도상두께 변화에 따른 유도상교량 궤도 진동저감의 실험적 연구 (An Experimental Study of Diminution of Ballast Track Bridges Vibration due to the Variation of Ballast Depth)

  • Railway bridges are divided into ballastless and ballast track bridges. The ballast abrasion occurs on the ballast track upon bridges more than soil roadbed because the track vibration occurs a lot in the ballast track upon bridges due to girder vibration when a train's weight is loaded onto track even though the identical ballast is used. The phenomena of mud pumping especially, which occurs when drainage is not properly secured for heavy rain, leads to the increase of maintenance work load and the decline of ride comfort. There are countermeasures such as ballast change, installation of cross-drainage for poor drainage, gutter establishment, ballast lifting methods, ballast mats and resilient sleepers laying for the mud pumping. The ballast thickness range in domestic railroad construction rule is uniformly set up according to the design speed of railroad and passing tonnage of train without considering field conditions which is considered in foreign railroad companies. The purpose of this study is to verify the effect of vibration decrease by measuring the acceleration, displacement and ride comfort of ballast track with the change of ballast thickness on the ballast track bridges and to suggest the optimal height of ballast on the Yocheon Bridge built for the test in Honam Line.

플로팅 슬래브 궤도용 방진시스템 개발 (The Development of a Floating Slab Track to Isolation System)

  • Recently the construction of stations under railway lines and railway sections passing through central area of cities are increasing, calling for an urgent establishment of countermeasures against railway vibration and its subsequent second-phase noise. Of technology developed up to now, the most efficient countermeasure is the floating slab track, a track system isolated from the sub-structure by springs. Unfortunately, however, the system design technology and technology for key components have not yet developed in Korea. As such, in this study, the analysis and design technology of floating slab track and its vibration isolator technology can be achieved. In preparation for future demands, it is expected to raise awareness for the need of technology self-support and to make a meaningful contribution to mitigating vibration and noise produced by the next-generation high-speed railway.

  • 본 연구에서는 브러시리스 직류모터의 적합한 수학적 동가 모텔링을 구성하였으며 제어대상 BLOC 모터에 스 웹입력이 있는 상태로 역기전력의 측정에 의한 모터 파라미터를 측정하였다. 그리고 제시된 측정법의 타당성은 스템웅답의 실험결과에 의해서 확인하였다. 또한 훌센서로된 BLOC 모터의 오픈루프 전달함수로부터 얻은 근궤 적법의 결과에 따라 적합한 디지털제어기를 셜계하였으며 속도제어 가변을 위한 제어이득을 결정하였다. 여기서 수정된 Ziegler-Nichols의 동조법은 적합한 디지털 게인 설정을 위해서 적용되었으며 시스템의 안정성은 보드선 도와 실험으로 주파수영역의 해석에 의해서 입증하였다.

  • IEEE WAVE(Wireless Access in Vehicular Environment)는 고속으로 이동중인 차량간 혹은 차량과 도로변 장치간의 통신을 위한 무선 엑세스 시스템으로써 5GHz DSRC 대역에서 동작하며 IEEE TGp와 P1609/1554 WG을 중심으로 표준화 작업이 진행 중이다. WAVE의 P1609.3은 신속한 링크 설정 및 데이터 전송을 위하여 멀티채널 데이터 전송과 PST/UST 기반 링크 설정 기능을 정의한다. 본 논문에서는 향후 차량 통신 환경에서 주요 무선 엑세스 기술로써 활용될 WAVE시스템의 프로토콜 및 ITS 어플리케이션 개발을 위하여 WAVE 에뮬레이터를 개발하고 공공 안전 서비스 및 멀티미디어 파일 다운로드 서비스를 제공하는 ITS 어플리케이션을 이용하여 에뮬레이터의 동작을 검증한다.

남한지역 풍력자원 평가 및 바람지도 구축을 위한 바람권역 분류 (Classification of Wind Sector for Assessment of Wind Resource and Establishment of a Wind Map in South Korea)

  • We classified wind sectors according to the wind features in South Korea. In order to get the information of wind speed and wind direction, we used and improved on the atmospheric numerical model. We made use of detailed topographical data such as terrain height data of an interval of 3 seconds and landuse data produced at ministry of environment, Republic of Korea. The result of simulated wind field was improved. We carried out the cluster analysis to classify the wind sectors using the K-means clustering. South Korea was classified as 8 wind sectors to the annual wind field.

도로변 LID 시설인 침투도랑에 적합한 식물 선정에 관한 연구 (Analysis on Appropriate Plants of Infiltration Swale for Road Runoff)

  • This study is to find appropriate plant for infiltration swale (which is natural LID infrastructure) and suggest basic research database for building infrastructure of LID facilities. Through the research inside, it first selects the plant strong to flooding and salt tolerance. Also, the research built infiltration swale along the road, planted those strong plants and monitored how well those plants adapted into the environment. Particularly, it showered 72mm/hr-speed artificial shower, also with natural shower, given that plants were vulnerable to flood because of influx of the rain. As a result of field applicability monitoring, Pennisetum alopecuroides and Equisetum hyemale (which degrade the pollutant well and adapt into rainy environment) are planting individually, or Juncus effusus var. decipiens, Liriope platyphylla, Miscanthus sinensis Andersson, Euonymus japonica (which are strong to rainy environment) and Pennisetum alopecuroides and Equisetum hyemale are mixed planting. The research should have monitored the plant for more than one year to study them, but the research only lasted five months. Therefore, it is hard to generalize. After all, through the long term research, it should pursue study more on appropriate plant materials and database that can be the reference for infrastructure establishment and maintenance.

  • After facing the fact such as fossil-fuel depletion, global warming, the Kyoto Protocol coming into force of mandatory reductions of carbon dioxide, the world is actively promoting the spread of the solar, wind, tidal, geothermal and other clean renewable energy technology development. Among them, wind power is the only alternative energy to secure a comparable price competition with fossil fuels because cheaper price power generation than other renewable energy when creating large-scale wind farm, thus wind power is the fastest growing industries in the world in the renewable energy field. Especially the offshore wind power is showing rapid growth as most of the wind power sector because of less changes of wind speed, no restrictions of land use, and large-scale development of offshore wind power. In this paper, the field of site selection and spatial location analysis techniques for development of large-scale offshore wind farm are discussed primarily. This paper shows overview of offshore wind power and establishment procedure for development of offshore wind farm.

용접변형을 고려한 효율적 공차해석 기법 개발 (Development of an Efficient Method to Consider Weld Distortion in Tolerance Analysis)

  • A general and efficient methodology has been developed to analyze dimensional variations of an assembly, taking into account of weld distortion. Weld distortion is generally probabilistic because of the random nature of welding parameters such as the welding speed, maximum welding temperature, ambient temperature, etc. The methodology is illustrated through a very simple example of two perpendicular plates fillet-welded to each other. Two steps comprise the methodology: establishment of a weld-distortion database, and tolerance analysis using the database. To establish the database, thermo-elasto-plastic finite element analyses are conducted to compute the weld distortion for all combinations of discrete values of major welding parameters. In the second step of tolerance analysis, the weld distortion retrieved from the database is used in addition to the dimensional tolerances of the parts. As a result of such an analysis, sensitivities of the assembly's dimensional variations to the part tolerances and weld distortion are obtained, which can be help improve the dimensional quality of the assembly.

Developed in this study, anti-vibration device for floating slab track (HLRM-High Load Rubber Mount) Haman station affiliated to the primary measurement was conducted in October 2012, one year after the second measurement after 2013 to be carried out in November and we want to change that. It is expected to raise awareness for the need of technology self-support and to make a meaningful contribution to mitigating vibration and noise produced by the next-generation high-speed railway.

  • 무궁화위성1호가 발사되어 운용 된지 13년이 되었다. 통신위성은 국가기간망의 구축은 물론 인터넷 서비스, 위성방송서비스 등 일반 이용자들에게 멀티미디어 서비스를 제공하는 데 큰 역할과 기여를 하여 오고 있다. 유선초고속인터넷 가입자망의 보급확대와 함께 위성인터넷 가입자의 급속한 감소 등으로 어려운 극면에 처하기도 하였으나 위성통신은 여전히 국가 중요 통신망 구성요소로 자리잡고 있다. 최초의 통신위성이 발사된 후 수개의 상업용통신위성이 발사되어 운용되고 있으나 위성통신서비스의 제도는 제자리 걸음을 하고 있는 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 위성통신서비스 중 소형위성통신기지국에 대한 서비스 제공현황과 제도운용현황을 토대로 문제점을 지적하고 이를 해소하기 위한 정책적대안을 제시한다.
