The objective of this study consists in promoting seafood consumption by increasing its intake opportunities for children through analysis of seafood using frequency in the elementary school lunch program. For that purpose, randomly sampled out from elementary schools through the county were 155 dietitians and 5th grade 3581 children, on whom a mail survey was conducted to analyse their seafood using frequency, and preference, and lunch menu by seasons. Results of this study are as follows : The seafood using frequency of the respondents represented the highest value in one or two times a week, while obstacles in seafood use presented high values in the safety of food by 71.6% and children preference by 68.4%. The seafood intake frequency of the respondents showed the highest value in three or four times a week by 34.5% and the places of seafood intake indicated the highest response in the home by 43.5% and then school lunch and dining out. The dietitians responded that children for the most part had not a preference for seafood, whereas the children pointed out average by 46.2%. As for reasons for avoidance of seafood, the dietitians expressed the highest response in it depends cooking methods by 45.8%, while the children because of its peculiar taste and smell by 42.1%. Their required improvement showed the highest response in the taste improvement by 51.8%. The children most preference for seafood that dietitians thought included fried Alaska pollack and shrimp cutlet, while dislikes braised mackerels and seasoned cold jelly fish. Cooking methods frequently used were represented in order of soup, hot soup, and stew, and the children's preferred cooking method was from fried food. Above results suggested that the intention to increase seafood using frequency is needed to at the time of planning the menus so that more seafood-providing opportunities can be given. The development of cooking methods is urgently needed that can change the taste or the smell of seafood, and concurrently with this conveniences be taken into account in eating such as elimination of bones, etc. as early as the states of purchase or checking of seafood. The reflection of the preferred cooking methods is thought to contribute to the enhancement of satisfaction with the seafood as well as to the reduction of food remnants. The recommendation of intake of low preference but nutritionally good seafood is required to be expanded in nutrition education.
Objectives: The purpose of this study was to examine the coverage of the current mandatory nutrition labeling system on the nutrient intake of Koreans. Methods: KNHANES dietary intake data (2013) of 7,242 subjects were used in the analysis. KNHANES dietary intake data were collected by a 24-hour recall method by trained dietitians. For analysis, all food items consumed by the subjects were classified into two groups (foods with mandatory labeling and other foods). In the next step, all food items were reclassified into four groups according to the food type and nutrition labeling regulations: raw material food, processed food of raw material characteristics, processed foods without mandatory labeling, and processed foods with mandatory labeling. The intake of energy and five nutrients (carbohydrate, protein, fat, saturated fat, and sodium) of subjects from each food group were analyzed to determine the coverage of the mandatory nutrition labeling system among the total nutrient intake of Koreans. Results: The average intake of foods with mandatory labeling were 384g/day, which was approximately one quarter of the total daily food intake (1,544 g/day). The proportion of energy and five nutrients intake from foods with mandatory labeling was 18.1%~47.4%. The average food intake from the 4 food groups were 745 g/day (48.3%) for the raw food materials, 54 g/day (3.5%) for the processed food of raw material characteristics, 391 g/day (25.3%) for the processed foods without mandatory labeling, and 354 g/day (22.9%) for the processed foods with mandatory labeling. Conclusions: Although nutrition labeling is a useful tool for providing nutritional information to consumers, the coverage of current mandatory nutrition labeling system on daily nutrient intake of the Korean population is not high. To encourage informed choices and improve healthy eating habits of the Korean population, the nutrition labeling system should be expanded to include more food items and foodservice menus.
The purpose of this study was to develop new method for the manufacture of Yukwa, a Korean oil-puffed rice snack with a soft texture, using a far infrared ray electric roaster. The Yukwa base is traditionally expanded using oil, but the Yukwa base tends to develop unpleasant rancid odors or off-flavors during storage. In this study, the DPPH radical scavenging activity of mugwort powder was evaluated. Baked and fried Yukwa samples were added with 0.5, 1.0, 1.5, and 2.0% of mugwort powder and left untreated as a control, and then tested for moisture content, expansion rate, color, hardness, and sensory evaluations. The samples with higher concentrations of mugwort powder, evidenced a more profound tendency toward DPPH radical scavenging activity. The moisture content of Yukwa dough tended to increase with the addition of mugwort powder. As the mugwort powder content increased, the moisture contents of the Yukwa base and the Baked Yukwa increased. The moisture content and expansion rates of the fried Yukwa did not differ significantly. The samples containing the mugwort power evidenced a lower expansion rate than was observed in the control group. The lightness of the baked and fried Yukwa was reduced with increased mugwort powder content. The greenness of the baked and fried Yukwa was at a minimum upon the addition of 2.0% mugwort powder. The yellowness of the baked Yukwa did not differ significantly between the samples. As the mugwort powder content increased, the yellowness of the fried Yukwa increased. The hardness of the baked and fried Yukwa tended to increase with the addition of mugwort powder. In the sensory evaluations, the baked Yukwa scored higher than the fried Yukwa, and all of the sensory characteristics of baked Yukwa scored highest in the samples without mugwort powder, but also scored fairly well with 1.0 and 1.5% mugwort powder. In conclusion, these results demonstrated that 1.0~1.5% of mugwort powder should be added to Yukwa baked in a far infrared ray electrical roaster in order to optimize physiological functions and keep overall acceptability reasonably high.
The Global Financial Crisis and introduction of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) urged the banks to strengthen their asset qualities. The banks dispose their non performing loans(NPLs) consistently to maintain a sufficient BIS capital adequacy ratio. Accordingly, the interests in auctions, as a disposal method, of real estates that secured for NPLs are on the increasing. This study suggest an alternative for fairness consolidation of real estate auctions which secured for NPLs. First, the impartial entry barriers for NPL sales markets need to be eliminated for fair bidding competition in auctions for real estate that secured for NPLs. In addition, the portion of NPL disposal by real estate auctions need to be expanded. Second, the asymmetry of trade information in the retail markets of NPLs and the abuse of offset by NPL owners' also should be restricted. The Fairness improvement of NPL trading process and real estate auction process that secured for them would of great use in the protection of bidders. Futhermore, it would also contribute to the revitalization of real estate auction markets and the resolution of NPLs of banks through fair disposal of distressed assets.
This study aims to analyze the satisfaction of seniors living in Cheonan City downtown as to their residential environment. Also, this study intends to identify which factors should be improved first to make downtown a favorable residential area. To that end, 'social indicators of Chungnam' was used. The collected data was analyzed through a statistical analysis method using ANOVA (analysis of variance) and a cluster analysis. It led to the following findings. First, 6.9% of the elderly residents expressed their wish to move from their downtown residence. Thus, the majority of the residents do not want to move. Second, the satisfaction of the elderly residents in their downtown residence scored 6.09. The score is higher than those of other regions. Thus, it is highly possible to develop downtown into a senior-friendly area. Third, as for satisfaction in downtown residence, it was higher among the following groups: men; those with high school or higher level of education; those earning at least a million won a month; family of one generation. Fourth, satisfaction in the following factors was relatively low: culture and education; interaction with neighbors and trust in them; car accidents. Thus, those factors should be improved for downtown residents. Above all, community-faced facilities should be expanded to increase exchanges with neighbors and trust in them. To attract women dissatisfied with downtown residence. it is imperative to increase daily safety by reducing car accidents and crime.

The purpose of this study is to find the point for improvement through the comparative analysis of the 2007 & 2009 revised science curriculum, and the NGSS of the United States with Bloom's revised taxonomy. The results of the analysis confirmed that the revised curriculum in 2009 compared to the revised curriculum in 2007 has expanded the type of cognitive process and knowledge, which promote a higher level thinking. However, the revised curriculum in 2009 has been biased to the type of specific cognitive process and knowledge in cognitive process dimension and knowledge dimension as compared to the NGSS of the United States. In the revised curriculum in 2009, the type of cognitive process such as 'analyze,' 'evaluate,' 'create,' and the type of knowledge such as 'meta-cognitive knowledge' have been treated inattentively. In addition, through comparative analysis, it was identified that the type of cognitive process and knowledge that were neglected in achievement standards were not dealt with in the learning objective of teachers' guides, either. The revised curriculum should consist of achievement standards in comparison to the previous curriculum to reflect better the goals of science education. Therefore, it is necessary to create an achievement standards including various types of cognitive processes and knowledge by improving the method of statement of achievement standards of science curriculum.

In this paper, the E-polarized electromagnetic scattering problems by a resistive strip grating with tapered resistivity on 3 dielectric layers are analyzed to find out the effects for the tapered resistivity of resistive strip and the relative permittivity and thickness of 3 die- lectric layers by applying the Fourier-Galerkin moment methods. The induced surface current density is expanded in a series of Jacobi-polynomial ${P^{(\chi,\beta)}}_p$(.) of the order $\alpha$= 0 and $\beta$=1 as a kind of orthogonal polyomians, and the tapered resistivity assumes to vary linearly from 0 at one edge to finite resistivity at the other edge. The normalized reflected and transmitted powers are obtained by varying the tapered resistivity and the relative permittivity and thickness of dielectric layers. The sharp variation points are observed when the higher order modes are transferred between propagating and evanescent modes, and in general the local minimum positions occur at less grating period for the more relative permittivity of dielectric layers. It should be noted that the patterns of the normalized reflected and transmitted powers for the tapered resistivity are very much different from those of the uniform resistivity and perfectly conducting cases. The proposed method of this paper cna solve the scattering problems for the tapered resistive, uniform resistive, and PEC strip cases.

In recent years, a hierarchical security architecture has been widely studied because it can efficiently protect information by allowing an authorized user access to the level of information. However, the conventional hierarchical decryption methods require several decryption keys for the high level information. In this paper, we propose a hierarchical image encryption using random phase masks and Walsh code having orthogonal characteristics. To decrypt the hierarchical level images by only one decryption key, we combine Walsh code into the hierarchical level system. For encryption process, we first perform a Fourier transform for the multiplication results of the original image and the random phase mask, and then expand the transformed pattern to be the same size and shape of Walsh code. The expanded pattern is finally encrypted by multiplying with the Walsh code image and the binary phase mask. We generate several encryption images as the same encryption process. The reconstruction image is detected on a CCD plane by a despread process and Fourier transform for the multiplication result of encryption image and hierarchical decryption keys which are generated by Walsh code and binary random phase image. Computer simulations demonstrate that the proposed technique can decrypt hierarchical information by using only one level decryption key image and it has a good robustness to the data loss such as random cropping.
Nowadays, within the paradigm shift of e-learning, MOOCs service has been expanded among a number of global leading universities and this has affected our domestic universities' e-learning to look for different possibilities and new challenges. In consideration of our domestic educational condition, it is required to contemplate how university e-learning can be changed and developed with focus on MOOCs from the perspective of convergence development. This study suggests plans for convergence development in university e-learning based on MOOCs with conceptual model. We conducted the studies on relevant literature of university e-learning and MOOCs, expert consultation, SWOT analysis, survey for those involved of e-learning centers, etc. Through this process, we developed a final plan which integrates 'open advanced education course service', 'teaching and learning curation service', 'teaching and learning practice service', 'creative teaching and instruction method development and sharing service', and 'cloud based educational platform support service', etc with the perspective of convergence development. Also we designed convergence development plan based on MOOCs. It is assumed that the result of this research provides advanced plans for development of university e-learning and the base for further discussion of introduction and application of MOOCs service in domestic university.
The purpose of this thesis is to seek the methodologies for forming the fandoms of the Theatre. For the research, I explain by giving the example of the K-POP, of which the fandom has already been spread. Afterwards, I describe about the items which can substitute the plays and about the limits. By escaping from the passive consumptions, the fandoms have been expanded to the domain in which the culture is reborn. The cultural activities of the fandoms have come out of simply liking the fans, and the domain has been widened to the social activities. In the case of the K-POP, it has gone beyond Korea and has the fandoms in the whole world. Regarding the reasons why the fandoms could be formed in relation to the K-POP, firstly, it is because the project-type stars made by the large-scale agency had existed. Secondly, it is because the methods of accessing the contents had become simple through the online proliferation, such as the YouTube and the SNS's. Lastly, it is because the cultural activities of the fandoms give the joys, thereby continually maintaining the fandoms. If this is substituted for the Theatre, in the case of the Theatre, in order for the large-scale agencies to make the plans for and train the actors and the actresses, there are, somewhat, the excesses. However, if a PR method suitable for the online environment is developed and if the common joy is given to the audience of the Theatre, there is the possibility that the fandoms can be invigorated regarding the Theatre. Although, with regard to the K-POP and the Theatre, there exist the differences between the contents, if the methodologies of the K-POP fandoms, which have invigorated the fandoms and have been managing stably, are substituted for the plays, the invigoration of the fandoms is possible regarding the Theatre, too.
