Analysis Of News Articles On 'Elderly Living Alone' Based On Big Data: Comparison Before and After COVID-19

  • 본 연구는 COVID-19 발생 이전과 이후 보도된 빅데이터 기반의 '독거노인' 관련 언론 기사를 비교함으로써 '독거노인' 관련 언론 기사에 있어 어떠한 변화가 나타나는지 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 COVID-19 발생 이전은 2018~2019년, 발생 이후는 2020~2021년으로 선정하였으며, 빅카인즈를 이용하여 '독거노인' 관련 언론 기사를 수집, 분석하였다. 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, COVID-19 발생 이전에 비해 이후에 관련 기사 건수가 감소하였다. 둘째, 연관어 분석에서 큰 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 셋째, 관계도 분석에서 COVID-19 발생 이전에는 '임직원'이, 이후에는 '코로나 19'가 가장 가중치가 크게 나타났다. 본 연구는 '독거노인'과 관련하여 감염병 확산 상황에서 국가 정책 및 제도의 개선안을 마련하는 데 있어 기초 자료로 활용될 것으로 기대한다.

한의 임상 복진법 - 전문가 의견을 바탕으로 - (Clinical Abdominal Examinations in Korean Medicine Based on Expert Opinions)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study was to investigate the opinions of experts on abdominal examinations in Korean Medicine included in the curriculum of the College of Korean Medicine. Methods: Among Korean doctors, 14 experts on abdominal examinations were interviewed; the experts included 9 professors of Korean internal medicine, 1 expert in diagnostics of Korean Medicine, 1 primary care Korean medicine doctor, and 3 executives of a (former) Korean association of the abdomen. The interview consisted of questions regarding recognition of the clinical importance of abdominal examinations, how to perform abdominal examinations, the most frequent abdominal examination findings encountered in clinical practice, and the definition of some of the abdominal examination findings. Results: Most interviewees recognized abdominal examinations as important and used them in clinical practice. Opinions on additions and corrections were collected regarding observation items, posture, method, and order during abdominal examinations. Abdominal examination findings that were common clinically were abdominal fullness (腹滿), epigastric stuffness (心下痞鞕), abdominal tenderness, epigastric fullness (心下滿), and rib distention (胸脇苦滿). The answers to the question related to the definitions of abdominal examination findings included consent and supplementary opinions regarding definitions of deficiency-excess, cold-heat, abdominal tenderness, tension of abdominal muscles, succession sounds, and borborygmus; these were mainly selected based on abdominal symptoms that are highly quantifiable. Conclusions: In the future, based on the results of this study, additional research related to the drafting of a standard abdominal examination in Korean medicine should be conducted to provide an opportunity to increase the reliability of Korean medicine diagnosis.

다문화장병 정책 연구동향 분석 -2010년~2022년 학술논문을 중심으로- (Analysis of Multicultural Soldiers Policy Research Trends -Focused on academic papers from 2010 to 2022-)

  • 본 연구는 2010년부터 2022년까지 연구된 다문화장병 정책 학술논문을 중심으로 연구의 경향을 살펴보았다. 연도별, 분야별, 연구 대상별 현황을 살펴본 결과 다문화 가정의 청년들의 입대를 허용한 병역법 개정을 기점으로 이후부터 연구가 진행되어 오늘에 이르렀으나 연구가 활발하지 못한점을 확인했다. 연구 분야 또한 최초 다문화 장병의 입대를 앞두고 환경조성과 준비방향부터 정책적인 방안 제시 등으로 다변화되고 있었으나 여전히 확대될 필요성을 확인했다. 마지막 연구대상면에서는 간부에서 용사에 이르기까지 다양했으나 대부분이 다문화 장병 대상보다는 수용자 중심의 연구인점이 그 한계로 확인되었다. 이러한 본 논문의 분석결과가 현재도 여전히 진행중인 다문화 장병에 대한 향후 연구방향설정에 긍정적인 역할을 하길 기대한다.

경영책임자 안전보건의무 실효성 제고를 위한 해외사례 비교분석 - 중대재해처벌법과 싱가포르 신설 제도를 중심으로 - (A comparative Analysis of Overseas Cases to Enhance Effectiveness of CEO's Safety and Health Duties - Focusing on Serious Accidents Punishment Act(SAPA) and Singapore's New System -)

  • Although corporate punishment-related systems are being implemented in several countries, such as South Korea's Serious Accidents Punishment Act (SAPA), related research has mainly focused on legal issues. This study aimed to compare and analyze the SAPA and Singapore's Workplace Safety and Health Act (WSHA) and Code of Practice on Chief Executives' and Board of Directors' Workplace Safety and Health Duties (WSHD). In addition, it was attempted to draw implications to enhance the effectiveness of the CEO's safety and health duties. For this study, a comparative analysis was conducted in 3 steps. In step 1, similar overseas systems were investigated. In step 2, the system contents were classified into four viewpoints (DUTY, RESOURCE, Other factors, and Main contents), and comparison items were derived from each viewpoint. In step 3, the viewpoints were compared, and implications were derived. The following three implications were derived through comparative analyses. 1) In WSHD, additional explanation and calibration of measures clarify the CEO's role, and 2) It is easy to use for the CEO's duties by providing the resources directly. 3) Penalties for violating the proposed duties are entrusted to the existing higher-level laws. Considering this, providing detailed content and related information for the CEO would possibly improve the SAPA to fulfill his/her duties through announcements from related organizations in the future.

바이러스 전파 대응을 위한 119구급대원 방역복 디자인 개발 -COVID-19를 중심으로- (Development of 119 Paramedics' Quarantine Suit Design to Respond to Virus Transmission -Focusing on COVID-19-)

  • This study aimed to develop a visually differentiated quarantine suit design for giving 119 paramedics comfort to work and psychological stability and to awaken awareness without fear or pressure of the public through literature review and practical research. Basic research was conducted on firefighting uniforms and quarantine suits in Korea and abroad, focusing on domestic and foreign related literature. An interview survey was conducted to identify the current status, problems, and preferences of the design. Research subjects were eight dispatched paramedics and two executives in Seoul and Gwangju. The survey period was from September 15, 2022 to October 10, 2022. Interviews were conducted through phone calls. Results of this study were as follows. Most of the quarantine suits currently worn were Level D style ready-made clothes without coverall patterns. The current quarantine suit was designed without reflecting the symbolism of the National Fire Agency. They were wearing a generous size without having to think about the fit. Most of these quarantine suits were white. In addition, the quarantine suit could not be equipped with a camera for the safety of paramedics. After identifying improvements based on results of the above interview analysis, the following quarantine suit design was proposed. First, it would be differentiated from other institutions by designing suits with symbolism. Second, the convenience of size, camera equipment, and better breathability and style than Level D should be considered. Based on these results, a total of five quarantine suits were designed.

자기결정성과 자기주도학습에 의한 기업 이러닝이 학습 만족도에 미치는 영향 (The Learning Satisfaction in Corporate E-learning based on Self-Directed Learning and Self-Determination)

  • Companies want organizational members who take e-learning courses to enjoy the advantages of transcending time and space that e-learning has, but also want what they have learned to help the organization, the work they perform, or their future careers. In addition, while enjoying the effect of reducing education costs compared to offline education through e-learning, it is expected that executives and employees will apply the knowledge and skills learned to the field and perform tasks to achieve results. As COVID-19 continues, many education programs that have been conducted offline at corporate sites have been converted to e-learning, with a larger number of e-learning operations than in the past. This study was conducted based on the perception that learners' learning satisfaction is important for the successful operation of e-learning education, and that learners' own self-directed learning ability and self-determination are important as well as corporate efforts. As a result of the study, hypotheses 1-1, 1-2, 1-3-1, and 1-3-2 that the better the self-determination (autonomy, competence, full-time support, and peer support) is, the higher the learning satisfaction will be. Both Hypothesis 2-1 and Hypothesis 2-2 were adopted that the better self-directed learning (subjectivity, execution ability) is, the higher the learning satisfaction will increase. In conclusion, it is necessary to properly introduce the concepts of self-determination and self-directed learning in corporate education while operating with the corporate education system.

커피프랜차이즈 최고경영자의 리더십이 혁신성과에 미치는 영향: 조직신뢰의 매개효과 (The Impact of Coffee Shop Franchise CEO Leadership on Innovation Performance: Mediating Role of Organizational Trust)

  • Purpose - This study aims to examine the impact of leadership on organizational trust and innovation performance, and to identify whether organizational trust plays a mediating role in the relationship between leadership and innovation performance. Also, this study attempts to find out how to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness based on leadership-based or trust-based strategies. And, this research proposed that organizational trust plays a core mediating role in the relationship between transactional and transformational leadership and innovation performance. Research design, data, and methodology - In order to test the hypotheses of this study, the survey was conducted towards franchise coffee shop employees between November 7 and 18, 2016. We contacted top executives of coffee shop franchise headquarters and explained the purpose of this study. Among 150 questionnaires distributed, 123 were collected. Of these collected questionnaires, 102 questionnaires were coded and analyzed for further analysis. In order to test the unidimensionality and reliability of the factors, factor analysis and reliability test were performed using SPSS/PC+ 22.0. And, the hypotheses were tested using hierarchical mediated regression analysis. Result - The results are as follows. First, transactional leadership, and intellectual stimulation, motivation of transformational leadership had significant impacts on organizational trust. Second, organizational trust, transactional leadership, and influence of transformational leadership had significant impacts on innovation performance. Third, the mediating test of organizational trust showed that transactional leadership plays a partial mediator, and intellectual of transformational leadership plays a full mediator in the relationship between leadership and innovation performance. Conclusions - The implications of this study are as follows. First, the top management should provide their organizational members incentives or rewards based on their performance. Second, top management should identify and express a clear vision and desirable organizational goals for the future, present an idealized vision, and communicate to organizational members that the vision is achievable, also have organizational members to think creatively and find optimal solutions to difficult problems. In sum, this study revealed the important role of leadership in embedding organizational trust in and improving innovation performance of coffee shop employees and the mediating role of organizational trust in the influence of leadership on innovation performance.

정보보호 및 개인정보보호 관리체계(ISMS-P) 인증 제도에서 중소기업 기반 평가항목 도출에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Derivation of SME-based Evaluation Items in ISMS-P Authentication Systems)

  • 중소기업 실태조사에 따르면, 기술보호역량 수준은 매년 나아지고 있으나, 기술유출 및 피해는 지속적으로 발생하고 있다. 이는 중소기업 임직원의 보안의식 강화와 보안수준을 지속적으로 유지할 수 있는 보안관리 및 감독체계가 필요함을 보여준다. 정보보호 및 개인정보보호 관리체계(ISMS-P) 인증 제도가 이와 관련된 최신 기준인데, 이 제도는 ISP, IDC, 병원 및 학교, 중소기업 등 인증 대상 기관의 유형을 고려하지 않고 동일한 인증 기준을 적용하는 문제점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 ISMS-P 인증과 개인정보보호 관리체계(PIMS) 인증을 참고하여 중소기업에 특화되어 적용할 수 있는 73개 평가 항목을 도출하였다. 연구 결과는 기존의 ISMS-P 인증에 비해 평가 항목 수가 28.4% 줄었음을 보여준다.

내외부 압력이 ESG 활동과 경영성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effect of Internal and External Pressures on ESG Activities and Business Performance)

  • This study is a leading case of empirical analysis of whether, when corporate stakeholders (government, investors, customers, managers, employees) put pressure on companies for ESG management, it affects the introduction and implementation of ESG activities (environmental, social, governance) and affects business performance. As for the research method, a sustainability report was published, and a web survey of Korea Research Inc. was conducted from May 10 to May 20, 2022 targeting ESG management managers of 192 companies, and analyzed through the PLS structural equation model. As a result of the study, it was found that the introduction and execution of ESG is closely influenced by the pressure from the government, investors, managers, and employees, and in particular, the internal pressure of current managers and executives and employees has a great impact on the introduction and implementation of environmental, social, and governance activities. In particular, although external pressure also has some influence, it is practical to suggest that strong internal pressure is necessary for continuous activities and performance. And, methodologically, the main activity indicators of the GRI Reporting Guidelines, which are the most representative ESG management indicators, were developed as a questionnaire, and reliability, validity, and model fit were secured through comparison with indicators of multiple systems and expert reviews. The limitations of this study are that more in-depth analysis by industry or size is possible when ESG management is mature and sufficient samples are secured, and complex ESG pressure factor modeling is possible when more diverse stakeholders are added.

물류정보시스템 활용도 제고에 관한 연구 - 부산·경남지역을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Improvement of Applicaton and Performance on Logistics Information System - In the place of Busan·Kyungnam area -)

  • 근래 물류정보시스템의 중요성은 특히 강조되어 지고 있으며 물류정보시스템의 활용도는 물류관리의 능력, 물류처리의 기술수준, 물류체계의 강화, 물류정책의 수행력과 같은 기업환경에 따라 달라질 수 있음을 보여준다. 따라서 회사의 물류정보 시스템의 활용도를 조사하기 위해 부산 경남지역에 소재한 상장, 등록, 외감법인 중 174개 제조업체와 유통업체를 대상범위로 한정시켰다. 다음은, 본 연구의 결론으로서 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사업의 특정종류에 따라 물류정보시스템 활용도는 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 제조업체와 유통업체들의 각 입장에서 볼 때, 물류정보시스템의 활용도에 대한 중요성은 쌍방업체간에 크게 다르지 않음을 나타내고 있다. 셋째, 물류시스템의 할용도는 물류관리능력을 가진 경영자의 유무에 따라 좌우될 수 있음을 보여준다. 넷째, 물류정보시스템의 활용도는 물류성과와 긍정적인 관계를 가지며, 또한 이러한 활용도는 단순한 물류비용 감소보다는 물류전문가로 하여금 고객들에게 보다 고급화된 서비스를 제공할 수 있음을 보여준다.
