우리나라는 약 15년 전부터 종이팩 재활용이 별도로 시도되어 국민의 홍보와 더불어 많은 시민단체 및 환경단체들의 환경과 호응 하에 활발히 진행되어 오다가 지난해에는 종이팩이 EPR제도의 재활용의무품목으로 지정되어 재활용분야에 지원금 등 인센티브제도가 적용되고 있다. 아직까지 우리나라의 종이팩 재활용율은 상당히 낮은 편인데, 근래에 배출 및 수거 쪽으로부터 재활용에 대한 열의가 오히려 식어가고 있는 것 같아 뜻있는 사람들의 마음을 안타깝게 하고 있다. 이에 월간 ‘재활용’지에서는 다시 한 번 현장의 문제점을 진단하여 방안을 제시하고 관련 분야의 인식을 고취시켜 종이팩 재활용율을 향상시키고자 하여 이번 2월호에 종이팩 재활용에 관한 특집과 더불어 업체탐방 코너에 국내에서 종이팩 재활용을 가장 많이 수행하고 있다는 삼정펄프(주)를 소개하고자 한다.

Diamond based electronic devices promise to exhibit unique properties. In order to realize devices diamond has to be doped to render it electrically conductive. In the present work the doping of diamond and of polycrystalline CVD diamond films are reviewd with particular emphasis to ion-implantation doping and to attempts to dope diamond by in-diffusion of the dopants. The quest for finding ways to obtain n-type conductivity in diamond will be critically examined.

지구자원고강에 대한 두려움과 날로 증가되는 환경부하에 대한 우려가 높아지고 있는 가운데 이들 양쪽을 동시에 다소나마 해소시켜 줄 수 있는 '재활용'에 대한 관심도가 높아지고 있으며 선진국을 비롯해 전세계적으로 '자원순환형 사회 구축'이라는 기치 아래 재활용활성화에 대한 정책을 강화하고 있는 실정이다. 우리나라는 금년부터 생산자책임재활용제도(EPR)를 도입, 시행함으로써 재활용계의 새로운 System이 정립되어가고 있는 시점에 놓여있다. 따라서 월간 '재활용'은 재활용과 관련한 우리의 현주소와 발전방향을 진단하고 동시에 본지의 나아갈 방향을 도모하고자 국내 각계의 재활용전문가를 모시고 좌담회를 가졌다.

Ascorbyl free radical reductase was purified from the white rot fungus, Pleurotus ostreatus. The enzyme contained FMN as a prosthetic group, which was reduced by NADH and reoxidized by ascorbyl free radical. Reduction of ascorbyl free radical by the enzyme was observed by EPR spectroscopy.(omitted)

목적： 상자성 자기공명 조영제의 효율을 결정하는 중요 인자중의 하나인 조영제의 rotational correlation time ($\tau$R)을 전자상자성공명 data를 측정하고 이를 정량적으로 분석하여 결정하였다. 대상 및 방법： rotational dynamics가 주로 분자의 크기 및 모양에 의해 결정된다는 점을 이용하여 anisotropic한 (equation omitted) tensor를 가지는 VO$^{2＋}$의 VO(DTPA)시료에 대해 다양한 온도에서 즉 다양한 rotational time에 대해 ESR spectrum을 측정하였다. 측정된 EPR data로부터 (equation omitted) 텐서 그리고 최종적으로 $\tau$R 을 SIMPOW와 EPRLF을 사용하여 계산하였다.

This paper describes design of equalizer chips of the read channel for high-density hard-disk drives. In order to meet increasing need of hard-disk drives, the read channel incorporates various PRML schemes. They require proper equalization to implement the efficient hardware of Viterbi decoders. This paper describes EPR-IV equalization for the read channel and a 200MHz analog FIR filter chip is presented which utilizes the sampled analog signal processing efficiently.

This paper evaluated dielectic characteristics on EPR, Polyester and insulation of these different interface. Dielectric characteristics of insulation rubber, Polyester increace greatly according as temperature increases have no effect on applied voltage and pressure. On the condition that interface exists, we confirmed that dielectric characteristics had been influence on semiconductor which had high $tan{\delta}$.

환경부는 생산자책임재활용제도(EPR)의 성공적 운영을 위해 의무생산자의 재활용의무이행방법(직접, 개별위탁, 공제조합)을 개선하고 재활용 이행에 있어 회수 의무를 분명히 하며 재활용사업공제조합을 복수화하되 소규모 조합 난립을 막기 위해 조합 인가 및 취소 요건을 규정하고 포장재 분야 공제조합은 통합하는 등 조합 설립형태를 합리적으로 개선하고 재활용지원금 차등지원 근거 마련 등 조합 운영방식을 효율적으로 개선하려는 취지 아래 자원의 절약과 재활용 촉진에 관한 법률을 일부 개정했다. 이번 개정안에서는 또한 그 밖에 현행 제도 운영과정에서 나타난 미비점을 개선 보완하고자 했다. 본 고에서는 주요 내용 및 변경된 법안을 살펴보도록 한다.
