  • In this paper, we achieve implementation of a Time-Frequency Domain Reflectometry(TFDR) system through comparatively low performance(100MS/s) PCI extensions for Instrumentation(PXI). The TFDR is the general methodology of Time Domain Reflectometry(TDR) and Frequency Domain Reflectometry(FDR). This methodology is robust in Gaussian noises, because the fixed frequency bandwidth is used. Moreover, the methodology can get more information of the fault by using the normalized time-frequency cross correlation function. The Arbitrary Waveform Generator(AWG) module generates the input signal, and the digital oscilloscope module acquires the input and reflected signals, while PXI controller module performs the control of the total PXI modules and execution of the main algorithm. The maximum range of measurement and the blind spot are calculated according ta variations of time duration and frequency bandwidth. On the basis of above calculations, the algorithm and the design of input signals used in the TFDR system are verified by real experiments. The correlation function is added to the TDR methodology for reduction of the blind spot in the TFDR system.

Optimal Configuration Control for a Mobile Manipulator

  • A mobile manipulator-a serial connection of a mobile platform and a task robot-is redundant by itself. Using its redundant freedom, a mobile manipulator can move in various modes, i. e., can perform dexterous tasks. In this paper, to improve task execution efficiency utilizing redundancy, optimal configurations of the mobile manipulator are maintained while it is moving to a new task point. Assuming that a task robot can perform the new task by itself, a desired configuration for the task robot can be pre-determined. Therefore, a cost function for optimality can be defined as a combination of the square errors of the desired and actual configurations of the mobile platform and of the task robot. In the combination of the two square errors, a newly defined mobility of a mobile platform is utilized as a weighting index. With the aid of the gradient method, the cost function is minimized, so the tasle that the mobile manipulator performs is optimized. The proposed algorithm is experimentally verified and discussed with a mobile manipulator, PURL-II.

  • The purpose of this paper is to implement a Labview based TFDR Real Time system through the instruments of Pci eXtensions for Instrumentation(PXI). The proposed load impedance measurement algorithm was verified by experiments via the implemented real time system. The TFDR real time system consisted of the reference signal design, signal generation, signal acquisition, algorithm execution and results display parts. To implement real time system, all of the parts wore programmed by the Labview which is one of graphical programming languages. In the application software implemented by the Labview we were able to design a suitable reference signal according to the length and frequency attenuation characteristics of the target cable and controled the arbitrary waveform generator(ZT500PXI) of the signal generation part and the digital storage oscilloscope(ZT430PXI) of the signal acquisition part. By using the TFDR real time system with the terminal resistor on the target cable, we applied to the load impedance measurements. In the proposed load impedance algorithm a normalized time-frequency cross correlation function and a cross time-frequency distribution function was employed to calculate the reflection coefficient and phase difference between the input and the reflected signals.

소비자법 내에서의 소비자기본법상 집단분쟁조정제도의 역할과 과제 (The Function and Task of Collective Dispute Mediation in the Framework Act on Consumer)

  • The Collective Dispute Mediation was introduced to Korea with complement the Verbandsklage which was said to be poor at monetary compensation for consumers' damages. and The Collective Dispute Mediation also seems very likely to the class action, but one can resolve the dispute before filing a law suit under the Collective Dispute Mediation. The validity of the Collective Dispute Mediation is the same as the "settlement in court". After reaching the Collective Dispute Mediation, one may have a right to ask the compulsory execution. Under the Collective Dispute Mediation the damaged party must take part directly in the dispute, because the Collective Dispute Mediation is also included in the dispute resolution. Therefore a problem that how can the damaged consumer, who do not directly take part in the dispute process, get the remedy alternatively may arise. However, this problem is solved by Compensation Plan Letter which is described in the "Framework Act on Consumer". By the Compensation Plan Letter, the person who do not directly take part in the dispute process can be remedied ex post facto(Article 68). This thesis is study on The Function and Task of Collective Dispute Mediation in the Framework Act on Consumer in our state.

경도인지장애 노인에게 적용한 웃음요법병합 인지강화 프로그램의 효과 (Effect of the Laughter Therapy Combined with Cognitive Reinforcement Program for the Elderly with Mild Cognitive Impairment)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of laughter therapy and cognitive reinforcement program on self-efficacy, depression and cognitive functions of the elderly with mild cognitive impairments (MCI). Methods: The study design was a non-equivalent control group pre and posttest design. Thirty-six subjects over the age of 65 with a diagnosis of mild cognitive impairment were assigned either to a treatment or a comparison group. Data were collected from February 7 to March 27, 2012 in the dementia supporting center. An eight week treatment program that included laughter therapy coupled with a cognitive reinforcing program including hand exercise, laughter dance routine, laughter technic and cognitive training for attention, memory, orientation and execution skill. Results: MoCA-K (t=-6.86, p<.001) and Stroop test CW correct (t=-2.54, p=.008), self-efficacy (t=-3.62, p=.001) in the treatment group were significantly higher than those of the comparison group. Reported depression (t=2.29, p=.014), Stroop test CW error (U=53.50, p<.001) in the treatment group was significantly less than the comparison group. Conclusion: In this study, the treatment was effective in improving self-efficacy, cognitive function and reducing depression in the elderly with MCI.

  • 전자상거래분야는 시공간을 넘은 소비자의 취향 및 요구에 따라 보다 효율적인 서비스 지원을 위하여 급속히 변화 되고 있다. 이에, 다양한 상품에 따른 콘텐츠의 처리와 관리는 소비자의 측면에서 고려되고, 컴포넌트 기반의 개발은 이를 효과적으로 운영하기 위하여 개발자 및 관리자의 측면에서 고려되었다. 즉, 전자상거래 시스템은 소비자의 다양한 취향에 따른 상품콘텐츠 관리와 이를 효율적이고 능동적으로 대처할 수 있는 컴포넌트 기반의 개발을 필요로 한다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 서버측 컴포넌트 모델인 EJB(Enterprise Java Beans)기반의 물품 구매 시스템을 구현하였다. 이는, 상품 콘텐츠에서 구매에 이르는 각 기능단위를 독립적인 수행모듈인 컴포넌트로 구현하며, 이를 합성함으로서 전체의 구매 시스템을 이루도록 하였다. 이에 따라, 독립 기능 단위인 컴포넌트는 다양하게 변화되는 콘텐츠의 처리에 능동적으로 대처할 수 있다.

Integrated Task Planning based on Mobility of Mobile Manipulator (M2) Platform

  • This paper presents an optimized integrated task planning and control approach for manipulating a nonholonomic robot by mobile manipulators. Then, we derive a kinematics model and a mobility of the mobile manipulator(M2) platform considering it as the combined system of the manipulator and the mobile robot. to improve task execution efficiency utilizing the redundancy, optimal trajectory of the mobile manipulator(M2) platform are maintained while it is moving to a new task point. A cost function for optimality can be defined as a combination of the square errors of the desired and actual configurations of the mobile robot and of the task robot. In the combination of the two square errors, a newly defined mobility of a mobile robot is utilized as a weighting index. With the aid of the gradient method, the cost function is minimized, so the path trajectory that the M2 platform generates is optimized. The simulation results of the 2 ink planar nonholonomic M2 platform are given to show the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.

사용자 친숙형 반도체 공정 시뮬레이터의 구성에 관한 연구 (A Study of Semiconductor Process Simulator with User Friendly Framework)

  • 본 논문에서는 반도체 공정 시뮬레이션을 위해 산화, 확산 및 이온 주입 공정을 모델링하고, 효율적인 실행과 상호 연관된 연속 공정의 시뮬레이션이 가능하도록 통합화된 환경을 구축하였다. 점성적 스트레스 모델을 이용한 산화 공정은 유속-압력 알고리즘과 경계요소법을 이용하여 안정된 해를 얻었으며, 선확산과 산화증배 현상이 포함된 확산 공정은 전진해법과 유한요소법을 이용하였다 또한 이온 주입 공정은 TRIM을 기본으로 다양한 공정 조건에 대한 모델이 추가된 몬테카를로 방법을 사용하였다. 편리한 사용자 입력 인터페이스와 그래픽적 출력을 제공하고, 윈도즈의 API함수를 이용하여 PC상에서 적은 메모리로도 빠른 결과를 얻을 수 있도록 하였으며, 객체 지향적인 모듈화로 타 시뮬레이터와의 호환성이 가능하도록 구성하였다.

A Cyber-Physical Information System for Smart Buildings with Collaborative Information Fusion

  • This article shows a set of physical information fusion IoT systems that we designed for smart buildings. Its essence is a computer system that combines physical quantities in buildings with quantitative analysis and control. In the part of the Internet of Things, its mechanism is controlled by a monitoring system based on sensor networks and computer-based algorithms. Based on the design idea of the agent, we have realized human-machine interaction (HMI) and machine-machine interaction (MMI). Among them, HMI is realized through human-machine interaction, while MMI is realized through embedded computing, sensors, controllers, and execution. Device and wireless communication network. This article mainly focuses on the function of wireless sensor networks and MMI in environmental monitoring. This function plays a fundamental role in building security, environmental control, HVAC, and other smart building control systems. The article not only discusses various network applications and their implementation based on agent design but also demonstrates our collaborative information fusion strategy. This strategy can provide a stable incentive method for the system through collaborative information fusion when the sensor system is unstable in the physical measurements, thereby preventing system jitter and unstable response caused by uncertain disturbances and environmental factors. This article also gives the results of the system test. The results show that through the CPS interaction of HMI and MMI, the intelligent building IoT system can achieve comprehensive monitoring, thereby providing support and expansion for advanced automation management.

PMO의 관여도가 프로젝트성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effect of PMO Involvement on Project Performance)

  • Purpose This study is based on previous studies related to the function and operating system of the project management system for efficient project management. The purpose of the study is, first, to find out how the project performance is affected by the utilization of the project management system and the involvement of the PMO. Second, the mediating effect of implementing integrated management between the project management system and project performance is to be demonstrated. Design/methodology/approach Based on previous studies related to project management, this study designed a research model by integrating functional factors derived from project management system design studies, integrated management factors, and factors derived from PMO function studies. Findings As a result of the empirical analysis, this study first confirmed that high utilization of the project management system and high involvement of the PMO are factors that affect project performance. In addition, it was confirmed that the establishment of the system and the introduction of PMO do not guarantee project performance. Second, it was confirmed that the execution of integrated management has a mediating effect between the system and the project performance, and that the high utilization of the system has a positive effect on the mediating effect.
