and pressure during normal operation. In this study, the model for a geometrical linkage system is presented to analyze the snubber stroke of the steam generator and the parameters in the snubber stroke analysis are investigated. A method to analyze lever ratio of the linkage system which is required in the process of determining the snubber stiffness value is also presented. To discuss the validation of the suggested analysis, the analysis results are compared with the measured data during the hot functional test for the standardized 1000 Mwe pressurized water reactor plant under the construction.
This paper proposed a m.Sketch to search the optimal link lengths for a legged walking robot. In order to apply the m.Sketch for the proposed, set the design parameters of the constraints and use the m.Skecth to get optimal GL(Groud Length) and GAC(Ground Angle Coefficient). The legged robot designed based on four-bar linkage theory and Theo Jansen mechanism. The stride length of the legged walking robot was defined based on the proposed kinematic analysis. Use the Edison Design m.Sketch simulate and find the optimal link length having the best of the Ground Length (GL) and Ground Angle Coefficient(GAC). And use these length implemented the Theo Jansen mechanism both in Science box parts and acrylic. In addition to the further expansion of the legs to reach the goaltranslating heavy objects or person.

The purpose of this study is to suggest improvement directions and analysis of assistive technology service linkage on public benefits in local assistive technology center. The service steps and the main program parts of public benefits linkage in local assistive technology center was identified, and the present status of associated repair works and contact suppliers of assistive technology device in local community was investigated. The result showed the most common level of associated status to provide information of assistive technology devices in public benefits. All the centers provided repair service, and it was typically performed to light maintenance. The centers offered with associated professional repair service supplier for high maintenance service. The connection with assistive technology device supplier appeared a lot of regional difference. Henceforth, the centers will be required to distribute more various assistive technology devices, it is necessary upgrading the quality of information and interaction with the public benefits supporting organizations through its expansion, and it is need to ensure based on policy through the analysis of the effectiveness about linkage.

The rapid aging of the veterans has reached a level that cannot handle the demand for veterans care through the existing veterans care infrastructure. Therefore, it is urgent to improve the quality of the overall service of veterans due to the deterioration of the quality of nursing services for veterans with various underlying diseases compared to general patients and the long-term waiting for admission to the veterans care center. In this situation, about 640,000 people are admitted to veterans care institutions, but only about 5% of them can enter the veterans care center smoothly. As of June 2020, the number of people waiting to enter the veterans care center exceeds 1,000, including 520 at Suwon Veterans Nursing Home, 1 at Gwangju Veterans Nursing Home, 47 at Gimhae Veterans Nursing Home, 39 at Daegu Veterans Nursing Home, 86 at Namyangju Veterans Nursing Home.. Therefore, in order to predict those who want to enter the Veterans Nursing Home and wait for admission, and to find an important basis for resolving the long-term atmosphere, the ratio of future care providers is predicted in 2022-2050 and 2022-2024 to establish a cooperative system. As a result, 6,988 people in 2022, 6,797 people in 2023, and 6,606 people in 2024 can be admitted when 'preferred linkage', and 12,057 people in 2022 when 'expanded linkage'. It was found that 11,837 people in 2023 and 11,618 people in 2024 could be admitted. This was derived by estimating the percentage of people who wish to enter the Veterans Nursing Home when linking private nursing homes, and eventually "additional acceptance" of 22.5% in 2022, 20.9% in 2023, 19.4% in 2024, and 38.8% in 2023, 36.3% in 2023, and 34.1% in 2024 are most efficiently available.
Background: Policy network theory was proved to be an appropriate analytic tool for the current social welfare policy making process. This study aimed to analyze policy making process related to the nurse expansion and policy output while focusing on the interactions and activities among various policy actors. Methods: In this study, we used reports related to the need for expansion of nursing personnel journals, dissertations, newspaper articles, for hearings and debate policies for securing nurse data, and interviews. We examined three components of policy network, that is, policy actors, interactions, linkage of interest. Results: For that to expand the nurse before the 2000s in expanding the supply of medical supplies have been conducted without much disagreement among policy actors under the government's initiative. However, there was lacked a close relationship between the expanding supply of nurses and inaccurate analysis of supply and demand. As the policy is applied between the various policy actors' needs and claims, conflict was intensified and many policy options had been developed. Government only took a role as a coordinator among policy actors in the 2000's. Also, it was difficult to find sufficient and clear evidence that policy-making process based on fair judgment. Conclusion: Therefore, it is urgently required to determine the policy through a social consensus to address the appropriate policy means and the process by correct analysis of the policy issues.

Distribution systems for operating the various systems should be operated organically. Distribution systems for organic operations extend the functionality of the system and system integration for the extension is doing. However, in systems integration for each unique non-standard definition of linkage and exchange systems are used. Non-standard definition of a unique linkage and exchange systems in the maintenance and expansion will result in many negative results. To solve these problems, the system and the exchange of information about the links between systems should define standards. IEC (International Electrotechnical Commission) power to solve these problems in the field of the Common Information Model (Common Information Model, CIM) standard (IEC61970, IEC61968) is defined as the transmission and distribution system integration and standardization for the exchange of information. In this paper, standardized system for building CIM-based distribution automation system should describe the process of building. In addition, the process of establishing a common information model needed (CIM) defined and associated services for a defined set of models is proposed in the standardization process.
This study proposes schemes of GIS-based system development for integrated information management in water environment linked with Korean Reach File (KRF). For this purpose, precedent studies and systems of the U.S. were investigated and analyzed to induce optimal methodology for Korean circumstances. Thereafter, data linkage methods of KRF and Water Environment Information System (WEIS), system configuration plans, application development plans, and KRF improvement and maintenance plans were considered. For data linkage and system configuration, three methods were suggested: an overlay operation-based data linkage method, entering spatial addresses into the existing DB, and creating link information between KRF and the existing DB. The first method was predicted to be the most effective for system implementation, the second method is advantageous for search tasks, and the third method is advantageous for system security and maintenance. Various types of applications should be developed in the consideration of the types of the users and their usages. Moreover, there is a need for further research on regular renewal of KRF, standard development, expansion of construction areas, etc. Based on the present results, research on actual system design and development also should be conducted for supporting Total Maximum Daily Loads (TMDLs).
The purpose of this study is to analyze the structure, status and economic ripple effects of the fisheries processing industry in Korea using interindustry analysis. Five input-output tables published over the past twenty years have been reclassified with a focus on the fisheries processing sector. Through these multi-period tables, we analyzed changes in the inducing effects in production, value added and employment as well as the backward-forward linkage effects. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the industrial scale of the fisheries processing industry is very small compared to other food manufacturing industries. The backward linkage effect of the fisheries processing industry was greater than that of other industries, but the forward linkage effect was rather low. This means that the fisheries processing industry can be greatly affected by industrial depression of the downstream industries such as fishery and aquaculture. Production and employment-inducing effects of the fisheries processing industry have shown a decreasing trend in recent years. This reflects the reality that intermediate inputs are gradually being replaced by imports from domestic production due to the expansion of market opening and the depletion of fishery resource. In the future, it is necessary to prepare a strategy to increase the value-added productivity of the fisheries processing sector and foster it as an export industry.
This study is aiming at identifying the foreward and backward lingkage effects of the farm land base development project. Korean Government has continuously carried out farmland base development projets including the integrated agricultural development projects. large and medium scale irrigation projects and the comprehensive development of the four big river basin including tidal land reclamation and estuary dam construction for the all weather farming since 1962. the starting year of the five year economic development plans. Consequently the irrigation rate of paddy fields in Korea reached to 75% in 1998 and to escalate the irrigation rate, the Government had procured heavy investment fund from IBRD. IMF and OECF etc. To cope with the agricultural problems like trade liberalization in accordance with WTO policy, the government has tried to solve such problems as new farmland base development policy, preservation of the farmland and expansion of farmland to meet self-sufficiency of foods in the future. Especially, farmland base development projects have been challanged to environmental and ecological problems in evaluating economic benefits and costs where the value of non-market goods have not been included in those. Up to data, in evaluating benefits and costs of the projects, farmland base development projects have been confined to direct incremental value of farm products and it's related costs. Therefore the projects'efficiency as a decision making criteria has shown the low level of economic efficiencies. In estimating economic efficiencies including Leontiefs input-output analysis of the projects could not be founded in Korea at present. Accordingly this study is aimed at achieving and identifying the following objectives. (1) To identify the problems related to the financial supports of the Government in implementing the proposed projects. (2) To estimated backward and foreward linkage effects of the proposed project from the view point of national economy as a whole. To achieve the objectives, Hwangrak benefited area with reservoir which is located in Seosan-haemi Disticts, Chungnam Province were selected as a case study. The main results of the study are summarized as follows : a. The present value of investment and O & M cost were amounted to 3,510million won and the present value of the value added in related industries was estimated at 5.913million won for the period of economic life of 70 years. b. The total discounted value of farm products in the concerned industries derived by the project was estimated at 10,495million won and the foreward and backward linkage effects of the project were amounted to 6,760 and 5,126million won respectively. c. The total number of employment opportunities derived from the related industries for the period of project life were 3,136 man/year. d. Farmland base development projects were showed that the backward linkage effects estimated by index of the sensitivity dispersion were larger than the forward linkage effect estimated by index of the power of dispersion. On the other hand, the forward linkage effect of rice production value during project life was larger than the backward linkage effect e. The rate of creation of new job opportunity by means of implementing civil engineering works were shown high in itself rather than any other fields. and the linkage effects of production of the project investment were mainly derived from the metal and non-metal fields. f. According to the industrial linkage effect analysis, farmland base development projects were identified economically feasible from the view point of national economy as a whole even though the economic efficiencies of the project was outstandingly decreased owing to delaying construction period and increasing project costs.

This paper presents a new airport slot allocation model that uses AIP model to balance the use of airport slots within existing capacity based on the limitation of capacity expansion of airport slots. This new model is called a 'balanced airport slot allocation model', which integrates the airport facility usage system, which is applied independently without linkage, with the airport slot allocation system, introducing the market logical characteristic of 'administered incentive pricing. In this paper, we propose a new proposal to dramatically change the airport slot allocation system in the current situation where the expansion of facilities is limited in the urgent problem of the airport slot shortage, and it is necessary to balance the airport slot allocation. Airline paying for the use of an airport slot can determine the slot of the desired time slot based on the costs incurred by differentiating in the new airport slot allocation model. This is a system that allows the airlines that are willing to pay a lot of money in the market to use preferred airport slots.
