  • In this paper, we propose the automatic demand response systems which reduce the electric power consumption for the period automatically distinct from the existing passive demand response that a subscriber directly controls the energy consumption. The proposed systems are based on SEP 2.0 and consist of the demand response management program, the demand response server, and the demand response client. The demand response program shows the current status of the electric power use to a subscriber and supports the function which the administrator enables to creates or cancels a demand response event. The demand response server transmits the demand response event received from the demand response management program to the demand response client through SEP 2.0 protocol, and it stores the metering data from the demand response client in a database. After extracting the data, such as the demand response the start time, the duration, the reduction level, the demand response client reduces the electric power consumption for the period.

  • Complicated business logic makes program complexity more complicated. It's inevitable that the program must undergo reengineering processes all the way of in its lifetime. Hot spot analysis that has diverse purposes is getting an important question more and more. As a rule, reengineering process is done by UML model-based approach to analyze the legacy system. The smallest fragment of targets to be analysed is unit, that is function or class. Today's software development is to deal with huge change of software product and huge class including heavy quantity of LOC(Lines Of Code). However, analysis of unit is not precise approach process for reliable reengineering consequence. In this paper, we propose very precise hot spot analysis approach using Aspect-Oriented Programming languages, such as AspectJ. Typically the consistency between UML and source is needed code to redefine the modified library or framework boundaries. But reengineering approach using AOP doesn't need to analyze UML and source code. This approach makes dynamic event log data that contains detailed program interaction information. This dynamic event log data makes it possible to analyze hot spot.

  • This study aims to clear the relation between perceived risk and user's attitude and behavior toward a food service event. To accomplish this, theoretical reviews and empirical analysis were jointly carried out. For the empirical analysis, a survey was conducted from April 3 to April 6, and total 291 copies of the questionnaire were used for the statistical analysis, SPSS 15.0 and LISREL 8.30. The results of the test of the hypotheses can be summarized as follows: First, the analysis shows that there is significant difference between the perceived risk and attitude of a food service event user. The perceived risk of food service event users causes effect that is contradictory in attitude. As users' perceived risk is less, attitude improved. Second, the analysis of the relationship between user's attitude and behavior intention showed that user's attitude affected behavior intention. Therefore, under these circumstances, there should be more concern in solving perceived risk among food service event users and a special program for promoting satisfaction with an event. And food service event director should make more efforts in nutritive value, organic food, time saving, etc.

  • This study examined the influences of cognitive conflict and non-cognitive variables induced by a discrepant event on process of conceptual change, and the processes that a discrepant event lead to situational interest. Seventh graders participated in this study. A preconception test was administered to select students possessing misconceptions about density. The tests of cognitive response and situational interest to a discrepant event were administered. After learning with a CAl program, the tests assessing attention and effort allocated to the CAl, and conceptual understanding were also administered. A path analysis revealed that cognitive conflict induced by a discrepant event caused situational interest, which in turn increased attention and/or effort and thus, resulted in conceptual change. The results of the path analysis on the processes in which a discrepant event led to situational interest suggested that novelty may be a primary source of situational interest. Novelty influenced situational interest directly as well as through attention demand, exploration intention, and instant enjoyment. Moreover, novelty exerted a direct effect on challenge, which in turn had negative effects on instant enjoyment directly as well as through cognitive conflict, and thus, decreased situational interest. However, the path coefficients of the latter were relatively smaller than those of the former. Educational implications are discussed.

  • There have been many different theories on the etiology of temporomandibular disorders(TMDs). The objective of the study was to investigate the effects of occlusal fctors and recent life event changes as prediposing fctor on the development of temporomandibjlar disorders. To evaluate the above predisposing factor, the author used T-scan system(Tekscan Co. U.S.A.) for quantitative occlusal analysis, clinical examination for occlusal state and Social Readjustment Rating Scale(SRRS) for recent life event change units (LCU). 63 patients with TMDs and 57 patients with malocclusion presented at Wonkwang University Dental Hospital participated in this study. The subjects were grouped by Angle's classification and presence of absence of TMDs and parafunctional oral habits. Data gained with regard to contact number, contact force, contact time, occlusal state(number of total teeth and occluding teeth, overjet, overbite) and occlusal interferences (protrusive posterior contact, nonworking side interference, and RCP-ICP slide) and recent life event changes. The data were processed and analysed by SAS statistical package program, The results of this study were as follows : 1. There were no significant differences on both quantitative occlusal contact analysis and occlusal state between TMDs group and Angle's malocclusion group. Also, there were no differences among the Angle's classifications. But amount of overjet in TMDs group were more greater than that of malocclusion group. 2. There was no difference on protrusive posterior contact, and balancing contact between TMDs group and Angle's malocclusion group. Premature contact was more frequent in malocclusion group, but RCP-ICP slide was more frequent in TMDs group. And RCP-ICP slide was more freqent in Angle's class II malocclusion than Angle's I or III malocclusion. 3. Life changes units in TMDs group were higher than those in malocclusion group. And recent life change units in group with parafunctional oral habit were higher than those in group without parafunctional oral habits. Clenching was the most common habit among parafunctional oral habits.

  • 목적: To evaluate the feasibility of the event-related functional MR study using power grip studying the hand motor system 대상 및 방법: Event-related functional MRI was performed on a 1.5T MR unit in seven norm volunteers (man=7, right-handedness=2, left-handedness=5, mean age: 25 years). A single-shot GRE-EPI sequence (TR/TE/flip angle: 1000ms/40ms/90, FOV = 240 mm matrix= 64$\times$64, slice thickness/gap = 5mm/0mm, 7 true axial slices) was used for functiona MR images. A flow-sensitive conventional gradient echo sequence (TR/TE/flip angl 50ms/4ms/60) was used for high-resolution anatomical images. To minimize the gross hea motion, neck-holders (MJ-200, USA) were used. A series of MR images were obtained in axial planes covering motor areas. To exclude motion-corrupted images, all MR images wer surveyed in a movie procedure and evaluated using the estimation of center of mass of ima signal intensities. Power grip task consisted of the powerful grip of all right fingers and hand movement ta used very fast right finger tapping at a speed of 3 per 1 second. All tasks were visual-guid by LCD projector (SHARP, Japan). Two tasks consisted of 134 phases including 7 activatio and 8 rest periods. Active stimulations were performed during 2 seconds and rest period were 15 seconds and total scan time per one task was 2 min 14 sec. Statistical maps we obtained using cross-correlation method. Reference vector was time-shifted by 4 seconds an Gaussian convolution with a FWHM of 4 seconds was applied to it. The threshold in p val for the activation sites was set to be 0.001. All mapping procedures were peformed usin homemade program an IDL (Research Systems Inc., USA) platform. We evaluated the activation patterns of the motor system of power grip compared to hand movement in t event-related functional MRI.

  • The complexity of IC has rapidly increased as VLSI fabrication technology has grown up quickly. This paper proposes verification methods for data conflicts and protocol between IPs for SoC with coverage metrics. The high-level events is defined to cooperation between blocks or process statement in HDL, or a sequence of performing a job compared to low-level event. They are classified into two categories, resource conflicts and protocol or specification-dependent conflicts. And two coverage metrics used for code coverage in low-level event are proposed to verify the hish-level events. The events of resource conflicts can be detected by using statement coverage metric if global signal or variable has flags in a testbench program, and protocol-dependent events can be checked by data flow metric or path metric.

  • Multi-car rear-end collision accidents have three categories: sequential collision from the rear which is commonly referred to as chain reaction collision, sequential collision from the front, and mixed-order collision. This paper suggests several effective methods of reconstruction analysis for multi-car rear-end collision accidents. First, by incorporating the traditional empirical method which uses vehicle damage caused by brake dive and passenger injuries, with results of theoretical analysis made within mechanics of rigid body, it is made possible for the method to be put to immediate practical use. A methodology to precisely analyze multi-car rear-end collision accidents was suggested using a simulation program simultaneously with a video event data recorder which is starting to be widely used in domestic vehicles. To go beyond the simple intuitive analysis of the video event data recorder, the simulation analysis based on the results of video analysis was executed to acquire various information, so that the causes and responsibility could be clearly stated.
