정비작업의 생산성 향상을 위한 전자문서자동화시스템 모형 - 건설장비 정비작업을 중심으로 - (Electronic Document Automation System Model for Improving Productivity in maintenance work - in Inspection Process of Construction Equipment Maintenance -)

  • This paper suggests a specific model that could efficiently improve the interaction and the interface between MES(Manufacturing Execution System) server and POP(Point of Production) terminal through electronic document server and electronic pen, bluetooth receiver and form paper in disassembly and process inspection works. The proposed model shows that the new method by electronic document automation system can more efficiently perform to reduce processing time for maintenance work, compared with the current approach by handwritten processing system. It is noted in case of the method by electronic document automation system that the effects of proposed model are as follows; (a) While the processing time per equipment for maintenance by the current method was 300 minutes, the processing time by the new method was 50 minutes. (b) While the processing error ratio by the current method was 20%, the error ratio by the new method was 1%.

  • The roll Pass design is one of the most important processes to design the whole equipment of the rods and bars rolling system. In this study, the roll pass design program named TollRo(Rolling Factory Organizer) was developed. conventional methods to design roll pass were analyzed and a new algorithm to design the dimension of the intermediate groove was introduced. Object oriented programming technology was implemented in this design program. It comprises GUI(Graphic User Interface), function of automatic pass design, function of modifying pass schedule and database of material properties. The developed program can be used to design roll pass with consistency for the rods and bars rolling system. The man-hours for the whole design can be drastically reduced. The design parameters of rolling system can be extracted quickly by this program.

도시철도 전력설비의 노후화 판단을 위한 예측 프로그램 구현 (Implementation of Prediction Program for Deterioration Judgment on Substation Power Systems in Urban Railway)

  • In this paper, we present a deterioration judgment model of urban rail power equipment using driving history, the frequency and number of failures. In addition, we have developed a deterioration judgment program based on the derived failure rate. A deterioration judgment model of power equipments on metro system was designed to establish how much environmental factors, such as thermal cycling, humidity, overvoltage and partial discharge. The deterioration rate of the transformers followed the Arrhenius log life versus reciprocal Kelvin temperature (hotspot temperature) relation. The deterioration judgment program is linked to the online condition monitoring system of urban railway system. The deterioration judgment program is based on the user interface it is possible to apply immediately to the urban rail power equipment.

  • Testing evaluation is a part of process for design, production, evaluation, operation and abolition, and is the process of certifying system performance. The main purpose of testing evaluation is to reduce the risk factor under the determining process. Testing process has the three step such as design qualification, integration and validation test in factory, system integration and commissioning test. Design Qualification is to verify errors on the design process. Integration and validation test in factory is for the H/W and S/W of an equipment and is to verify interface of subsystem, communication protocol and main functions. System integration and commissioning test is a functional test to adjust successful installation of equipment. According to the testing process, briefly consideration for test item, test method and test contents about signalling system is carried out.

But it is improving progressively in SMRT railway ATO method. The ATO the operation method leads exchange of information of wayside and train system for and it is possible, the TWC system configuration is becoming wayside and train system and the radio antenna. It discussed the equipment for a TWC system and a automatic operation from the dissertation which it sees. It investigated a data exchange, a message format and an interface control method and it joined in and a system maintenance conservative method it discussed.

  • The Rolling Stock pursues more safe, speedy and accurate operation on the increment of the passenger and the short headway. Signalling system is providing an assurance on safety and reliability of the system, which is based on fail-safe concept. Therefore we are willing to study up on MMI device for new onboard ATP/ATO equipment which is used for driver to recognize train status and fault more quickly and to solve any problem more rapidly, which can maximize the stability and reliability of the system.

  • 본 논문에서는 웨이퍼를 세정하는데 사용되는 Wet Station 장비의 상태를 감지하고, 이를 간접적으로 제어하기 위한 모니터링 시스템의 설계에 관하여 기술한다. 대부분의 기존 모니터링 시스템은 하드웨어 및 소프트웨어에 의존되어 있다. 제시한 모니터링 시스템의 기본 설계 목표는 사용자의 편의성과 시스템의 이식성을 제공하는 것이다. 이러한 요구조건을 만족시키기 위하여, 본 논문에서는 IBM PC 호환 기종의 윈도우즈 NT 환경에서 GUL 기능과, TCP/IP 통신 프로토콜을 기본으로 한 EtherNet 보드를 이용하여 시스템을 설계하였다.

  • 최근, 디지털 디머 시스템의 수요는 꾸준히 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 하지만, 국내 연구는 그에 비하여 미비한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 디지털 디머 장치들을 설계, 제작하고, 시스템을 구성하는 방법을 제안한다. 디지털 디머 장치들은 크게 콘솔과 디머 랙으로 나눌 수 있으며, 콘솔은 GUI환경의 사용자 인터페이스를 제공하여 손쉽게 각 조명기기를 제어하는 패턴을 구현하며, 디머 랙은 콘솔로부터 전송받은 각 조명 레벨을 위상각 제어 방식으로 조명기기의 밝기를 제어한다.

  • An environment in which the software is operated become more complex and changed dynamically. Such software requires the ability to adapt in accordance with operating environments, by monitoring the changes of user requirements and operating environments. Especially, the mobile device used in military operation requires more dynamical adaptation than the mobile device in normal environment. In this paper, we propose MOSAIC architecture based on Self-Adaptive Software suitable for military mobile device and verify the results. The proposed architecture consists of context manager, evaluation manager and adaptation manager. We simulate the MOSAIC architecture by modelling PRE(Position Reporting Equipment) used in the army and verify four types of operational mode and dynamical reconfiguration of user interface.

Risk Analysis using Failure Data in Railway E&M System

  • In recent, the railway system consists of subsystems as rolling stock and infrastructures as signaling, telecommunication, power supply, overhead contact and platform screen door, etc. Furthermore, each subsystem has complicated interface so as not to understand these relationship. Consequently, to operate the railway system continuously with required safety and availability, the failure data should be corrected and analyzed systematically during operation. To achieve this object effectively, this paper presents the method which is evaluating the operational risk quantitatively using failure data, and selecting the critical equipment. Following this analysis, the improvement plan is established and applied to reduce the operational risk on system or equipment. From this study, the critical equipments of system could be determined and prioritized by risk analysis. Also, the effective maintenance to prevent critical failure could be implanted by this suggested methodology.
