공기업이 경영실적평가에 효과적으로 대응하고 지속적으로 발전하기 위해서는 내부성과관리가 필수적이다. 본 연구는 내부성과평가제도의 효과성과 수용성에 대한 구성원의 인식이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향을 확인함으로써, 효율적 성과관리에 대한 시사점을 모색하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 A 공기업 구성원 208명의 유효응답을 획득하고 다중회귀분석을 통해 가설을 검증하였다. 분석결과 내부성과평가에 대한 '성과평가효과성'과 '성과평가수용성'은 '조직몰입'에 긍정적 영향을 미치고 있지만, '성과보상차등'이 '조직몰입'에 미치는 영향은 유의하지 않았다. 또한 통제변수 중 '나이'와 '직군'은 '조직몰입'에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 향후 일반화가 가능한 연구를 위해 다양한 공기업을 대상으로 한 추가연구가 필요할 것으로 판단된다.

This study aimed to identify the effectiveness of the use of distance-evaluation tools and methods among students with learning difficulties from the teachers' point of view, to achieve this goal. A scale was built, and the psychometric characteristics were validated. It consisted, in its final form, of 17 items distributed on four axes, in addition to three open questions. It was applied to a random sample of (149) teachers of students with learning difficulties in Makkah Region. The results showed that teachers' keenness to encourage students with learning difficulties, so that they would not feel frustrated with the distance learning process. It was also evident that teachers did not use achievement portfolios in the evaluation process. In connection with the appropriate evaluation methods, the majority indicated the use of work sheets and visual evaluation methods that rely on audio and visual skills, such as presenting videos, pictures, audio and games, and applying short objective tests. Among the proposals to improve evaluation methods and tools: Individual evaluation, attention to individual treatment, obligating personal attendance of students to school, splitting the required tasks, and not increasing the skills required to be mastered. As for the obstacles that teachers face: Lack of time, difficulty in communicating with students with distance learning difficulties and problems related to the Internet such as interruption, weakness, or lack of availability.

본 연구는 '등재된 세계문화유산은 지금 얼마나 잘 관리되고 있는가?' 라는 질문의 답을 모색하는 과정이다. 이를 위해 UNESCO 세계유산협약, 운영지침 및 ICOMOS 등에서 발표한 국제원칙을 기준으로 삼아 국제적으로 요구하는 세계문화유산 관리의 내용을 살펴보고, 국제적 요구사항에 부응하면서 세계문화유산의 관리특성이 반영된 관리효과성 평가후보지표들을 설정하였다. 그 결과, 상황, 계획, 환경, 유산관광, 지역사회의 5개 평가분야에서 각 13개, 7개, 9개, 10개, 7개 등 총 46개의 후보지표가 설정되었다. 또한 총 3라운드에 걸친 델파이 조사를 통해 타당도 및 신뢰도를 분석하여 후보평가지표 총 46개 중에서 14개의 평가지표들을 제거하고, 32개의 평가지표들을 최종적으로 도출하였으며, 상황, 계획, 환경, 유산관광, 지역사회 등 5개 평가분야에서 각 7개, 6개, 7개, 6개, 6개의 평가지표를 선정하였다. 이러한 결과를 중심으로 세계문화유산의 관리효과성 평가지표를 선정하였다.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effectiveness of negative appeal ads taking social problems as their themes. Two social problem ad themes concerning abortion and drug addiction were selected as stimulus. Questionnaires consisted of questions about affective response cognitive evaluation consumer's characteristics(sex, clothing involvement social problem involvement) and the ad and brand attitudes They were distributed to 200 high school students in Seoul. Results were : 1 The affective response consisted of 4 dimensions(negative inactivating activating positive) and the cognitive evaluation had 3 dimensions(utility·persuasive power creativity awareness) 2. Creativity and awareness dimensions and the ad attitude had positive influence on the brand attitude for the abortion theme ad,. Creativity dimension and consumer's clothing involvement had positive influence on the brand attitude for the drug addiction theme ad . Especially the affective response had no significant influence on the brand attitude. This result suggests that in case of negative appeal ads the affective response does not necessarily degrade the brand attitude while positive cognitive evaluation on creativity and awareness of the could influence the brand attitude favorably through raising attention to the brand resulting in high effectiveness of the ad.

Organizational culture has been recognized as a determinant of corporate Effectiveness. Cultural components could affect corporate Effectiveness to different extents. However, it seems that none of the previous studies have evaluated and compared these influential extents of cultural components. The current research applies analytic hierarchy processes to assess and rate the significance extents that, cultural components play in resulting in corporate Effectiveness. Then, the current work utilizes regression analyses to re-evaluate the significance extents for the robustness of analytic hierarchy processes. The findings indicate that clan culture is the most vital component in explaining corporate Effectiveness. In contrast, adhocracy culture is the least important component in affecting corporate Effectiveness. Market culture is a cultural component that is ranked the second in determining corporate Effectiveness, and next is hierarchy culture which is the third. The findings are in support of the positive influences of clan, market, and adhocracy cultures on corporate Effectiveness; whereas it found the negative impact of hierarchy culture on corporate Effectiveness.

도서관의 저작물 복제 전송 보상금제도는 2003년에 도입되었고, 2004년 7월부터 도서관에서 실시되어 7년 이상이 경과되었다. 본 연구는 도서관의 저작물 복제 전송 보상금제도의 운영현황을 조사하였고, 보상금제도의 효율성을 저자집단과 사서집단을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 먼저 저자집단과 사서집단 간의 보상금제도 효용성의 차이를 분석하였다. 또한 저자집단의 신분변수에 따른 보상금제도 효용성의 차이를 분석하였고, 사서집단의 신분변수에 따른 보상금제도 효용성의 차이 등을 분석하였다. 끝으로 분석 결과 도출된 문제점을 지적하고 이를 해결하기 위한 개선방향을 제시하였다.

PURPOSES : This study aimed to analyze the impact the operation of pre-signals at 4-leg signalized intersections and present primary environmental factors of roads that need to be considered in the installation of pre-signals. METHODS : Shift of proportions safety effectiveness evaluation method which assesses shifts in proportions of target collision types to determine safety effectiveness was applied to analyze traffic crash by types. Also, Empirical Bayes before/after safety effectiveness evaluation method was adapted to analyze the impact pre-signal installation. Negative binomial regression was conducted to determine SPF(safety performance function). RESULTS : Pre-signals are effective in reducing the number of head on, right angle and sideswipe collisions and both the total number of personal injury crashes and severe crashes. Also, it is deemed that each factor used as an independent variable for the SPF model has strong correlation with the total number of personal injury crashes and severe crashes, and impacts general traffic crashes as a whole. CONCLUSIONS: This study suggests the following should be considered in pre-signal installation on intersections. 1) U-turns allowed in the front and rear 2) A high number of roads that connect to the intersection 3) Many right-turn traffic flows 4) Crosswalks installed in the front and rear 5) Insufficient left-turn lanes compared to left-turn traffic flows or no left-turn-only lane.

The measurement of informatization program effectiveness continues to be a central concern of both academics and practitioners. However, most studies of it have been inclined too heavily toward testing validity and reliability of evaluation measure to strengthen the theoretical rigor. Drawbacks of this approach have been pointed out as being unsuitable for evaluating the effectiveness of informatization program due to lack of practical relevance. The paper comprises four sections to solve the problem. 1) Through literature review of theoretical conceptual models in IS effectiveness and the domestic and foreign cases on informatization program, we establish the evaluation framework which consists of evaluation phases, 6 evaluation areas, and 22 evaluation items, and developed evaluation measures of each items. 2) Different researchers have addressed different aspects of attribute of measure. With comparing them to each other, 3 mutually exclusive criteria on coincidence analysis(usability of measurement. reliability of measurement. and validity of content) are identified. 3) Data are gathered from respondents in informatizaiton program-related organizations such as policy agency, management agency, support agency, and recipient agency. 4) The degree of coincidence of each evaluation measure are analyzed by course of an coincidence analysis procedure, which includes the reliability test, arithmetical test, and criteria validity test. The academic implication of this study is that researchers can gain an insight into the coincidence analysis to approach the problem of deciding on an indicator of performance for informatization program. There is also practical implication for applying the potential means of improving the practical relevance of conducting evaluating the informatization program.

We have developed a weapon effectiveness evaluation model for top-attack smart munitions(WEEM/TASM), which is a many on many Monte Carlo Model evaluating the effectiveness of top-attack smart munitions against armoured ground vehicles. In this model the battle is reduced to a one-sided battle situation in that the target vehicles are regarded as being stationary and passive. It can simulate the whole attack process of smart munitions from firing artillery dispenser to sensing and hitting processes after dispense. It can also calculate the probability of kill of each target and the numbers of rounds required to fulfill the degree of damage in statistical manners. In this paper, we describe the basis for our design concepts reflected in the model to simulate the weapon effectiveness of top-attack smart munitions and provide simulation results for an example case.

교육훈련 평가는 교육프로그램과 관련한 내용을 측정, 관찰하여 품질을 평가하고 이를 통해 교육훈련 변경에 대한 근거를 제공하는 행위이다. 국립중앙도서관은 사서교육 훈련프로그램 교육과정의 성과와 질을 제고할 수 있는 평가방법의 도입이 필요한 시점이다. 이에 본 연구는 국립중앙도서관의 사서교육훈련 직무교육의 효과성을 객관적이고 복합적으로 측정할 수 있는 평가모형을 개발하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 Kirkpatrick의 4단계 평가모형을 적용하였으며, 선행연구, 국립중앙도서관 사서교육훈련 교육과정 현황조사, 이해관계자 요구분석을 실시하였다. 이를 바탕으로 사서교육훈련 평가체계 방향성을 설정하기 위한 평가체계 및 평가도구를 제시하였다. 본 연구 결과는 실제 국립중앙도서관 사서교육훈련과정의 현실적인 평가체계로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
